Description

The present invention relates to a production planning method for a number of different types of products.

Based on the order from the seller, the producer produces the product between the seller who sells the product to the customer and the producer who produces the product, and the producer supplies the produced product to the seller. There is a made-to-order production that sells to customers, and this build-to-order production is suitable for the production of many different types of products.

In this case, orders corresponding to a large number of different types of products come into the producer on a daily basis, and a large number of persons set by the producer according to different types of products. It is often done. As a result, in accordance with the incoming order, the person in charge says what type of product he / she will produce and how much to complete after a set number of days (for example, after 7 to 10 days) A plan is created, and necessary parts are ordered from a producer to a parts producer based on the produced production plan.

As described above, when a large number of persons in charge are set according to different types of products, and the person in charge creates a production plan for the product of his / her type, the number of persons in charge depends on the number of persons in charge. Production plans will be created independently of each other.
As a result, when the necessary parts are ordered from the producer to the parts producer based on each production plan in a state where many production plans are created independently of each other, for example, the same parts are used in two production plans. If a part is ordered from a producer to a parts producer based on one production plan, then the same part is ordered from the producer to a parts producer based on another production plan, It is conceivable that two orders for the same part are separately ordered from the producer to the parts producer.

Therefore, when a situation occurs in which two orders for the same part are separately ordered from the producer to the parts orderer, a large number of purchase orders are generated in the producer and the parts producer while being the same part. The management of parts by the producer and the parts producer becomes complicated.
The object of the present invention is to make it possible to order the necessary parts without excess or deficiency in the production planning method for many different types of products, and the management of the parts by the producer and the parts producer is simplified. The purpose is to be something.

[I]
(Constitution)
The first feature of the present invention is to create a production plan for how many types of products to be produced and completed for a number of different types of products, and necessary parts based on the production plan. In the production planning method for placing an order, the configuration is as follows.
Set a deadline every day or every predetermined number of days. Create and register multiple production plans by the set deadline corresponding to the product type, and how many types of products will be produced and completed after the specified production days from the date to which the set deadline belongs. . In a state where all of the plurality of production plans are created and fully registered by the set deadline, necessary parts are ordered based on all the registered production plans.

(Function)
According to the first feature of the present invention, in accordance with an incoming order, a production plan is created which indicates how many types of products are produced and completed after a predetermined number of production days from the date to which the set deadline belongs. (For example, if the date to which the set deadline belongs is today, a production plan is created that tells how many types of products will be produced and completed after a predetermined number of production days from today. Registered).
In this case, multiple different production plans are created and registered for a large number of different types of products, and multiple production plans are not registered simultaneously by an incoming order. The plan is fully registered with a time lag.

According to the first feature of the present invention, when a plurality of production plans are in a state where they are registered as time-shifted as described above, one registered each time a production plan is created and registered. Instead of placing an order for the necessary parts based on one production plan, it waits until the set deadline for all of the multiple production plans to be created and registered, and then all of the multiple production plans are set to the set deadline. In the state that has been created and fully registered, the necessary parts are ordered based on all the registered production plans.

As in the first feature of the present invention, when the necessary parts are ordered based on all the registered production plans, how many parts are placed in all the registered production plans, for example, before ordering. It is possible to calculate whether or not only the number is required, and if there are common parts, it is possible to combine the common parts. You can place an order without any excess or deficiency.

According to the first feature of the present invention, if there are common parts as described above, the common parts can be collected, and therefore, based on one production plan as described in [Problems to be Solved by the Invention]. Two orders are produced separately for the same part, such that the part is ordered from the producer to the parts producer and then the same part is ordered from the producer to the parts producer based on another production plan. It is possible to reduce the state in which an order is placed from a worker to a parts producer. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the state in which a large number of purchase orders are generated in the producer and the parts producer while being the same part.

For example, a computer-based production planning method for a product having a number of different types S11, S12, S21, and S22, such as an agricultural machine such as an agricultural tractor or a combine, will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the producer (product manufacturer), a large number of persons in charge A1, A2 are set according to the products of different types S11, S12, S21, S22, and an administrator B1 is set for the persons in charge A1, A2. ing. Orders according to the products of many different types S11, S12, S21, S22 enter the producer (product manufacturer) on a daily basis.

[1]
[1]
The production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 by the persons in charge A1 and A2 and the pre-registration T1 will be described.
In response to the incoming order, the person in charge A1 should produce a predetermined quantity of the products of the types S11 and S12 that he / she is responsible for and complete it after a set number of days (for example, after 7 to 10 days). If it is determined that there is, the person in charge A1 creates production plans K11 and K12 corresponding to the products of the types S11 and S12 by a computer. Similarly, in response to the incoming order, the person in charge A2 produces a predetermined number of products of the types S21 and S22 that he is in charge of, and after a set number of days (for example, 7 to 10 days later). If it is determined that it should be completed, the person in charge A2 creates production plans K21 and K22 corresponding to the products of the types S21 and S22 by a computer.

If the person in charge A1, A2 finishes creating the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and determines that there is no need to change the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 (confirmed), the persons in charge A1, A2 produce. The plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 are pre-registered T1 by the computer.
Until the person in charge A1, A2 creates the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and pre-registers T1, the manager B1 can arbitrarily read the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 by the computer. (Read-only), the progress of creation of the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 of the persons in charge A1, A2 can be confirmed, and the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are delayed in creation If there is, the person in charge A1 or A2 is urged to recover the delay in creation.

In this case, the order review function is provided in the computer, and it is examined (simulation and confirmation) whether the parts necessary for the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 are orderable parts by the order review function. (E.g., parts whose shape and specifications have not been finalized while the design and specifications have been changed, and parts whose prices have not been decided yet during price negotiations with parts producers (part manufacturers), etc.) Function to detect parts that cannot be ordered).

Thereby, the person in charge A1, A2 creates the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and applies the ordering examination function to the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 as needed until the production registration K1 is performed. It is possible to determine whether the plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 are appropriate (whether or not parts that cannot be ordered are included), and the persons in charge A1, A2 produce the production plans K11, K12, After confirming that K21 and K22 are appropriate, pre-registration T1 is performed. In this way, the persons in charge A1, A2 confirm that the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are appropriate and perform pre-registration T1, so that the persons in charge A1, A2 perform the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 is rarely pre-registered T1 at the same time, and production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are often pre-registered T1 with a time lag.

[2]
[2]
Next, the approval of the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 by the manager B1 and the main registration T2 will be described.
As described in the preceding item [1], when the persons in charge A1, A2 create the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and perform the pre-registration T1, the manager B1 creates the production plans K11, K12, K21, Consider the contents of K22. When the manager B1 determines (approves) that the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 previously registered T1 are appropriate, the manager B1 stores the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 previously registered T1 on the computer. This completes the registration T2.

In this case, after the persons in charge A1, A2 create the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and perform pre-registration T1, the manager B1 approves the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and completes the registration T2. During this time, if the persons in charge A1, A2 try to correct the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 for which T1 was previously registered, this correction is eliminated (corresponding to the exclusive function). The production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 previously registered T1 cannot be corrected. However, the persons in charge A1, A2 can arbitrarily read the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 previously registered T1 (read only), and confirm the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 previously registered T1. can do.

For example, if the manager B1 determines that the production plan K22 previously registered T1 needs to be corrected, the manager B1 cancels the previous registration T1 of the production plan K22 and assigns the production plan K22 to the person in charge A2. Return to. When the production plan K22 is returned to the person in charge A2, the person in charge A2 modifies the production plan K22, and the production plan K22 is applied to the production plan K22 from time to time by applying the ordering examination mechanism described in [1] above. After confirming that it is appropriate, pre-registration T1 is performed again.

Next, the manager B1 examines the contents of the production plan K22 that has been pre-registered T1 again, and determines (approves) that the production plan K22 that has been pre-registered T1 is appropriate. The plan K22 is fully registered T2. In this case, after the person in charge A2 corrects the production plan K22 and performs the pre-registration T1, the production plan in which the person in charge A2 has been pre-registered T1 after the administrator B1 approves the production plan K22 and performs the main registration T2. Even if K22 is to be corrected, this correction is eliminated (corresponding to the exclusive function), and the person in charge A2 cannot correct the production plan K22 previously registered T1. However, the person in charge A2 can arbitrarily read the production plan K22 previously registered T1 (read only), and can confirm the production plan K22 previously registered T1.

[3]
[3]
Next, a state in which necessary parts are ordered based on all the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 registered in the main registration T2 will be described.
For example, a set time limit L1 is set between 4 pm and 8 pm on one day. As a result, in the set production range (production plans K11, K12, K21, K22), the persons in charge A1, A2 create all the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 described in [1] above and the previous registration T1. The manager B1 needs to perform the approval of the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 and the main registration T2 described in the preceding item [2] before the set deadline L1. In other words, in the set production range (production plans K11, K12, K21, K22), the persons in charge A1, A2 create the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 and complete the previous registration T1 by the set deadline L1. The administrator B1 will wait until it is done.

As described above, in the set production range (production plans K11, K12, K21, K22), all production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are created and pre-registered T1, and all production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are set. When the approval and the main registration T2 are performed before the set time limit L1, the necessary amount of necessary parts is calculated by the computer based on all the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 registered in the main registration T2. In the requirement calculation, it is calculated how many parts are required in all production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 registered in T2, and if there are common parts, This common part is put together.

In this case, if the required quantity calculation and the inventory information of the parts of the producer (product manufacturer) are collated, and there are parts required for the parts inventory of the producer (product manufacturer), the necessary parts in the parts inventory are required. Subtracted from the quantity calculation. In this way, parts (product manufacturers) are in stock of parts, for example, relatively small parts, and if a certain number of parts are not produced together, the production efficiency at the parts producer (parts manufacturer) will deteriorate. If the required number of parts is not transported together, the transportation efficiency at the carrier will deteriorate, and if the parts unit price increases, the required parts may be ordered together at the same time. .

As described above, when the necessary amount calculation of the necessary parts is performed based on all the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 registered in the main registration T2, the necessary parts are ordered based on the required amount calculation. This is done for parts producers (part manufacturers). For example, if the set deadline L1 is set between 4 pm and 8 pm, the required amount of required parts is calculated over several hours from the set deadline L1, and the necessary amount is calculated from the middle of the day to the early morning of the next day. Orders for parts are made to parts producers (part manufacturers).

As described above, creation and pre-registration T1 of all production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 (until the set time limit L1), approval of all production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 and main registration T2 (set time limit L1) Up to the above, the required quantity calculation of the required parts and the order of the required parts based on the required quantity calculation to the parts producer (part manufacturer) are repeatedly performed every day.
In this case, the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 and the pre-registration T1, the approval, and the main registration T2 do not have to be performed on the date to which the set deadline L1 belongs, and the set deadline L1 belongs according to the incoming order. You may go the day before or the day before. Instead of setting the setting time limit L1 every day, it may be set once every two days, once every three days, or may be set on a specific day of the week.

[4]
[4]
Next, in the set production range (production plans K11, K12, K21, K22), of the production plans K11, K12, K21, K22, creation, pre-registration T1, approval, and main registration T2 are performed by the set deadline L1. A case where a non-existent item occurs will be described.
For example, the person in charge A2 creates the production plan K22 and performs pre-registration T1, but the manager B1 determines that correction is necessary and returns the production plan K22 to the person in charge A2, and the production plan K22 by the person in charge A2 If the person in charge A2 creates the production plan K22 and performs the pre-registration T1, the administrator B1 approves the production plan K22 by the administrator B1 and the main registration T2 is delayed. If the approval of the production plan K22 and the main registration T2 are not performed by the set time limit L1, the production plan K22 that was first created and pre-registered T1 (the production plan K22 that has not been approved and main registration T2) Approval and main registration T2 are automatically performed by the computer.

Thereby, in the set production range (production plans K11, K12, K21, K22), all production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are created and pre-registered T1, and all production plans K11, K12, K21, K22 are approved. And the main registration T2 is performed before the set time limit L1, and as described in the previous section [3], it is necessary based on all the production plans K11, K12, K21, and K22 registered in the main registration T2. The required amount of parts is calculated. (If there is a production plan that is not fully registered by the set deadline, all the production plans that have not been registered are considered as all registered production plans. Equivalent to ordering the necessary parts based on).

For example, it is discovered that the determination of an uncertain part existing in the production plan K22 is delayed, or that the production plan K22 is not appropriate (parts that cannot be ordered are included) by applying the ordering examination function. When the person in charge A2 takes time to correct the production plan K22, the production plan K22 is not created by the person in charge A2 and the pre-registration T1 is not performed before the set time limit L1, and the production plan K22 is entered. A corresponding production plan that has been registered T2 on the previous day's set deadline L1 is automatically approved and registered as a production plan K22 by the computer.

(If there is a production plan that is not registered by the set deadline, the production plan that has been registered by the previous set deadline is registered. The production plan is equivalent to a state in which the necessary parts are ordered based on all the production plans registered.

[Another Embodiment of the Invention]
