Description

The present invention relates to a structure in which a retrofit component can be detachably attached to a musical instrument.

For example, a stay with a screw hole is provided in the retrofit part, and a stay is screwed into the screw hole so that the stay is screwed into the instrument housing. There is what I did.

In addition, there is also known one in which a groove is provided in the casing of the musical instrument, and a part of the retrofitted part is fitted and fixed in this groove.

No suitable prior art document information is found.

However, among the conventional attachment / detachment structures for the retrofit parts, the former cannot be easily attached / detached because the screws must be tightened or loosened when attaching / removing the retrofit parts. It was.

In the latter case, chatter noise may be generated due to the vibration of the instrument main body caused by the performance of the performer or the vibration of the instrument main body caused by the generation of musical sound acting on the retrofitted parts.

The present invention has been made paying attention to this point, and provides an attachment / detachment structure for a retrofit component that enables easy attachment / detachment of the retrofit component while suppressing generation of unnecessary sound. Objective.

In order to achieve the above object, the attachment / detachment structure for a retrofit component according to claim 1 is an attachment / detachment structure for a retrofit component that is detachably attached to a musical instrument main body. A holding member made of an elastic body, and a second opening having a shape smaller than the first opening, the surface being formed near the inner peripheral edge of the first opening, A support member having a third opening that follows the first and second openings, and is smaller than the first opening on the side of the retrofit component and substantially the same as the second opening. Or it is a projection part of a slightly large shape, Comprising: It has an attachment piece containing the projection part supported by the said supporting member after passing through the said 1st-3rd opening part, The said attachment piece is L-shaped The protrusion is formed at one end of the mounting piece, and the other end of the mounting piece is the retrofit component. Rotatably mounted, by mounting pieces are rotated, the mounting piece, characterized in that it is stored in the protrusion or part the retrofit from the part mounted later.

Preferably, the support member has a wall surface structure in which a plurality of wall surfaces are continuous.

More preferably, the instrument body is provided with a plurality of holes for a predetermined purpose, and the opening uses a part of the plurality of holes.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the protrusion provided on the retrofitting component side is provided on the instrument body side after passing through the first to third openings provided on the instrument body side. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach and detach the retrofitting parts. Further, the holding member having the second opening is made of an elastic body, and the retrofitting component is firmly held on the instrument body through the holding member, so that generation of unnecessary sounds is suppressed. be able to. Furthermore, when the retrofit component is removed from the instrument body, the attachment piece is stored in the retrofit component, so the attachment piece does not get in the way. Thereby, it becomes easy to store the retrofit component.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of an electronic musical instrument 1 to which a retrofitting component attaching / detaching structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied, as viewed from the front (operator side). It is a perspective view which shows an external appearance when the electronic musical instrument 1 of 1 is looked up from back.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the musical score stand 2 is an electronic musical instrument 1 through attachment pieces 31 a and 31 b provided on pedestal portions 3 a and 3 b that support the musical score stand 2 at two points as retrofitting parts. It is comprised so that it can be attached to.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the music rest 2 is attached to and detached from the electronic musical instrument 1.

As shown in the figure, the music rest 2 is formed by inserting two attachment pieces 31a and 31b into two predetermined vents among a plurality of vents provided in the casing of the electronic musical instrument 1. It is fixed to the electronic musical instrument 1.

On the contrary, when the music stand 2 is removed from the electronic musical instrument 1, the musical score stand 2 is removed from the electronic musical instrument 1 by pulling out the two attachment pieces 31 a and 31 b from the electronic musical instrument 1.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view in which the structure on the electronic musical instrument 1 side for fixing one attachment piece 31a or 31b is enlarged and seen through.

As shown in the figure, the structure on the electronic musical instrument 1 side for fixing one mounting piece 31a or 31b is composed of two predetermined holes 11 provided in the casing of the electronic musical instrument 1, the mounting piece 31a or When the mounting member 31a or 31b is supported by the support member 4 and is disposed between the support member 4 for inserting and supporting 31b and the housing of the electronic musical instrument 1 and the support member 4, the electronic musical instrument 1 And a holding member 5 that holds the music rest 2 so that the music rest 2 does not wobble due to vibrations generated in the sound.

In the structure of the illustrated example, two holes 11 into which the attachment pieces 31a or 31b can be inserted are provided for each attachment piece 31a or 31b. Actually, although one hole 11 only needs to be provided, the reason why the two holes are provided in this way is that the structure configured for another method for fixing the music rest 2 is diverted to the present invention. It is. Details of other methods used here are described in the specification (Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-108617) filed earlier by the applicant of the present application, and the description thereof will be omitted.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the support member 4.

The support member 4 is formed, for example, by resin molding. As shown in the figure, the support member 4 includes a boss portion 41b into which the attachment pieces 31a or 31b are inserted, and a support member on the upper casing of the electronic musical instrument 1. Four screw holes 42a for screwing 4 and one screw hole 43a for screwing the support member 4 to the lower housing of the electronic musical instrument 1 are provided.

The support member 4 has a wall surface structure in which a plurality of wall surfaces are continuous, and the boss portion 41b (and 41a) has a wall surface formed in a boss shape. A reinforcing rib is formed by a wall surface around the boss 41b (and 41a). The screw hole 42 a is formed on the wall surface 42, and the screw hole 43 a is formed on the wall surface 43.

ボス部41b(および41a)の開口部41b1(および41a1)は、略楕円形状となっている。 The opening 41b1 (and 41a1) of the boss 41b (and 41a) has a substantially elliptical shape. On the other hand, the attachment piece 31a or 31b inserted into the opening 41b1 has a cylindrical shape, as shown in FIG. 7, and the short diameter of the opening 41b1 (and 41a1) is smaller than that of the attachment piece 31a or 31b. It is almost the same as the radius. Therefore, when the attachment piece 31a or 31b is inserted into the opening 41b1, the attachment piece 31a or 31b has a margin in the major axis direction of the openings 41a1 and 41b1. For this reason, the convex part 41b2 which controls so that the attachment piece 31a or 31b may not wobble in a major axis direction is provided in the both sides of the major axis direction of the boss | hub part 41b. The reason why only the opening 41a1 has a margin in the major axis direction is not the feature of the present invention but the feature of the prior invention, and the explanation of the reason is omitted. The bottom of the boss portion 41b is closed although not shown. This is because the insertion state of the attachment piece 31a or 31b is regulated by the attachment piece 31a or 31b coming into contact with the bottom of the boss portion 41b, as will be described later.

6A and 6B are perspective views of the holding member 5, wherein FIG. 6A is a view as seen from the side where the attachment pieces 31a or 31b are inserted, and FIG. 6B is a view as seen from the side opposite to FIG. is there.

The holding member 5 is made of an elastic member such as rubber. As shown in FIG. 5A, the holding member 5 is formed with a hole 5b into which the mounting piece 31a or 31b is inserted, and the hole 5b is attached to the mounting member 5a. Taper processing is performed so that the piece 31a or 31b can be easily inserted. The hole 5b has a substantially circular shape, and its radius is slightly shorter than the radius of the mounting piece 31a or 31b in order to hold the mounting piece 31a or 31b firmly without rattling. A groove 5c for reducing the thickness of the holding member 5 is formed on the side of the holding member 5 where the mounting piece 31a or 31b is inserted. The holding member 5 is easily bent by the groove 5c. When the holding member 5 is attached to the support member 4, first, a portion where one of the holes 5a (or 5b) is formed is placed at a corresponding position of the support member 4. After the attachment, the portion in which the other hole 5b (or 5a) is formed can be attached to the corresponding position of the support member 4, thereby facilitating the attachment of the holding member 5 to the support member 4.

The holding member 5 is attached so as to cover the boss portions 41 a and 41 b of the support member 4. Therefore, the holding member 5 is provided with covering portions 5d and 5e that cover the boss portions 41a and 41b, respectively. As described above, since ribs are formed around the boss portions 41a and 41b, grooves 5d1 and 5e1 into which the ribs are fitted are formed in the covering portions 5d and 5e.

When attaching the supporting member 4 and the holding member 5 thus configured to the main body of the electronic musical instrument 1, first, either the covering portion 5d or 5e of the holding member 5, for example, the covering portion 5d is formed on the covering portion 5d. The positioning is performed by using the groove 5d1, and the cover 5e is fitted into the boss 41b in the same manner. Then, among the four screw holes 42 a of the support member 4 in which the holding member 5 is fitted, screws (not shown) are passed through predetermined two screw holes and provided inside the upper casing of the electronic musical instrument 1. The boss portion 12 is screwed, and further, a screw (not shown) is passed through the screw hole 43a to be screwed to the boss portion 13 provided inside the lower casing of the electronic musical instrument 1 (see FIG. 4). Thereby, each of the two vent holes 11 on the housing of the electronic musical instrument 1, each of the two holes 5 a and 5 b of the holding member 5, and each of the two openings 41 a 1 and 41 b 1 of the support member 4 are straightened. Since it is connected on the line, the mounting piece 31a of the music rest 2 can be inserted into one of the two holes connected on the straight line.

Similarly, another set of the support member 4 and the holding member 5 is attached to the position on the main body side of the electronic musical instrument 1 into which the other attachment piece 31b is inserted.

7 is an exploded perspective view of one pedestal portion 3a and attachment piece 31a in FIG. 3, and FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view when the pedestal portion 3a and attachment piece 31a in FIG. 7 are viewed from the opposite side. is there. The other pedestal portion 3b and the mounting piece 31b are configured similarly to the pedestal portion 3a and the mounting piece 31a.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the attachment piece 31a is made of, for example, metal, and is bent into an L shape. The attachment piece 31a is composed of an L-shaped short portion 31a1 and a long portion 31a2, and the short portion 31a1 is inserted into a hole 3a1 provided in the pedestal portion 3a and attached to the pedestal portion 3 via a screw 32a. Two grooves 3a2 and 3a3 into which the long portion 31a2 of the attachment piece 31a is fitted are formed at right angles to the surface of the pedestal portion 3 into which the short portion 31a1 of the attachment piece 31a is inserted. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the groove 3a2 is used when the mounting piece 31a is closed in the longitudinal direction of the music stand 2 so that the mounting piece 31a does not get in the way, and the groove 3a3 is used as a musical score. It is used when projecting from the stand 2 and fixing the music stand 2 to the electronic musical instrument 1. In addition, the front-end | tip of the long part 31a2 of the attachment piece 31a is a taper shape so that it may insert easily.

In this way, the pedestal portion 3a to which the attachment piece 31a is attached is fixed by fitting the music rest 2 into the concave portion 3a3 formed in a U-shape. Similarly, the music rest 2 is fitted and fixed to the recess of the pedestal portion 3b to which the attachment piece 31b is attached. Here, any fixing method may be used as long as the music rest 2 and the pedestals 3a and 3b are not easily separated from each other. For example, a method of fixing using an adhesive is conceivable.

In order to attach the music rest 2 to which the pedestal portions 3a and 3b are fixed in this way to the electronic musical instrument 1, the attachment pieces 31a and 31b are in a finished state, that is, in the state shown in FIGS. First, the attachment pieces 31a and 31b are protruded from the music rest 2, and then the attachment pieces 31a and 31b are inserted simultaneously (or sequentially one by one) into the vent 11 on the electronic musical instrument 1 side. At this time, since the shape of the hole 5b of the holding member 5 is slightly smaller than the shapes of the mounting pieces 31a and 31b, the mounting pieces 31a and 31b do not easily enter the back. For this reason, the mounting piece 31 is inserted while moving the music rest 2 left and right, and the housing of the electronic musical instrument 1 of the music rest 2 when the mounting pieces 31a and 31b come into contact with the bottom surface of the boss 41b. Installation is complete.

The removal of the music stand 2 attached to the electronic musical instrument 1 may be performed in the reverse of the above attachment, and the description thereof is omitted.

In the present embodiment, the music stand is described as an example of the retrofitting part, but this is only for the convenience of explanation, and for example, attachment pieces similar to the attachment pieces 31a and 31b are attached. A speaker may be retrofitted.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the protrusion provided on the retrofitting component side includes the vent 11 provided on the housing of the electronic musical instrument 1, the hole 5 b of the holding member 5, and the boss portion of the support member 4. Since it is supported by a support member provided on the instrument body side after passing through 41b, it is possible to easily attach and detach the retrofitting parts. Furthermore, since the holding member 5 is made of an elastic body and the retrofitting component is firmly held on the instrument body without rattling, it is possible to suppress generation of unnecessary sound.

In the present embodiment, a part of the vent is used as a hole on the casing of the electronic musical instrument into which the protrusion of the retrofitting component is inserted. This is because the hole for the retrofit component is assimilated with the other holes so that it cannot be understood from a glance that it is a hole for the retrofit component. Therefore, when a plurality of holes having the same size are opened on the casing of the electronic musical instrument other than the vent, they may be used. In addition, the size of each of the plurality of holes is preferably the same, but the size may be slightly different, and a mark (for example, “Δ”) that indicates that it is a hole for a retrofit component is provided. You may make it attach in the vicinity of the hole.

In this embodiment, the mounting pieces 31a and 31b provided on the two pedestals 3a and 3b are inserted into the casing of the electronic musical instrument 1, and the music rest 2 is installed on the electronic musical instrument 1. However, the number of pedestals and the number of mounting pieces are not limited to two.

In the present embodiment, an electronic (keyboard) musical instrument has been described as an example of an object to which a retrofitting component is detachably attached. However, this is merely for convenience of explanation, and is different from other electronic musical instruments. In addition, the present invention can be applied to acoustic musical instruments that are not electronic musical instruments.

It is a perspective view which shows an external appearance when the electronic musical instrument which applied the attachment / detachment structure of the retrofit component which concerns on one embodiment of this invention is looked down from the front. It is a perspective view which shows an external appearance when the electronic musical instrument of FIG. 1 is looked up from back. It is a figure which shows a mode that a music stand is attached or detached with respect to an electronic musical instrument. It is the expansion perspective drawing which expanded and saw through the structure by the side of the electronic musical instrument for fixing one attachment piece. It is a perspective view of the supporting member in FIG. It is a perspective view of the holding member in FIG. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a pair of pedestal portions and attachment pieces on the right side in FIG. 3. It is a disassembled perspective view when the one set of base part and attachment piece of FIG. 7 are seen from the opposite side. It is a perspective view which shows a state when an attachment piece is finished in the longitudinal direction of a music stand. FIG. 10 is a perspective view when viewed from the opposite side to FIG. 9.
