The main body 20 is configured to be foldable.

The effect of the invention by the above means will be described with reference numerals of the embodiments described later. According to the invention according to claim 1, when the ladder main body 3 is leaned against the loading platform N, the mounting member of the mounting bracket 4. 12 is placed on the upper surface Fa of the peripheral frame F, and the support member 13 of the mounting bracket 4 is brought into contact with and supported by the outer surface Fb of the peripheral frame F to attach the mounting bracket 4 to the peripheral frame F. Since the ladder main body 3 is self-held by hooking the hook metal fitting 5 on the ladder main body 3 side to the hook bar 11 on the mounting metal fitting 4 side, the operator does not have to hold the ladder main body 3 one by one. The use of the lifting ladder A does not require an extra worker, and the lifting ladder A can be used safely.

According to the invention according to claim 2, as in the invention according to claim 1, the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the peripheral frame F, and the hook metal 5 on the ladder body 3 side is attached to the latch bar 11 on the mounting metal 4 side. Since the ladder main body 3 is self-held by being hooked, it is not necessary for the operator to hold the ladder main body 3 one by one, and there is no need for an extra worker to use the lifting ladder A. Since it can be used safely and the handrail 6 is attached to the handrail main body 14, the operator can move up and down more safely with respect to the loading platform N of the trailer T by the handrail 6. It becomes like this.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the magnet sheet 16 is attached to the mounting surface of the mounting frame 4 on the upper surface of the loading frame peripheral frame F, the magnetic force of the magnet sheet 16 is increased. Thus, the mounting member 12 can be fixed to the upper surface Fa of the peripheral frame body F, and the mounting bracket 4 can be securely fixed to the peripheral frame body F, and there is no possibility that the mounting bracket 4 is unintentionally detached from the peripheral frame body F. .

According to the invention according to claim 4, the handrail 6 is changed in posture between a use posture standing upright with respect to the ladder main body 3 and a storage posture folded from the use posture and overlapping the ladder main body 3 in parallel. Since the lower end portion of the handrail support column 15 is pivotally attached to the side frame 1 of the ladder main body 3, the handrail main body portion 14 is folded into the storage posture when the elevator ladder A is used. The whole is compact and very convenient for transporting and storing the lifting ladder A.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the upper main body portion 19 of the handrail main body portion 14 is configured to be extendable and contractable with respect to the lower main body portion. Can be safely moved up and down with respect to the loading platform N of the trailer T, and when the lifting ladder A is used, the upper side main body portion 19 is contracted with respect to the lower side main body portion 20, The whole is compact and convenient for transporting and storing the lifting ladder A.

According to the invention which concerns on Claim 6, since the upper side main-body part 19 of the handrail main-body part 14 is comprised with respect to the lower side main-body part 20 so that folding is possible, the upper side main-body part 19 is used for the lower side main-body part at the time of use. 20 can be moved up and down safely with respect to the loading platform N of the trailer T, and when the lifting ladder A is used, the upper body portion 19 can be folded into the lower body portion 20. Thus, the whole is compact and convenient for transporting and storing the lifting ladder A. In addition, in such a folding structure, there is almost no overlapping portion between the constituent members of the upper-side main body 19 and the constituent members of the lower-side main body 20, so that the weight can be reduced.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a trailer lifting ladder A that is leaning on a peripheral frame F of a trailer bed N. FIG. Thus, as shown in FIG. 7, the handrail support column 15 is fitted into the hollow portion 23o of the rectangular tube-shaped portion 23 of the bracket 22, and bolts are inserted into the left and right side plate portions 23c, 23c of the rectangular tube-shaped portion 23. A pivoting bolt 29 is inserted from the long holes 26, 26 into a bolt insertion hole (not shown) provided at the lower end of the handrail support column 15, and a nut 30 is attached to the tip of the bolt.

5 and 7 show a state in which the pivot bolt 29 attached to the lower end of each handrail support column 15 is located at the lower end of the bolt insertion long hole 26 of the side plate portion 23c of the rectangular tube-shaped portion 23. In this state, the lower end portion of the handrail support column 15 is held by the hollow portion 23o of the square tubular portion 23, whereby the handrail 6 stands upright vertically with respect to the ladder body 3 as shown in the figure. Retained. Thus, when the handrail main body 14 is pulled upward along the longitudinal direction of the handrail support column 15 from this use posture, the pivotal mounting bolts 29 of the handrail support columns 15 extend along the bolt insertion long holes 26. Since the bolt 29 is in sliding contact from the lower end side to the upper end side, the handrail main body portion 14 is pulled inward while the bolt 29 is in contact with the upper end of the long hole 26, so that the handrail post portion 15 Is turned around the pivot-mounting bolt 29 at the lower end, and the handrail 6 is folded as shown in FIGS.

Further, the handrail 6 is provided with a lock means 31 for locking the handrail 6 to a vertically used posture. As shown in FIG. 6, the locking means 31 penetrates the side frame 1 at a position close to the pivotal mounting bracket 22, and a front end locking portion 32 a is provided on the upper plate portion 23 a of the rectangular tube-shaped portion 23. The lock pin 32 includes a substantially L-shaped lock pin 32 that is engaged with a pin engagement hole (not shown) provided at the lower end portion of the handrail support column 15 from the pin hole 33. The tip locking portion 32a is locked to the pin locking hole (not shown) of the handrail support column 15 by a coil spring 36 interposed between the nut 35 screwed to the side frame 1 and the side frame 1. Is being energized.

Accordingly, in the state where the handrail 6 is set in a use posture in which the handrail 6 stands vertically with respect to the handrail main body portion 14, the front end locking portion 32 a of the L-shaped lock pin 32 is moved from the pin hole 33 of the pivotal mounting bracket 22 to the handrail post portion. By locking in the 15 pin locking holes 34, the handrail 6 can be locked in the use posture. Further, when the handrail 6 is folded from the use posture to the storage posture, the L-shaped lock pin 32 is pulled outward against the urging force of the coil spring 36 to handrail the tip locking portion 32a of the lock pin 32. What is necessary is just to make it detach | leave from the said pin latching hole of the support | pillar part 15. FIG. In addition, what is necessary is just to provide the locking means 31 in the one pivot mounting bracket 22 side.

A method of using the trailer lifting ladder A having the above-described configuration will be described. When the lifting ladder A is used, the mounting bracket 4 is attached to a required position of the loading platform N. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mounting member 12 of the mounting bracket 4 is mounted and fixed on the upper surface Fa of the loading platform peripheral frame F via the magnet sheet 16, and the support member 13 is fixed to the loading platform circumferential frame. The outer surface Fb of the body F is contacted and supported.

After the attachment bracket 4 is attached and fixed to the loading platform peripheral frame F in this way, the ladder body 3 is hooked on the attachment bracket 4. When the ladder main body 3 is latched, the handrail 6 is set in a use posture perpendicular to the ladder main body 3 and is held in the use posture by the lock means 31, and the hook metal fitting 5 at the upper end of the ladder main body 3 is used. , 5 are latched on the latching bar 11 on the outer surface side of the support member 13 as shown in (a) and (b) of FIG.

At this time, since the height of the loading platform N differs depending on the size of the truck, the side frame 1 of the ladder main body 3 is appropriately expanded and contracted so that the ladder main body 3 is inclined with respect to the ground G by a required inclination angle θ (preferably 60 °). At this position, the hook metal fitting 5 on the ladder body 3 side is hooked on the hook bar 11 on the mounting metal fitting 4 side. 4A shows a state where the height H1 of the loading platform N is as low as 1490 mm, for example, and shows a state in which the ladder body 3 is set to a minimum, and FIG. 4B shows the height H2 of the loading platform N as 1630 mm, for example. The case where the ladder body 3 is extended and set appropriately in the state of (a) is shown in a slightly high case, and (c) is the case where the height H3 of the loading platform N is as high as 1700 mm, for example, and the ladder body 3 is extended to the maximum. This shows the set state.

When the elevating ladder A is used while leaning on the loading platform N of the trailer T as described above, the mounting bracket 4 is attached to the peripheral frame body F of the loading platform N when the ladder main body 3 is leaned against the loading platform N. The mounting member 4 is mounted on the peripheral frame F by mounting the mounting member 12 on the upper surface Fa of the peripheral frame F and supporting the support member 13 of the mounting bracket 4 on the outer surface Fb of the peripheral frame F. However, since the ladder main body 3 is self-held by hooking the hook metal fittings 5 and 5 on both sides of the upper end portion of the ladder main body 3 to the hook bar 11 of the mounting metal fitting 4, the operator holds the ladder main body 3 in place. Therefore, it is not necessary to hold the lift ladder A one by one. Therefore, an extra worker is not required to use the lift ladder A, and the lift ladder A can be used safely.

Further, when the lifting ladder A is used, the handrail 6 is attached to one side of the ladder body 3, so that the operator can safely lift and lower the loading platform N of the trailer T by the handrail 6. . In this embodiment, the handrail 6 is attached only to the side frame 1 on one side, but the handrail 6 may be attached to the side frames 1 and 1 on both sides. In this embodiment, the handrail 6 is installed only in the upper side region of the side frame 1, but it may be attached so as to cover the entire length of the side frame 1.

Further, the handrail 6 has a use posture standing upright with respect to the ladder main body 3 as shown in FIG. 1 and a storage posture that is folded from this use posture and overlaps the ladder main body 3 in parallel as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the elevator ladder A is used, the handrail body 14 is folded into the storage attitude, so that the whole is compact, and the elevator ladder A is transported and stored. Very convenient to.

In addition, since the magnet sheet 16 is attached to the mounting surface of the mounting bracket 4 on the upper surface Fa of the loading frame peripheral frame F, which is the lower surface, the mounting member 12 is mounted by the magnetic force of the magnet sheet 16. The mounting member 12 can be fixed to the upper surface Fa of the peripheral frame body F so that the mounting bracket 4 can be securely fixed to the peripheral frame body F, and there is no possibility that the mounting bracket 4 is unintentionally detached from the peripheral frame body F.

FIG. 10 shows a handrail 6 according to another embodiment. The handrail 6 includes a handrail main body portion 14 and a handrail post portion 15. The handrail main body portion 14 includes an upper side main body portion 19 and a lower side portion. The upper body part 19 is configured to be extendable and retractable with respect to the lower body part 20. That is, the upper side main body portion 19 of the handrail main body portion 14 is formed in a U shape by both left and right vertical rods 19 a and 19 a and a horizontal rod 19 b, and the both vertical rods 19 a and 19 a are both left and right vertical The hooks 20a and 20a are fitted in a telescopic manner, and can be expanded and contracted between a contracted position indicated by a solid line and an extended position indicated by an imaginary line in FIG. Reference numeral 21 in the figure denotes a stopper for locking the upper body 19 to the lower body 20 in the contracted position and the extended position. This stopper 21 is attached to the lower body 20 by a coil spring (not shown). Each of the vertical rods 20a is composed of a stopper pin 21a biased to the side of the upper main body 19 so that the tip of the pin 21a is inserted through the pin of each vertical rod 20a of the lower main body 20 at the contracted and extended positions. A hole (not shown) is inserted into a pin insertion hole (not shown) of the vertical rod 19a of the upper body 19 to lock the upper body 19 in the contracted position and the extended position.

Similarly to the handrail 6 shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the handrail 6 shown in FIG. 10 is also used in a vertical posture with respect to the ladder main body 3 and is folded from this use posture and parallel to the ladder main body 3. The lower end of the handrail support column 15 is pivotally attached to the side frame 1 of the ladder main body 3 so that the posture can be changed to an overlapping storage posture, and FIGS. 10A and 10B are folded into the storage posture. Indicates the status.

Like the handrail main body 14 shown in FIG. 10, according to the handrail 6 in which the upper side main body 19 is configured to be expandable and contractable with respect to the lower side main body 20, the phantom lines shown in FIG. Thus, by extending the upper side main body part 19 with respect to the lower side main body part 20, the upper side main body part can be safely moved up and down with respect to the loading platform N of the trailer T. By contracting 19 with respect to the lower-side main body 20, the whole becomes compact and convenient for transporting and storing the elevating ladder A.

FIG. 11 shows a handrail 6 according to another embodiment. The handrail 6 includes a handrail main body portion 14 and a handrail post portion 15. The handrail main body portion 14 includes an upper side main body portion 19 and a lower side portion. The upper body part 19 is configured to be foldable with respect to the lower body part 20. That is, the upper side main body portion 19 of the handrail main body portion 14 is formed in a rectangular frame shape with left and right vertical rods 19a, 19a, an upper horizontal rod 19b, and a lower horizontal rod 19c, and the lower side main body portion 20 is It consists of vertical rods 20a, 20a and upper horizontal rods 20b. The lower horizontal rod 19c of the upper side main body portion 19 is pivotally attached to the upper horizontal rod 20b of the lower side main body portion 20 by a hinge 37, whereby the upper side main body 19 The part 19 is folded from the use posture as shown by solid lines in FIGS. 11A and 11B to the storage posture as shown by phantom lines in FIG. 11B.

FIG. 12 shows a lock mechanism 38 that holds the upper body 19 in a use posture. FIG. 12A is an enlarged side view of a portion surrounded by an arrow Y in FIG. 11B, and FIG. End view from arrow Z, (c)
FIG. 4B is a side view similar to FIG. 2A, showing a state when the upper main body of the handrail main body is folded with respect to the lower main body. As can be seen from FIG. 12 (a), the locking mechanism 38 is provided on the opposite side of the hinge 37 that pivotally attaches the upper body portion 19 and the lower body portion 20 to the upper side. An arm hooking portion 39 is provided at the lower end of the rear side of the vertical rod 19a of the main body 19, and one end of the fastening lever 40 is pivotally attached to the upper end of the rear side of the vertical rod 20a of the lower side main body 20. One end portion of a rectangular ring arm 41 is pivotally attached to the pivoting end portion side of the tightening lever 40.

When the handrail 6 is used, if the upper-side main body portion 19 folded with respect to the lower-side main body portion 20 is rotated upward and deployed in a use posture that is flush with the lower-side main body portion 20, the handrail 6 rotates further. However, the upper body 19 is held flush with the lower body 20 by the lock mechanism 38 so that the upper body 19 does not fall down. Therefore, the lock mechanism 38 hooks the tip end side of the ring arm 41 on the lower body part 20 side to the arm latch part 39 on the upper body part 19 side from the state shown in FIG. After stopping, the front end of the tightening lever 40 is pivoted downward and brought into contact with the rear side surface of the vertical rod 20a to obtain a state as shown in FIGS. Upper body part via ring arm 41 and arm latching part 39 Attract Tate杆 19a of 9 to Tate杆 20a side of the lower body part 20, thereby retaining the upper body part 19 to the use position.

The tightening lever 40 is pressed against the rear side surface of the vertical rod 20a by a biasing force of a spring (not shown) provided on the pivoting portion side. Further, when the tightening lever 40 abuts on the rear side surface of the vertical rod 20a, the projecting piece 42 protruding from the rear side surface of the vertical rod 20a is inserted into a slit 43 provided in a required portion of the lever 40. It is designed to be locked.

According to the handrail 6 in which the upper side main body portion 19 of the handrail main body portion 14 is configured to be foldable with respect to the lower side main body portion 20 as described above, the upper side main body portion is shown in FIG. By deploying 19 in a state of being flush with the lower-side main body portion 20, it is possible to safely move up and down with respect to the loading platform N of the trailer T. By folding so as to overlap the side main body 20, the whole becomes compact and convenient for transporting and storing the elevating ladder A. In addition, such a folding structure has almost no overlapping portion between the constituent members of the upper body portion 19 and the lower body portion 20 as compared with the telescopic structure shown in FIG. it can.
