Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a protective cover attached to a pump container and a pump container provided with the protective cover.
As a pump container filled with a liquid such as a hair shampoo and a body soap, there is one constituted by a container body and a cap means that is provided at the mouth of the container body and includes a cap and a pump mechanism. The pump mechanism enables the liquid sucked into the cylinder to be discharged from the nozzle discharge port of the pump head by the vertical movement of the piston.
A pump container having such a pump mechanism is very convenient because an appropriate amount of liquid in the container body can be taken out by simply pushing the pump head by hand. It may be discharged.
Technologies that can prevent this erroneous operation are disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4.
Patent Document 1 describes a stopper that is interposed between a pump head and a cap and restricts the pump head from being pressed down.
In
Patent Document 4 describes a cover that regulates the depression of the depression head by bringing the lower end surface of the stem covering portion hanging from the lower end of the head covering portion into contact with the upper surface of the stem retaining cylinder. .
For pump containers that allow the contents of the container body to be discharged from the nozzles of the pump head by moving the pump head up and down, it is necessary to prevent erroneous operation of the pump head not only after the start of use but also during transport at the time of shipment. There is. Any of the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 to 4 can prevent an erroneous operation of the pump head. However, none of them can be mounted in the downward movement position of the pump head, and since the pump head is in the upward movement position located at the upper limit, the extension of the pump head is bulky and not suitable for conveyance. .
In addition, if the pump container can be fixed in the downward movement position where the pump head is located at the lower limit, the pump head is maintained in the downward movement position, so that the contents can be dispensed and not bulky. However, once the pump head is brought into the up-motion position in order to start use, even if the pump head is returned to the down-motion position again, the content of one push is discharged and wasted. For this reason, a stopper for preventing an erroneous operation in the upward movement posture of the pump head must be prepared separately.
Therefore, in view of the above, the present invention provides a protective cover that can be attached to the pump container even in the downward movement position while preventing the pump head from being erroneously operated in the upward movement position, and a pump container using the protective cover. It is intended.
In order to achieve the above object, the protective cover of the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the pump mechanism that can discharge the contents of the container main body from the nozzle of the pump head by the vertical movement of the pump head and can maintain the pump head in the downward movement position via a cap that is screwed into the mouth of the container main body. In the protective cover of the pump container mounted on the container body, the protective cover is provided with a regulating means for restricting the pump head to be pushed down in the upwardly moving posture of the pump head. A protective cover having a cap holding portion fitted to a cap and / or a head holding portion fitted to a pump head.
Since the restricting means restricts the pump head from being pushed down, erroneous operation of the pump head can be prevented. In addition, since the pump head has a cap holding portion fitted to the cap and / or a head holding portion fitted to the pump head in the downward movement posture, the protective cover can be attached to the pump container even in the downward movement posture. Can do.
As a mode in which the regulating means regulates the depression of the pump head, in the upward movement posture of the pump head, (1) the top surface side of the pump head is covered and the lower end thereof is used as the top surface of the cap or part of the pump mechanism. The pump head may be configured to cover the pump head, or (2) a stopper is interposed between the pump head and the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism, and the lower surface of the pump head and the cap It is good also as a form contact | abutted to a top surface or a part of pump mechanism. In addition, as a part of pump mechanism, if it is located below a pump head among the members which comprise a pump mechanism, it will not be limited.
Specifically, with regard to the former mode (1), the regulating means includes an upper wall that covers the top surface side of the pump head, and a cap holding portion that is fitted to the cap in a downward movement posture of the pump head, and the pump head The lower end of the cap holding part may be brought into contact with the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism in the upward movement posture. Even if the pump head is accidentally pushed from above the upper wall, the cap holding portion comes into contact with the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism, so that the pump head can be restricted from being pushed down.
Alternatively, the restricting means includes an upper wall that covers the top side of the pump head, a cap holding portion that is fitted to the cap in a downward movement posture of the pump head, and a restriction wall that protrudes inward from the lower end of the cap holding portion. The regulating wall may be brought into contact with the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism in the upwardly moving posture of the pump head. Even if the pump head is accidentally pushed from above the upper wall, the regulating wall comes into contact with the top surface of the cap, so that the pump head cannot be pushed down any further. In addition, if a restriction wall is provided, the protective cover can be stably attached and effectively prevented from falling off if the restriction wall is locked to the lower edge of the cap when the pump head is lowered. Can do. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the distance L1 between the upper wall and the regulating wall of the protective cover, and the length L2 from the upper end of the pump head to the lower end of the cap when the pump head is in the downward movement posture The relationship may be L1 ≧ L2. If it is this relationship, a cap can be accommodated in a cap holding | maintenance part.
Further, the latter aspect (2) of the restricting means is specifically provided with a cap holding part fitted to the cap in a downwardly moving posture of the pump head, and at least a part of the cap holding part is disposed on the pump head. In the upward movement posture, the pump head may be interposed between the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism, and may be brought into contact with the lower end of the pump head and the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism. . The cap holding part also functions as a stopper, and the pump head can be restricted from being pushed down. In order to interpose the cap holding portion between the pump head and the cap or a part of the pump mechanism in the upwardly moving posture of the pump head, specifically, the cap holding portion has the cap in the upwardly moving posture. It is only necessary to provide elasticity so that the diameter is smaller than that and the cap can be held in the downward movement posture. Alternatively, only the rear end portion of the cap holding portion may be bent or curved inward. In the downward movement posture of the pump head, the cap can be held by the cap holding portion, so that the protective cover can be attached even in the downward movement posture.
It is preferable that the regulating means includes a head holding portion that is fitted to the pump head. The protective cover can be stably fixed to the pump container in the upwardly moving posture of the pump head. In addition, the pump head is held in the head holding portion in the upward movement posture of the pump head, and the pump head and cap are held in the head holding portion and the cap holding portion in the downward movement posture of the pump head, respectively. In the downward movement position, the protective cover is more stably attached to the pump container. Therefore, it is easy to remove the protective cover from the pump container in the upward movement position, and it is difficult to remove it in the downward movement position, which is suitable for conveyance. In this case, more preferably, the fitting force of the cap holding part is set higher than the fitting force of the head holding part. If it does in this way, it can fix to a cap strongly with a cap holding part, and it will be hard to remove a protection cover at the time of conveyance used as a downward movement posture.
The cap holding part and the cap may be fitted, for example, by elastically holding the cap by the cap holding part, or by providing a protrusion on one of the cap holding part and the cap and on the other side. It is good also as a holding | maintenance by providing the recessed part which can be fitted with the protrusion.
In addition, the fitting between the head holding part and the pump head, for example, may be such that the pump head is elastically held by the head holding part, or a protrusion is provided on one of the head holding part and the pump head. Further, a concave portion that can be fitted to the protruding portion may be provided on the other side so as to be able to be held.
Further, as an aspect of the protective cover different from the above, the pump mechanism that can discharge the contents of the container body from the nozzle of the pump head by the vertical movement of the pump head and can maintain the pump head in the downward movement position is the container. In the protective cover of the pump container attached to the container main body via a cap screwed into the mouth of the main body, the protective cover is formed with a back opening into which the pump head and the cap of the pump container can be inserted, and the pump An upper wall that covers the top surface of the head, a head holding portion that is suspended from the edge of the upper wall and elastically holds the side surface of the pump head, and extends from the lower end of the head holding portion, and elastically holds the side surface of the cap And a cap opening that holds the back surface, the back opening is formed from the head holding part to the cap holding part, and the opening in the head holding part is the part where the top of the pump head fits The opening degree is made larger than the diameter of the upper part of the pump head, and when the pump head is moved upward, the lower end of the cap holding part comes into contact with the top surface of the cap or a part of the pump mechanism, thereby pushing down the pump head. The head holding portion and the cap holding portion may be a protective cover that is fitted to the pump head and the cap, respectively, in the regulated downward posture of the pump head. The opening in the head holding part is easy to insert the pump head because the opening degree of the portion where the upper part of the pump head is fitted is larger than the diameter of the upper part of the pump head.
If a restriction wall bent inward from the lower end of the cap holding part is provided and the pump head is lowered, the restriction wall is locked to the lower edge of the cap. The state of wearing the protective cover is stable.
The head holding part and the cap holding part are formed in an arc shape in plan view, and the arc part is preferably formed with a central angle larger than 180 degrees, and more preferably set at 210 to 240 degrees. If the central angle of the arc portion is larger than 180 degrees, the head holding portion and the cap holding portion cover most of the side surfaces of the pump head and the cap, so that the protective cover can be stably fixed to the pump container. On the other hand, if the central angle of the arc portion is smaller than 180 degrees, the protective cover tends not to be stably fixed in the upward movement posture and the downward movement posture. Moreover, if it is larger than 210 degree | times, the mounting state of a protective cover will become more stable. If it is larger than 240 degrees, it is not preferable because it becomes difficult to attach and detach the pump head and cap. The head holding portion and the cap holding portion have shapes corresponding to the outer peripheral shapes of the pump head and the cap, respectively.
The material of the protective cover is not particularly limited, but is preferably made of a synthetic resin having flexibility. Examples thereof include, but are not limited to, polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, urethane, and the like. If a synthetic resin having flexibility is used, the protective cover can be easily attached and detached.
Moreover, it is preferable to provide the nozzle cap which coat | covers the nozzle which protrudes from the pump head of a pump container. Since the nozzle outlet is covered with the nozzle cap, it is possible to prevent the liquid adhering to the nozzle outlet from dripping. This nozzle cap may be formed integrally with a restricting means for restricting the pump head from being pushed down.
According to the present invention, the protective cover can be attached to the pump container in both the upward moving position and the downward moving position of the pump head. In the upward movement posture, the restricting means restricts the pump head from being pushed down, so that an erroneous operation of the pump head can be prevented. Further, since the protective cover can be attached to the pump container in the downward movement posture, the pump head can be in the downward movement posture during conveyance. Therefore, it does not need to be bulky during transportation.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front view of the main part in FIG. 2B, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along AA in FIG. 3, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along BB in FIG. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the protective cover as viewed from the lower back, FIG. 9 is a plan view of the protective cover, FIG. 10 is a front view of the protective cover, and FIG. 11 is the protective cover. FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pump container 1 of the present embodiment includes a
The
The pump mechanism 4 is provided so as to be axially rotatable with respect to the
Here, the pump mechanism 4 refers to the entire mechanism that starts with the
In the configuration of the pump mechanism 4 as described above, when the
The screwing
The
The
The
Thus, the
The
The
The
The
According to the above configuration, the
[Second Embodiment]
FIGS. 13 and 14 are views showing the second embodiment, FIG. 13 is an enlarged perspective view of a main part showing the upward movement posture of the pump container of the second embodiment, and FIG. 14 is also in the upward movement position of the pump container. It is a figure which shows the positional relationship of the cap holding |
The
Further, in the downward movement posture, the
[Third Embodiment]
FIGS. 15 to 21 are views showing a third embodiment. FIG. 15 is an enlarged perspective view of a main part showing a downward movement posture of the pump container of the third embodiment. FIG. 16 is a plan view of the same. 18 is a rear view, FIG. 19 is a DD sectional view in FIG. 17, FIG. 20 is an EE sectional view in FIG. 18, and FIG. 21 is an FF sectional view. In the first embodiment, the
