Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter unit having excellent airtightness that can be easily exchanged or discarded, and is used in an air conditioner or the like.
Conventionally, as a filter unit used in an air conditioner or the like, there is one in which a filter medium formed in a zigzag shape is accommodated in a rectangular frame. For example, in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 6, comb-shaped packings 42 and 43 are provided on a lower frame 40 and an upper frame 41 into which the lower frame 40 is inserted and fitted. There is described a structure in which both edges of a zigzag shaped filter medium 44 are sandwiched and the airtightness between the filter medium and the frame is secured by a comb-like packing. However, the filter media used in this filter unit must be replaced periodically. When replacing, the lower and upper frames must be separated, the used filter media must be removed, and new filter media must be installed. It was. In addition, this filter unit has a problem that dust adhering to the filter medium at the time of work is scattered to contaminate the surroundings. In such a state where dust is scattered, the replacement worker is forced to perform unpleasant work. Furthermore, in order to maintain the shape of the filter medium formed in a zigzag shape, there is a problem in that it is difficult to reduce the volume of the filter medium at the time of disposal because it is provided with a spacing material made of, for example, an organic resin. It was.
It is desirable to replace the filter medium of the filter unit as easily as possible by reducing the number of times, and it is desirable that the replaced used filter medium can be discarded with a volume as small as possible. As one aspect for meeting such demands, Patent Document 2 includes a cartridge-type roll filter that allows the filter medium to be easily replaced and allows the filter medium to be wound and unwound. Are listed.
However, in the aspect described in Patent Document 2, although the filter medium can be easily replaced, there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure the airtightness between the filter medium and the frame. For this reason, such a roll filter is normally used for a filter unit for a prefilter, and cannot be used for a medium performance filter having a higher collection efficiency that requires airtightness than a prefilter. It was.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a filter unit having excellent airtightness that can be easily exchanged or discarded, and is used in an air conditioner or the like.
As described in claim 1, the filter unit according to the present invention has one of a set of opposing lateral surfaces of a rectangular parallelepiped frame as an air inlet and the other as an air outlet, and another set of lateral surfaces and lateral surfaces. If one shaft member is positioned on the air inlet side in the vertical direction between the plurality of shaft members, the upper and lower shaft members are alternately bridged in an arrangement such that the shaft member is positioned on the air outlet side. It is characterized in that it is stretched in a zigzag shape by hooking on the shaft member bridged as described above to form a filtration part, and one end of the stretched sheet-like filter medium can be wound up by a winding device. To do.
The filter unit according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the filter unit according to claim 1, the sheet-like filter medium is supplied from a roll filter-like cartridge.
Further, the filter unit according to claim 3 is a filter unit according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a pair of comb-like packings that are engaged with each other for sandwiching both edge portions of the sheet-like filter material stretched in a zigzag shape, The shaft member is provided on each of a pair of lateral surfaces that are bridged.
The filter unit according to claim 4 is the filter unit according to claim 3, wherein at least one of the pair of comb-shaped packings is movable so that the sheet-shaped filter medium can be freely sandwiched and opened. Features.
The filter unit according to claim 5 is characterized in that, in the filter unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4, the roll filter cartridge and / or the winding device is accommodated in the frame. .
In the filter unit of the present invention, since the sheet-like filter medium stretched in a zigzag manner in the frame is wound by the winding device, the used filter medium can be discarded with a reduced volume. The used filter medium may be stored in a disposal package such as a disposal bag in a wound state and discarded, and has an advantage that dust is not easily scattered around.
In addition, when the sheet-like filter medium is supplied from the roll filter cartridge, the filter medium can be easily replaced by winding up the used filter medium and pulling out a new filter medium from the cartridge. .
Moreover, when a pair of comb-shaped packing is provided in the filter unit, the airtightness between the sheet-like filter medium stretched in a zigzag shape and the frame can be ensured by the comb-shaped packing. Therefore, the filter unit of the present invention can also be used as a filter unit for a medium performance filter that requires a higher collection efficiency than the prefilter.
In addition, when at least one of the pair of comb-like packings is movable so that the sheet-like filter medium can be freely held and opened, the filter medium can be exchanged smoothly.
Further, when the roll filter cartridge and the winding device are accommodated in the frame, these can also be handled integrally as a filter unit.
An embodiment of a filter unit of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the definitions such as “upper and lower”, “horizontal” and “left and right” used in describing the present invention are merely used for the sake of easy understanding of the present invention, and the filter unit of the present invention. The three-dimensional mounting direction is not limited by this rule.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a schematic configuration of a filter unit 1 of the present invention. In the filter unit 1 of the present invention, one side (left hand in the figure) of a pair of opposed lateral surfaces of a rectangular parallelepiped frame body 1 ′ serving as a casing of the filter unit 1 is an air inlet, and the other (right hand in the figure) is air. As an outlet, a plurality of rod-like shaft members 4a and 4b are arranged between another side surface 5 (front side of the figure) and the side surface (back side of the figure), and the shaft member 4a is located on the air inlet side, The upper and lower shaft members 4b are arranged on the air outlet side, and the shaft members 4a and the shaft members 4b are alternately bridged in a row in the vertical direction, and the sheet-like filter medium 7 is bridged in this way. By hooking on the shaft members 4 a and 4 b, the filter part is formed by stretching in a zigzag shape, and one end of the stretched sheet-like filter medium 7 can be wound up by the winding device 8.
Further, the shaft member 4c and the shaft member 4d are bridged to an intermediate position between the air inlet side and the air outlet side of the frame 1 ′, and the roll filter cartridge 6 for supplying the sheet-like filter medium 7 is attached to the frame 1. A space is reserved to accommodate the interior. Similarly, the shaft member 4e and the shaft member 4f are bridged to an intermediate position between the air inlet side and the air outlet side of the frame 1 ′, and a space for accommodating the winding device 8 in the frame 1 ′. Is secured.
In the present embodiment, the roll filter cartridge 6 is installed on the air inlet side near the upper surface 2 of the frame 1 ′, and the winding device 8 is installed on the air inlet side near the lower surface 3. Yes. After passing the sheet-like filter medium 7 drawn out from the roll filter cartridge 6 between the upper surface 2 and the shaft member 4c, the shaft members 4b, 4d, 4b, 4a,... 4b, 4e, 4b are sequentially formed. Then, it is stretched in a zigzag shape and finally passed between the lower surface 3 and the shaft member 4f and connected to a paper tube 9 held on the winding roll of the winding device 8 with a tape or the like. The sheet-like filter medium 7 is secured between the upper surface 2 and the lower surface 3 by being sandwiched between the upper surface 2 and the shaft member 4c, and the lower surface 3 and the shaft member 4f.
The winding device 8 includes, for example, a handle for rotating the winding roll. By rotating the winding roll by moving the handle, the used sheet-shaped filter medium 7 is transferred to the paper tube 9. Can be wound. At the same time as the used filter medium is wound up by the winding device 8, new filter medium is drawn out from the roll filter cartridge 6, and the shaft members 4c, 4b, 4d, 4b, 4a,. It is hooked on 4f and stretched in a zigzag shape. The used filter medium wound up by the winding device 8 can be removed from the winding roll together with the paper tube 9 around which the used filter medium is wound, and can be easily discarded in a small volume. In addition, since the used filter medium has adhered dust etc., it is preferable to dispose it after storing it in a disposal package such as a disposal bag.
Further, reference numeral 10 in FIG. 1 is a stopper for preventing the roll filter cartridge 6 from rotating unexpectedly. Due to the action of the stopper 10, an excessive sheet-shaped filter medium 7 is not drawn out from the roll filter cartridge 6 and the zigzag tension is not loosened.
It is preferable to use a roll filter cartridge 6 in which a sheet-like filter medium 7 having a length sufficient to form a filtration part twice or more inside the frame 1 'is wound around a roll. The roll filter-like cartridge 6 has a diameter of 195 to around which a filter medium having a thickness of about 0.4 mm is wound so that the roll filter cartridge 6 can be accommodated in a filter unit having a general size (length 610 mm × width 610 mm × height 290 mm) It is preferable to use a 215 mm one.
Further, in the filter unit of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a pair of comb-shaped packings 11a and 11b meshing with each other is paired with a pair of horizontal members obtained by bridging shaft members 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f. Alternatively, both edge portions of the sheet-like filter medium 7 provided on each of the surfaces and hooked on the shaft member to be stretched in a zigzag shape may be clamped together with the shaft member to be crimped. By holding both edge portions of the sheet-like filter medium 7 together with the shaft member between the pair of comb-shaped packings 11a and 11b, the airtightness of the filtration portion inside the frame 1 'can be more reliably ensured. The comb-like packings 11a and 11b may be formed, for example, by applying polypropylene resin to a predetermined shape on a lateral surface that bridges the shaft member and solidifying it. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if at least one of the pair of comb-like packings is movable in a sliding manner, for example, the sheet-like filter medium can be freely sandwiched and released, the sheet-like filter medium can be opened at the time of opening. 7 can be moved freely, so that the used sheet-shaped filter medium 7 can be smoothly wound up by the winding device 8.
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the filter unit of the present invention. In this filter unit 12, the roll filter cartridge 6 is installed on the air outlet side near the upper surface 2 of the frame 12 ′, and the winding device 8 is installed on the air outlet side near the lower surface 3. Yes. When the winder 8 is accommodated on the air outlet side of the filter unit 12 as described above, the shield plate 13 is provided around the filter unit 12 so that the winder 8 is separated from the air outlet and is wound up by the winder 8. The dust adhering to the filter medium is prevented from being scattered in the purified air. In the present embodiment, a door 13a that can be opened and closed is provided on a part of the shielding plate 13 that divides the periphery of the winding device 8, and the door 13a is opened and closed to remove the used filter material wound up, A new paper tube 9 is exchanged.
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the filter unit of the present invention. This filter unit 20 does not house the roll filter cartridge 27 and the winding device 29 inside the frame body 20 ′ but outside the frame body 20 ′. It is installed. FIG. 5 shows a state in which two filter units 20 are attached in parallel to a filter attachment frame 31 having two openings 32. In this embodiment, both sides of the filter unit 20 are fixed to the filter mounting frame 31 with stat bolts 24 and 26, and the roll filter cartridge 27 is attached to the air inflow side of the filter unit 20 with these stat bolts 24 and 26. A storage table 23 that stores the storage table 23 that stores the winding device 29 is fixed. The configurations of the shaft members 22a and 22b and the sheet-like filter medium 28 in the frame 20 ′ are as described above.
When the roll filter cartridge 27 and the winding device 29 are installed outside the frame body 20 ′ as in this embodiment, the sheet-like filter medium 28 is stretched using the entire space inside the frame body 20 ′. Since it can be installed and used as a filtration part, there is an advantage that the area of the filter medium through which the air to be cleaned can pass can be enlarged.
Next, the filter unit of the Example of this invention, a comparative example, and a prior art example is demonstrated.
(Example)

The rod-shaped shaft members were made of stainless steel, and a total of 20 were used. The roll filter cartridge has a length of 585 mm, a length of 72 m, a basis weight of 68 g / m 2 , and a thickness of 0.4 mm. The thing of was used. The size of the sheet-like filter medium stretched zigzag inside the frame was about 3 m 2 . The length (72 m) of the sheet-shaped filter medium wound around the roll filter cartridge in a roll shape corresponds to a length that allows the filter medium to be stretched twice in a zigzag manner on the filter unit. The stopper for preventing unexpected rotation of the roll filter cartridge was made of stainless steel. The comb-like packing was made of polypropylene resin and formed with 10 comb teeth and a pitch of 17 mm between the comb teeth.

(air tightness)
Airtightness is achieved by applying a non-breathable film on the surface of the filter unit through which air passes, so that there is no air leakage from the filter unit, and this filter unit is mounted on a filter performance tester compliant with JIS B9908. The degree of air leakage from the filter unit when operated at a speed of 1 / min is measured by a pressure loss measuring method based on JIS B9908, and the leakage rate is calculated by the following equation (1) No. -89982) and the following equation (2).
Leakage rate (%) = (Outlet air volume / Inlet air volume) × 100 (1)
Airtightness (%) = 100−leakage rate (%) (2)
(Dust holding capacity)
Dust holding capacity is in accordance with JIS B9908 type 3 (weight method, test dust: JIS class 8), and the filter unit is ventilated at a surface wind speed of 2.5 m / s, and the pressure loss is twice the initial pressure loss. The dust holding capacity at the time was measured.
Further, the filter units of the examples, comparative examples, and conventional examples are arranged in parallel on the downstream side of the prefilter of the air conditioner as shown in FIG. The state at the time of replacement and the state of waste were evaluated as follows.
(Number of exchanges)
The filter medium or filter unit should be replaced when the specified performance cannot be obtained. When the filter medium or roll filter cartridge is removed from the filter unit or when the filter unit itself is removed from the air conditioner, the number of replacements is counted as 1. did. When the number of exchanges was less than once every 6 months, it was marked as ◯, and when the number of exchanges was once or more every 6 months, it was marked as x. Moreover, the prefilter provided in the air conditioner was changed once every two months.
(Workability)
At the time of replacement, when there was no dust scattering, it was marked with ◯, and when it was, it was marked with ×.
(Weight of waste)
When the weight of the waste was lighter than that of the conventional example, it was marked as “◯”, and when it was heavy, it was marked as “x”.
(Volume of waste)
When the volume of the waste was smaller than that of the conventional example, it was marked with ◯, and when it was larger, it was marked with ×.
In addition, as a comprehensive evaluation, when the number of replacements, workability, waste weight, and waste volume were all “good”, “good”, and when any one of these evaluations had “good”, “good”. The results are shown in Table 1.
また、廃棄物の容積も0.02m3(0.02m3は、巻き取られた使用済み濾材の半径105mm2×濾材の縦幅585mm×πの式から導き出される数値)と小さくすることができた。
また、廃棄物の重量がフィルタユニット1台分の重量である15kgと重く、フィルタユニット自体の大きさ0.1m3(0.1m3は、縦610mm×横610mm×高さ290mmの式から導き出される数値)のままで廃棄しなければならなかった。
As shown in Table 1, the filter unit of the example sufficiently satisfied all the four basic performances represented by the collection efficiency, pressure loss, airtightness, and dust holding capacity as a filter unit for a medium performance filter. In addition, although the pressure loss of the filter unit of an Example becomes a little higher than the filter unit of a comparative example or a prior art example, the dust holding capacity was superior to the filter unit of a comparative example or a prior art example.
Since the filter unit of the embodiment was able to replace the sheet-like filter medium by pulling out a new filter medium from the roll filter cartridge, it can be used without removing the roll filter cartridge from the filter unit for one year. did it. In addition, since the used filter medium can be taken up and discarded by the winding device, dust attached to the filter medium at the time of replacement is not scattered around, and workability at the time of replacement is good. The weight of the waste was as light as 2.9kg. Since the weight of the filter unit of the example is 15 kg, the weight of waste can be reduced to ¼ or less than when the filter unit itself is discarded. In addition, the volume of waste can be reduced to 0.02 m 3 (0.02 m 3 is a value derived from the formula of radius 105 mm 2 of wound used filter medium × length of filter medium 585 mm × π). It was. The used filter medium wound up in this way and having a small volume could be easily disposed of by storing it in a waste package such as a waste bag.
On the other hand, the filter unit of the comparative example must be removed when the filter medium is removed from the filter unit because the filter medium must be replaced every 6 months by removing the filter medium from the filter unit. Dust scattered from the filter media and contaminated the surroundings. Moreover, although the weight of the used filter medium removed from the filter unit of the comparative example is as light as 0.2 kg, the used filter medium remains in an expanded state, so the volume is large, and this filter medium is packed in a waste bag and discarded. Even in such a case, dust was scattered from the filter medium, and handling was difficult.
In addition, the filter unit of the conventional example has to be replaced every 6 months. In addition, the weight of the waste is as heavy as 15 kg, which is the weight of one filter unit, and the size of the filter unit itself is 0.1 m 3 (0.1 m 3 is derived from the formula of 610 mm long × 610 mm wide × 290 mm high). It had to be discarded.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has industrial applicability in that filter media can be easily replaced and discarded, and a filter unit with excellent airtightness used in an air conditioner or the like can be provided.
