Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid container including a container main body that stores liquid and a liquid discharge device that is used by being mounted on the container main body, and a liquid product stored in the liquid container. It is related with the container for liquids which was easy to receive and was excellent in the usability which received the discharged liquid by hand.
As containers for storing liquids such as shampoos, body soaps, hand soaps, and detergents, there are known bottle containers in which a liquid discharge device such as a push-type pump dispenser is attached to the mouth of a container body. In a bottle container equipped with a liquid ejection device, generally, when the head is pushed downward, the liquid contained in the container body is ejected from the nozzle.
In recent years, liquid products used in bottle containers equipped with liquid ejection devices have been sold as refill / refill liquid products in refill pouches in order to save resources and reduce costs. Yes.
As a pouch for refilling, two side wall films and a bottom wall film are overlapped, and a peripheral part thereof is laminated by heat welding or the like to form a bag-like bag body, and a part of the upper side of the bag body In general, a cut-out type spout is integrally formed at the top corner or the like.
However, in such a refilling pouch, there is a problem that it takes a lot of time or liquid easily spills when pouring the content liquid into the container in which the liquid ejection device is mounted. It has been required to improve the performance.
In order to solve the problem of liquid spilling during refilling, there is a refilling pouch with an improved spout. As a refillable pouch having an improved spout, a projecting spout provided at the upper corner is widely known. In addition, a technique has been proposed in which a reinforcing mechanism is provided at a spout of a refill pouch or a liquid conduit having a convex cross section is provided.
However, in refillable pouches that have improved these spouts, it is necessary to make the spouts of the refillable pouches narrower to match the caliber of the bottle-like container in order to prevent liquid from spilling, and refilling takes time. The problem could not be solved sufficiently.
In the techniques described in
However, in the techniques described in
More specifically, in a liquid container to which a pump means having a large-diameter screwing portion that is screwed into a wide-mouthed portion described in
Moreover, in the liquid container which has a joint cap provided with the large diameter screwing part screwed in the opening part of the wide mouth described in
Moreover, in the technique described in
As described above, a container with an enlarged bottle container diameter is known, but it is excellent in workability for refilling work from a refill pouch and excellent in usability when discharging content liquid. The container has not yet been proposed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, is excellent in workability of refilling work from a refill pouch, and is easy to receive the discharged liquid by hand when the liquid is discharged. An object of the present invention is to provide an excellent liquid container.
In order to solve the above problems, the liquid container of the present invention employs the following configuration.
That is, the liquid container of the present invention is a liquid container including a container main body that stores liquid and a liquid discharge device that is used by being mounted on the container main body, and the liquid discharge device includes the container main body. A bottle joint that is detachably attached to the mouth of the head, a head provided with a nozzle, and a nozzle head supported so as to be movable in the vertical direction while being biased upward; and depressing the head And a pump mechanism that discharges the liquid contained in the container body from the tip of the nozzle, the mouth portion of the container body has a shape that can be joined to the bottle joint portion, and When the inner diameter of the mouth is a (mm), a ≧ 24 (mm) is satisfied, the horizontal distance from the central axis of the container body to the tip of the nozzle is b (mm), Bottle contact {C + 14 (mm)} ≦≦ when the horizontal distance from the central axis to the outer peripheral part of the container is c (mm) and the horizontal distance from the central axis to the outer peripheral part of the outermost container body is d (mm) When b ≦ d is satisfied and the horizontal distance from the central axis to the outer periphery of the head in the direction in which the nozzle is provided is e (mm), b ≧ e ≧ {c−5 (mm)} When the distance between the lower surface of the head and the upper surface of the bottle joint when the nozzle head is pushed down is defined as f (mm), 6 (mm) ≦ f ≦ 15 (mm) is satisfied. It is characterized by that.
In the liquid container of the present invention, when the horizontal distance from the central axis to the outer periphery of the head in the direction opposite to the direction in which the nozzle is provided is g (mm), 0 (mm ) ≦ c−g ≦ 6 (mm).
Further, the liquid product of the present invention is a liquid product used for hand washing, finger sterilization, disinfection, or sterilization, and is contained in the liquid container according to
According to the present invention, it is easy to pour liquid in a refill pouch, excellent in workability of refilling work, and easy to push when discharging the content liquid, and excellent in usability to easily receive the discharged liquid by hand. Can provide a container.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an example of a liquid container according to the present invention. FIG. 1 (a) is a plan view, and FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c) are side views. FIG. 1B is a diagram showing a state when the nozzle head is pushed down, and FIG. 1C is a diagram showing a state when the nozzle head is not pushed down.
The container for liquid shown in FIG. 1 can be used as a container for storing any liquid such as shampoo, body soap, hand soap, dish detergent, garment detergent, lotion, emulsion, etc. It is suitably used as a container for a liquid product in which the liquid inside is taken out and used.
A
The
The
In the present embodiment, since the inner diameter a of the
However, when the inner diameter a of the
In addition, the width D1 of the

The
The bottle
The
As shown in FIG. 1B, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
When the horizontal distance b from the
The maximum value of the inner diameter a of the
Further, when the horizontal distance b from the
Further, the
When the horizontal distance e from the
Further, the horizontal distance e from the
In addition, when the above-described distance e is shorter than the length obtained by subtracting 5 mm from the above-described distance c, the tip of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 1B, the
Conventionally, a container employing a large-bore bottle has a problem in that the hand receiving the liquid hits the bottle joint 21 because the outer diameter of the pump joint increases as the diameter increases.
On the other hand, in the
When the distance f between the lower surface of the
Further, when the distance f described above exceeds 15 mm, the
When the above-mentioned distance f exceeds 15 mm, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, in the
The horizontal distance g from the
Further, when the difference (c−g) between the distance g and the distance c is larger than 6 mm, for example, when the liquid in the

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, as a method of taking out the liquid from the liquid container shown in FIG. 1, the container is held in one hand, the
Further, as a method of taking out the liquid in the liquid container shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a usage method in which the
