Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle including a load receiving platform lifting device provided at the rear end of the loading platform, and more particularly, including a load receiving platform lifting device in which the load receiving platform can be raised and lowered along posts erected on the left and right sides of the loading platform rear end. It relates to vehicles.

Conventionally, as a vehicle equipped with this kind of load receiving platform lifting device, a slider is inserted into a post erected on the left and right of the rear end of the vehicle loading platform, and the load receiving platform is supported by the slider. For example, there is provided one in which a load receiving base can be raised and lowered by raising and lowering a slider via a wire by an extension and contraction operation of an extension cylinder disposed in a cross member connected between the posts (for example, a patent Reference 1).

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the load receiving platform lifting device includes a pair of left and right posts 2 erected at the rear end of the vehicle loading platform 1 and sub-posts 3 slidably inserted into the posts 2. And a tail gate (load receiving stand) 5 supported rotatably by the left and right sliders 4, one end at a hydraulic cylinder 6 as a lifting mechanism, and the other end at each slider 4. The post 2, the sub-post 3, the slider 4, and the wire are provided symmetrically on both sides of the rear end of the loading platform 1.

Accordingly, the slider 4 is lowered by feeding the wire from the hydraulic cylinder 6 side into the post 2 by the hydraulic cylinder 6, and the sub post 3 and the tailgate 5 are lowered at the same time. On the other hand, by pulling the wire toward the hydraulic cylinder 6 by the hydraulic cylinder 6, the tailgate 5 rises from the ground to the highest position where it is substantially the same as the floor surface of the loading platform 1 by the reverse operation.

And in the load receiving table lifting / lowering device configured as described above, a safety device 7 is provided to prevent a protruding object protruding forward from the tail gate 5 from being sandwiched below the loading platform 1 when the tail gate 5 is raised. It has been.

As shown in FIG. 4, the safety device 7 includes an operation member 71 and a detection device 75.

The actuating member 71 includes an actuating arm 72 provided at the rear end of the loading platform 1 and swinging up and down on both lower sides of the cross member 11 accommodating the hydraulic cylinder therein, and a distal end of the actuating arm 72. The operating rod 73 is connected between the parts, and the operating rod 73 is arranged across the width direction of the cross member 11 in a state of slightly protruding rearward at the lower part of the cross member 11.

The detecting device 75 uses, for example, a micro switch, and when the operating arm 72 swings upward, the dog portion 72a formed at the base end portion of the operating arm 72 comes into contact with the detector 75a. Is arranged to detect this.

Accordingly, when a protruding object such as a luggage or a limb protrudes forward from the load receiving table 5 when the load receiving table 5 is raised, the operating arm 72 is pushed up by contacting the operating rod 73 with the protruding object. Is swung upward, and this is detected by the detecting device 75 to stop the ascent of the load receiving platform 5. As a result, the projecting object is prevented from being caught below the rear end (cross member 11) of the loading platform 1 to ensure safety.

A tail lamp 8 is arranged below the safety device 7 as shown in FIG.
JP-A-8-230548

However, since the safety device 7 is disposed below the cross member 11 in the above-described conventional device, the tail lamp 8 disposed below the safety device 7 has a function to ensure the function of the safety device 7. In the rear part of the vehicle, it must be arranged at a position deeper in front than the safety device 7.

For this reason, the post 2 and the safety device 7 interfered with each other, causing the visibility of the tail lamp 8 to decrease. In particular, at the rear end of the vehicle, the light to the side of the vehicle of the tail lamp 8 is blocked by the post 2, so that the visibility is greatly reduced.

It is also possible to reverse the vertical relationship between the tail lamp 8 and the safety device 7, that is, to arrange the safety device 7 below the tail lamp 8 to improve the visibility of the tail lamp 8. Since the cross member 11 and the like exist in the position above the device 7, it is difficult to realize the cross member 11 due to many restrictions.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object thereof is to maintain the function of preventing the tail lamp from being damaged by the safety device while maintaining the conventional vertical relationship in which the tail lamp is disposed below the safety device. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle equipped with a load receiving table lifting / lowering device capable of greatly improving the visibility of a tail lamp.

In order to achieve the above object, a vehicle provided with the load receiving platform lifting apparatus of the invention according to claim 1 is configured such that a slider is inserted in a post so as to be able to move up and down in a post erected on the left and right of the rear end of the vehicle loading platform. A load receiving platform is supported by the slider, and the load receiving platform can be raised and lowered by raising and lowering the slider by an elevating mechanism. Further, when the load receiving platform is raised, a protrusion projecting forward from the load receiving platform is sandwiched below the rear end of the loading platform. In a vehicle provided with a load receiving platform lifting device provided with a safety device for preventing the safety of the tail lamp, the safety device is disposed above the tail lamp of the vehicle, and the irradiation surface of the tail lamp is substantially the same as the rear wall of the post. Further, a protrusion projecting forward from the load receiving table when the load receiving table is lifted is sandwiched below the tail lamp below the tail lamp. The one in which the auxiliary member for the safety device actuated to actuate the safety device is disposed.

According to the present invention, the function of the original safety device is ensured while maintaining the conventional vertical relationship in which the tail lamp is disposed below the safety device, and of course, the rear is not disturbed by the post, and to the side. However, it is possible to arrange the tail lamp so that light is sufficiently irradiated, and thereby the visibility of the tail lamp can be greatly improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a vehicle equipped with a load receiving table lifting device of the present invention. Note that the same members as those in the conventional load receiving table lifting apparatus described above are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted, and the lifting operation of the load receiving table is also the same, and thus description thereof is omitted.

In this cargo receiving platform lifting / lowering device, the safety device 7 is disposed above the tail lamp 8 of the vehicle, and the tail lamp 8 is disposed so that the irradiation surface 8a thereof is substantially flush with the rear wall of the post 2. Further, below the tail lamp 8, a safety device that operates the safety device 7 when a projecting object protruding forward from the tail gate 5 is sandwiched below the tail lamp 8 when the tail gate 5 is raised. An auxiliary member 9 for operation is provided.

The auxiliary member 9 is composed of a bar-shaped body formed in a U-shape so as to surround the left and right side portions and the lower portion of the tail lamp 8 with a predetermined interval, and both ends of the auxiliary member 9 are connected to the operating rod 73. It is connected to the end. The auxiliary member 9 configured in this way is provided in a pair on the left and right sides of the operating rod 73 corresponding to the tail lamps 8 provided on both sides of the rear end of the vehicle. Further, the vertical portion 9a of the auxiliary member 9 is inserted through a guide member 91 provided on the post 2, and the guide member 91 prevents the auxiliary member 9 from moving forward and backward and can move smoothly in the vertical direction. I am doing so.

And in the vehicle provided with the load receiving table elevating device configured as described above, the arrangement of the safety device 7, the auxiliary member 9, and the tail lamp 8 as described above is the main part of the present invention. The following effects can be achieved.

First, when the tailgate 5 is lifted, for example, if a load or an operator's foot protrudes from the tailgate 5 to the front side of the vehicle, the load or the operator's foot is the safety device 7 or an auxiliary member. 9, the safety device 7 is actuated, whereby the rise of the tailgate 5 can be stopped, so that it is possible to reliably prevent damage to the load itself and the tail lamp 8 and the rear end of the loading platform 1 due to the load, It is possible to prevent accidents in which the operator's feet get caught and injured.

Even if the tail lamp 8 provided below the safety device 7 is arranged at the rear end of the rear end of the vehicle so as not to obstruct the raising and lowering of the load receiving platform 5, the safety device 7 can be operated via the auxiliary member 9. Thus, it is possible to prevent the luggage or limbs from being caught between the tail lamp 8 and the like. That is, even if the irradiation surface 8a of the tail lamp 8 is arranged at a position that is substantially flush with the rear wall of the post 2, the tail lamp 8 is damaged by operating the safety device 7 through the auxiliary member 9 as described above. It can be prevented and there is no trouble. As a result, the irradiation surface 8a of the tail lamp 8 is not disturbed by the post 2 and, of course, light is sufficiently irradiated to the side, and the visibility can be greatly improved.

Note that the above-described embodiment is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to this, and various design changes can be made within the scope thereof.

For example, the present invention can also be applied to a load receiving table elevating device that does not have a sub-post and is provided with a slider that can be moved up and down directly in the post.

Further, the lifting mechanism is not limited to a mechanism that lifts and lowers the slider via the wire by the expansion and contraction operation of the hydraulic cylinder. In other words, any lifting mechanism that lifts the load receiving platform 5 along the post 2 may be used.
