このとき、土のう袋50の口へ、土のう充填用器具10を浅く差し込めばよく、土のう袋の口縁部55が取手部20に掛かる程度でよい。つまり、土のう袋50の底側の方は皺が寄って重なったような状態でもよく、その上に土のう充填用器具10を立てた状態にセットすればよい。従って、従来のように土のう充填用器具10を土のう袋50の中へ深く入れる必要がなく、簡単にセットできる。

該枠本体の前記側壁板の外面部に設けられた少なくとも一対の持ち上げ用の取手部とを具備することを特徴とする土のう充填用器具。
