Description

The present invention relates to an ultrasonic treatment apparatus used when a dental treatment is performed using an implant.

Conventionally, artificial roots are attached by embedding a pin-shaped artificial root called an implant in the bone of the maxilla or mandible, and screwing the artificial crown into the screw hole at the end of the implant protruding from the embedded bone. A method of attaching is known. In this method, an artificial dental crown is attached after a certain period of time has passed after the implant is implanted in the bone and the implanted implant is integrated with the bone tissue. In this case, it is essential to use a temporary denture during the period until the implant is integrated with the bone tissue. Until now, there was no other choice but to leave it to natural healing, so a bone tissue was formed between the implant and the bone. Until then, the patient was inconvenienced.

In order to promote healing after such an implant treatment, a casing disposed in the vicinity of the treatment portion where the implant treatment is performed in the oral cavity, a vibrator disposed on the inner wall of the casing, and a side surface of the casing There has been proposed an ultrasonic therapy apparatus that is provided with a pair of fixing members that are respectively placed on both adjacent teeth of the treatment section (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to this ultrasonic therapy apparatus, it is said that integration of the implant and the bone tissue can be promoted by applying ultrasonic vibration to the treatment portion.
JP 2004-113625 A

However, in the ultrasonic therapy apparatus of Patent Document 1, the housing that houses the vibrator and the fixing member that fixes the housing are connected to the other tooth on the opposite side of the upper jaw or the lower jaw where the treatment portion is formed. There is a problem in that the vibrator comes out of contact with the predetermined position and the casing and the fixing member are damaged. In addition, since it is necessary to put the fixing member on the teeth on both sides of the treatment portion, it is extremely difficult to mount the fixing member, and the burden on the patient is large.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and is capable of fixing a vibrator that easily and surely propagates ultrasonic vibrations to a treatment portion on which an implant treatment has been performed. And an ultrasonic therapy apparatus that is not damaged by both teeth of the lower jaw.

(First embodiment)
1 to 3 show a first embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 1A shows an overall perspective view of the ultrasonic therapy apparatus. Moreover, FIG.1 (b) is explanatory drawing with which the ultrasonic therapy apparatus of Fig.1 (a) was mounted | worn in the oral cavity. As shown in FIG.1 (b), in the intraoral M, the tooth | gear T is partly missing and the gum G is exposed and the treatment part G1 to which the implant treatment was performed is formed. More specifically, an implant P as an artificial tooth root is embedded in the lower jaw part in the treatment part G1, and a screw hole P1 into which an artificial dental crown is screwed is provided on the upper surface of the implant P. Moreover, the external view at the time of mounting | wearing with an ultrasonic therapy apparatus in FIG. 2 is shown. Further, FIG. 3 shows a partially broken perspective view in the AA cross section of FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the implant P is embedded in the bone B of the lower jaw at the proximal end portion P2, and is fixed by the generated bone tissue B1. The gum G is covered around the bone B, and the epidermis G3 is covered outside the gum G2.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the ultrasonic therapy apparatus 1 is accommodated in an occlusal portion 2 having a tooth shape on an upper surface portion 2 a and a lower surface portion 2 b, a housing 3 in which an opening 3 a is formed, and a housing 3. The vibrator 4 is provided. In addition, the outer peripheral portion 2c of the occlusal portion 2 is provided with a support portion 5 that protrudes up and down and contacts the side surfaces of both teeth T1 of the upper jaw and teeth T2 of the lower jaw. On the contact surface 5a of the support portion 5 with the teeth T, tooth profiles on the side surfaces of the upper jaw teeth T1 and the lower jaw teeth T2 are formed. The housing 3 is provided on the inner peripheral portion 2d of the occlusal portion 2 so that the opening 3a is disposed on the inner peripheral side G4 of the treatment portion G1. The vibrator 4 has a vibration surface 4a that abuts and propagates ultrasonic vibrations, is connected to a lead wire 6, and is connected to a supply source of an ultrasonic signal outside the oral cavity (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 2, the ultrasonic therapy apparatus 1 is mounted by inserting the occlusal portion 2 into the oral cavity M and biting with the upper jaw teeth T1 and the lower jaw teeth T2. Since the upper surface portion 2a and the lower surface portion 2b of the occlusal portion 2 are formed with tooth shapes, the occlusal portion 2 is fixed between the upper jaw teeth T1 and the lower jaw teeth T2 by biting into the tooth shapes. The And by fixing the occlusal part 2, the housing | casing 3 provided in the occlusal part 2, and the vibrator | oscillator 4 accommodated in the housing | casing 3 are arrange | positioned in the predetermined position in the inner peripheral side G4 of treatment part G1. Is done. Further, a support portion 5 is provided on the outer peripheral portion 2c of the occlusal portion 2, and the contact surface 5a is in close contact with and in contact with the side surfaces of the teeth T1 of the upper jaw and the teeth T2 of the lower jaw. For this reason, the position shift to the side of the occlusion part 2 can be controlled, and the vibrator can be arranged in the treatment part more reliably. If the vibrator 4 is vibrated in this state, the ultrasonic vibration W is propagated from the inner peripheral side G4 to the treatment part G1 via the vibration surface 4a, and the bone around the treatment part G1 to which the implant P is applied. The generation of the tissue B1 can be surely promoted, and the treatment time can be shortened.

In this ultrasonic therapy apparatus 1, since the occlusal portion 2 is inserted into the oral cavity M and is fixed by simply engaging the upper jaw teeth T <b> 1 and the lower jaw teeth T <b> 2, the vibrator 4 can be easily and reliably fixed to the treatment portion. The ultrasonic vibration W can be propagated by being arranged in G1. For this reason, in generation | occurrence | production of the bone tissue B1 around the treatment part G1 to which the implant P was given, while reducing the burden of the patient at the time of mounting | wearing with the ultrasonic therapy apparatus 1, a treatment can be performed reliably. Moreover, in the ultrasonic treatment apparatus 1, since both the upper surface portion 2a and the lower surface portion 2b of the occlusal portion 2 have tooth shapes, there is no fear of being damaged when being bitten during treatment, and durability. Can be improved.

In this embodiment, the housing 3 that houses the vibrator 4 is provided on the inner peripheral portion 2d of the occlusal portion 2, but is not limited thereto. As what is provided in the outer peripheral part of the occlusion part 2, it is good also as what propagates the ultrasonic vibration W from the outer peripheral side of the treatment part G1, and what is provided in both the outer peripheral part and inner peripheral part of the occlusal part 2 Also good.
