Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to disposable absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins.
Especially in many pants-type diapers, the entire exterior sheet is a two-layer sheet composed of an outer layer and an inner layer, and elastic elastic members such as rubber thread are fixed between these layers with an adhesive, and the waist and abdomen The fit is improved. Fit is important not only for wearing feeling but also for preventing leakage.
However, the absorbent article having such an exterior sheet has a problem that stuffiness due to moisture of excreta is easily generated and a problem that the exterior sheet is poor in softness.
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to improve air permeability and softness.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
A breathable outer layer, a breathable inner layer, and an exterior sheet having a plurality of elongated elastic elastic members interposed between them, spaced apart from each other and fixed in an expanded state, In the absorbent article provided with the absorption part that absorbs and holds the object provided on the body side of the exterior sheet,
In the exterior sheet, the elastic elastic member is bonded to both the outer layer and the inner layer via an adhesive, and a small portion having no adhesive between the outer layer and the inner layer between the bonded portions of the elastic elastic member. With an adhesive part,
An absorbent article characterized by the above.
(Function and effect)
As a result of diligent research on the cause of stuffiness, the present inventors have found that stuffiness has occurred due to the shielding effect of the exterior sheet, the exterior sheet has a two-layer structure, and an adhesive for fixing the elastic elastic member is available. It was found that the breathability and softness were extremely deteriorated due to the application. The exterior sheet has a two-layer structure, and the adhesive is applied to fix the elastic stretchable member between the layers. When these are sacrificed to improve the air permeability, the fit is improved. Cannot be improved.
Therefore, as a result of further research, the present inventors continuously applied the adhesive over the entire exterior sheet (solid coating) even though the conventional product does not have an elastic stretchable member so as to cover the entire exterior sheet. I realized that I was doing. The present invention has been made based on such knowledge, and in the exterior sheet, the elastic stretchable member is bonded to both the outer layer and the inner layer via an adhesive, and between the bonded portions of the elastic stretchable member. It is characterized by having a small adhesive part having a part without an adhesive between the outer layer and the inner layer.
As a result, a small adhesive portion having an adhesive only in the portion having the elastic elastic member and not having an adhesive therebetween is formed, and the air permeability and softness are improved by reducing the amount of the adhesive used. Become figured. Moreover, since the elastic elastic member is bonded to the outer layer and the inner layer via an adhesive at the site where the elastic elastic member is present, the same degree of adhesion as in the conventional case is possible.
<Invention of Claim 2>
The absorbent article according to
(Function and effect)
It is preferable that an adhesive is applied to at least the entire circumferential direction of the elastic stretchable member because even if the elastic stretchable member is twisted, it can be securely bonded to both the outer layer and the inner layer.
<Invention of Claim 3>
The exterior sheet has an abdominal part and a dorsal part that cover the user's abdomen and dorsal side, and the elastic stretchable member extends in the width direction within a predetermined range in the front-rear direction of each of the abdomen and dorsal parts The absorbent article according to
(Function and effect)
In particular, in a pants-type paper diaper or the like, elastic stretchable members are arranged over a wide range in each of the abdominal part and the back part in order to improve the overall fit. In other words, the softness and breathability are reduced by the use of the adhesive. Therefore, the present invention is particularly suitable for such a case.
<Invention of Claim 4>
A part of the small adhesive portion has an auxiliary adhesive intermittently applied along the extending direction of the elastic elastic member between the outer layer and the inner layer between the adhesive portions of the elastic elastic member. The absorbent article according to
(Function and effect)
As described above, the present invention is characterized in that the exterior sheet is provided with a small adhesive portion. However, since this small adhesive portion uses a small amount of adhesive, the outer portion is not used in a region where force is concentrated. There is a possibility that the layer and the inner layer are peeled off. Therefore, if an auxiliary adhesive is applied intermittently along the extending direction of the elastic stretchable member as described in this section, the adhesion between the outer layer and the inner layer is not impaired without impairing the air permeability. Can be reinforced.
<Invention of Claim 5>
The absorptive article according to any one of
(Function and effect)
In the conventional product, although the elastic sheet member is not provided on the entire exterior sheet, and it is not necessary, the entire exterior sheet has been made into two layers, so that the air permeability is hindered. Therefore, it is also a preferred form to provide a layer-saving portion with few layers as described in this section. The exterior sheet, which has conventionally been of a two-layer structure, is formed with a portion that does not have at least one of an elastic elastic member, an outer layer, and an inner layer, thereby preventing vaporization by improving air permeability. become.
<Invention of Claim 6>
The elastic elastic member in the small adhesive portion has a thickness of 1000 dtex or less and is provided at an interval of 1 to 20 mm, and adhesion for bonding the elastic elastic member to both the outer layer and the inner layer The absorbent article according to any one of
(Function and effect)
The thickness, interval, and adhesive application amount of the elastic elastic member are closely related to the softness and breathability of the exterior sheet. If the elastic elastic member is too thick, the interval is too narrow, or the amount of adhesive applied is too large, the softness and air permeability will deteriorate. In addition, when the elastic stretchable member is too thin, the interval is too wide, or the adhesive application amount is too small, the fit property is deteriorated. Therefore, these elements are preferably in the numerical range described in this section.

(Function and effect)
According to the invention described in this section, an absorbent article excellent in air permeability and softness similar to that of the invention described in
<Invention of Claim 8>
In applying the adhesive to the elastic elastic member, the elastic elastic member is stretched in the air, and the adhesive is applied along the longitudinal direction of the elastic elastic member from above with a reciprocating width equal to or greater than the circumferential length of the elastic elastic member. The said adhesive agent is apply | coated to at least the whole circumferential direction of the said elastic elastic member by spirally apply | coating and winding the adhesive agent which protrudes on both sides of an elastic elastic member to the lower surface side of an elastic elastic member.
(Function and effect)
According to the invention described in this section, the same effect as that of the invention described in claim 2 can be obtained.
As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such as improved air permeability and softness.
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on an example of a pants-type diaper. The present invention can be applied to general absorbent articles such as tape-fastened paper diapers, sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and absorbent pads used in combination with diaper covers. These applications are based on this embodiment. Therefore, the explanation is omitted.
<First Embodiment>
An example of a pants-type disposable diaper is shown in FIGS. This pants-type
(Exterior sheet)
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Between the
More specifically, a large number of waist elastic
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the waist elastic
In the front-rear direction range having the waist elastic
It is sufficient that the adhesive BA is interposed at least in contact with the
In the small adhesive portion, it is preferable that substantially the entire portion between the
The thickness and arrangement interval of the elastic
In the diaper thus configured, since the adhesive BA is provided only in the portion having the waist elastic
On the other hand, at the upper end U around the trunk of the
In the illustrated form, the adhesive BY is continuously applied between the folded
By the way, in this embodiment, almost all of the portions other than the portion where the waistline elastic
The length in the front-rear direction of the layer-saving
The
(Absorption part)
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Moreover, as for the

As cellulose, cellulose derived from plants such as cotton, linter, and wood pulp, and bacterial cellulose can be used. Regenerated cellulose such as rayon may be used, and the regenerated cellulose may be a spun fiber.
Examples of cellulose esters that can be suitably used include organic acid esters such as cellulose acetate, cellulose butyrate, and cellulose propionate; mixed acid esters such as cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate phthalate, and cellulose nitrate acetate. And cellulose ester derivatives such as polycaprolactone-grafted cellulose ester can be used. These cellulose esters can be used alone or in admixture of two or more. The viscosity average degree of polymerization of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 50 to 900, preferably about 200 to 800. The average substitution degree of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 1.5 to 3.0 (for example, 2 to 3).
The average degree of polymerization of the cellulose ester can be, for example, 10 to 1000, preferably 50 to 900, more preferably about 200 to 800, and the average degree of substitution of the cellulose ester is, for example, about 1 to 3, preferably 1 to 1. 2.15, more preferably about 1.1 to 2.0. The average degree of substitution of the cellulose ester can be selected from the viewpoint of enhancing biodegradability.
As the cellulose ester, an organic acid ester (for example, an ester with an organic acid having about 2 to 4 carbon atoms), particularly cellulose acetate is suitable. The degree of acetylation of cellulose acetate is often about 43 to 62%, but about 30 to 50% is particularly preferable because it is excellent in biodegradability. A particularly preferred cellulose ester is cellulose diacetate.
The tow constituent fiber may contain various additives such as a heat stabilizer, a colorant, an oil agent, a yield improver, a whiteness improver, and the like.
The fineness of the tow constituting fiber is, for example, 1 to 16 denier, preferably 1 to 10 denier, and more preferably 1 to 6 denier. The tow constituent fiber may be a non-crimped fiber, but is preferably a crimped fiber. The crimped degree of the crimped fiber can be, for example, 5 to 75, preferably 10 to 50, and more preferably about 15 to 50 per inch. In addition, a crimped fiber that is uniformly crimped is often used. When crimped fibers are used, a bulky and light absorbent body can be produced, and a tow with high unity can be easily produced by entanglement between the fibers. The cross-sectional shape of the tow constituting fiber is not particularly limited, and may be any one of, for example, a circular shape, an oval shape, an irregular shape (for example, a Y shape, an X shape, an I shape, an R shape) or a hollow shape. Also good. The tow constituting fibers are used in the form of tows (fiber bundles) formed by bundling, for example, about 1,000 to 1,000,000, preferably about 2,000 to 1,000,000 single fibers. can do. The fiber bundle is preferably formed by bundling about 1,000 to 1,000,000 continuous fibers.
Cellulose diacetate tow bales that can be suitably used in the present invention are commercially available from Celanese and Daicel Chemical Industries. Cellulose diacetate tow bale has a density of about 0.5 g / cm 3 and a total weight of 400-600 kg. From this bale, the tow is peeled off and spread into a wide band so as to have a desired size and bulk. The opening width of the tow is arbitrary, and can be, for example, a width of 50 to 2000 mm, preferably about 50 to 300 mm, which is the width of the product absorber. Moreover, the density of an absorber can be adjusted by adjusting the degree of tow opening.

These compression characteristics can be adjusted by adjusting the fiber density of the aggregate of continuous fibers by opening or the like, selecting the fiber material, selecting the type of binder such as a plasticizer, adjusting the degree of processing, or a combination thereof. .
Here, the compression energy (WC) is an energy consumption amount when pressing the center part of the test piece cut to a length of 200 mm and a width of 50 mm up to 50 g.
This compression energy can be measured by a handy compression tester (KES-G5, manufactured by Kato Tech). The measurement conditions in the case of this testing machine are: SENS: 2, force meter type: 1 kg, SPEED RANGE: STD, pressure area: 2 cm 2 , take-in interval: 0.1 (standard), STROKE SET: 5.0 The upper limit load is 50 gf / cm 2 .
On the other hand, the compression resilience (RC) is a parameter representing the recoverability when the fiber is compressed. Therefore, if the recoverability is good, the compression resilience increases. This compression resilience can be measured with a handy compression tester (KES-G5, manufactured by Kato Tech). The measurement conditions for this tester are the same as for the compression energy.

The recess E has an effect of inducing and diffusing body fluid in the direction in which the recess E extends. Therefore, when the recesses E are substantially continuous in a groove shape (including the case where a plurality of recesses are arranged at intervals and form a single groove), the body fluid reaches the absorber before reaching the absorber. It becomes diffused along the recess E, so that a wider part of the absorber can be used for absorption. Therefore, the absorbent capacity of the entire product is increased, and the absorbent article is less likely to cause side leakage or reversal due to insufficient absorbent capacity.
On the other hand, the
The embossed recess has the effect of inducing and diffusing body fluid in the extending direction. It also has the effect of increasing rigidity. Therefore, it is desirable to determine the shape of the embossed recess in consideration of these effects. For example, the recesses are substantially continuous in the shape of a groove (including the case where a plurality of recesses are arranged in a row and form a single groove), and the plurality of recesses are arranged in a dotted pattern at intervals. It may be. In addition, as the planar pattern, groove-shaped or dot-shaped concave portions are arranged in the longitudinal direction, the width direction, a lattice shape combining these, a zigzag shape (zigzag shape) reciprocating in the width direction, or irregularly arranged. Forms can be taken. Furthermore, appropriate forms such as a pin shape, a Mt. Fuji shape, and a bellows shape can be adopted.

(Other)
In addition, although not shown in figure, about fixed parts other than the fixed part mentioned above, it can carry out using solid, beads, spiral application | coating, etc., such as a hot-melt-adhesive.
