Description

The present invention relates to a cardboard bottle storage box for storing and packaging bottles such as juice and liquor.

There are various types of storage cases used for packaging bottled bottles of juice, alcoholic beverages, etc., but in view of cost, cardboard boxes are generally widely distributed.
In particular, when a small number of bottles are retailed and transported, one to three bottles can be packed in one box if it is a small bottle up to a capacity of about 1 liter as well as 500 milliliters per bottle. Single or double cardboard is also possible to handle.

In this case, the corrugated cardboard box generally serves as a packaging case for bottles and a case for transportation. However, the problem is when the box is dropped or handled in a messy manner during handling such as transportation. In addition, it is necessary to devise measures to prevent the stored bottle from breaking.
In order to solve these problems, the storage box is devised to prevent bottle breakage, but the technique shown in the following document has been proposed.

Actual open hei 6-8223. Bottle storage box. Actual open hei 6-51156. Bottle holder. JP 2000-43966. Storage box for transporting bottles. JP2003312741. Storage box for transporting bottles. Registered utility model No. 3088304. Packaging box for bottles.

The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 employs a double-sided cardboard polymerization bottom plate at the bottom of the box without using a cushioning material such as foamed polystyrene to prevent bottle breakage, and the bottle mouth is locked to hold the position. A plate portion is provided. However, this structure is only to increase the thickness of the cardboard as a result, and when this box falls, it does not necessarily fall from the bottom side of the bottle, and its prevention measures are incomplete. . Moreover, since it is necessary to stick a superposition | polymerization bottom plate, manufacturing cost rises.

Patent Document 2 has a structure in which a hole for tightly fitting a bottle is formed in a neck holder and a body holder made of a plurality of cardboards, and the effect of preventing bottle cracking increases the reliability. The two types of corrugated cardboard must be formed with holes having different calibers, and the number of members increases and the caliber matches the caliber of the bottle.

The above-mentioned Patent Document 3 is based on the same concept as the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, and the top buffer body made of one cardboard, the intermediate buffer body made of two cardboards, the bottom buffer body made of three cardboards, A structure that has holes that fit tightly into the bottle is adopted, and the effect of preventing bottle breakage increases the certainty, but it is necessary to form holes with different diameters on multiple cardboards This increases the cost, increases the number of members, and the insertion diameter matches the diameter of each part of the bottle, so that there remains a problem that it takes time to load the bottle.

Also in the above-mentioned Patent Document 4, a single bottle is formed in a corrugated cardboard holding member different from a box by forming a vertically long punch hole, and held in a clamped state so as to buffer the impact.
This structure is simpler than the above-mentioned patent documents, but the holding member does not play the role of supporting the weight of the bottle when the box falls sideways when viewed from the punched hole structure, In addition to the simple position holding function, there are also cushioning members at the bottom and the head, and the number of parts is the same as in the above-mentioned patent documents.

The above-mentioned Patent Document 5 is a structure in which a partition that is bent in a U-shape and a thick middle plate are provided, thereby giving the box strength in the vertical direction. A number of parts must be prepared, and the number of parts increases, and the partition does not function against the impact from the lateral direction of the outer bottle, and the box is made up of upper cardboard (double). There must be.

As described above, in the conventional technology for preventing bottle breakage, a plurality of cardboards are used as the buffering means, or the cardboard is processed so as to be adapted to the storage box and the bottle. However, the problem of high cost and lack of ease in bottle storage work remained.

The present invention can be composed of a single cardboard, has a simple structure, can be easily set to a storage box, and can be easily loaded with a bottle, but can be stored even if the box is dropped from any direction. An object of the present invention is to provide a cardboard bottle storage box provided with a support plate where there is no possibility of breaking the bottle.

In order to achieve the above object, a cardboard bottle storage box according to the present invention is provided.
A cardboard bottle storage box used for storing, packaging and transporting at least one bottle 3 in a box body 1 having a foldable lid 1A on its upper surface,
A piece of cardboard that is separate from the box body 1 and has a width L that substantially matches the inner width of the box body 1 and is installed in the box body 1 to support bottles. The support plate 2 is provided,
The support plate 2 is provided with at least four folds 4, 5, 6, 7 at a predetermined interval in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bottles 3 to be stored,
The center portion of the support plate corresponding to the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the bottles 3 is configured as a bottom piece support portion 8 that contacts the bottom portion 1B of the box body 1;
From the bottom piece portion 8 through the folds 4 and 5, the supporting surface portions 9 and 10 rising obliquely toward the bottom portion 3A and the spout portion 3B side of the bottles 3 are configured,
With the folds 6 and 7 being mountain-shaped tops, a right triangle is formed in a side view whose height substantially coincides with the inner surface of the box body 1 in the vertical direction, and the front and rear walls 1C and 1D of the box body 1 are formed. Each of the inscribed side wall portions 11 and 12 is configured,
Corresponding to the number of bottles to be stored, the support surface portions 9, 10 are provided with a predetermined location on the bottom 3 </ b> A side of the bottle 3 and a predetermined location on the spout 3 </ b> B side in the longitudinal center axis of the bottle 3. Openings 13 and 14 for supporting at a virtual long circumference R that cuts at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to P are formed facing each other, and
When the holes 13 and 14 are inserted and installed at a predetermined position on the bottom 3 side of the bottle 3 and a predetermined position on the spout 3B side, respectively, the bottle 3 is inserted into the box body 1. Located in a place that is not inscribed,
This is a measure taken.

For the cardboard of the present invention, single packing is sufficient if the total weight of the storage bottle is about 2 kg, but double packing may be used if necessary.
The storage bottle for the storage box is generally intended for 2 or 3 bottles from the standpoint of retail sales and distribution, etc., but the object of the present invention is achieved even for one bottle. Further, even four or five are objects of the present invention. And as a shape of the bottles 3, generally, although a main body part is circular in cross section, even if it is a rectangle thing, it becomes the object of this invention.
In the embodiment, the openings 13 and 14 have an oval shape assuming the bottles 3 having a circular cross section. Alternatively, the bottle 3 having a rectangular cross section may be rectangular or square.

According to the present invention, a single cardboard is used, and the structure of a simple support plate in which a crease and a cut are made, so that it can be easily set in a storage box simply by folding the crease and at the location of the cut. A predetermined inclination with respect to the central axis in the longitudinal direction of the bottles at the opening while being able to be easily loaded by inserting the spout part side and the bottom part side of the bottle into the opening of the formation Supports the impact on the bottle by supporting the bottle with an imaginary long circumference R that cuts at an angle, that is, with the support of the long circumference where the support of the bottle by the support plate is longer than the cross-sectional indication. It can be dispersedly supported by a wire, and has a remarkable effect that there is no possibility that the stored bottle will break even if the storage box is dropped from any direction.
Since only one cardboard is bent and cut, the cost of the estuary can be kept low, and the number of parts is only one, and there is an advantage that it can be provided at a very low cost.

In carrying out the present invention, folds 15 and 16 are further provided on both outer sides of the four folds 4, 5, 6 and 7, and the folds 15 and 16 form the base of the right triangle. It is preferable that the bottom side portions 17 and 18 that contact the bottom portion 1B of the box body 1 are configured.
In this case, by adding the bottom side portions 17 and 18 of the right triangle, the completed triangular structure (the bottom side portions 17 and 18 and the bottom piece support portion 8 of the bottom piece support portion 8 particularly against pressure (impact) from the lateral direction is added. The support plate can be strengthened and the storage bottle can be protected more reliably.

Further, the openings 13 and 14 are connected to each other at the peripheral portions of the openings 13 and 14 by making a plurality of cuts 19 and 20 with respect to the single support plate 2. It is preferable that the plurality of aperture pieces 21 and 22 are formed, and the aperture pieces 21 and 22 are formed by bending inward of the right triangle.
In this case, at the time of processing to provide the openings 13 and 14 in a single cardboard, by simply making a cut, leaving the opening pieces 21 and 22 thereby, the bottles can be folded and pushed into the bottle when loaded. Can be elastically supported by the surfaces of the aperture pieces 21 and 22 rather than by the cut surfaces of the apertures (due to the restoring force due to the bending, the entire surface acts on the support plate). It does not mean that the resistance against impact force is exhibited), and the bottle can be stably supported without producing waste materials.
Further, due to the elastic restoring force of the aperture pieces 21 and 22, even if the inner diameters of the apertures 13 and 14 are somewhat increased due to manufacturing errors or the like, a fitting state in close contact with the bottle is obtained, and the holding force is increased.

Furthermore, the apertures 13 and 14 may be formed by cutting and excising the peripheral plate portion of the apertures 13 and 14 with respect to the single support plate 2.
As described above, even if a method of cutting out is employed in forming the openings 13 and 14, the object of the present invention can be achieved. In this case, waste material is produced by the cutting out, but it can be easily performed in the punching process. Since it can be formed, there is no problem of high cost.

One preferred embodiment of a cardboard bottle storage box according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of a cardboard bottle storage box used for storing bottles 3, packaging and transporting them, and a box made of a single cardboard by a normal box manufacturing technique. The main body 1 is opened with four foldable lids 1A on the upper surface, and two bottles 3 (in this case, bottles containing fruit juice, one of which is 900 ml: usually 750 ml or more) 1 liter bottle) is accommodated via the support plate 2. Therefore, when the accommodated bottles 3 are two, the total weight is about 2 kg.

FIG. 2 is a development plan view of the support plate 2, and the support plate 2 is composed of a single cardboard (single as in the box body), and is separate from the box body 1, The lateral width L is configured to substantially match the inner lateral width of the box body 1 and is installed in the box body 1 to support the bottles 3. For this purpose, the support plate 2 is provided with at least four folds 4, 5, 6, 7 at a predetermined interval in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the bottles 3 to be stored. A central portion of the plate corresponding to the middle portion of the bottle 3 in the longitudinal direction is configured as a bottom piece support portion 8 that contacts the bottom portion 1B of the box body 1, and the folds 4 and 5 are formed from the bottom piece portion 8. Through the bottom 3A and the spout 3B side of the bottle 3 are formed, and the folds 6 and 7 are formed in a mountain-shaped top as shown in FIG. The side walls 11 and 12 inscribed in the front and rear walls 1C and 1D of the box body 1 are formed by forming a right triangle in a side view whose height substantially coincides with the inner surface of the box body 1 in the vertical direction. It is composed.

In this embodiment, the bottom piece support portion 8 has a length of about 140 mm, the support surface portions 9 and 10 have a length of about 125 mm, and the side wall portions 11 and 12 have a length of about 90 mm. is there. Further, folds 15 and 16 are provided on both outer sides of the four folds 4, 5, 6, and 7, and the folds 15 and 16 form a bottom side of the right triangle so that the box body 1 Bottom side portions 17 and 18 that contact the bottom portion 1B are configured. The length of the bottom portions 17 and 18 is about 78 mm.

Then, in accordance with the number of bottles 3 to be stored, that is, in this embodiment, in order to store two bottles 3, the supporting surface portions 9 and 10 are provided with a predetermined side on the bottom 3A side of the bottles 3. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the portion and the predetermined portion on the side of the spout 3 </ b> B are supported by a virtual long circumference R that is cut at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the longitudinal central axis P of the bottle 3. Opening holes 13 and 14 are formed to face each other. The virtual long circumference R that is cut at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the central axis P in the longitudinal direction of the bottle 3 here is inclined to the side surface of the bottle 3 in a side view as shown in FIG. Although it can be shown as a straight line, it is formed on the peripheral surface of the bottle, and the outer circle is seen as an ellipse in a cross-sectional view.

And when the said opening 13 and 14 inserts and installs the predetermined location by the side of the bottom 3A of the said bottles 3 here and the predetermined location by the side of the spout 3B, respectively, these bottles 3 are said box main bodies. 1 is located at a location not inscribed. That is, the support plate 2 of the present invention supports the bottle 3 in a state where it is released from the box body 1. For this reason, here, as the position of the openings 13 and 13 into which the bottom 3A side of the bottle 3 is inserted, there is a gap between the outer periphery of the oval opening (a portion corresponding to bending described later) and both side edges of the support plate 2. The length from the crease 4 to the outer periphery of the oval opening (corresponding to bending portion described later) is approximately 12 mm, and the outer periphery of the fold 6 and the oval opening (corresponding to bending portion described later). ) Is about 8 mm, and both openings 13 and 13 are set to about 18 mm. And as the position of the said opening 14 and 14 which inserts the spout part 3B side of the bottles 3, between the outer periphery (the bending equivalent part mentioned later) and the both-sides edge of the support plate 2 is about respectively. The length from the crease 5 to the outer periphery of the oval opening (corresponding to the bending portion described later) is about 50 mm, and from the fold 7 to the outer periphery of the oval opening (corresponding to the bending portion described later). The length is about 25 mm, and the distance between both openings 14 and 14 is set to about 68 mm.

Further, the openings 13 and 14 are formed in the single support plate 2 by forming a plurality of incisions 19 and 20 so that the openings form an oval shape. A plurality of hole pieces 21 and 22 that can be bent are connected to each other at the hole peripheral portions, and the hole pieces 21 and 22 are formed by bending the right-angled triangle to the inside.

As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of incisions 19 forming an opening 13 (for one) into which the bottom side of the bottle 3 is inserted are predetermined at the center of the ellipse along the longitudinal direction of the support plate 2. The two cuts cut in the width and the cut that connects the two cuts at a location close to the upper surface side of the box body 1 are put into an H shape in a developed plan view, In a portion corresponding to the peripheral portion of the oval opening 13, a circle is formed on a peripheral portion other than the horizontal portion along the longitudinal direction of the oval support plate 2 and the oval portion corresponding to the two cut widths. Includes arc-shaped cuts.

Here, the cut-in length on both sides of the H-shaped is about 90 mm, the width is about 40 mm, and the cuts that divide the cut-out are the lengths of the portions close to the upper surface side of the box body 1. The position on the lower side is approximately 75 mm from the virtual periphery, and the position on the lower side is approximately 75 mm from the virtual periphery. In addition, the lengths of the lateral portions without cuts are about 30 mm each, and in the oval portions corresponding to the two cut widths, the cuts to the widths are about 10 mm from both sides. It is done to the extent that it is easy to bend.

Similarly, a plurality of cuts 20 forming an opening 14 (for one) into which the side of the spout 3B of the bottle 3 is inserted have one cut along the longitudinal direction of the support. The arcuate cuts connected to both ends of the one cut are included, leaving a lateral portion along the longitudinal direction of the oval support plate 2.
Here, the length of the one cut is about 47 mm, and the connecting portion of the horizontal portion where the cut is not made is about 20 mm. Therefore, the number of the aperture pieces 22 is two, and the aperture 14 is formed by pushing the aperture piece 22 in a double-spreading manner.
FIG. 4 is a schematic longitudinal side view for easy understanding of the state in which the bottles 3 are loaded in the box body 1. Here, for convenience, the box body 1 and the support plate 2 are separated from each other. As shown, the outer side of the support plate 2 is in close contact with the inner surface of the box body 1 as is apparent from the above description.

(Description of action)
The cover body 1A is opened in a state where the support plate 2 configured as described above is bent at the folds 4, 5, 6, 7, 15, 16 and two right triangles are formed on both sides. Installed inside the box body 1. At this time, the side walls 11 and 12 which are the vertical walls of the two right triangles are inscribed in the front and rear walls 1C and 1D of the box body 1.
In this state, in order to load the bottles 3 (one bottle), first, for example, the bottom 3A of the bottles 3 is applied to a portion where the opening 13 is formed, and the opening piece 21 there is cut into the cut 19 , The opening 13 is formed by pushing it open to the rear wall 1D side of the box body 1 and supported by the support plate 2 through the opening 13.

Next, similarly, for the spout portion 3B of the bottle 3, the spout portion 3B is applied to the portion where the aperture 14 is formed, and the aperture piece 22 there is used as a box by using the cut 20. An opening 14 is formed by pushing the main body 1 toward the front wall 1 </ b> C, and the support plate 2 supports the opening 14 through the opening 14.

In this way, when the two bottles 3 are installed and the lid 1A is closed, and the box body 1 is inadvertently dropped during the transportation, the support plate 2 exhibits a buffering function and can hold the bottles 3 sufficiently.
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottles 3 inserted into the respective openings 13 and 14 have the openings 13 and 14 formed in the inclined support surface portions 9 and 10 of the support plate 2. As a result, the support for the bottles 3 is supported by a virtual long circumference R that is cut at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the central axis P in the longitudinal direction of the bottles 3. When the impact force (in any direction) applied to the bottle 3 is transmitted to the bottle 3, it is transmitted to a long portion of the virtual long circumference R and to a portion inclined in the longitudinal direction of the bottle 3. Unlike the support method orthogonal to the central axis P in the longitudinal direction of the bottle 3 that has been generally supported in the past, it is possible to avoid the concentrated application of shearing force in the cross-sectional direction of the bottle 3. The bottle can be made difficult to break.

Further, since the support surface portions 9 and 10 are inclined and form a right triangle as a whole, the support surface portions 9 and 10 serve as braces provided inside the box body 1, 1 can be strengthened, and combined with the structural rigidity improvement of the entire support plate 2 by forming a triangle, it is possible to sufficiently hold the heavy bottles 3 and further break the bottle. It can be surely prevented.

(Modification)
Although not shown in the drawings, when the present invention is carried out, the openings 13 and 14 are formed by cutting out and cutting out the peripheral portions of the openings 13 and 14 with respect to the single support plate 2. A structure may be adopted.
With such a structure, waste material is generated due to excision at the time of production. However, since the openings 13 and 14 can be formed in the punching process, there is no problem in terms of cost.

The cardboard bottle storage box according to the present invention can be used as a packaging box that can be used as it is for store display, or as a packaging box for transportation.
