Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle device mounting tool for mounting a vehicle device such as an exciter in a vehicle interior and a method for mounting the vehicle device.

In recent years, as electronic devices have become smaller and thinner, speaker devices for vehicle interiors have been required to be thinner, and panel speakers using an exciter equipped with a voice coil and a magnetic circuit have been provided.

For example, in Patent Document 1, the exciter is screwed to a base that is affixed to a ceiling material in a vehicle interior, and then the ceiling material is attached to the ceiling body. End up.
WO 01/15489

In view of the above facts, it is an object of the present invention to provide a thin vehicle equipment fixture and a vehicle equipment attachment method with a small number of assembly steps.

The invention according to claim 1 is a vehicle equipment fixture that is disposed between a vehicle body panel and an interior material, and that attaches the vehicle equipment to the interior material. An attachment main body that can be attached to the interior material, and the mounting body includes a base portion of an annular flat plate, a cylindrical shaft portion erected from a central portion of the base portion, and an outer periphery of the shaft portion. A groove portion formed in a circumferential direction on the surface, and the mounting body is an annular flat plate mounting portion, an annular recess provided in the mounting portion and into which the shaft portion can be inserted, and the annular recess. A snap retainer that is exposed from an inner peripheral wall of the ring, is urged toward the center of the annular recess, and is spread when the shaft is inserted into the annular recess, and locks a groove formed in the shaft. It is characterized by that.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting body on which the vehicle device can be mounted can be mounted on the mounting body mounted on the interior material. The mounting body includes a base portion of an annular flat plate. A cylindrical shaft portion is erected from the base portion, and a groove portion is formed along the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion.

On the other hand, the mounting body includes an annular flat plate mounting portion, and the mounting portion is provided with an annular recess into which the shaft portion can be inserted. The elastic rod-shaped object is biased toward the center of the annular recess, and the elastic rod-shaped object is exposed from the inner peripheral wall of the annular recess.

For this reason, when the shaft portion is inserted into the annular recess, the elastic rod-like object is pushed and spreads, and when the groove portion formed in the shaft portion arrives, the elastic rod-like object is restored and locks the groove portion. Thereby, a mounting body will be attached to an attachment main body.

That is, since the mounting body can be attached to the mounting body by the elastic force of the elastic bar-like object, the mounting is simpler and the number of assembling steps can be greatly reduced as compared with the case of screwing. For this reason, cost reduction can be aimed at.

Further, in a state where the shaft portion is inserted into the annular recess, the groove formed in the shaft portion is locked with an elastic rod-like object exposed from the inner peripheral wall of the annular recess. Similar thinness can be achieved. For this reason, the space in a vehicle interior can be ensured widely.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle equipment fixture according to the first aspect, an annular pedestal is provided inside the shaft portion, and a cushioning material is disposed between the pedestal and the annular recess. It is characterized by that.

In the invention according to claim 2, by providing an annular pedestal on the inner side of the shaft portion and disposing a cushioning material between the pedestal and the annular recess, due to a dimensional error generated between the mounting body and the mounting member, etc. The backlash (loosening) can be absorbed by the buffer material, and the generation of abnormal noise due to vibration can be prevented.

Moreover, the stable attachment state by a vehicle equipment fixture can be maintained over a long period of time. Furthermore, for example, when a vibration device such as an exciter is used as a vehicle device, the repulsive force of the shock absorbing material can be used as an axial force for transmitting vibrations by the vibration device, thereby increasing sound transmission efficiency. it can.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle equipment fixture according to the first or second aspect, the elastic rod-shaped object is composed of two pieces sandwiching the annular recess, and is exposed from the inner peripheral wall to It has the latching | locking part which latches both sides, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

In the invention according to claim 3, the elastic rod-shaped object is composed of two pieces sandwiching the annular recess, and the engaging portions of the elastic rod-shaped object are respectively exposed from the inner peripheral wall and inserted into the annular recess. Since both sides of the groove portion are locked, the mounting body can be attached to the mounting body in a stable and well-balanced manner.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle equipment fixture according to the third aspect of the present invention, the elastic rod-like object is bent in two, and the locking portion is inward when entering the entrance formed in the inner peripheral wall. It is exposed from the peripheral wall.

In the invention according to claim 4, the elastic rod-like object is bent in two, and when the elastic rod-like object enters the entrance formed in the inner peripheral wall, the engaging portion is exposed from the inner peripheral wall, The groove portion of the shaft portion inserted into the recess is locked from both sides.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle equipment fixture according to the third or fourth aspect of the present invention, when the locking portion is extended outwardly at the end of the elastic rod-like object, the groove is locked. It is characterized in that a gripping part is provided that widens the distance between the stop parts and releases the locked state of the locking parts.

In the invention according to claim 5, when the gripping portion is provided at the end of the elastic rod-shaped object and the gripping portion is extended outward in a state where the locking portion locks the groove portion, the separation distance between the locking portions increases. The locked state of the locking part is released. Thereby, a mounting body can be removed from an attachment main body. As described above, since the locking state between the locking portion and the groove portion can be released simply by widening the gripping portion, it is possible to easily replace parts such as vehicle equipment.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle equipment fixture according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, a positioning projection protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion in the radial direction of the shaft portion. The outer edge of the annular recess has a notch that can be engaged with the protrusion.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, a positioning projection is projected from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion of the mounting body in the radial direction of the shaft portion, and the projection is engaged with the annular recess of the mounting body. Cut out possible cutouts. Thereby, it can align when making a mounting body engage with an attachment main body. Further, since the mounting body and the mounting body cannot be engaged at an incorrect position, an engagement error can be eliminated.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle in which a vehicle device disposed between a vehicle body panel and an interior material is attached to the interior material using the vehicle device attachment tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6. A method for mounting an apparatus, wherein after the mounting body is fixed to the interior material, the mounting body on which the vehicle device is mounted is mounted on the mounting body, and the interior material is mounted on the body panel. To do.

In the invention described in claim 7, it is possible to obtain substantially the same effect as the effect described in any one of claims 1-6.

By the way, in the production line for attaching the interior material to the body panel of the vehicle, the work of each process is performed in a flow work. Therefore, when the mounting body is screwed to the mounting body, it takes too much man-hours and the production line is attached. The work of screwing the body to the mounting body cannot be entered. For this reason, it is necessary to deliver a product with the mounting body attached to the mounting body in advance to the manufacturer.

However, by making it possible to attach the mounting body to the mounting body with a single touch using the elastic bar, it is possible to perform an operation of mounting the mounting body to the mounting body on the production line.

In other words, it can be delivered separately in the state where the mounting body is fixed to the interior material and the state where the vehicle equipment is mounted on the mounting body and can be flowed on the production line, so that it is fixed to the interior material. It is not necessary to deliver the product to the manufacturer in a state in which the mounting body mounted with the vehicle equipment is mounted on the mounting body in the state. Therefore, the bulk at the time of transportation can be reduced, and failure of the vehicle equipment can be prevented.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, in the inventions according to claims 1, 3, and 4, the mounting body can be attached to the mounting body by the elastic force of the elastic rod-like object, so that it is compared with the case by screwing or the like. Thus, the mounting is easy, and the number of assembly steps can be greatly reduced.

Furthermore, for example, when a vibration device such as an exciter is used as a vehicle device, the repulsive force of the shock absorbing material can be used as an axial force for transmitting vibrations by the vibration device, thereby increasing sound transmission efficiency. it can.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the locking state between the locking portion and the groove portion can be released simply by widening the gripping portion, so that parts such as vehicle equipment can be easily replaced.

In the invention described in claim 6, the positioning can be performed when the mounting body is engaged with the mounting body. Further, since the mounting body and the mounting body cannot be engaged at an incorrect position, an engagement error can be eliminated.

According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the product with the mounting body fixed to the interior material and the product with the vehicle body mounted on the mounting body can be delivered separately and flowed on the production line. It is not necessary to deliver the product to the manufacturer in a state in which the mounting body mounted with the vehicle equipment is mounted on the mounting body fixed to the interior material. Therefore, the bulk at the time of transportation can be reduced, and failure of the vehicle equipment can be prevented.

Next, a vehicle equipment fixture according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an annular flat plate chassis 12 (mounting body), a coupler 14 (mounting body), and a snap retainer 16 (elastic bar-like material) that constitute the vehicle equipment fixture 10. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the vehicle equipment fixture 10 as viewed from above, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the vehicle equipment fixture 10 as viewed from below.

FIG. 6 shows a state in which the chassis 12 to which the exciter 18 (vehicle equipment) that generates vibration according to the electrical signal of sound is attached is attached to the coupler 14 bonded to the ceiling material 20. In a state where a gap is provided between the exciter 18 and the ceiling body 21, the ceiling material 20 is attached to the ceiling body 21 via a dedicated clip (not shown).

Here, the chassis 12 will be described.

The chassis 12 includes an annular flat plate-like base 22, and an annular rib 24 is erected on the outer peripheral edge of the base 22. The annular rib 24 is provided with a positioning boss 26 at a position equally divided into three along the circumferential direction, and a fixing screw 28 (see FIG. 6) can be screwed.

In addition, an annular protrusion 32 is formed on the inner side of the annular rib 24, and the annular rib 24 and the annular protrusion 32 form a groove 33, and lead wires (not shown) that electrically connect the exciter 18. ) Can be accommodated. Here, a notch 34 is formed in the annular rib 24, and an end of the lead wire accommodated in the groove 33 is exposed from the notch 34 so that it can be connected to the outside.

As shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical shaft portion 36 is erected on the lower surface side of the chassis 12, and a chamfered portion 36 </ b> A is formed on the outer peripheral side of the tip portion of the shaft portion 36. A pedestal 40 that connects the central hole 38 of the chassis 12 is provided inside the shaft portion 36. The pedestal 40 is provided at a position one step down from the end of the shaft portion 36, and can accommodate a ring cushion 42 (buffer material, see FIG. 1) described later.

In addition, a rectangular projection 44 extending in the radial direction of the shaft portion 36 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 36 and is used for alignment with the coupler 14. Further, a locking groove 46 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 36 along the circumferential direction, and the snap retainer 16 (see FIG. 1) can be locked.

Next, the coupler 14 will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the coupler 14 includes an annular flat plate mounting portion 48, and an annular pedestal 50 protrudes from the center of the upper surface, and a pedestal 40 formed on the chassis 12. It is possible to meet.

A ring cushion 42 can be bonded to the pedestal 50, and is disposed between the pedestal 50 of the coupler 14 and the pedestal 40 of the chassis 12 with the chassis 12 attached to the coupler 14. Here, the ring cushion 42 is thicker than the depth of the pedestal 40, and is compressed while being disposed between the pedestal 40 and the pedestal 50.

An annular accommodating portion 52 that can accommodate the snap retainer 16 projects from the outer peripheral side of the upper surface of the coupler 14. The inner diameter of the housing portion 52 is such that the shaft portion 36 of the chassis 12 can be inserted, and the shaft portion 36 is inserted inside the housing portion 52.

On the other hand, the snap retainer 16 is provided with an abutting portion 54 at the center, and both sides of the abutting portion 54 are bent to form a locking portion 56 that faces each other and bends outwardly. The snap retainer 16 is provided with gripping portions 58 at both ends, and has a shape that slightly extends outward from the end of the locking portion 56.

In this way, by bending the snap retainer 16 and joining the straight portions to ensure a desired shape, the productivity of the snap retainer 16 can be improved as compared with the case where the curved portions are joined.

The snap retainer 16 having such a shape can be accommodated in the accommodating portion 52. A contact wall 60 having a flat surface with which the contact portion 54 of the snap retainer 16 can contact is formed in the housing portion 52. Holding pieces 61 are provided at the lower ends of both ends of the abutting wall 60 to regulate the height of the abutting portion 54 so that the abutting portion 54 can be held.

Further, on both sides of the abutting wall 60, the entrances 62 through which the snap retainer 16 can enter penetrate the wall of the housing portion 52. 16 is biased toward the center of the housing portion 52 and can be exposed to the inside of the housing portion 52.

The height of the entrance 62 is such that it can face the locking groove 46 in a state where the shaft portion 36 of the chassis 12 is inserted inside the accommodating portion 52 of the coupler 14. As shown in FIG. 3, movement restricting ribs 64 and 66 for restricting the movement of the engaging piece 56A and the engaging piece 56B of the engaging portion 56 are formed (described later).

Further, a rectangular cutout portion 70 is formed on the opposite side of the abutment wall 60 so as to cut out the accommodating portion 52, and a rectangular projection 44 formed on the chassis 12 can be engaged. Yes.

The rib 68 constituting the notch 70 can abut the engaging portion 56 of the snap retainer 16 and the joining portion 56C of the gripping portion 58, and the snap retainer 16 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 52. In this state, the joint portion 56 </ b> C comes into contact, and the distance between the locking portions 56 is kept constant.

In this state, the distance between the locking portions 56 is made slightly smaller than the shaft portion 36 of the chassis 12, and the snap retainer 16 is in a state where an elastic force is accumulated. The grip portion 58 is exposed to the outside in a state of protruding from the storage portion 52.

Next, the operation of the vehicle equipment fixture according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the snap retainer 16 is made to enter from the entrance 62 of the housing portion 52 of the coupler 14, and the contact portion 54 of the snap retainer 16 is brought into contact with the contact wall 60 of the housing portion 52. The abutment portion 54 is held by the holding piece 61. In this state, the grip portion 58 of the snap retainer 16 protrudes from the housing portion 52 and is exposed to the outside. Next, the ring cushion 42 is fixed to the base 50 of the coupler 14 with a double-sided tape or the like.

On the other hand, an exciter 18 is attached to the chassis 12. The exciter 18 has a thin cylindrical shape, and an insertion hole 30 through which the fixing screw 28 can be inserted is formed on the outer peripheral side corresponding to the positioning boss 26 of the chassis 12.

With the insertion hole 30 of the exciter 18 inserted into the positioning boss 26 of the chassis 12 and the exciter 18 positioned with respect to the chassis 12, the fixing screw 28 is inserted into the insertion hole 30 and screwed into the positioning boss 26. As a result, the exciter 18 is fixed in a state of being positioned on the chassis 12.

Next, the coupler 14 is bonded to a predetermined position of the ceiling member 20, and the chassis 12 is attached to the coupler 14. At this time, the rectangular protrusion 44 (see FIG. 2) formed on the chassis 12 and the rectangular notch 70 (see FIG. 2) formed on the coupler 14 are aligned so that they can face each other. Then, the chassis 12 is pressed toward the coupler 14 side.

When the chassis 12 is superposed on the coupler 14, the top of the chamfered portion 36 </ b> A of the shaft portion 36 of the chassis 12 abuts on the snap retainer 16 attached to the coupler 14. When the chassis 12 is pressed in this state, the locking portion 56 of the snap retainer 16 is pushed outward according to the slope of the chamfered portion 36A.

Then, when the locking groove 46 of the shaft portion 36 reaches the height of the entrance 62 of the coupler 14 (position of the snap retainer 16), the locking portion 56 of the snap retainer 16 is restored as shown in FIG. Then, it enters into the locking groove 46, and the locking groove 46 is locked. As a result, the chassis 12 is attached to the coupler 14.

In this state, as shown in FIG. 6, the ceiling material 20 is attached to the ceiling body 21 via a dedicated clip (not shown). Thereby, the panel speaker 72 for vehicles which vibrates the ceiling material 20 and generates a sound using the exciter 18 as a vibration source is completed.

Since the ceiling member 20 may be attached to the ceiling body 21 with the chassis 12 attached to the coupler 14, not only the above attachment procedure but also after the chassis 12 with the exciter 18 attached is attached to the coupler 14. Of course, the coupler 14 may be bonded to the ceiling member 20.

Here, with the chassis 12 attached to the coupler 14, as shown in FIG. 3, when the gripping portion 58 of the exposed snap retainer 16 is expanded outward, the locking portion 56 of the snap retainer 16 is expanded outward, The locked state with the locking groove 46 is released. As a result, the chassis 12 can be removed from the coupler 14.

By the way, movement restriction ribs 64 and 66 for restricting the movement of the locking piece 56A and the locking piece 56B of the locking part 56 are formed in the entrance 62, and the snap retainer 16 is spread outward. Sometimes, the locking piece 56A and the locking piece 56B come into contact with the movement restricting ribs 64 and 66, respectively, so that a stress exceeding a predetermined value is not applied to the snap retainer 16. This prevents permanent distortion from remaining in the snap retainer 16.

With the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained.

In the present invention, since the chassis 12 can be attached to the coupler 14 by the elastic force of the snap retainer 16, the attachment is simple and the number of assembling steps can be significantly reduced as compared with the case of screwing. . For this reason, cost reduction can be aimed at.

In the production line in which the ceiling material 20 is attached to the ceiling body 21, each process is performed in a flow process. Therefore, when the chassis 12 is screwed to the coupler 14, too much work is required. The coupler 14 cannot be screwed. For this reason, a product with the chassis 12 attached to the coupler 14 in advance must be delivered to the manufacturer.

However, by making it possible to attach the chassis 12 to the coupler 14 with a single touch using the snap retainer 16, it is possible to perform an operation of attaching the chassis 12 to the coupler 14 in the production line.

That is, since the thing with the coupler 14 fixed to the ceiling material 20 and the thing with the exciter 18 attached to the chassis 12 can be delivered separately and flowed on the production line, they are fixed to the ceiling material 20. When the chassis 12 with the exciter 18 attached is attached to the coupler 14 in the above state, it is not necessary to deliver it to the manufacturer. Therefore, the bulk at the time of transportation can be reduced, and failure of the exciter 18 can be prevented.

Further, in a state where the shaft portion 36 is inserted inside the housing portion 52 (annular concave portion), both sides of the locking groove 46 formed in the shaft portion 36 are locked to the snap retainer 16 housed in the housing portion 52. Since the locking is performed by the portion 56, the same thinness as that of the screwing type can be realized in the vehicle equipment fixture 10. For this reason, the space in a vehicle interior can be ensured widely. Further, since both sides of the locking groove 46 are locked, the chassis 12 can be attached to the coupler 14 in a stable state with good balance.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, an annular pedestal 40 is provided inside the shaft portion 36 of the chassis 12, a pedestal 50 is provided on the coupler 14, and a ring cushion 42 is disposed between the pedestal 40 and the pedestal 50. Thus, the looseness (slack) caused by the dimensional error generated between the chassis 12 and the coupler 14 can be absorbed by the elastic force of the ring cushion 42, and the generation of noise due to vibration can be prevented.

Moreover, the stable attachment state by the vehicle equipment fixture 10 can be maintained over a long period of time. Furthermore, the repulsive force of the ring cushion 42 can be used as an axial force for transmitting the vibration by the exciter 18, and the sound transmission efficiency can be increased.

Further, the chassis 12 is provided with a positioning projection 44, and the coupler 14 is provided with a notch 70 that can be engaged with the projection 44, thereby aligning the chassis 12 with the coupler 14. In addition, since the chassis 12 and the coupler 14 cannot be engaged at an incorrect position, an engagement error can be eliminated.

Here, the projections 44 are provided on the chassis 12 and the notches 70 are provided on the coupler 14. However, since the chassis 12 and the coupler 14 are used for alignment, the projections 44 are provided on the coupler 14. A notch portion 70 may be provided in the slab.

Furthermore, since the locking state of the locking portion 56 and the locking groove 46 can be released simply by widening the gripping portion 58 at the end of the snap retainer 16, it is possible to easily replace parts such as the exciter 18. it can.

In addition, this embodiment is merely an example, and it is needless to say that the embodiment can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the present embodiment, the exciter 18 is used as the vehicle device. However, the exciter 18 is not limited to the exciter 18 as long as the vehicle device is disposed between the ceiling body 21 and the ceiling member 20. Further, in this embodiment, the snap retainer 16 shown in FIG. 1 is used as the elastic rod-shaped object, but it is not limited to such a shape as long as the locking groove 46 of the shaft portion 36 can be locked. . For example, although not shown, an elastic rod-like object formed in a substantially U shape may be used.

Further, the shape is not limited to a shape in which one elastic bar is bent in two, but two elastic bars 76 may be used as shown in FIG.

In this case, locking ribs 78 are provided on the entrance side of the entrance 62 of the accommodating portion 52 provided in the coupler 14 so as to face the corners and the side walls on both sides of the abutting wall 60. And between the corner | angular part and side wall of the contact wall 60, and the latching rib 78, you may make it latch the one end side of the elastic rod-shaped object 76 bent in the crank shape. Thereby, the elastic rod-shaped object 76 is urged toward the center of the housing portion 52 and can be exposed to the inside of the housing portion 52.

Furthermore, since it is only necessary that the locking groove 46 of the shaft portion 36 can be locked by the elastic rod-shaped object 76, only one of the elastic rod-shaped objects 76 may be used.
