上記処置具起上片に第1の永久磁石を取り付けると共に、上記挿入部の基端側から進退操作される操作ワイヤの先端に第2の永久磁石を取り付けてその部分を上記挿入部の先端部分内に可動に封止して、上記第1の永久磁石の一方の磁極と上記第2の永久磁石の他方の磁極とを隔壁を間に挟んで対向配置し、上記操作ワイヤで上記第2の永久磁石が移動操作されると、上記第1の永久磁石が上記第2の永久磁石に追随して移動することにより上記処置具起上片が動作して上記処置具の突出方向が変化するようにしたことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡の処置具起上装置。
