Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner suction tool that can be attached to the tip of a suction pipe of a vacuum cleaner, and a vacuum cleaner having a vacuum cleaner suction tool that is used by being attached to the tip of the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner.

In the conventional vacuum cleaner, in order to suck in dust that has accumulated or left in the gap, the vacuum cleaner suction as an attachment having the structure shown in FIG. Tools are used. This suction tool is connected to the suction pipe connected to the main body of the vacuum cleaner by connecting the cylindrical portion 50, the suction portion 51 on the distal end side having a different cross-sectional size from the cylindrical portion 50, and the cylindrical portion 50. It has a reducer portion 52 that is connected to the suction portion 51 and expands in a tapered shape toward the cylindrical portion 50.

When the suction tool as the attachment is not used, it is preferable that the length of the suction tool is short so that the suction tool can be stored in the storage portion provided in the cleaner body. However, if the reducer portion 52 is shortened in an attempt to shorten the overall length of the suction tool, the flow of air entering from the suction portion 51 suddenly expands on the cylindrical portion 50 side, and so-called whistling noise may occur. .

In order to reduce the generation of noise by increasing the amount of air taken in when sucking in air, as shown in FIG. 7, in addition to the hole 62 of the suction part 61 at the tip, the left and right air intake holes (in the figure, There is one in which the cylindrical portion 60 is provided with 63 (only one is shown) (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2005-110908 A

However, when this conventional suction tool is used, noise is reduced, but there is a problem that the suction force of dust is reduced due to a decrease in the flow velocity of air.

Therefore, there is a problem to be solved in that the length of the entire suction tool can be reduced while avoiding a rapid expansion of the air sucked into the suction tool.

An object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum cleaner suction tool capable of ensuring the length of the reducer part while shortening the overall length, and reducing noise without taking in air from other than the suction part at the tip, and vacuum cleaner suction It is to provide a vacuum cleaner having a tool.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a suction tool used in a vacuum cleaner, a suction part at a tip for performing suction, a mounting part that can be detachably attached to a suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner, and a suction part. And a reducer part in which the flow path widens toward the suction side, and the mounting part is provided outside the reducer part and can be folded and fitted into the inner diameter part of the suction pipe. It is a suction tool.

In the vacuum cleaner suction tool, the mounting portion can be a ring-shaped rib extending radially outward from the reducer portion. Further, the mounting portion can be a cylindrical body extending in the axial direction from the reducer portion.

The present invention also relates to a vacuum cleaner having a suction tool attached to the tip of the suction pipe, a suction part at the tip for performing suction, a mounting part detachably attached to the suction pipe of the vacuum cleaner, and a suction And a reducer part in which the flow path widens from the part toward the suction destination side, and the attachment part is provided outside the reducer part and fits into the inner diameter part of the suction pipe. It is a vacuum cleaner having a tool.

According to the vacuum cleaner suction tool or the vacuum cleaner having the same according to the present invention, the mounting portion is ensured while the length of the reducer portion of the suction tool is secured, and the overall length of the suction tool is not increased. The suction tool can be easily accommodated in the machine body, and noise can be reduced without taking in air from other than the suction part at the tip of the suction tool.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. The electric vacuum cleaner shown in FIG. 1 is a flexible main body 1, a suction tool 2 provided as an attachment, and one end connected to the vacuum cleaner main body 1. The hose 3 includes a handle portion 4 provided at the other end of the hose 3, a suction pipe 5 as a main body pipe connected to the distal end side of the handle portion 4, and a main suction component 6. The vacuum cleaner body 1 has a built-in motor, and a suction force is generated from the main suction component 6 through the suction pipe 5 and the hose 3 by driving the fan by the operation of the motor. The vacuum cleaner main body 1 has a storage pocket portion 7 in the upper portion, and the suction tool 2 can be stored in the storage pocket portion 7.

The flexible hose 3 connects the vacuum cleaner main body 1 and a suction pipe 5 that is an extension pipe for suction of the handle portion 4. The suction tool 2 or the main suction component 6 can be detachably fitted to the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5 and is selected and used according to the purpose of cleaning. That is, the main suction component 6 is used for cleaning the floor, tatami mats, etc., and when the narrow portion such as a gap or a groove where the main suction component 6 is difficult to enter is cleaned, the suction tool 2 is taken out from the storage pocket 7. Used.

Next, the structure of the suction tool 2 is demonstrated with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG.
The suction tool 2 can also be referred to as a suction tool, and includes a suction part 10, a reducer part 11, and a mounting part 12.

The suction portion 10 is on the tip side for sucking dust during cleaning, and a suction opening 13 is formed at the tip portion. The cross-sectional shape of the suction opening 13 is, for example, an elongated rectangle. The reducer portion 11 is formed so as to be connected to the suction destination side (the suction air flow direction side) of the suction portion 10, and is formed in a trumpet shape with a taper-like cross-sectional area increasing toward the suction destination side. The suction part 10 and the reducer part 11 are formed in a pipe having a substantially constant wall thickness, and air sucked from the opening 13 can pass through the inside during the suction operation of the cleaner.

The mounting portion 12 is provided on the outer peripheral surface 16 of the reducer portion 11. The attachment part 12 is a part used for detachably attaching the suction tool 2 to the tip part 14 of the suction pipe 5 of the vacuum cleaner. In the illustrated example, the mounting portion 12 is constituted by three ring-shaped ribs 15 that are formed to protrude in the radial direction.

The ring-shaped ribs 15 protrude from the outer peripheral surface 16 of the reducer part 11 at positions spaced at equal intervals in the axial direction of the reducer part 11, and the outer diameter dimension d of each ring-shaped rib 15 is the same. The outer diameter dimension d is substantially the same as the outer diameter dimension f of the widest portion 18 of the reducer portion 11, and is substantially the same as the inner diameter dimension m of the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5. That is, the ribs 15 can be detachably connected so that the reducer portion 11 is fitted into the tip end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5 and cannot be removed as shown by an arrow Y1 in FIG. .

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the reducer portion 11 is fitted and connected in the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5, and when the motor of the cleaner body 1 in FIG. Along the suction part 10 and the reducer part 11 and through the suction pipe 5. In this case, at least the widest portion 18 of the reducer portion 11 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip portion 14 of the suction pipe 5, so that air does not enter the suction pipe 5 through these gaps, Noise caused by entering through such gaps can be eliminated.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 2 and 3, the suction tool 2 does not take in air from a portion other than the suction opening 13 at the tip, and can prevent a reduction in suction force. Moreover, each rib 15 of the mounting portion 12 is formed coaxially with the reducer portion 11 on the outer peripheral surface 16 of the reducer portion 11, and the reducer portion 11 and the mounting portion 12 are overlapped in the axial direction. Therefore, while the length of the reducer portion 11 in the full length direction (axial direction) is secured for noise countermeasures, the additional length for the mounting portion 12 is not required. Therefore, the overall length of the suction tool 2 in the axial direction can be suppressed to a length that can be stored in the storage pocket 7 shown in FIG. In other words, the overall length of the suction tool 2 can be shortened and the storage pocket 7 can be downsized, which can contribute to downsizing of the vacuum cleaner. In addition, it is not necessary to provide a large opening for noise reduction as in the prior art other than the suction opening 13.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the shape of the mounting portion 12, but the other constituent elements of the second embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore the same reference numerals are used. The description will be omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in the suction tool 20, the mounting part 12 has a cylindrical body 21, and in this example, the cylindrical part 21 is a cylindrical cylinder coaxial with the reducer part 11. It is formed as a body. That is, the reducer portion 11 and the mounting portion 12 are formed to overlap. The tubular body 21 is integrally formed so that the rear end portion of the cylindrical body 21 is continuously folded back with respect to the rear end portion of the reducer portion 11. The outer diameter dimension g of the cylindrical body 21 is substantially the same as the inner diameter dimension m of the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5, and the reducer portion 11 is disposed in the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5 as indicated by an arrow Y 1 in FIG. 4. It can be detachably connected so that it does not come off when fitted.

As shown in FIG. 4, the suction tool 20 is connected by fitting the reducer portion 11 into the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5. When the motor of the cleaner body 1 of FIG. The air passes through the suction pipe 10 through the suction part 10 and the reducer part 11 along the arrow Y2 direction. In this case, since the cylindrical body 21 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5, air does not enter through these gaps, and noise caused by air entering through the gaps is eliminated. be able to.

Since the suction tool 20 does not take in air from portions other than the suction opening 13 at the tip, it is possible to prevent a reduction in suction force. Moreover, on the outer peripheral surface 16 of the reducer part 11, the mounting part 12 is constituted by a cylindrical body 21 that is coaxial with the reducer part 11, and the reducer part 11 and the mounting part 12 are formed so as to overlap in the axial direction. Therefore, an additional length for the mounting portion 12 is not required while securing the length of the reducer portion 11 in the full length direction (axial direction) for noise countermeasures. Therefore, the overall length of the suction tool 20 in the axial direction can be suppressed to a length that can be stored in the storage pocket 7 shown in FIG. In other words, the overall length of the suction tool 20 can be shortened and the storage pocket 7 can be downsized, which contributes to downsizing of the vacuum cleaner. In addition, it is not necessary to provide a large opening for noise reduction as in the prior art other than the suction opening 13.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the claims. A part of each configuration of the above embodiment may be omitted or may be arbitrarily combined so as to be different from the above. In the illustrated example, the mounting portion 12 is not formed over the entire length of the reducer portion 11, but may be formed over the entire length of the reducer portion 11. Although the cross-sectional shape of the suction part 10 is a rectangle in the example of illustration, it is not restricted to this. The cross-sectional shape of the reducer portion 11, the suction pipe 5, and the mounting portion 12 are not limited to a circle but may be other shapes. The vacuum cleaner of the present invention is not limited to a vacuum cleaner, and may be a vacuum cleaner having a vacuum generation source that uses another drive source in addition to a motor as a drive source. At the entire peripheral edge or at a part of the peripheral edge, it is on a virtual cylindrical surface that fits into the inner surface of the distal end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5.

Further, in the first embodiment, it is not necessary that all the ring-shaped ribs 15 have a close fitting relationship with the suction pipe, and at least two ring-shaped ribs 15, preferably ring-shaped at both axial ends. It is preferable that the rib 15 has the above-described fitting dimension relationship. In addition, each ring-shaped rib 15 does not need to be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion 14 of the suction pipe 5 on the entire circumference, and a part of the ring-shaped rib 15 may be in close contact with the inner peripheral surface. Therefore, it is possible to reliably eliminate noise caused by air suction.
