Claims (5)

  An elastic clip body consisting of a front and rear clamping plates that are continuously and expanded from both ends of a bent portion having a predetermined width, and a width that allows the outer surface of the clip body to slide An elastic pressure cover member consisting of a pressure plate and a slide plate that are gradually extended from both ends of the bent portion, and the pressure cover member is moved up and down on the outer surface of the clip body.
