（ニ）軸棒（１）には赤、青色等の原色を施す。

（ホ）収納ケース（５）の内部は抗菌を施し常に軸棒（１）の衛生を保守する。
（ヘ）取り出した綿棒（７）を、つぎに使用するための一時据え置きができるように、つまみ部（３）を逆さにし立たせるため、つまみ部（３）の頭部（４）を平面に形成する。
本発明は以上の構成よりなっている。
本発明を使用するときは上記の収納ケース（５）から軸棒（１）をつまみ部（３）を指先（１０）で取り上げ先端の嵌合部（２）を綿棒ケース（９）の綿球（８）に挿入する。
