Description

The present invention relates to a flowing water (irrigation) device that feeds compressed air whose pressure has been adjusted into a pressure-resistant bottle through an air sterilization filter and provides physiological saline to an operator using the air pressure.

The irrigation system used in the conventional surgical operation is a method in which a bottle containing physiological saline is simply suspended at a high place, and the ligation solution flows out of the irrigation tube exiting from the bottle by natural fall, or a stainless cup using a syringe. A method of inhaling filled physiological saline and flowing water to a necessary site is used. In these methods, it is troublesome and difficult for an operator to appropriately flow a necessary amount of water. In particular, in the former case, the pressure in the bottle decreases when the amount of irrigation liquid decreases, and therefore, a pressurizing operation must be appropriately performed. In the latter case, the amount that can flow in at one time is limited, so that the surgeon is burdened.
An electric rotary pump type is also well known, but it requires a large amount of power and an apparatus, and it may take some time for physiological saline to flow after the pump is started. Furthermore, the method of irrigation by pressurization has to decrease the pressure as the physiological saline decreases, and pressurize each time.
In either method, the number of irrigation tubes that allow the ligation solution to flow out from the operator's hand is limited to one.

An irrigation device according to the invention of claim 1 includes an air sterilization filter disposed between a pressure-resistant bottle that stores a liquid such as physiological saline and an air source, and is coupled to a cap of the pressure-resistant bottle so as to be contained in the bottle. And a pressure tube that feeds air into the bottle through the air sterilization filter, and one or a plurality of the pressure tube are coupled to the cap of the pressure-resistant bottle and immersed in the liquid in the bolt to supply the liquid. It is characterized by comprising an irrigation tube and valve means provided in the vicinity of the distal end side of each of the one or a plurality of irrigation tubes and adjusting the liquid flow rate by pressing and deforming the tubes.

The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in claim 1, the air source is an existing air pipe in the operating room.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the air source is an air cylinder that can be transported to the operating room.

According to the present invention, compressed air is sent and pressurized to a pressure-resistant bottle that stores physiological saline, so that a surgeon can easily and appropriately flow a necessary amount of water by operating the valve means at hand. Moreover, even if the amount of physiological saline in the pressure-resistant bottle is reduced, since it is constantly pressurized with compressed air, a necessary amount of running water is secured during the operation. Furthermore, since a plurality of irrigation tubes can be used in combination with a cap of a single pressure bottle, the physiological saline can be easily managed, and a plurality of operators can simultaneously flow water.

The present invention combines a pressure tube and at least one or more irrigation tubes with a cap of a single pressure bottle, and sends the pressure-adjusted compressed air into the pressure bottle through a pressure tube equipped with an air sterilization filter. This was realized by pressurizing with the predetermined air pressure so that a plurality of surgeons can simultaneously flow through the surgical site.

FIG. 1 shows a main part of an irrigation apparatus according to the present invention. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the valve means provided in the irrigation tube.

The pressure-resistant bottle 1 containing an irrigation solution 7 such as physiological saline in the ligation apparatus provides the operator with running water 21 (irrigation) as appropriate. The bottle body 2 has a cap 3 at the main body mouth portion. . The bottle body 2 is formed so as to be able to withstand the pressurization for feeding the irrigation liquid 7, and the material and shape thereof can be selected as appropriate.
The cap 3 has an insertion port 6 for the pressurized tube 12 for feeding the compressed air 20 into the pressure-resistant bottle 1, and insertion ports 4 and 5 for one or a plurality of the irrigation tubes 10 and 11 for flowing the ligation liquid 7. It has.

One end of the pressurizing tube 12 is coupled to the insertion port 6 of the cap 3 and is inserted into the bolt body 2, and the other end is connected to an existing air pipe (not shown) in the operating room as an air source. Connected. The air source is not limited to an existing air pipe, and may be an air cylinder that can be transported.

A sterilization filter 13 for sterilizing the compressed air 20 is provided between the bottle body 2 side and the air source side of the pressurized tube 12. Thereby, the compressed air 20 sent from the air source and sent into the pressure bottle 1 is sterilized, and the ligation liquid 7 is not contaminated with air.

The ligation tubes 10 and 11 are connected at one end to the insertion port 4 of the cap 3 and inserted into the bolt body 2. The tips of the irrigation tubes 10 and 11 are positioned close to the cap 3. An irrigation solution 21 is provided from the other end of the irrigation tubes 10 and 11 to the operator. As shown in the figure, the number of the irrigation tubes 10 and 11 is not limited to two, and at least one of the ligation tubes 10 and 11 can be connected to the insertion port of the cap 3.

The operator of the irrigation tubes 10 and 11 is provided with a valve means 30 for adjusting the necessary amount of the running water 21 of the ligation solution 7 or stopping the running water. The amount of flowing water can be adjusted as appropriate by pressing the valve means 30.

The valve means 30 is fitted into a tubular valve body 31 so that a valve 32 having a button 32a can be reciprocated, and an opening 34 through which the ligation tubes 10 and 11 pass is provided on a side surface of the valve 32.
