Description

The present invention relates to a core material for protecting a spectacle lens by being detachably disposed in a spectacle case.

As a spectacle case, a case body is conventionally formed of a flexible material such as leather or soft synthetic resin, and a hard core material is lined and reinforced on the inner surface of the case body. In general, there is a structure that is covered with a decorative sheet made of leather or leather, and the case body is configured so as to be stored in a state of wrapping a flocking cloth for wiping off the glasses.

Further, in the spectacle case configured as described above, if the spectacles are carried in a state of being accommodated in the case, there is a risk that the spectacles may be damaged due to vibration or the like, and the spectacles may be damaged. Thus, the thing of the structure which accommodated the pair of holding member which provided the left-right recessed part which accommodates the lens part of spectacles in the opposing surface so that extraction was possible in a spectacles case was devised. Both holdings are performed so that the back side of the left and right frame part of the spectacle lens is stored in the left and right recesses of one holding member and the front side of the left and right frame part of the spectacle lens is stored in the left and right recesses of the other holding member The members are overlapped to hold the glasses in the left and right recesses of these holding members, and are stored in the glasses case in this state.
Utility Model Registration No. 3044982

However, if the glasses are configured to be held in the left and right recesses of the pair of holding members as described above, when the glasses are worn, the holding members are taken out from the glasses case, and the The eyeglass frame part must be removed from the concave part of the holding member, especially when it is difficult to see the vicinity like presbyopia, the temple part of the eyeglass or the temple part for the ear hook is hooked on the holding member and the removal is smooth There is a problem that a situation that cannot be performed occurs.

In general, reading glasses do not need to be worn when going out or watching TV, but when reading newspapers or writing, but parcels are sent by courier, for example. At that time, after taking out the reading glasses from the spectacle case and confirming the invoice, etc., even if trying to press the receipt mark, the spectacle case itself cannot be used for the underlay for the stamp in any of the spectacle cases, Currently, the stamp is pressed using the surface of the parcel and the like, and there is a situation where the seal cannot be printed cleanly. Similarly, it is difficult to use the spectacle case as an underlay when it is necessary to enter a signature or the like.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to be able to elastically hold the spectacles when the spectacles are stored in the spectacle case. Needless to say, it is an object of the present invention to provide a core material for a spectacle case that can be easily taken out from the spectacle case when used, and that can be used as an underlay for stamping or writing.

In order to achieve the above object, the core material of the spectacle case of the present invention is a core material that protects spectacles by being disposed in the spectacle case, as described in claim 1, and is an inner bottom surface in the spectacle case. A core body made of an elastically bendable soft synthetic resin plate with a smooth surface with a size and shape along the inner surfaces of both sides, and a single layer of the core body body and bonded together. An elastic sheet and a covering material made of a flexible fabric coated with the elastic sheet, and the center portion is elastically bent from the central portion so that the covering material is on the inner surface side in contact with the spectacles. The eyeglass case has a configuration in which the lower end protecting part of the spectacles in contact with the inner bottom surface of the spectacle case is formed in the spectacles holding part in contact with the opposite inner side surface of the spectacle case, and in this state, the eyeglass case is detachably stored ing.

In the core material of the spectacle case configured as described above, the invention according to claim 2 is directed to the spectacle wrapping portion in which both side edges of the central portion forming the lower end protection portion are formed as concave arcuate edges toward the inside. The fastener is characterized in that it is formed in a constricted portion narrower than the width between both side edge portions, and a fastener that is detachably engaged with each other is attached to the center of the front end of these glasses holding portions.

According to the core material of the eyeglass case of the present invention, a core material body made of an elastically bendable soft synthetic resin plate, an elastic sheet formed by overlapping and integrally bonding to the back surface of the core material body, Since it consists of a covering material made of a flexible fabric coated with an elastic sheet, by bending the central part in the length direction of this core material, the central part is used as a lower end protecting part of the spectacles that touches the inner bottom surface of the spectacle case. The both sides in the length direction can be easily formed in the eyeglass holding part in contact with the opposing inner surface of the spectacle case, and are stored in the spectacle case in this state, thereby facing the inner bottom surface of the spectacle case. In particular, when the spectacle case is formed of a flexible material such as cloth or leather, the spectacle case is reinforced with the core material. The It can be securely protected in a state where the housing eyeglass in core material elastically embracing.

At this time, the glasses are bent in such a manner that the core material is bent so that the inner surface is covered with a covering material made of a soft cloth covering an elastic sheet integrally fixed to the core material body made of a soft synthetic resin plate. Since it is housed in the case, the eyeglass lens can be held softly by this covering material, and it is possible to prevent scratches and the like from occurring.

In addition, when the spectacle case is opened when the spectacles are used, the upper end of both side spectacles holding portions in the core member that is in pressure contact with the facing inner surface of the spectacle case opens in synchronization with the opening of the case by elastic restoring force. The eyeglasses can be easily taken out from the eyeglass case with the core material left in the eyeglass case.

Furthermore, when stamping or writing is required, if the core material is taken out together with the spectacles from the spectacle case and then the central bent portion of the core material is developed using its elastic restoring force, a single base plate It can be easily deformed into an underlay, and when stamping in this state, a document that requires a seal is placed on the flexible cloth in the underlay, and an elastic sheet according to the pressing force of the seal Can be smoothly and reliably stamped while being elastically compressed and deformed. In addition, when writing, use the core material body as an underlay by turning up the core material body made of a soft synthetic resin plate formed on a smooth surface by reversing the core material. It is possible to write easily by placing a piece of paper on the upper surface of the core body.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the eyeglass wrapping portion has both side edges of the central portion forming the lower end protecting portion when the core material is housed in the eyeglass case as a concave arcuate edge toward the inside. Since it is formed in a constricted portion narrower than the width between both side edge portions, the lower end protection portion along the inner surface of the spectacle case can be bent easily and accurately from this constricted portion, and formed by the bent portion. The width of the lower end protection part is narrower than the width of the both-side spectacles holding part, so that the eyeglass case can be easily and accurately stored. In addition, since a clasp that is detachably engaged with each other is attached to the center of the tip of the both-side spectacles holding portion, the spectacles can be stably supported by the both-side spectacles holding portion of the core by engaging this clasp. The eyeglass case can be carried in a state in which the eyeglasses are prevented from reluctance in the core material.

A specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the core material A, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal side view thereof, and FIG. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal front view showing the housed state, in which the core A has a width that is substantially equal to the length of the inner bottom surface B1 of the spectacle case B, and the length (long A rectangular core material whose length is substantially equal to the length from the upper end of one inner side surface B2 to the upper end of the other inner side surface B2 at the opposite inner side surfaces B2 and B2 of the spectacle case B. A main body 1, an elastic sheet 2 having the same shape as the core material main body 1 and superposed on the back surface of the core material main body 1 and integrally bonded thereto, and the elastic sheet 2 are entirely covered. It consists of a covering material 3 made of a flexible fabric, and the core body 1 is elastically bent and has a smooth surface. While polypropylene and made of soft synthetic resin plate such as a vinyl chloride resin such, the elastic sheet 2 is formed by a foamed synthetic resin material or an elastic rubber layer.

Furthermore, the rectangular core material body 1 is formed at the edges at the four corners thereof at the edges curved in an arc shape, and at the central portion in the length direction along the inner bottom surface of the spectacle case B. Both side edge portions are formed in edge portions 4 and 4 curved in a concave arc shape inwardly, and the central portion is formed in a constricted portion 5, and the core material body 1 has a back surface of the core material body 1. The elastic sheet 2 having the same shape is integrally bonded. The core material A configured as described above has male and female fasteners that are engaged with and disengaged from each other at both ends in the length direction, that is, at the front end central portions of both opposing sides when the constricted portion 5 is bent in two. The fasteners 6 and 7 are attached, and an edge decoration 8 is applied to the outer peripheral edge of the core material A over the entire circumference.

4 and FIG. 5, the core material A configured as described above is formed of the constricted portion 5 by elastically bending the constricted portion 5 so that the covering material 3 is on the inner surface side. The bent portion is formed on the lower end protecting portion 10 that reinforces the inner bottom surface B1 in contact with the inner bottom surface B1 of the spectacle case B, and the length of the core A facing each other with the constricted portion 5 at the center. The eyeglass holding parts 11 and 12 that are in contact with the opposed inner side surfaces B2 and B2 of the eyeglass case B are formed by one half part and the other half part in the direction.

The core material A bent in this way is housed in the spectacle case B as shown in FIGS. At this time, since the lower end protecting part 10 bent from the constricted part 5 is narrower than the width between the side edges of the eyeglass holding parts 11 and 12, it can be easily accommodated in the eyeglass case B. When the core A is stored in the spectacle case B, the external force acting on the spectacle case B while reinforcing the spectacle case B is elastically pressed against the inner surface of the spectacle case B by the elastic restoring force of the core body 1. Is absorbed by the elastic force to protect the glasses C housed in the core material A, and the glasses C are elasticized by the elastic sheet 2 covered with a covering material 3 made of a soft cloth. The eyeglass lens can be stored without damaging the eyeglass lens.

Furthermore, since the core material A can be taken in and out of the spectacle case B, the core material A is bent from the constricted portion 5 and the spectacles C are held inside as shown in FIG. In this state, the fasteners 6 and 7 are engaged, and in this state, the eyeglass case B can be taken in and out, and the fasteners 6 and 7 are stored in the state where the core A is stored in the eyeglass case B. By releasing the engagement, only the eyeglasses C can be taken out without taking the core material A out of the eyeglass case B. In addition, although the velvet type fastener is used as the fasteners 6 and 7, as shown in FIG. 6, the fastener by a hook may be employ | adopted and other fasteners may be used. .

If writing of a memo, address, name, etc. is required, the core material A is taken out from the spectacle case B together with the spectacles C, and then the core material A is elasticated as shown in FIG. The core material main body 1 made of a soft synthetic resin plate is used as an underlay by being developed by a restoring force, and a piece of paper or the like can be placed on the smooth surface of the core material main body 1 for easy and smooth writing. Further, when it is necessary to stamp a document or the like, after the core material A is taken out together with the eyeglasses C from the spectacle case B, the core material body 1 of the core material A as shown in FIG. The elastic sheet 2 provided integrally on the back surface of the elastic sheet 2 is developed so as to face upward, and a document or the like is placed on the covering material 3 made of a flexible cloth covering the elastic sheet 2, and elastic The elasticity of the sheet 2 can be used to cleanly mark a predetermined place such as a document.

In the above embodiment, the fasteners 6 and 7 are attached to the center of the tip of the glasses holding parts 11 and 12 on both sides formed by bending the core A from the constricted part 5 in a folded state. However, the present invention can be satisfied even if such a fastener is not attached.
