この場合の(1)シ−ソ−運動を起こす軸受構造と(2)支点の位置を示すA:Bの比率、(3) 更に背中を上げるに有効なBの寸法 の3項を課題を解決する具体的な手段とするものである。

図7,図8は本器具の若者向き使用状態で前項よりもかなり、体力を要する。器具に身体を載せる場合には、図7ニ、ホの如く、尻を甲板の上面に置く。但し、支点よりも長側とし、短側に置いてはならない。その程度は個人の体型に合せて選択すれば良い。先ず、図7ホの如く、身体を静かに後方へ倒すと、器具も後方へ傾き下半身が図8への様に、持ち上げられる。この場合に足を図8トの位置にまで上げると下半身の重量が腹筋等に掛かり、其れだけでも鍛練の効果が出ることになる。
足の上げ方は下ろす時には反動で偶力として作用し、上半身をホ、ニの位置まで起こす事が出来る。その程度は体形に合せて個人が任意に決める可きであろう。この方式の使い方には、かなりの体力を要するので、若い人向きの鍛錬法と言えよう。
図9,図10は本器具による運動不足の人の為の軽い血行促進の為の使用方法を示す。
一日中パソコンに向かって居たり、事務や読書等をして居る所謂座業の方々は一旦坐ってしまうと、なかなか外出して迄、運動する事が億劫になって出来ないものである。そこで、椅子の上に本器を載せ、その上に深く腰掛けで、図のチ及びリの如く、身体を前後上下に搖動を繰り返し行えば、軽い腹筋や大腰筋の運動になり、血行も促進さね、血圧も下げる事が出来るので、一時間に五分間位、気分転換を兼ねて本器具を使用すると良い。またこの方法は中部筋にも作用して腰痛の予防や回 復にも効果が認められる。この場合に使用する椅子は弛みの多くなった回転椅子などは危険を伴うので使用せずに、なるべく堅牢な食堂椅子などを使用すること。
11,図12は本器具による寝た切り老人等の為に血行促進を行う可く、横臥したまま、行う事が出来る様にした腹筋や背筋の鍛練使用状態を示す。
図11ヌは腹筋鍛練の場合である。器具の上に腰を置き、脚や背中の下には座布団等をかって、身体の他の部位が痛くならないように注意することが必要である。

図13、図14は本発明の応用例であって、和風の座椅子に腹筋、背筋の鍛練機能を応用したものである。
シ−ソ−運動の軸受構造に置いては図1、2、3に示す器具と同じ原理と構造である。図13ヲは、使用を始める状態を示す。先ず、シ−ト上に器具を設置し、身体の背面が背当てに着くようにする。次に両手を両側のハンドルを握り、身体がづり落ちない様に支えながら、図14ワの如く、後方へ身体を静かに倒す。ほぼ水平に近くマイナス5度程度迄倒すことが出来る。次に元の姿勢まで身体を起こす。之を繰り返すのであるが、この場合に脚や腰を使っても良い。従って、この器具によれば、腹筋、背筋、大腰筋、大腿四頭筋、膝の靭帯等の鍛練が出来る。
本器具の特徴は 上半身と頭部をレストにより、安定させ、危険を防ぐ構造を採用したことである が、非力な高齢者や女子向きの鍛練が安全且つ楽に出来るのが、最大の特徴である。
又、座椅子と同じ高さなので、和室で操作しても 天井までの距離が有り、特に圧迫感が無いので心理的にも、伸び伸びと使用する事が出来る。

外観形状も当方の器具に比し、高さが高く、巾が狭い。身体を載せる場所もほぼ中央で、之は脚の長い欧米人向きの位置と言う事が言えよう。当方は脚の短い東洋人の体型に合せて合理的な偏寄量を多数の実験の結果、設定してある。また自身の体重を利用して静かに自動的に背中を押し上げる事が出来るので、当方は大きな力が要らない利点が有る。先方の物はかなり大きな力が必要になる。然して非力な人には不向きであるから、高齢者には向かない器具と言えよう。
先方の甲板の硬さはABSの様な硬い物の様である。当方は身体に優しい軟質のゴムを使用しているので、身体への当たり方に無理が無いので疲労し難い。
先方の製造方法は大量生産しか適用出来ないが、当方の製造方法は少量でも大量生産でも適宜に応変可能である。此の事は初期投資が少なくて始められるので起業家には当方の器具の構造は決定的に有利である。
