本発明は、次の〔1〕〜〔4〕を提供する。
〔1〕 顔料(B)を含有するビニルポリマー粒子の水分散体、及び水100gに対する溶解量(20℃)が5g以下である水不溶性有機化合物(ただし、脂肪酸誘導体を除く)(A)を含有する、インクジェット記録用水分散体。
〔2〕顔料の水分散体を含有するインクジェット記録用水系インクであって、該水系インクの顔料濃度が4〜8重量%であり、インクジェット写真用紙に、インクサイズ3pl、解像度1440dpi×720dpiでベタ印刷を行い、その印字面に対して垂直方向からレーザー光を照射したときの反射光量の、印字方向に対して垂直方向の相関距離が4μm以上であるインクジェット記録用水系インク。
〔3〕前記水系インクを、インクジェット記録装置を用いて印字した印字物。
〔4〕下記工程(1)〜(3)を有し、工程(1)〜(3)の少なくともいずれかの工程中又は工程後に、水不溶性有機化合物(ただし、脂肪酸誘導体を除く)を存在させてなる、前記インクジェット記録用水分散体の製造方法。
