Abstract

Problems to be solved by the invention

まとめてみると
（１）すくい取る量が少なく、落葉掃除には不向きである。
（２）風が吹くと、すくい取った落葉が飛び散る。
（３）落葉と砂、土を同時すくい取り、それを分離よる機能がない。
（４）すくい取った落葉を、ビニール袋３に移すのが容易でない。
（５）地面に踏み石等の凹凸があると、ちり取りの底が柔軟性なく、落葉をすくい取りにくい。
（６）池の水面に浮いた落葉をすくい取る機能がない。

（図１０）は、本発明、落葉掃除ネットですくった落葉を、ビニール袋３に移す様子を説明するための見取図を示す。１４は二枚の金網を屏風状にしたスタンドで、ビニール袋３をクリップ１３で支持してある。支持されたビニール袋３に、落葉掃除ネットの開閉吐き出し口より、落葉を容易に移すことができる。
次に、本発明、落葉掃除ネットの構成を判り易くするため、（図１１）から（図２２）により説明する。
（図１１）はフレーム部１２を示す。（Ａ）は、その正面図で、（Ｂ）は、その側面図を示す。１１ー１は、吊り環。１１は、ハンドル棒。１５は、ハンドル受け金具でハンドル止めネジ１６で、フレーム１２と連結されている。
（図１２）は（図１１）のフレーム部１２に、布製筒状袋体の支持金具１８、土埃受け部２０、弾性薄板すくい２１を組み付けた構造を示す。（Ａ）は、その正面図で、（Ｂ）は、その側面図を示す。左右二本の支持金具１８は、上端を受けアングル１７でフレーム部１２に、下端を土埃受け部２０に、支持金具受け板２５を介して固定されている。
（図１３）は（図１２）の（Ｂ）の部分拡大図を示す。２４は土埃で、土埃受け部２０の上に溜められる。

底布部２６は布製で、５ｍｍ角位の網目２６ー１が縫い込まれている。土埃２４が振るい落される。２６ー２は３ｍｍ位の金属丸棒で、フレーム部１２に固定される。
２６ー４は、開閉ひも２９を通す穴が二個所設けてある。２６ー３は、下開閉口のための、芯板が縫い込まれている。
（図１７）は、布製筒状袋体の上カバー布部２７の平面図を示す。
（図１８）は、（図１７）の側面図を示す。
一端には、３ｍｍ位の金属丸棒２７ー１が縫い込まれ、他端には、上開閉口のための、芯板２７ー２が縫い込まれている。２８は開閉ひも２９をひっかける開閉ひも掛けで、二本のピン２８ー１を介して上カバー布部２７に固定されている。２７ー３は、開閉ひも２９を通す穴が二個所設けてある。
該上カバー布部２７の表面には、［みんなの○○公園きれいにしましょう」とか［○○旅館］とかを、染め込むこともできる。また、婦人用傘のように、いろいろの色彩の布地で作成することもできる。
（図１９）は、側面布部３０の見取図を示す。上カバー布部２７と底布部２６の間に縫い込まれる。
（図２０）は、（図１３）のＣーＤ断面図を示す。
（図２１）は、本発明、落葉掃除ネットを地面１９に置いた時の側面図を示す。ハンドル棒１１を手放しても、支持金具１８と土埃受け部２０により、倒れることがない。
開閉ひも２９で、開閉吐き出し口を閉め、開閉ひも掛け２８にひっかけた状態も示している。
（図２２）は、本発明、落葉掃除ネットを壁３１のフック３２にハンドル棒１１の吊り環１１ー１で、吊り下げた状態の側面図を示す。
