Description

The present invention relates to a wiring board assembly in which electric wires are wired in a predetermined wiring path, a wiring structure in which electric wires are wired in a predetermined wiring path of a wiring board, and a wiring method.

A vehicle such as an automobile is equipped with an electrical junction box for branching / connecting a plurality of wire harnesses arranged in the vehicle body. In this type of electrical junction box, the internal circuit generally uses a bus bar formed by punching a conductive metal plate. A wiring board assembly in which a wire is wired is used.

。   Conventionally, as a wiring device for wiring an electric wire to a wiring board, the electric wire is discharged from a head that moves on the wiring board along the wiring groove of the wiring board that defines the wiring path. A predetermined part of the electric wire (especially a bent part or a terminal part that easily floats from the wiring board) is pushed into the wiring groove using a pin member provided on the head so as to be able to protrude and retract toward the wiring board. The thing is known (for example, refer patent document 1).

And in the wiring of the electric wire by such a wiring apparatus, the electric wire is continuously arranged with one stroke writing in all the wiring paths for each circuit, and the press contact terminal is provided at a required portion of the electric wires arranged continuously. Is generally connected to the electric wire, and then the continuous electric wire is cut at a predetermined location and divided for each circuit (for example, see Patent Document 2). This is a consideration for avoiding as much as possible the formation of the terminal portion of the electric wire that is likely to be lifted from the wiring board by the previous step of driving the press contact terminal.

However, in the above-described conventional wiring device, it is necessary to stop the movement of the head each time the electric wire is pushed into the wiring groove by the pin member, which increases the time required for wiring. There is a concern that the productivity of the wiring board assembly may be reduced.

In addition, in the wiring method in which the wires that are continuously routed in all the wiring routes for each circuit are cut at a predetermined location and divided for each circuit, the portion of the wire that connects the circuits is cut and removed. Alternatively, useless electric wires that are not used as a circuit remain in the wiring board, and the electric wires are wasted, which may also reduce the productivity of the wiring board assembly.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is a wiring board assembly having excellent productivity, and a wiring structure and a wiring that can improve the productivity of the wiring board assembly. It is to provide a method.

The above-described object is achieved by the wiring board assembly described in the following (1) to (3) according to the present invention.

(1) a wiring board;
An electric wire discharged from the head of the wiring device that relatively moves on the wiring board along a predetermined wiring path of the wiring board and wired to the wiring path;
A wiring board assembly comprising:
The wiring board includes at least one storage portion having a pair of side walls and storing a part of the electric wire between the pair of side walls,
The pair of side walls are formed so as to reduce the distance from each other toward the upper end portion and to have a distance smaller than the diameter of the electric wire between the protruding ends closest to each other at the upper end portion, and between the protruding ends. The cloth is formed so as to be elastically deformable so as to increase the distance of the wire, and is formed so that the distance of the tip from the head is less than ½ of the diameter of the electric wire. Wire board assembly.

(2) The wiring board further includes a pair of positioning pieces arranged in alignment with a pair of side walls of the storage unit in a longitudinal direction of a part of the electric wire stored in the storage unit,
The wiring board assembly according to (1) above, wherein a continuous portion is inserted between the pair of positioning pieces in front of a part of the electric wire stored in the storage portion.

(3) The storage unit is provided at an end of the wiring path, and the terminal portion of the electric wire is stored in the storage unit. (1) or (2) Wire board assembly.

In the wiring board assembly having the above-described configuration (1), the pair of side walls of the storage portion have a distance smaller than the diameter of the electric wire between the protruding ends closest to each other at the upper end portion, and the distance from the head of the protruding end. Is formed to be less than ½ of the diameter of the electric wire, the head moves relative to the extending direction of the electric wire in the storage portion on the storage portion. While coming into contact with the projecting ends and being pressed by the peripheral edge of the electric wire discharge port of the head, the pair of side walls are elastically deformed to enter between the projecting ends, and the central axis thereof is positioned below the projecting ends. The pair of side walls are formed so as to reduce the distance from each other toward the upper end, and due to the restoring force of the pair of side walls, both projecting ends slide on the outer peripheral surface of the upper half of the electric wire. Pushing downward, the wire is automatically housed between the pair of side walls. Furthermore, since the distance between the protrusions is smaller than the diameter of the electric wire, the electric wire stored between the pair of side walls is restricted from rising upward. Therefore, it is not necessary to push in the electric wire using a pin member as in the conventional case in the storage portion, and the wiring board assembly of this configuration has a reduced time required for wiring the electric wire and is excellent in productivity.

In the wiring board assembly configured as described in (2) above, the pair of positioning pieces are arranged in alignment with the pair of side walls of the storage portion in the longitudinal direction of a part of the electric wire stored in the storage portion, respectively. By inserting the portion of the electric wire connected in front of the portion stored in the storage portion between the pair of positioning pieces, a portion of the electric wire stored in the storage portion is reliably guided to the center of the pair of side walls. As a result, the electric wire can be more securely stored in the storage portion. Therefore, the wiring board assembly of this structure is excellent in productivity.

In the wiring board assembly configured as described in (3) above, the terminal portion of the electric wire is stored in the storage portion provided at the end of the wiring route, that is, the electric wires are individually routed in the wiring route for each circuit. As described above, the terminal portion of the electric wire is housed in the housing portion, and the terminal portion is prevented from being lifted from the wiring board as described above. As a result, wasteful electric wires that are cut and excised when being wired continuously in all the wiring paths for each circuit as in the past and wasteful electric wires that are not used as a circuit are not generated. The wiring board assembly having this configuration is excellent in productivity.

Moreover, the above-described object is achieved by the wiring structure described in the following (4) to (6) according to the present invention.

(6) The cloth according to (4) or (5), wherein the storage portion is provided at a terminal end of the wiring path, and a terminal portion of the electric wire is stored in the storage portion. Line structure.

In the wiring structure configured as described in (4) above, the pair of side walls of the storage portion has a distance smaller than the diameter of the electric wire between the protruding ends closest to each other at the upper end portion, and the distance from the head of the protruding end is the electric wire. Since the head is relatively moved in the extending direction of the electric wire in the storage portion on the storage portion, the electric wire discharged from the head is placed on both protruding ends. At the same time, it is pressed against the peripheral edge of the electric wire outlet of the head and enters between the two projecting ends while elastically deforming the pair of side walls, and its central axis is positioned below the projecting ends. Therefore, it is not necessary to push in the electric wire using a pin member as in the conventional case in the storage portion, and according to the wiring structure of this configuration, the time required for wiring the electric wire can be shortened, and the wiring board assembly Productivity can be improved.

In the wiring structure configured as described in (5) above, the pair of positioning pieces are arranged in alignment with the pair of side walls of the storage unit in the longitudinal direction of a part of the electric wire stored in the storage unit, By inserting the portion of the electric wire connected in front of the portion stored in the storage portion between the pair of positioning pieces, a portion of the electric wire stored between the pair of side walls is reliably guided to the center of the pair of side walls. . Thereby, the above-mentioned storage of the electric wire in the storage part can be made more reliable. Therefore, according to the wiring structure of this configuration, the productivity of the wiring board assembly can be improved.

In the wiring structure having the above configuration (6), the terminal portion of the electric wire is accommodated in the accommodating portion provided at the end of the wiring route, that is, the electric wire is individually arranged in the wiring route for each circuit. Then, the terminal portion of the electric wire is housed in the housing portion, so that the terminal portion can be prevented from being lifted from the wiring board as described above. As a result, there is no need to generate wasteful electric wires that are cut and excised when being wired continuously in all the wiring paths for each circuit as in the prior art, and wasteful electric wires that are not used as circuits. According to the wiring structure of this configuration, the productivity of the wiring board assembly can be improved.

(8) The wiring board is provided with a pair of positioning pieces in alignment with a pair of side walls of the storage unit in a longitudinal direction of a part of the electric wire stored in the storage unit,

(9) The wiring method according to (7) or (8), wherein the storage portion is provided at an end of the wiring path, and the terminal portion of the electric wire is stored in the storage portion.

In the wiring method configured as described in (7) above, the pair of side walls of the storage portion is spaced a distance smaller than the diameter of the electric wire between the protruding ends closest to each other at the upper end portion, and the distance from the head of the protruding end is the electric wire. The wire is discharged from the head by moving the head relative to the extending direction of the electric wire in the storage portion on the storage portion. It can be brought into contact with the projecting ends and pressed against the peripheral edge of the electric wire outlet of the head, and the pair of side walls can be elastically deformed to enter between the projecting ends, and the central axis can be positioned below the projecting ends. Then, the pair of side walls are formed so as to reduce the distance from each other toward the upper end, and due to the restoring force of the pair of side walls, both protruding ends slide on the outer peripheral surface of the upper half of the electric wire. The electric wire can be automatically stored between the pair of side walls by pushing downward. Further, since the distance between the protruding ends is smaller than the diameter of the electric wire, the upward lifting of the electric wire accommodated between the pair of side walls can be restricted. Therefore, it is not necessary to push in the electric wire using a pin member as in the conventional case in the storage portion, and according to the wiring method of this configuration, the time required for wiring the electric wire can be shortened, and the wiring board assembly Productivity can be improved.

In the wiring method configured as described in (8) above, the pair of positioning pieces are arranged in alignment with the pair of side walls of the storage unit in the longitudinal direction of a portion of the electric wire stored in the storage unit. By inserting the portion of the electric wire connected in front of the portion stored in the space between the pair of positioning pieces, a portion of the electric wire stored between the pair of side walls can be reliably guided to the center of the pair of side walls. Thereby, the accommodation of the electric wire between a pair of above-mentioned side walls can be made more reliable. Therefore, according to the wiring method of this structure, the productivity of the wiring board assembly can be improved.

In the wiring method of the above configuration (9), a storage portion is provided at the end of the wiring route, and the terminal portion of the electric wire is stored in this storage portion, that is, the wire is individually provided in the wiring route for each circuit. As described above, the terminal portion of the electric wire is housed in the housing portion to prevent the terminal portion from being lifted from the wiring board. As a result, this configuration does not generate wasteful wires that are cut and cut when the wires are continuously routed in all the routing routes for each circuit as in the prior art, and wasteful wires that are not used as circuits. According to this wiring method, the productivity of the wiring board assembly can be improved.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the wiring board assembly which is excellent in productivity, and the wiring structure and wiring method which improve the productivity of a wiring board assembly can be provided.

Sectional drawing for demonstrating one Embodiment of the wiring method which concerns on invention, FIG. 10 is XX arrow sectional drawing in FIG.9 (C).

As shown in FIG. 1, the wiring device 1 applied to the wiring structure of the present embodiment includes a base 2, a holding means 3 that holds a wiring board 31 (see FIG. 6), and a wiring board 31. The head 4 that discharges the electric wire 6 that is wired to the head 4 and the electric wire supply unit 5 that supplies the electric wire to the head 4 are roughly configured.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding means 3 includes a first linear motion device 11 (the extending direction of the first linear motion device 11 is hereinafter defined as an X-axis direction) and the base 2 on the base 2. In combination with the second linear motion device 12 orthogonal to the first linear motion device (the extending direction of the second linear motion device is hereinafter defined as the Y-axis direction), it can be moved in the horizontal direction (XY axis direction). Stage 13. The wiring board 31 (see FIG. 6) is placed horizontally on the stage 13 and fixed.

As shown in FIG. 1, the head 4 is fixed to a frame 14 assembled to the base 2 and is disposed above the stage 13. And the electric power supply part 5 which supplies an electric wire to this head 4 is fixed to the upper end of the support | pillar 15 assembled | attached to the base 2, and is arrange | positioned above the head 4. FIG.

The electric wire supply unit 5 is provided with a plurality of pulleys 16, and the electric wires 6 wound around the reels 17 are pulled out from the reels 17 and suspended between the plural pulleys 16 while correcting twists and the like. Then, it is sent out substantially vertically downward toward the head 4.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the head 4 is provided with an insertion hole 18 at the center thereof through which the electric wire 6 extending in the vertical direction and fed from the electric wire supply unit 5 is inserted. The electric wire 6 fed out substantially vertically downward from the electric wire supply unit 5 is inserted into the insertion hole 18 from the upper opening of the insertion hole 18 and is discharged from the bottom opening (discharge port 19).

Further, referring to FIG. 4, the head 4 is provided with a plurality of pin members 20 for pressing the electric wire 6 discharged from the discharge port 19 against the wiring board, as in the conventional wiring device. These pin members 20 are for pushing the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 into the gripping portion 36 (see FIG. 6) provided at the starting point S (see FIG. 6) of the wiring path of the wiring board 31 to be described later. is there. Each pin member 20 is housed in a housing hole 21 that extends vertically in the head 4 and opens in the bottom surface 4a of the head 4, and the base end portion 20b is pressed against the cylinder 22 via a link mechanism. Thus, the tip end portion 20 a protrudes vertically downward from the opening of the accommodation hole 21 in the bottom surface 4 a of the head 4.

Further, referring to FIG. 5, the head 4 is provided with a pair of blades 23 for cutting the electric wire 6 in the vicinity of the discharge port 19. The pair of blades 23 are respectively housed in a pair of housing grooves 24 that extend radially from the insertion hole 18 symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the insertion hole 18. The pair of blades 23 are configured such that the sharp end portion 23a protrudes from the receiving groove 24 into the insertion hole 18 when the base end portion 23b is pressed by a cylinder (not shown) via the link mechanism. The electric wire 6 is cut by being sandwiched between both end portions 23 a protruding into the insertion hole 18.

In the wiring board assembly 7 shown in FIG. 6, a predetermined plurality of wiring paths are set in the wiring board 31 in which the electric wires 6 are wired, and continuous or intermittent on both sides along each wiring path. Thus, a partition wall 32a is erected. In other words, the wiring path is defined by these partition walls 32a. These partition walls 32 a are erected on the bottom plate 33 of the wiring board 31 at a predetermined height larger than the diameter of the electric wire 6. And the space | interval slightly larger than the diameter of the electric wire 6 is put between the partition walls 32a which mutually oppose on both sides of a wiring path | route, and the electric wire 6 is arrange | positioned between this partition wall 32a.

A storage section for storing the electric wires 6 is provided at the end E of each wiring path and a required position in the middle of each wiring path indicated by a “+” symbol in FIG. 6. In addition, at the starting point S of each wiring path, a grip portion 36 is provided that grips and fixes the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 by being pushed by the pin member 20 of the head 4. Below, the storage part 30 provided in the terminal E of the wiring path | route enclosed with a dotted circle VII in FIG. 6 is demonstrated on behalf of a some storage part.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the storage portion 30 provided at the end E of the wiring path has a pair of side walls 32b, and the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 is stored between the pair of side walls 32b. Note that the pair of side walls of the storage portion is a part of the partition wall 32a depending on a location where the storage portion is provided (for example, a location in the middle of the wiring path).

The pair of side walls 32b are formed such that opposing inner side surfaces bulge toward the other side wall so as to reduce the distance between the side walls 32b toward the upper end portion, and the distance between the projecting ends 34 closest to the upper end portion. W is smaller than the diameter D of the electric wire 6. The pair of side walls 32b can be elastically deformed so as to increase the distance between the projecting ends 34.

Then, the pair of side walls 32b are arranged so that the head 4 moves when the head 4 that has moved on the wiring board 31 relatively along the wiring path by the stage 13 moving in the horizontal direction is positioned on the storage unit 30. The distance G of the protruding end 34 from the bottom surface 4a of the wire 6 is formed to be less than ½ of the diameter D of the electric wire 6.

Further, the pair of side walls 32b are extended to the opposite side of the end of the electric wire 6 in the longitudinal direction of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 accommodated in the accommodating portion 30. A pair of rib-like positioning pieces 35 are projected. The distance between the pair of positioning pieces 35 is set to be slightly larger than the diameter D of the electric wire 6, and the portion (the end is the end) connected in front of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 accommodated in the accommodating portion 30 between them. The opposite part) is inserted. In order to guide the electric wire 6 to the center of the pair of positioning pieces 35 and facilitate insertion thereof, both upper end portions of the pair of positioning pieces 35 are increased in distance from each other toward the upper end. Inclined.

Next, with reference to FIG. 9, the wiring of the electric wire 6 to the wiring board 31 using the wiring apparatus 1 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIG. 9A, the wiring board is arranged such that the head 4 relatively moves on the wiring board 31 along the wiring path while the discharge port 19 is positioned vertically above the wiring path. The stage 13 holding 31 moves. Then, the head 4 approaches the storage unit 30 while relatively moving in the extending direction A of the electric wires 6 in the storage unit 30 along the wiring path.

The electric wire 6 is discharged perpendicularly to the wiring board 31 from the outlet 19 of the insertion hole 18 of the head 4 extending in the vertical direction, and is arranged between the partition walls 32a of the wiring board 31 that defines the wiring path. The wire plate 31 is bent so as to abut against the bottom plate 33 of the wire plate 31 and flows to the rear side of the discharge port 19 in the relative movement direction A of the head 4 with the relative movement of the head 4.

As shown in FIG. 9B, when the head 4 further moves in the relative movement direction A, first, the electric wire 6 is inserted between the pair of positioning pieces 35 disposed in front of the storage unit 30. The electric wire 6 is cut by the pair of blades 23 of the head 4 at an appropriate timing before and after this.

When the head 4 further moves in the relative movement direction A, the portion of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 cut and formed is discharged from the discharge port 19 against the protruding ends 34 of the pair of side walls 32b of the housing portion 30. Touch. Here, since the part connected before the terminal part of the electric wire 6 is inserted between a pair of positioning pieces 35, the part discharged | emitted from the discharge port 19 among the terminal parts of the electric wire 6 remove | deviates from a wiring path | route. Rather, they are guided to the center of both protruding ends 34 of the pair of side walls 32b.

As shown in FIG. 9C, when the head 4 further moves in the relative movement direction A, the portion of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 that is discharged from the discharge port 19 is pressed against the peripheral edge of the discharge port 19. The pair of side walls 32b are elastically deformed and gradually enter between the two projecting ends 34. In order to facilitate the entry of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 between the two projecting ends 34, the end portions above the projecting ends 34 of the pair of side walls 32b are inclined so as to increase the mutual distance toward the upper end. Is formed. Further, the peripheral edge portion 19 of the discharge port 18 that presses the electric wire 6 is rounded so as not to damage the electric wire 6.

Then, in a state where the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 is completely discharged from the discharge port 19, the center axis O at the end face is located below the protruding ends 34 as shown in FIG. 10. The pair of side walls 32b are formed to reduce the distance to each other toward the upper end, in other words, to increase the distance to each other toward the lower end, and due to the restoring force of the pair of side walls 32b. Both projecting ends 34 slide on the outer peripheral surface of the upper half of the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 and push the terminal portion of the electric wire 6 downward. Thereby, the terminal part of the electric wire 6 is automatically accommodated between a pair of side walls 32b (refer FIG. 8).

Then, the stage 13 holding the wiring board 31 is moved so that the discharge port 19 of the head 4 is positioned vertically above the starting point S of the other wiring path of the wiring board 31, and the above-described steps are performed. The electric wires 6 are similarly arranged in the wiring path.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible suitably. In addition, the material, shape, dimension, numerical value, form, number, arrangement location, and the like of each component in the above-described embodiment are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.
