Description

The present invention relates to a storage element connection plate that is used in, for example, an electric vehicle or a hybrid car and interconnects a plurality of storage elements.

An electric vehicle using an electric motor, a hybrid vehicle using both an electric motor and an internal combustion engine, etc. use a power storage element connection plate to electrically connect a plurality of power storage elements at once (for example, Patent Documents). 1).

There are several types of storage element connection plates of this type, such as connection means with electrodes provided on the storage element, and support means for an electronic circuit board on which necessary circuits such as voltage check and abnormality detection are mounted. . In particular, as a means for supporting the electronic circuit board, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the plate is separated from the wiring member f2 such as a bus bar arranged on the upper surface of the plate body f1 (to obtain a required insulation distance). There is one in which an electronic circuit board f4 is supported by a boss f3 protruding from the upper surface of the main body f1.

Furthermore, this type of storage element connection plate is connected to the wiring member f2 such as the above-described bus bar and the like, and is provided with a plurality of connection terminals f5 standing at a required pitch.
JP 2004-95380 (3rd page, FIG. 1)

Although the above-described electricity storage element connection plate seems to have no problem, it has the following problems.

In other words, as described above, a plurality of connection terminals are erected at a required pitch, however, each connection terminal stands somewhat due to warpage of the connection terminal itself. In many cases, the installation direction varies.

Therefore, the assembly operator repeats the fine adjustment so that the connection terminal is aligned with the connection terminal hole provided in the electronic circuit board having a required size, and the connection terminal hole provided in the electronic circuit board is The connection terminal thus inserted is inserted, and there is a problem in its assemblability.

In addition, each connection terminal is erected at the required pitch for insulation, but when the space for the connection terminal is small (if limited), it is sufficient to obtain an insulation distance. In some cases, it is necessary to apply an insulating coating (filled with an insulating agent) to the connection terminals.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide a storage element connection plate that can solve the above-described problems.

In order to achieve the above technical problem, the storage element connecting plate according to the present invention has taken the following technical means.
That is, a storage element connection plate according to claim 1 is a storage element connection plate that interconnects a plurality of storage elements, and includes a plate body and a plurality of the storage elements arranged along the plate body. A wiring part to be interconnected, an electronic circuit board that is supported by the plate main body so as to be separated from the wiring part, and on which a required electronic circuit is mounted, and a plurality of these are erected at a predetermined pitch from the plate main body, A connection terminal for connecting the power storage element and the electronic circuit board, a communication hole is provided at the same pitch as the pitch of the connection terminal, and an insulating member having a required height through which the connection terminal is inserted. And a guide member.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the electric storage element connection plate according to the first aspect, the back surface of the electronic circuit board is in contact with the top surface of the guide member.

According to the present invention, even if a plurality of connection terminals erected from the first wiring portion have a variation (warp) in the direction of the erection direction, the warp of the connection terminal is corrected using the guide member. By doing so, it is possible to reduce the work load as compared with the direct work using the electronic circuit board of a required size. Moreover, since a plurality of guide members are used according to the number of connection terminals, the work load can be greatly reduced.
In addition, since the guide member is made of an insulating member, there is no need to apply an insulating coating to the connection terminal itself, and an insulation treatment can be performed simultaneously with correction of the warp of the connection terminal.

Hereinafter, the power storage element connection plate a1 (upper plate) which is a main part of the present invention will be described in detail.
The storage element connection plate a1 according to the present embodiment includes a plate body 1, a wiring portion 2, a connection terminal 3, a guide member 4, an electronic circuit board 5, and a cover 6.

As shown in FIG. 2, the plate body 1 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view with a recessed upper surface, and a rectangular recess 11 into which the body portion of the electricity storage element B formed in a substantially quadrangular prism shape is inserted. A communication hole 12 is formed on the bottom surface so as to form a 3 × 6 matrix, and is further provided in the center of the rectangular recess 11 so as to communicate with the upper surface. Further, two adjacent communication holes 12 are made into one set (a total of nine sets), and each of the pair of communication holes 12 is formed with a key-bending hooking portion 12a on a part of the inner surface of the communication hole 12. .

The wiring section 2 is composed of a strip-shaped bus bar that is routed along the upper surface of the plate body 1 between the two communication holes 12 with two adjacent communication holes 12 as a set (a total of nine sets). A wiring member 21, and an annular electrode b 1 that is suspended from the bottom surfaces of both ends of the wiring member 21 so as to be installed in the communication hole 12, and a terminal fitting 22 that can be fitted and removed are provided. Become. The terminal fitting 22 has a plurality of claws arranged in an annular shape, and the annular electrode b1 on the inner side of the storage element B is inserted into the claws to be electrically connected. Yes.

Further, the claws 23a are formed to project at both ends, and the insulating plate 23 formed in a strip shape of a required size capable of mounting the respective wiring portions 2 is formed on the pair of hooks 12a. The upper surface of the wiring member 21 is covered so that the wiring member 2 is urged downward with the hook 23a hooked.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the connection terminal 3 is formed of a substantially L-shaped bar-like member standing upright from the upper surface of the plate body 1 via the insulating sheet 31 at a required pitch. The connection terminal 3 is connected to each wiring part 2 connected to the inner annular electrode b1 via a bus bar, or a voltage check part (not shown) connected to the outer annular electrode b2 and the bus bar. In any case, one end of the connection terminal 3 is electrically connected to the power storage element B, and the other end is erected from the upper surface of the plate body 1.

The guide member 4 has a taper-shaped communication hole 41 having a bottom portion whose diameter is enlarged and a top portion whose diameter is reduced. It is formed in an insulating member such as urethane rubber or synthetic resin.
As shown in FIG. 2, the guide member 4 has a bottom of the communication hole 41 as an entrance side of the connection terminal 3, and a plurality of connection terminals 3 erected via the insulating sheet 31 are inserted into the communication hole 41. It is mounted on the insulating sheet 31 and is composed of a plurality according to the number of connection terminals 3 as shown in FIG.

The electronic circuit board 5 is mounted with necessary circuits such as voltage check and abnormality detection. The back surface of the electronic circuit board 5 is supported by being in contact with the upper surface (top surface) of the guide member 4, and each corner portion is mounted on a mounting boss (not shown) formed to protrude from the upper surface of the plate body 1. Are screwed and supported so as to be separated upward from the wiring portion 2. Further, the tip of the connection terminal 3 protruding from the upper surface of the guide member 4 is inserted into the insertion hole 51 provided in the electronic circuit board 5 and soldered.

The cover 6 is formed in a substantially convex shape with a thin plate member so that the upper surface of the plate main body 1 can be mounted, and the end of the cover 6 and the end of the plate main body 1 are screwed with bolts to be fixed to the plate main body 1. It is worn. In addition, a seal member 61 pressed against the end of the cover 6 is provided around the end of the plate body 1 inside the screwed portion to prevent water leakage into the power storage element connection plate a1.

In the electricity storage device connection plate a1 according to the present embodiment configured as described above, first, the wiring portion 2 is placed on the upper surface of the plate body 1 so that the terminal fitting 22 is wrapped around the communication hole 12 of the plate body 1. In addition to setting, a required bus bar is set on the upper surface of the plate body 1. A plurality of connection terminals 3 are set at required positions on the upper end of the plate body 1.

Next, the insulating plate 23 is pushed into the latching portion 12a of the plate body 1 until the claw 23a is latched, so that the wiring portion 2 is biased downward, and a plurality of connection terminals 3 are erected. The insulating sheet 31 is mounted on the end of the plate body 1 so as to be provided.

Then, the positions of the communication holes 41 and the connection terminals 3 whose diameters are enlarged on the bottom side of the guide member 4 from the top of the plurality of connection terminals 3 erected from the upper surface of the plate body 1 via the insulating sheet 31 are roughly set. After matching, the connection terminal 3 is inserted into the communication hole 41 of the guide member 4, and the guide member 4 is placed on the insulating sheet 31. This operation is performed for each of the plurality of guide members 4 corresponding to the number of connection terminals 3. At this time, even if the connection terminal 3 is warped, the warp of the connection terminal 3 is corrected by the tapered communication hole 41 whose bottom is enlarged and whose upper is reduced.

Next, the tip of the connection terminal 3 protruding from the upper surface of the guide member 4 and the insertion hole 51 provided in the electronic circuit board 5 are aligned, and after the alignment, the tip of the connection terminal 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 51. The electronic circuit board 5 is placed on the mounting boss that is inserted and fitted to protrude from the upper surface of the guide member 4 and the upper surface of the plate body 1. Then, the electronic circuit board 5 is screwed and fixed to the mounting boss.

When the fixing of the electronic circuit board 5 is completed, the tip of the connection terminal 3 protruding from the upper surface of the electronic circuit board 5 is soldered to the electronic circuit board 5, and the cover 6 is screwed to the plate body 1 to complete a series of assembly. Is completed.

As described above, the storage element connection plate a1 according to the present embodiment is configured to correct the warp by the guide member 4 even if the plurality of connection terminals 3 provided upright from the wiring portion 2 are warped. Compared with the conventional assembly work without the guide member 4, the work load can be greatly reduced. In addition, since the guide member 4 is formed of an insulating member, it is not necessary to apply an insulating coating to the connection terminal 3 itself, and the insulation treatment can be performed simultaneously with the correction of the warp of the connection terminal 3, which is extremely suitable.

As mentioned above, although the electrical storage element connection plate a1 concerning this Embodiment was demonstrated, embodiment mentioned above shows an example of suitable embodiment of this invention, and this invention is not limited to it. However, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
