Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture of a type in which a plurality of single fixtures each provided with an elongated lamp having a base portion only at one end portion are connected in the longitudinal direction.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, lighting fixtures are known in which a plurality of fixtures are installed in a longitudinal direction and used to form a band of light that is apparently continuous in the longitudinal direction. Indirect lighting, such a luminaire is often used. For example, a pocket for installing the luminaire is provided between a ceiling and a wall, and the luminaire is installed in the pocket. As a result, a continuous band of reflected light is formed on the wall surface by illuminating the illuminating device.
In such a lighting fixture, when a lighting fixture using a lamp having a cap portion at both ends is connected, a dark portion that does not emit light is generated at the connected portion, so that a continuous uniform light band can be formed. Can not. In addition, when a lamp having a base part only at one end part is used, the width of the dark part can be reduced. However, adjacent lamps are linearly connected, that is, the free end of one lamp is connected to the rear end of the other lamp (the base part). If the lamps are arranged so as to face each other, a dark part is generated only near the base part of the lamp.
Therefore, in order to form a uniform light band without making the dark part inconspicuous, the lamp is arranged so as to be tilted up and down, left and right, etc., so that the adjacent lamp is covered on the base of the lamp. Lighting fixtures have been proposed.
Specifically, in the luminaire disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the lamp base is placed on a horizontal plane, the lamp is arranged so as to be inclined with the free end side upward. Thus, when the lighting fixtures are installed in the longitudinal direction, the adjacent lamp is covered with the base of the lamp.
Moreover, in the lighting fixture disclosed in Patent Document 2, the lamp arranged horizontally when the lamp base is placed on a horizontal plane is tilted to the left and right with respect to the connecting direction, so that the lamp is placed in front of the lamp cap portion. It is configured to cover the next lamp.
JP-A-5-54704 JP-A-10-241422

However, in the conventional lighting fixture, since the lamp posture of the fixture unit is inclined, in addition to the space required for arranging the lamps in a straight line, an extra space for arranging the lamps in an inclined manner is required. Therefore, it was disadvantageous in the construction conditions in which space saving was prioritized by indirect lighting or the like.
For example, in the luminaire disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the luminaire is installed on a horizontal plane, the vertical width of the luminaire becomes large because the lamp is mounted while being inclined with respect to the horizontal plane. Moreover, in the lighting fixture disclosed by patent document 2, the horizontal width of about twice as much as the case where a lamp | ramp is located in a line is required.
In this way, with the conventional configuration, it is impossible to install a lighting fixture in a place where sufficient installation space cannot be secured, or if it is to be forced to secure installation space, the design must be unfavorable. There was a problem.
Then, in this invention, it aims at providing the lighting fixture which can respond flexibly also to the construction conditions which give priority to space saving.

Switching means for switching between a state of being inclined with respect to the angle of
In the present specification, the free end 6 a side is the front side of the luminaire 1 with respect to the cap 12 side of the lamp 6. In addition, descriptions of directions such as up, down, left, and right are made assuming that the lighting fixture 1 is installed on a horizontal plane unless otherwise specified.
In addition, the expression “lifting the end of the lamp base in a direction away from the installation surface” used in the present application does not mean “lifting the end of the lamp base in a direction against the earth's gravity”. , “Move the end of the lamp base and the like in a direction away from the virtual plane including the surface on which the luminaire 1 is installed”. In this embodiment, the description is made assuming that the lighting fixture 1 is installed on a horizontal plane, so the expression “lifting the end of the lamp base in a direction away from the installation surface” means “the end of the lamp base etc. In other words, it may be lifted (upward).

One end of the lamp 6 can be attached to and detached from the lamp socket 5, and the lamp socket 5 is fixed to one end of the support base 4. The support base 4 is detachably fixed to the main body 3. As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the support base part 4 is formed by bending the plate into a substantially U-shape when viewed from the front, and covers the main body part 3 with screws 14 and 14 (see FIG. 2). It is trying to fix with. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, the support base portion 4 can be easily separated from the main body portion 3 by removing the screws 14 and 14.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lamp base 2 has a front leg portion 7 and a rear leg portion 8 for attaching to the installation place at the front and rear ends of the main body portion 3, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the front leg 7 is formed by extending the plate downward from the bottom of the front end of the main body 3 and then bending the plate horizontally and bending it in a crank shape when viewed from the side. A ground leg 7a is formed. As will be described later, the grounding leg portion 7a is provided with screw holes 15 and 15 for screwing to the mounting base 13 of the lighting fixture 1 adjacent to the front leg portion 7 and the installation place. Further, a screw fitting recess 20 is formed between the screw hole 15 and the screw hole 15 and is cut inward (rearward) from the front end of the grounding leg 7a. When the front leg portion 7 is attached to the installation surface, the screw fitting recess 20 can be temporarily inserted by being inserted between the screw head and the installation surface so that the lighting fixture 1 can be easily attached.

As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the rear leg 8 extends downward from the bottom of the rear end of the main body 3 and then bends horizontally rearward to form a crank when viewed from the side. A ground leg 8a is formed. The grounding leg 8a is provided with screw holes 16 and 16 for screwing the luminaire 1 to the installation surface. Further, a screw fitting recess 19 is formed between the screw hole 16 and the screw hole 16 so as to be cut inwardly (frontward) from the rear end of the grounding leg portion 8a so that the luminaire 1 can be easily attached as described above. I have to.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the lighting apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, a single-piece fluorescent lamp is used as the lamp 6. The lamp 6 has a base portion 12 (power feeding portion) only at one end portion. The light emitting part 21 of the lamp 6 has a length that is the length of the lamp base 2 in the longitudinal direction plus the width of the front leg 7. The base portion 12 of the lamp 6 is attached and fixed to the lamp socket 5, and the light emitting portion 21 is fitted to the lamp holder 9 provided on the lamp socket base 4. When the lighting fixture 1 is placed on a horizontal plane like the right side lighting fixture 1 shown in FIG. 1, the lamp 6 is fixed in a horizontal posture. The free end 6 a of the lamp 6 protrudes forward from the front end of the lamp base 2.

Next, the switching means for switching between the horizontal arrangement and the inclined arrangement of the lamp 6 will be described.
As described above, the luminaire 1 according to the present invention includes the switching means so that the lamp 6 is parallel to the installation surface and the direction in which the free end 6a side of the lamp 6 is separated from the installation surface. It can be installed by switching between the state in which the lamp 6 is inclined with respect to the installation surface.
In the present embodiment, the switching means is provided at the lamp fixed end side end of one lamp base 2, that is, the rear leg portion 8 on the side where the base portion 12 is disposed, and is adjacently disposed. The two lamp free end sides are lifted and fixed away from the installation surface. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3A, the mounting table 13 serving as a switching unit includes a fixing portion 13 b that is fixed to an end portion of the lamp base 2 on the lamp base side, and a lamp free of the adjacent lamp base 2. A mounting surface 13a for mounting and fixing the end portion on the end side is provided.

The mounting table 13 will be further described in detail.
The mounting table 13 is formed by bending the plate into a substantially U shape in a side view, and the lower fixing portion 13 b is fixed to the rear leg portion 8. The fixing portion 13b is an L-shaped portion when viewed from the side. A screw hole is provided in the lower portion of the vertical surface of the fixing portion 13b, and a screw hole is also provided in the vertical surface of the rear leg portion 8. Etc. so that it is fixed. However, a configuration may be adopted in which a screw hole is provided in the lower horizontal plane and the fixing portion 13b is fixed to the grounding leg portion 8a.
A mounting surface 13 a is formed on the top of the mounting table 13. The mounting surface 13a is provided with screw holes 17 and 17 at positions corresponding to the screw holes 15 and 15 of the front leg 7. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the luminaires 1 and 101 can be connected to each other by mounting the front leg portion 107 of the luminaire 101 adjacent to the rear on the placement surface 13a and fixing it with screws.
When the lighting fixtures 1 and 101 are connected in this manner, as shown in FIG. 1, the rear lighting fixture 101 placed on the mounting table 13 is in a posture in which the front side is inclined upward. The mounting surface 13a is provided at a height about the vertical width of the lamp socket 5 from the installation surface, and the light emitting portion 21 of the lamp 6 has a length in the longitudinal direction of the lamp base 2 as described above. Since it has a length to the extent that one front and rear width is added, the free end portion 106a of the lamp 106 adjacent to the rear just overlaps the base portion 12 (lamp socket 5). Thereby, the dark part which arises in the nozzle | cap | die part 12 of the lamp | ramp 6 can be made inconspicuous.
In addition, this connection method has an advantage that the lamp bases 2 can be connected at equal intervals easily and accurately without complicated positioning work.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 (a), the rear leg portion 8 has a grounding leg portion in order to support the weight of the lighting fixture 1 over a wide area when the lighting fixture 1 is inclined and connected. The rear portion of 8a is inclined upward by the approximate inclination angle of the lighting fixture 1. Thereby, when the lighting fixture 1 is connected in an inclined manner, the inclined surface of the grounding leg portion 8a is in close contact with the installation surface in parallel.

As described above, in the present embodiment, when the lighting fixture 1 is placed on a horizontal plane, the lamp 6 that is horizontally disposed is tilted together with the lamp base 2 by the mounting base 13 provided at the rear end of the lamp base 2. Can be made. Therefore, the continuous arrangement method of the lighting fixture 1 can be selected according to installation conditions.
That is, under installation conditions where it is desired to give priority to suppressing the width of the installation space in terms of structure or aesthetics, as shown in the side view of FIG. .. can be installed in a row by tilting up and down.
On the other hand, under the installation conditions where priority is given to suppressing the vertical width of the installation space, as shown in the plan view of FIG. 4B, the luminaires 1. Can be provided so as to cover the free end portion 6a of the adjacent lamp 6 on the side of the base portion 12 of the lamp 6. In the case of horizontal placement, there is another method for covering the adjacent lamp 6 next to the base 12.
Further, for example, when there is a place where the lighting fixture 1 cannot be tilted up and down or left and right while the lighting fixture 1 is continuously inclined, the side view of FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the lighting fixture 1 can be placed horizontally and arranged so that the free end 6a of the lamp 6 abuts the front lamp socket 5 so that the vertical width is suppressed. Since only a dark part is generated in the base part 12, it is much more advantageous than the case where the lighting apparatus 1 cannot be installed.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 (b), in the lighting fixture 1 which concerns on a present Example, the right-and-left corner | angular part of the grounding leg part 7a of the front leg part 7 is formed in a round shape, and the adjacent lighting fixture 1.1. Are connected in different directions so that the corners do not hit the end face of the adjacent lamp stand 2. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the lighting fixture 1 can be continued along the curved part of installation space in the state which connected and inclined each fixture to the mounting base 13. As shown in FIG.
As mentioned above, in the lighting fixture 1 of this invention, since an advantageous method can be selected from the installation method mentioned above, it can respond flexibly to the construction conditions which give priority to space saving.

In addition, the means for inclining and connecting the luminaire 1 is not limited to the configuration using a fixing member such as the mounting table 13 described above. For example, a shelf-like fixing member protruding rearward from the side wall at the rear end of the main body 3 of the lamp base 2 can be provided. Alternatively, the rear end portion of the lamp base 2 can be formed in a step shape, and the adjacent lamp base 2 can be placed thereon. A configuration in which a locking piece is provided on the front leg portion 7 and a locking hole for hooking and fixing the locking piece of the adjacent lamp stand 2 on the rear end surface of the main body portion 3 may be employed.

Further, the fixing member for lifting and fixing the front end side (lamp free end side) of the lamp base 2 in the direction away from the installation surface has a structure attached to the rear end portion of the lamp base 2 as described above. Not limited. For example, an independent stand attached under the lamp stand 2 may be used. Moreover, the stand etc. which are accommodated in the inside of the main-body part 3 of the lamp stand 2 at the time of horizontal installation, and are extended below only when inclined installation may be sufficient. In these cases, it is not necessary to connect the lamp stands.

In the above description, as the switching means for switching the lamp 6 from the horizontal position to the inclined position, the means for lifting the lamp 6 together with the lamp base 2 using the fixing member is shown. There are various other means.
For example, the main body part 3 may be placed horizontally and lift only the support base part 4 in a direction away from the installation surface to tilt the lamp 6 together with the support base part 4. Alternatively, a means for changing the height of the lamp holder 9 may be used when the lamp 6 is tilted using the lamp socket 5 in which the mounting angle of the lamp 6 can be changed while the main body 3 and the support base 4 are placed horizontally.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 6-8, the case where the support base part 4 is used separately from the main-body part 3 is demonstrated. As described above, in the lamp base 2 of this embodiment, the support base part 4 can be used separately from the main body part 3. As shown in FIG. 6, when the support base 4 is installed separately from the main body 3, the support base 4 is arranged so that the lamp 6 is parallel to the installation surface. The support base 104, which is disposed and is continuously provided in the longitudinal direction behind the support 104, is configured to be parallel or inclined with respect to the installation surface (in the drawing, the main body 3 of the left luminaire 101). Is omitted).

An installation member 23 for attaching the support base part 4 directly to the installation surface with a screw or the like is attached to the rear end part of each support base part 4. As shown in FIG. 7, the installation member 23 is formed by bending a plate into a crank shape. The horizontal portion on the upper side of the installation member 23 is a fixing portion 23 b to the support base portion 4. The fixing portion 23b has screw holes on the left and right sides, and the screw holes are fixed to the screw holes 28 and 28 (see FIG. 3A) provided at the rear end portion of the support base portion 4. A horizontal portion on the lower side of the installation member 23 is a grounding portion 23a for grounding and fixing to the installation surface. The grounding portion 23a is provided with screw holes 24 and 24 for screwing the grounding portion 23a to the installation surface. Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, as will be described below, the grounding portion 23 a can support the weight of the support base portion 4 in close contact with the installation surface when the support base portion 4 is inclined. The support base 4 is formed so as to be inclined upward by the inclination angle.

As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, the switching means for switching the lamp posture is the end of the support base 4 on the lamp free end side in a state where the support base 4 is separated from the main body 3. Is mounted in a direction away from the installation surface.
As shown in FIG. 7, the second mounting table 18 is formed by bending a plate into a crank shape in a side view. The lower horizontal part of the second mounting table 18 is a fixing part 18 b to the support table 4. The fixing portion 18b is provided with screw holes on the left and right sides. The fixing portion 18b is mounted on the mounting portion 23b of the member 23, and is fixed to the rear end portion of the support base portion 4 together with the member 23 by screws 26 and 26. . When the member 23 is not used, the member 23 is directly fixed to the support base portion 4 with screws 26 and 26.
In the second mounting table 18, after bending and extending vertically upward from the rear end portion of the fixing portion 18b, it is bent rearward to form an upper horizontal portion. The horizontal portion serves as a mounting surface 18a on which the front end portion of the adjacent support base portion 4 is placed. In the center of the mounting surface 18a, a screw hole 25 for fixing the adjacent support base 104 with screws is provided. When the support base part 4 is inclined and connected, the front end part of the rear support base part 104 is lifted in a direction away from the installation surface and placed on the mounting surface 18a, and the screw hole 27 provided in the part of the support base part 104 is provided. (Refer to FIG. 3B) is fixed to the screw hole 25 with screws.
As shown in FIG. 6, the mounting surface 18 a is provided at substantially the same height as the upper surface of the lamp socket 5, and when the front end portion of the support table 104 adjacent to the rear is mounted on the second mounting table 18, The free end 106a of the rear lamp 106 just overlaps the portion 12 (lamp socket 5). Therefore, by using the second mounting table 18 and inclining the lamp 106 together with the support table 104, it is possible to form a uniform and uniform light band.
As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, when the support base portion 104 is separated and connected in an inclined manner, the free end 106 a of the lamp 106 is positioned slightly above the upper surface of the main body portion 3. Therefore, the vertical width of the inclined lighting fixture 101 is determined by the height of the lamp free end 106a from the installation surface. The vertical width is smaller than the vertical width of the luminaire 1 shown in FIG. Therefore, if the support base part 4 is separated and inclined and connected, the vertical width of the space in which the luminaire 1 is installed can be further reduced.
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the horizontal width of the second mounting table 18 is configured to be about half of the horizontal width of the support table portion 4, so that the adjacent support table portions 4 and 4 are arranged perpendicular to the plate of the support table portion 4. It is possible to connect in different directions as long as the part hits the second mounting table 18. As a result, even when the support base 4 is separated, the support base 4 is connected to the second mounting base 18 and inclined with the second mounting base 18 in the same manner as shown in FIG. It can be connected along the curved part of the installation space.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8B, even if the support base 4 is placed horizontally, the lamp 6 adjacent to the base 12 of the lamp 6 can be freely moved by tilting it to the left or right with respect to the connecting direction. The end 6a can be overlaid. As shown in FIG. 6, when the support base 4 is placed horizontally, the vertical width of the support base 4 including the lamp 6 becomes lower than that of the main body 3. That is, since the vertical width of the lighting fixture 1 can be suppressed to the vertical width of the main body 3 including the legs 7 and 8, the vertical width necessary for installing the lighting fixture 1 can be minimized.
As described above, the lamp base 2 is composed of the main body 3 and the support base 4 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 3, and the attitude of the support base 4 with the support base 4 separated. By using the second mounting table 18 for switching between, the variation of the method of installing the lighting fixture 1 increases, and the construction conditions can be dealt with more flexibly.

In addition, the thing of various structures other than the 2nd mounting base 18 of a present Example is possible as a 2nd fixing member for incliningly fixing the support stand part 4. FIG. For example, it can also be configured as an independent stand member that can be attached to and detached from the bottom of the support base 4.
Further, in the present embodiment, the second mounting table 18 is shown as dedicated for fixing the tilt of the support table 4, but the mounting table 13 is removed from the rear leg 8 of the main body 3 and replaced with the support table 4. It can also be set as the structure which serves as a 2nd mounting base. In this configuration, there is no need to separately prepare a second mounting table dedicated to the support table 4. Moreover, it can also be set as the structure which makes the role of the said installation member 23 for fixing the support base part 4 to an installation surface serve as a 2nd mounting base.
Further, if the lamp posture switching means is configured to tilt only the lamp with a lamp socket capable of changing the mounting angle of the lamp, for example, without tilting the support base 4 as described above, the support base 4 is mounted on the main body. Even in a state separated from the unit 3, the lamp posture can be changed by the same mechanism as that fixed to the main body unit 3. In this configuration, it is not necessary to prepare a second fixing member or the like dedicated to the support base 4, and it is possible to save the trouble of changing the fixing member or the like.

In the above, the method of connecting the lighting fixtures 1 when the main body 3 and the support base 4 of the lamp base 2 are combined and separated from each other has been described.
In this embodiment, the lamp base 2 is composed of the main body 3 and the support base 4 that can be attached to and detached from the main body 3. However, the lamp base does not have to be separable. For example, a lamp socket may be provided directly on a circuit case such as the main body 3 of the present embodiment to mount the lamp. In addition, a lamp base including only a thin base such as the support base portion of the present embodiment can be configured.
The lamp base 2 is not limited to a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, but can be configured in various shapes such as a substantially trapezoidal shape in a side view and a substantially semi-elliptical shape. In any case, the lamp may be configured so that the lamp is horizontally arranged when the lamp base is placed on a horizontal plane. As the lamp posture switching means, a means suitable for the configuration of the lamp base may be selected.
The lamp 6 may be an elongated single-piece lamp, and a straight tube incandescent lamp or the like may be used in addition to the single-piece fluorescent lamp shown in this embodiment.

Moreover, in the present Example, it illustrated as a type which arrange | positions the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention on a horizontal surface, However, The lighting fixture which concerns on this invention can be comprised so that it may respond to other various installation conditions. For example, it can be configured to be installed downward on a ceiling or the like. Or it can also comprise so that it may install in vertical surfaces, such as a wall.

In the above, the example of the lighting fixture concerning the present invention was shown.
