（２）前記球状粉体が、少なくとも表面に多孔質層を有さない無水珪酸、架橋構造を有していても良いメチルポリシロキサン樹脂又はメチルフェニルポリシロキサン樹脂から選択されることを特徴とする、（１）に記載の化粧料。
（３）更に、繊維状二酸化チタンを含有することを特徴とする、（１）又は（２）に記載の化粧料。
（４）前記繊維状二酸化チタンが、中空構造を有することを特徴とする、（３）に記載の化粧料。
（５）更に、親水性界面活性剤として、ポリグリセリンポリオキシブチレンアルキルエーテルを含有することを特徴とする、（１）〜（４）何れか１項に記載の化粧料。
（６）下地化粧料であることを特徴とする、（１）〜（５）何れか１項に記載の化粧料。
