（ニ）デザイン性にすぐれておらず多数の人の嗜好を満たしていなかった。
（ホ）買い物袋がずれてしまい持ちにくかった、あまり手の痛みの軽減にはなっていなかった。

（オ）折り目（２ａ）と折り目（２ｅ）、及び折り目（２ｂ）と折り目（２ｄ）を縫い合わせ基部（６）と翼部（８、９）を形成する。
（カ）生地片（１ｇ）を折り目（２ｆ）で下方に折り畳み生地片（１ｆ）に重ね合わせ、生地片（１ｇ）の端部に設けられた縫いしろ（３ｂ）を内側に折り畳み、折り目（２ｅ）と縫合し、縫いしろ（３ｉ、３ｐ）も内側に折り畳み生地片（１ｆ）と縫合し、翼部（８）を構成する。
（キ）基部（６）片面に雌面ファスナー（１０ａ）を取り付ける。

（ケ）基部（６）の裏にすべり止め（１１）を取り付ける。
（コ）翼部（８）片面に雄面ファスナー（１６ｃ、１６ｄ）を取り付ける。
（サ）翼部（９）の裏に雌面ファスナー（１６ａ、１６ｂ）を取り付ける。
本発明は以上の構成でなっている。
本発明を使用する時は、買い物袋の提げ手をホルダー（７）に引っ掛け固定し、翼部（９）と翼部（８）を折り畳み雌面ファスナー（１６ａ）と雄面ファスナー（１６ｄ）、及び雌面ファスナー（１６ｂ）と雄面ファスナー（１６ｃ）を貼着し、図６の様に使用する。又買い物に行く際に収納部（５）に前もって持参のレジ袋を扁平状に折り畳み入れておく事も出来る。

またホルダー（７）を取り外し基部（６）にショルダーバックやハンドバック等の提げ手を引っ掛け、翼部（８）と翼部（９）を折り畳めば前記鞄等の肩当て、腕当としても使用出来る。
