本発明は以上の構成よりなる。
本発明を使用する場合は、片手に持ち、レジ袋（５）の開け口（６）を指でシート毎挟んで擦れば摩擦力で密着が離れるので、もう片方の手でその部分を開いて開ける。
キーホルダーに取り付けておけば外出時には、殆どキーを持参するので、いざと言う時に役に立つ。軟質なので殆ど邪魔になる事がない。
キーホルダーへの取り付けは、スナップボタンのボタンの留めはずしで曲線部の隙間のキーホルダー取り付け部（４）に簡単に取り付けられる。鳩目パンチの鳩目の場合とリングの場合は鳩目の部分かリングにも取り付けられる。また、携帯電話のストラップにも同様に取り付けられる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
