Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating exterior material and exterior structure useful as a roofing material and an outer wall material.

Conventionally, in order to obtain heat insulation performance in a roof structure called “folded plate”, a “double folded plate” having a structure in which metal folded plates are laid double and a heat insulating layer is provided inside has been proposed. And it is performed by interposing glass wool and a foamed resin board as a means to provide a heat insulation layer. However, as described above, the laying of the glass wool and the board must be individually laid with the lower exterior material, the heat insulating material, and the upper exterior material, and the workability is poor, and the heat insulating material is lightweight. Therefore, there is a risk of scattering and damage during work. Furthermore, since the exterior material is laid twice, there is a problem that the cost is inevitably increased. On the other hand, as other specifications, there are ones that are integrated by self-adhesive force at the time of foaming, or a molded heat insulating material is integrated with an adhesive or the like (see Patent Document 1).
However, the heat insulating exterior material integrated as described above has the following problems. Because the heat insulating material is integrated with the heat insulating material with the self-adhesive force or adhesive of the heat insulating material, for example, even if you try to recycle the heat insulating heat insulating material that has become unnecessary due to replacement, Unless the insulation is separated, it cannot be recycled as it is and cannot effectively use resources. However, recycling the metal exterior material and the synthetic resin heat insulating material, etc., is not practical because it takes too much time and is uneconomical. .
JP-A-11-270064

First, the problem to be solved is that the heat insulating material and the outer material can be integrated into a separable polymer without using bonding means such as adhesion, and the heat insulating material is excellent in terms of workability and recycling. Secondly, when the material is assembled, the heat insulating material and the exterior material are polymerized in a fitted state, and the holding work by the mounting member can be performed, and the work efficiency is improved. Insulation exterior materials that do not sag (deflection), and thirdly, even if exposed to fire types such as sparks, non-combustible members do not burn and maintain original heat insulation performance and light weight performance However, it is economically inexpensive, easy to handle, and there is no fear of fire. Fourthly, the heat insulating exterior material is a polymerization that can be separated without using a bonding means such as adhesion between the heat insulating material and the exterior material. Integrated into the shape Because there is no work, it is excellent in workability such as handling and laying, and the mounting member is interposed between adjacent heat insulating exterior materials, and the insertion state of the insertion portion of the mounting member with respect to the opposite portion of the heat insulating material is maintained. The heat insulating material and the exterior material are held in a polymerized form and are robust, and if the mounting member is removed, it can be separated into the exterior material and the heat insulating material, which is excellent in terms of recycling and the like, and is composed of the exterior material, the heat insulating material, and the mounting member. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior structure that is less expensive than the conventional “double folded plate”.

It is maintained in the inserted state.

The exterior material in the present invention is a known metal material or composite material such as a titanium alloy plate, a stainless steel plate, an aluminum alloy plate, a surface decorative plate, a laminated steel plate, a plated steel plate, a copper plate, a brass plate, and a lead plate. Molded by roll molding or the like. The exterior material only needs to have a rising part at least on the left and right side edges and a locked part above the rising part, and the intermediate part may be flat, provided with a fitting part to be described later, A rising portion having substantially the same shape as the rising portion, and a rising portion having a different shape from the left and right rising portions may be provided. Moreover, you may make it give a small wave process and uneven | corrugated-shaped process in order to provide the designability.
The form of the exterior material is a shape that enables a polymerization relationship with the heat insulating material and a locking relationship with the mounting member, or a fitting / polymerization of the fitting portion of the external material and the fitted portion of the heat insulating material. There is no particular limitation as long as it is an elastically deformable shape that enables the relationship and the locking relationship with the mounting member. Further, the exterior material may be a left-right symmetric shape or a left-right asymmetric shape. For example, in the latter case, one end may be provided with a cover portion that is superposed on an adjacent exterior material. In this case, the left-right symmetric shape and the construction procedure are different.
The fitting portion of the exterior material only needs to be provided in the rising portion and / or the intermediate portion, and may be either one of the rising portion or the intermediate portion, or a plurality of both portions. . In addition, the fitting portion may be provided at any one or a plurality of locations on the upper side, middle, and lower side of the rising portion, and further, the central portion, the left and right portions, or the left and right portions of the middle portion. May be provided. The fitting portion of the exterior material may be any of a laterally convex shape, a laterally concave shape, an upwardly concave shape, and an upwardly convex shape, as long as the fitting state with the fitted portion in the heat insulating material is obtained.

The relationship between the exterior material and the heat insulating material is an integral superposition / retention relationship that can be separated from each other by the mounting member. It may be an elastic fitting relationship or a close fitting relationship. As described above, this fitting relationship includes a fitting relationship by only the rising portions of the left and right side edges, a fitting relationship by only the rising portions of the intermediate portion, a fitting relationship by both of these, and a fitting relationship between the intermediate portions. Either may be sufficient. Further, in the case where the rising portion in the intermediate portion is formed for the purpose of design or the like, the heat insulating material portion below the rising portion is flat and is in a fitting relationship by the rising portions on the left and right side edges.
Moreover, the structure of the exterior material and the heat insulating material may be either the structure of the exterior material and the heat insulating material having the same length, or the structure of attaching a plurality of heat insulating materials to the exterior material.

The heat insulating material is made of a synthetic resin such as expanded polystyrene, and may be a single layer or a laminated layer. Further, the heat insulating material is preferably a water-impermeable material or at least a surface subjected to a water-impermeable treatment. A nonflammable member may or may not be provided on the back surface of the heat insulating material.
This heat insulating material has a substantially vertical facing portion on the left and right side edges, and the substantially vertical portion in the facing portion may be a part of the facing portion or all of the facing portion. The substantially vertical portion may be formed in a flat shape such as a vertical shape or an inclined shape, or may be formed in a concavo-convex shape such as a wave shape or a square shape. The cross-sectional shape of the heat insulating material may be symmetric or asymmetric.
Although it is desirable that the heat insulating material has a shape along the front surface side of the exterior material, the back surface side may have a substantially flat shape or a shape approximate to the front surface side. Further, the surface portion of the heat insulating material may be flat or may have a shape in which a groove-like space portion serving as drainage of condensed water or an air flow passage is formed. A concave portion is formed between the groove-like space portions, the concave portion is inclined toward the overlapping portion side, and the recessed portion end on the overlapping portion side is communicated with the groove-like space portion, so that the dew condensation water passes through the recessed portion. It may be allowed to flow into the space, or it may not be.
You may form the water lower end part and water upper end part of the longitudinal direction of a heat insulating material in the shape which can mutually superpose | polymerize. Moreover, the water lower end portion and the water upper end portion in the longitudinal direction of the heat insulating material may be formed in a form that can be assembled to each other, for example, by a convex portion and a concave portion or a convex portion and a groove portion, and before the fitting with the exterior material. You may make it function as positioning, a shift | offset | difference stop, etc. of the heat insulating materials of the up-down direction or the left-right direction. The groove-like space portion of the heat insulating material serves as a drainage of condensed water or an air flow passage.
The heat insulating material is formed so as to protrude outwardly in the middle of the slope part of the notch part on the left and right sides of the back surface, so that when it is mounted on the tight frame, it comes into contact with the side of the tight frame, The mounting position of the heat insulating exterior material with respect to the tight frame may be restricted or may not be so. In addition, by forming the left and right slopes in the same inclination as the rising part of the exterior material, and the protrusions so that they can be fitted and locked with the engaged part of the exterior material, the back side as the inner exterior material is formed. The exterior material may or may not be integrated by fitting and locking the protrusion and the engaged portion.
Such a heat insulating material is mainly molded from a synthetic resin, but may be made of other known heat insulating materials such as glass wool.

The mounting member is made of metal or synthetic resin, and includes a locking portion that can be locked to the locked portion of the exterior material, a rising portion that extends along the substantially vertical portion of the facing portion, and a substantially vertical portion from the rising portion. It is only necessary to have an insertion part toward the side, and it is possible to separate the exterior material and the heat insulating material by locking the locking part to the locked part of the exterior material and inserting the insertion part into the opposite part. Any material can be used as long as it can be held in a shape.
The locking relationship between the locking portion of the mounting member and the locked portion of the exterior material may be a detachable aspect, or an elastic relationship that maintains the locked state unless forcibly released. In the latter case, a good holding relationship between the exterior material and the heat insulating material is maintained as long as it is an elastic locking relationship in which the insertion portion is urged into the opposite portion in the insertion state. However, if the locking relationship is forcibly released, it will be recycled.
And an insertion part may be provided in the lower end of a standing part, and may be provided in the middle of a standing part. If the insertion portion is formed in a sharp shape, it can be easily inserted into the opposing portion, and if a stopper is formed at a part of the insertion portion, for example, at the tip or in the middle, the insertion portion is easily inserted into the opposing portion and is difficult to be removed. Further, it is desirable that the insertion portion be provided at a right angle or less than the upright portion, which is effective for holding the exterior material and the heat insulating material in a polymerized state.
The mounting member may be a piece material or a continuous material, and is appropriately selected including the mounting pitch in accordance with the required holding strength of the exterior material and the heat insulating material.

The non-combustible member is made of a known non-combustible material such as a glass fiber sheet or aluminum, and an example thereof is a thin flexible feature such as a sheet material or a foil material along the back surface of the heat insulating material. The incombustible member is provided along the back surface of the heat insulating member, but may be either an embodiment provided along the entire back surface of the heat insulating member or an embodiment provided along the entire back surface and a substantially vertical portion (side edge portion). . In addition, the non-combustible member may be bonded to the back surface of the heat insulating member with an adhesive, or may be fixed by a stopper such as a staple or an insertion portion of a mounting member. This makes it easy to separate the non-combustible member from the heat insulating material.
In addition, the non-combustible member may be made of metal such as a thin metal plate. In this case, the attachment to the heat insulating member is fitting, insertion, etc. In any case, the attachment is easy to separate from the heat insulating material. desirable.

The heat insulating exterior material is attached to the housing or the support member (tight frame, carry-out metal fitting, etc.) from the exterior material with a fixture. This fixing tool includes a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt and a holding member that holds the exterior material. The holding member may be a piece material or a long material. It is desirable to cover between the widthwise ends of the exterior material with a cover member. In addition, in the aspect in which the heat insulating material and the exterior material are integrated with the mounting member in advance, the heat insulating exterior material may be attached to the housing with a fixture, or the heat insulating material and the exterior material may be assembled on the housing with the mounting member. They may be integrated and attached with a fixture, and the exterior structure may be constructed by any procedure.
The heat insulating exterior material may be provided with an inner exterior material on the back surface for the purpose of improving the strength and making the back surface. In that case, the inner exterior material may be integrated with the heat insulating material with a mounting member. Further, it may be configured to be fitted elastically. For example, when the inner exterior material is provided on the back surface of the heat insulating material, the attachment to the housing may be performed on the housing or a support member (tight frame or the like) with a fixture, or may be fitted to the support member.
