A washing water drain 18 is provided in the lower part of the washing lower chamber 14, and a first drain pipe 20 is provided from the drain 18 through the drain pump 19 to the outside of the dishwasher main body 1. It has been.

A water level sensor 21 and an overflow port 22 are provided inside the water storage tank 2, and a second drain pipe 23 is provided in the overflow port 22 so as to reach the outside of the dishwasher main body 1. The water level sensor 21 detects that a necessary amount of water has been supplied to the water storage tank 2 by one washing and rinsing operation, and operates a notifying means such as a buzzer.

In addition, a temperature sensor 24 is provided inside the heating tank 8 for measuring whether the temperature of the cleaning water has reached a temperature required for the cleaning / rinsing process. Control means (not shown) for supplying water to the heating tank 8 and controlling the heating of the heater 9 is also provided.

Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the dishwasher main body 1 configured as described above, after installing the dishes in the washing room 13, the power switch (not shown) of the dishwasher main body 1 is turned on, the handle 27 of the water tap 26 is operated, and the tap water is supplied. When tap water (wash water) is poured from the faucet 26 into the water supply port 4, the wash water is supplied to the water storage tank 2 through the water supply pipe 3.

When the water supply to the water storage tank 2 advances and the water level sensor 21 detects this, the control means activates a notification means such as a buzzer to urge the user to stop the water supply and drive the first water supply pump 6. Washing water is supplied to the heating tank 8 only for the amount of water necessary for the next washing step.

After confirming the notification of the buzzer or the like, the user operates the handle 27 to stop water supply from the water tap 26. Note that when the operation of the handle 27 is delayed and more water than the specified amount is supplied, the water is discharged from the overflow port 22 to the sink 25 through the second drain pipe 23.
When a predetermined amount of cleaning water is supplied to the heating tank 8, the heater 9 is energized by the control means to heat the cleaning water. When the temperature sensor 24 detects that the temperature of the cleaning water has reached a predetermined temperature, the heater 9 is turned off, the second water supply pump 11 is driven, and the heated cleaning water is supplied to the second water supply pipe 12. The cleaning chamber 13 is supplied with water.

When the water supply to the cleaning chamber 13 is completed, the cleaning pump 15 is driven to start the cleaning process. At the same time, the first water supply pump 6 is driven to supply the cleaning water necessary for the remaining rinsing process to the heating tank 8, and the heater 9 is energized after the water supply, and heated to the temperature used in the rinsing process. .

When the cleaning process is completed, the drain pump 19 is driven, and the cleaning water accumulated in the cleaning lower chamber 14 is discharged to the sink 25 through the first drain pipe 20.

Next, a necessary amount of heated cleaning water in the next one rinsing step is supplied from the heating tank 8 to the cleaning chamber 13 by the second water supply pump 11 to start the rinsing step.
Although the rinsing process is repeated several times, after the first rinsing process is completed, the same process as that after the cleaning process is repeated.

As described above, the cleaning chamber 13 provided inside the dishwasher main body 1 for storing objects to be cleaned, the water storage tank 2 for storing the cleaning water supplied from the outside of the cleaning machine main body 1, and the water storage tank 2 The cleaning water supplied from the first water supply pump 6 is stored, a heating tank 8 containing a heater 9 for heating the cleaning water, and the cleaning water heated from the heating tank 8 to the cleaning chamber 13 is supplied. The second water supply pump 11 and the water storage tank 2 to the heating tank 8 are supplied with only the amount of water used in the next cleaning process by the first water supply pump 6, and the supplied water is supplied to the current cleaning process. Control means for heating by the heater 9 inside, and the water supply to the heating tank 8 can be supplied only in the required amount of cleaning water in the next process used in the cleaning chamber 13, and only the cleaning water is heated. Because of the heater 9 The amount can be heated to a short time required temperature when the same.
Note that the heating tank 8 can be made smaller than the water storage tank 2 because it can contain only a necessary amount of washing water in the next step.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
In the first embodiment described above, the heating tank 8 is installed beside the water storage tank 2. Next, the dish washing is characterized in that the heating tank 8 is installed below the water storage tank 2. An embodiment relating to a container is shown.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the dishwasher showing the second embodiment.
In FIG. 3, the same or corresponding parts as those in FIG. A heating tank 8 is provided below the water storage tank 2 provided inside the dishwasher body 1. The bottom surface of the water storage tank 2 and the top surface of the heating tank 8 are connected by an electromagnetic valve 28 as a first supply means.

Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG.
In the dishwasher main body 1 configured as described above, the operation up to storing a necessary amount of water in the water storage tank 2 is the same as that of the first embodiment. When a necessary amount of water accumulates in the water storage tank 2, the solenoid valve 28 is operated, and when the passage is opened, the water in the water storage tank 2 falls into the lower heating tank 8 due to gravity. When a necessary amount of cleaning water enters the heating tank 8, the electromagnetic valve 28 is closed to stop water supply to the heating tank 8. Note that the amount of cleaning water to the heating tank 8 can be set by the operation time of the electromagnetic valve 28. When cleaning water is supplied to the heating tank 8, the heater 9 is energized to enter the operation of heating the cleaning water, and the subsequent operation is the same as that of the first embodiment, so that the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, the water storage tank 2 is provided above the heating tank 8, the first supply means is the electromagnetic valve 28, the water storage tank 2 and the heating tank 8 are connected via the electromagnetic valve 28 so that water can be supplied, 2 is a second water supply pump 11, and the water supply to the heating tank 8 uses the dead weight of the washing water, and the amount of water is determined by the opening and closing time of the electromagnetic valve 28. It is not necessary to use expensive parts such as the first water supply pump 6 for water supply to the water, and the cost can be reduced.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
In the first and second embodiments, the heating tank 8 is provided in the lower part of the cleaning chamber 13. Next, the tableware is characterized in that the heating tank 8 is provided in the upper part of the cleaning chamber 13. The embodiment regarding a washing machine is shown.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the dishwasher showing the third embodiment.
In FIG. 4, the same or corresponding parts as in FIG. 2 of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. A water storage tank 2 is provided in the lower part of the washing room 13 provided in the dishwasher main body 1, and a heating tank 8 is provided in the upper part of the washing room 13. The water storage tank 2 and the heating tank 8 are connected by a water supply hose 7 via a first water supply pump 6, and the bottom surface of the heating tank 8 and the top surface of the cleaning chamber 13 are electromagnetic valves 28 as second supply means. Connected with.

Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG.
In the dishwasher main body 1 configured as described above, the operation up to the operation of storing and heating a necessary amount of water in the heating tank 8 is the same as that of the first embodiment. When the cleaning water supplied to the heating tank 8 reaches the set temperature, the heater 9 is de-energized and the solenoid valve 28 is operated. When the passage is opened, the water in the heating tank 8 flows into the lower cleaning chamber 13 due to gravity. It will fall and be supplied with water. After supplying the cleaning chamber 13 with water, the cleaning process is started, and the subsequent operation is the same as in the first and second embodiments, so that the description thereof is omitted.

As described above, the water storage tank 2 is provided below the cleaning chamber 13, the heating tank 8 is provided above the cleaning chamber 13, the first supply means is the first water supply pump 6, and the second supply means is the electromagnetic valve 28. Since the heating tank 8 and the cleaning chamber 13 are connected to each other through the electromagnetic valve 28 so that water can be supplied, the water supply to the cleaning chamber 13 is performed using the own weight of the cleaning water. It is not necessary to use expensive parts such as the second water supply pump 11 for water supply to the water supply 13, and the cost can be reduced.
Moreover, by installing the heating tank 8 in the upper part, the position of the water supply port 4 of the water storage tank 2 can be lowered, and it can be used even in a kitchen where the distance from the upper surface of the sink 25 to the water tap 26 is small. The range that can be used is expanded.
Further, since the heating tank 8 is installed at the upper part of the cleaning chamber 13, the ceiling surface of the cleaning chamber 13 can be heated, so that the water droplets on the ceiling surface adhering in the rinsing process are quickly removed in the next drying process. And when removing the tableware, there is no risk of water drops on the ceiling surface falling on the tableware and the tableware getting wet again.
