Description

The present invention relates to a glass panel support structure in which a glass panel is supported on the housing side.

In the above glass panel support structure, the lower end surface of the glass panel is conventionally mounted so that the peripheral edge of the glass panel is fitted into a metal sash provided on the housing side, and external force does not act on the glass panel as much as possible from the housing side. , Placed on a cushioning material such as a setting block made of hard resin that is attached to the inside of the lower sash portion along the lower end surface, external force such as wind force acting on the weight of the glass panel and the glass panel, It is supported on the housing side by transmitting to the housing side through the cushioning material and the lower sash portion (hereinafter referred to as first conventional technology) (it is a well-known technology and cannot disclose information on prior art documents). .
In addition, in order to support a plurality of glass panels side by side with the glass surface in the vertical direction, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, a metal having both upper and lower ends fixed to the housing side. A receiving member 34 is provided inside the side surface sash 33, and the lower corner portion of the glass panel P is placed on the receiving member 34 via a cushioning material 35 such as a setting block made of hard resin. The external force such as the wind force acting on the glass panel or the glass panel is transmitted to the side sash 33 on the housing side via the cushioning material 35 and the receiving member 34, and the sealing material is applied to the butt portion between the glass panels P adjacent in the vertical direction. 11 (hereinafter referred to as second prior art) (which is a well-known technique and cannot disclose prior art document information).

The glass panel support structure according to the first prior art is configured such that the lower end surface of the glass panel is placed on a cushioning material mounted on the inner side of the lower sash portion, and the weight of the glass panel and the external force acting on the glass panel are applied. Since the glass panel is supported on the housing side by transmitting to the housing side through the cushioning material and the lower sash portion, the lower sash is hidden so that the cushioning material is hidden inside the lower sash portion. It is necessary to use a sash in which the vertical dimension of the portion is large. As a result, the size of the glass panel is restricted, and there is a drawback that the appearance and the visibility are easily impaired.
In addition, in the case where a plurality of glass panels are supported side by side with the glass surface in the vertical direction, the weight of the glass panel and the glass received by the lower sash part via the cushioning material In order to prevent external force acting on the panel from acting as an external force on the lower glass panel, it is necessary to use a large sash with a large rigidity in the lower sash portion. There is a drawback that it is constrained and the appearance and visibility are more easily lost.
Since the glass panel support structure of the second prior art transmits the weight of the glass panel and the external force acting on the glass panel to the side sash, the lower sash as in the first prior art becomes unnecessary, but the receiving member is not used. Since it is necessary to be provided so as to be hidden inside the side sash, the side sash becomes large, the size of the glass panel is restricted, and the lower glass panel acts on the weight of the upper glass panel and the glass panel. When it is necessary to provide a large receiving member with high rigidity so that external force does not act, the space between the upper and lower glass panels becomes wider, the vertical width of the sealing material becomes wider, and the size of the glass panel further increases. The restriction is the same as in the first prior art.
In particular, the peripheral edge that protrudes from the housing side of the glass panel when you want to support the glass panel so that one side in the left-right direction along the glass surface is along the housing side and the other is protruding from the housing side, such as a glass panel provided on the bay window. If the part is fitted into the sash and supported, a large bending moment is generated at the fixed part of the sash to the housing side due to the weight of the glass panel, and the entire sash is easily deformed. It is necessary to use a large-sized sash having a large rigidity, and the size of the glass panel is further restricted.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, Comprising: It aims at providing the glass panel support structure which is hard to impair an external appearance and a visual field.

1st characteristic structure of this invention is a glass panel support structure which is supporting the glass panel to the housing | casing side, Comprising: The position of the left-right direction in alignment with the glass surface of the said glass panel is one side of the said left-right direction of the glass panel. The one side end face side facing toward the housing side is brought into contact with the housing side so as to be positioned, and the other side end face and the lower end face facing the other in the left-right direction of the glass panel are substantially along the longitudinal direction. A pressing member that can be press-contacted in series is provided, and a pressing force that allows both end portions of the pressing member to contact the one end surface side to the housing side and a supporting force that can support the glass panel act on the glass panel. As it does, it is in the point fixed to the housing side.

[Action and effect]
Fix both ends of the pressure contact member that can be pressed in series along the longitudinal direction of the lower end surface of the glass panel to the housing side so that the supporting force capable of supporting the glass panel acts on the glass panel. Therefore, the weight of the glass panel and the external force acting on the glass panel are received by the pressure contact member and transmitted to the housing side via the pressure contact member without using the buffer material and the lower sash portion as in the past. As a result, the size of the glass panel is less likely to be restricted, and the appearance and field of view are less likely to be impaired.
In addition, the pressing member receiving the glass panel is pressed in a series of substantially along the longitudinal direction of the other side end surface facing the other in the left-right direction along the glass surface, and in the left-right direction along the glass surface. Fix both ends of the pressure contact member to the housing side so that the pressing force that contacts one side end face side facing the housing side acts on the glass panel, and the position in the left-right direction along the glass surface of the glass panel is Since it is positioned, the glass panel is supported between the pressure contact member and the housing side so as to be stretched to reduce the weight of the glass panel acting on the pressure contact member, as well as the glass panel provided on the side surface such as a bay window. In addition, the glass panel can be supported such that one of the glass panels along the glass surface in the left-right direction extends along the housing side and the other protrudes from the housing side.

The 2nd characteristic structure of this invention exists in the point which comprised the said press-contacting member by the cable body provided with flexibility.

[Action and effect]
Since the press contact member that can be press-contacted substantially in series along the longitudinal direction with respect to the other side end surface and the lower end surface of the glass panel is formed of a flexible cable body, the press contact member is Following the shape of the glass panel, it is easy to press against the other side end surface and the lower side end surface, and the required length can be easily adjusted according to the dimensions of the glass panel.

The 3rd characteristic structure of this invention exists in the point which has penetrated the said linear body in the groove | channel formed in the said other side end surface or the said lower side end surface along the longitudinal direction.

[Action and effect]
In the groove formed on the other side end surface or the lower side end surface of the glass panel along the longitudinal direction, a cord body that presses in a series substantially along the longitudinal direction with respect to the other side end surface and the lower side end surface. Since it has entered, it can hold | maintain so that a cable body may not remove | deviate from an other side end surface or a lower side end surface, without providing especially the metal fitting for the removal prevention of a cable body.

The 4th characteristic structure of this invention has the point which formed the said strip | belt body in strip | belt shape, and is press-contacted so that it may wrap over the full width with respect to the said other side end surface or the said lower side end surface.

[Action and effect]
A strip is formed in a strip shape, which is pressed in series along the longitudinal direction with respect to the other end face and the lower end face of the glass panel, and extends over the entire width with respect to the other end face or the lower end face. Since it is press-contacted so as to wrap, the cord body can be held so as not to be detached from the other side end surface or the lower side end surface without particularly providing a metal fitting for preventing the cord body from coming off.
