Description

The present invention relates to a non-flame heater that heats food and drink by generating heat through a chemical reaction, and more specifically, a chemical substance that generates heat by reacting with water on both sides of food and drink in the middle part. The present invention relates to a non-flame heating tool which is a heating element bag with.

When trying to heat food and drink, after putting food and drink into a container, a container etc. are heated using a burner. The reason for heating the food and drink is to make the taste and taste better and to facilitate digestion and absorption, excluding sanitary problems such as contamination of food and drink by bacteria.

In order to heat food and drink, another heating tool such as a burner or a heater must be provided, but it is troublesome to provide such a heating tool. It is even more difficult to provide heating tools, especially during military operations. Moreover, when eating non-heated food and drink without heating, starch may deteriorate and the taste of food may fall and it may be difficult to digest and absorb. The situation gets worse, especially in the winter when eating without food and drink. Soldiers are thus undernourished and have poor combat power, which can lead to problems in performing the strategy. And even in general society, cooking in the mountains is often prohibited due to the risk of fire, and there are many inconveniences in heating food and drink using a heating tool such as a burner.

In order to solve these problems, a technique for heating food and drink using a chemical substance such as a magnesium-based exothermic alloy that reacts with water to cause an exothermic reaction has been proposed. In order for the chemical substance to react with water and generate heat of reaction, it is necessary to provide a bag containing the chemical substance in a non-flame heater.

In order to allow water and chemicals to react, use a separate water bag in a non-flame heater to break the water bag when trying to heat food and drink so that the chemical reacts. There is a method and a method in which water and chemical substances are reacted by adding water to the non-flame heater at the time of heating without a separate water bag in the non-flame heater.

The latter method can cause problems if the soldiers in operation do not have enough water, and there is generally a fever bag on one side, so the other side may not receive enough heat. There is also.

If the bag is broken and the reaction is induced by providing a bag that contains water that reacts with the chemical, water may remain in the bag and may not be able to react sufficiently, so there is a risk that heat will not be generated continuously. is there. In order to solve such problems, there is a utilization method in which the bag is installed at an angle so that all the water is discharged from the bag. Such usage also has the effect of reducing the risk of water overflowing while boiling. However, in such a method, the food or drink is inclined downward due to gravity, and the thickness of the lower part is further increased, and the lower food or drink may not be heated sufficiently. In particular, such problems occur intensively when heating rice grains such as rice.

When storing such non-flame heaters, a large number of boxes containing a plurality of non-flame heaters are packed and stored in a warehouse or the like. The weight applied to the non-flame heater in the box located causes a problem that the water bag of the non-flame heater is damaged and cannot be used. In addition, since a lot of impact may be given in the process of transferring or delivering the non-flame heater, the water bag may be damaged during the process of transferring or delivering it, and it may become unusable.

The present invention was created in order to solve the problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to combine heating bags on both sides in a pocket shape, and put the contents to be heated in the pocket. It is to provide a non-flame heating tool that heats the plate evenly from both sides, and the heating tool and the contents are in close contact with each other to increase the heat transfer rate.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent the contents from being contaminated by high-temperature water vapor generated from the heating bag, and even when the heater is placed horizontally, it can be heated evenly. It is an object of the present invention to provide a non-flame heating tool that is not easily damaged by an impact and can be easily heated.

The above-mentioned object of the present invention is constituted by a first heating bag and a second heating bag that form a pocket shape by fusion of the remaining edges excluding the edge forming the opening and joining them by heat.
Said 1st heating bag and said 2nd heating bag are each comprised in the inner surface which becomes the outer surface which becomes a plurality of layers, and a plurality of layers, and between the above-mentioned outer surface and the inner surface,
A heat-generating bag for storing a heating element that generates heat by reacting with liquid that is a packaging material that allows liquid and air to pass through;
Formed in a packaging material having a plurality of layers, the liquid supplied to the heat-generating bag is stored inside, and the plurality of layers are arranged so that edges are in contact with the outer surface and the inner surface. The layer that comes into contact with the edge of the inner surface and the inner surface is fixed to the liquid bag made of the same material as the layer in which the outer surface and the inner surface face each other, and fixed to the surface of the liquid bag. And a cutting thread for cutting the liquid bag,
Water vapor discharged from the reaction between the heating element and the liquid is discharged to one of the joint edge portions of the first heating bag and the second heating bag, and the water discharge hole for exposing the cutting thread. It can achieve by the non-flame heating tool characterized by providing.

Hereinafter, the advantages, features, and correct embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a non-flame heater according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C ′ of FIG. 1 of a first heating bag. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the non-flame heating tool (100) includes a first heating bag (20) and a second heating bag (20 ′) that are symmetrically configured as shown in FIG. ). For convenience of explanation, the illustrated portion of the second heating bag (20 ') of FIG. 1 is illustrated in a cross-sectional view of the intermediate layer to show the components of the intermediate layer.

Each of the heating bags (20, 20 ′) includes an exothermic bag (21), a paper tissue (29), a cutting thread (50), and an outer wrapping paper (10) and an inner wrapping paper (10 ′). The liquid bag (25) is configured to be inserted. The handle portion (30) of the outer wrapping paper (10) is formed longer than the handle portion (30) formed on the inner wrapping paper (10 '). That is, the handle portion (30) of the inner wrapping paper (10 ') of the heating bag (20, 20') is formed to be connected to each other while reaching the line AA ', and the handle portion of the outer wrapping paper is A. -Longer than line A '. Therefore, when the handle portion (30) on AA ′ is cut, the outer wrapping paper (10) is torn, and the inner wrapping paper (10 ′) is different from the outer wrapping paper (10). Since it is formed so as to be connected to each other from the line −A ′, the cutting thread (50) protrudes to the outside.

When the line AA ′ line is cut, only the outer wrapping paper (10) of the handle portion (30) is torn, and the inside of the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag (20 ′) is broken. Since the wrapping paper (10 ') is connected to each other, the portion up to the line AA' where the internal wrapping paper (10 ') is connected is the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag (20'). It acts as a boundary (70) that prevents the liquid from moving between the two.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first heating bag (20) has an inner space formed by overlapping and sealing the outer peripheral edge of the inner wrapping paper (10 ′) and the outer wrapping paper (10). After that, the heat generating bag, the liquid bag, the cutting thread (50) and the paper tissue are inserted into the internal space. The second heating bag (20 ') is manufactured in the same manner.

FIG. 3 shows a cutaway view BB ′ of the non-flame heater according to the present invention shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the non-flame heater has a heat generating bag (21), a liquid bag (25), and a paper tissue between an inner wrapping paper (10 ′) and an outer wrapping paper (10). The cutting thread (50), which is inserted and is a means for breaking the liquid bag (25), is attached to or adhered to the surface of the liquid bag (25). The cutting thread (50) is bonded to the surfaces of the two liquid bags (25) through holes formed in the AA ′ of the handle portion.

The heat generating bag (21) functions as a storage place in which a solid heat generating element is incorporated, and the heat generating bag (21) is a natural material which is a flexible material so as to have an advantage in storage or movement. It is manufactured using a fiber nonwoven fabric, a natural pulp nonwoven fabric, or a foamed resin sheet. The heat generating bag (21) allows liquid and air to pass therethrough and stores a solid heat generating element. The heating element of the heating bag (21) is divided into a plurality of cells as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 so that the same heat can be generated within a certain area without tilting to one side. . If the liquid and the heating element of the heating bag (21) react with each other and are not divided in the form of a cell, the heating element can be inclined to one side in the heating bag (21) and the entire contents to be heated are heated. There is a disadvantage that it cannot be heated. It has become possible to overcome such problems by dividing the heating bag (21) into cells.

The solid heating element is manufactured by mixing magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe) and the like. The solid heating element can be used by putting magnesium and iron into a ball mill for fine grinding and mixing them with each other.

The liquid bag (25) is a means for storing a substance that generates a reaction heat by causing a chemical reaction with the heating element of the heating bag (21), and contains 0.5 to 20% NaCl aqueous solution. The reason why the liquid is composed of the NaCl aqueous solution is that the electrolyte composed of water and NaCl promotes the reaction between the heating element of the heating bag (21) and water, and causes an exothermic reaction to occur better. In addition, there is a risk that the liquid freezes in winter, but by using an aqueous NaCl solution, the freezing point is lowered so that it can be used in winter. If there is no risk of the liquid freezing, dry salt is added to the heating element of the heating bag (21) so that it can be used instead of adding NaCl to the liquid. Of course, MgCl, CaCl, KCl, etc. can be used in addition to NaCl.

In order for the heat generating bag (21) and the liquid to react, the liquid bag (25) is broken and penetrated into the heat generating bag (21) to cause a chemical reaction. For this purpose, the cutting thread (50) is adhered to the outer surface of the liquid bag (25), and when the cutting thread (50) is pulled, the liquid bag (25) is broken and the liquid substance is discharged. .

When the liquid substance comes out of the liquid bag (25) and reacts with the heating element, if the liquid boils and spills, the amount of the liquid is reduced and the reaction may not be sufficiently generated. In order to prevent such a situation, the paper tissue (29) is inserted between the liquid bag (25) and the heating element bag (21), and the liquid discharged from the liquid bag (25) is supplied to the tissue for a certain amount and for a certain time. In this way, the liquid is prevented from spilling, and the liquid is prevented from reacting with the heating element at a time to finish the reaction in a relatively short time, so that the heat generation can be kept constant.

Also, the tissue absorbs the liquid in the same manner as the core and slowly supplies the absorbing liquid to the entire heating element bag so as to react with the heating element. The tissue is preferably configured to have the same size as the heating bag (21).

The wrapping paper is wrapped around the liquid bag (25), the heating bag (21), and the paper tissue (29) so as to form a bag so that a handle portion (30) is formed on one side of the wrapping paper. .

The handle portion (30) is composed of the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag (20 ′) in the same form, and is formed integrally with each other, and the liquid bag of the first heating bag (20) ( 25) and the cutting thread (50) that breaks the liquid bag (25) of the second heating bag (20 ′) is exposed to the outside.

When the fixed part (AA ′ in FIG. 1) of the handle part (30) is cut, the cutting thread (50) is exposed, and when the exposed cutting thread (50) is pulled, the liquid bag (25) is broken and the heating element. Reacts with. During the reaction, the generated water vapor and the like are discharged to the outside through the cut handle portion (30).

The cutting thread (50) is a means for discharging the liquid by breaking the liquid bag (25) of the non-flame heating tool (100), and the liquid bag (25) of the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag. It is adhered to the surface of the (20 ') liquid bag (25). Accordingly, when the cutting thread (50) is pulled, the surface of the liquid bag (25) is broken and the liquid is discharged.

液体袋(25)は5つ重なりで形成され、第1の層と第5の層とがLLDPE(linear-low density polyethylene)、第2の層がNY(nylon)、第3の層がAL(aluminium foil)、第4の層がEZ.NY(easy-cut nylon)で構成されている。   The liquid bag (25) is formed by joining edges of wrapping paper that is a multi-layer, and has a predetermined space inside. The liquid bag (25) is formed by overlapping five layers, the first layer and the fifth layer are LLDPE (linear-low density polyethylene), the second layer is NY (nylon), and the third layer is AL ( aluminum foil), the fourth layer is EZ. It is composed of NY (easy-cut nylon).

LLDPE has a property of buffering impact and being bonded by heat. Therefore, the liquid bag is not easily broken. The LLDPE forming the first layer has a thickness of about 20 to 40 μm, and the LLDPE constituting the fifth layer has a thickness of about 60 to 80 μm.

NY has a property of easily tearing and has a characteristic of easily tearing the liquid bag. NY has a thickness of about 10 to 20 μm, and can be omitted because it is not necessarily a necessary part for forming the wrapping paper.

AL has a moisture-proof property and prevents the liquid in the liquid bag (25) from being naturally released to the outside. Water in the liquid bag can react with the chemical only when the liquid bag is torn. AL has a thickness of about 5-15 μm.

EZ. NY is a material that compensates for the easy tearing property of NY, and prevents the liquid bag from tearing easily in one direction but from easily tearing in the remaining directions. EZ. By using NY, the liquid bag is easily broken even in a weak direction in a specific direction where the cutting thread (50) is bonded, but the other direction is not easily broken. EZ. The thickness of NY is about 10 to 20 μm.

After folding the wrapping paper of the liquid bag configured as described above in half so that the LLDPE of the fifth layer is in the back, the remaining edge except for one side is sealed to form a bag shape. Inject liquid and seal the rest.

The liquid bag (25) configured as described above is resistant to impacts, and EZ. It is easily broken by bonding a cutting thread to NY. The inner and outer layers of the liquid bag (25) are made of LLDPE, which makes it easy to produce the liquid bag (25) in a bag shape and to adhere the liquid bag (25) to the wrapping paper. .

The wrapping paper is composed of two sheets, an outer wrapping paper (10) and an inner wrapping paper (10 '). The inner wrapping paper (10 ') is the part where the contents come into contact, and the outer wrapping paper (10) is the part exposed to the outside.

The inner wrapping paper (10 ′) has an LLDPE having a thickness of about 20 to 40 μm, an AL having a thickness of about 5 to 15 μm, and a thickness of about 10 to 20 μm in order based on the surface in contact with the heating bag (21). The outer wrapping paper (10) is formed of CPP (cast polypropylene) having a thickness of about 50 to 70 μm and the outer wrapping paper (10) has a thickness of about 10 to 20 μm in order from the outer surface. It is formed of AL having a thickness of 5 to 15 μm, NY having a thickness of about 10 to 20 μm, and LLDPE having a thickness of about 50 to 70 μm. A heating bag (21) and a liquid bag (25) are inserted between the inner wrapping paper (10 ') and the outer wrapping paper (10).

4a and 4b are views showing an embodiment showing a manufacturing process of a non-flame heater according to the present invention. It will be described as follows with reference to FIGS. 4a and 4b. First, as shown in FIG. 4a, the non-flame heater (100) according to the present invention includes a heat generating bag (21), a paper tissue (29), and a liquid bag (25) constituting the non-flame heater. After being placed in order on the wrapping paper (10 '), the edges are sealed using a sealing machine. At this time, the portion where the liquid bag (25) and the cutting thread (50) are connected cannot be dissolved while the edge is dissolved, so that the liquid bag (25) as shown in FIG. And the portion where the cutting thread (50) is connected is bent inside the edge. Then, the outer wrapping paper (10) is positioned on the inner wrapping paper (10 ') in the direction of the arrow.

As shown in FIG. 4b, the non-flame heating tool (100) is folded around the handle portion so that the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag (20 ′) overlap, and then the sealing machine Use to seal the edges. At this time, the inner wrapping paper (10 ') faces each other. The inner wrapping paper (10 ') is formed of CPP so that the surfaces facing each other are not bonded to each other even when heat is applied by a sealing machine. Accordingly, the inner wrapping paper (10 ') facing each other in the sealing process is not bonded. The opposite side of the CPP of the inner wrapping paper (10 ') and the inner surface of the outer wrapping paper (10) are made of LLDPE, and are bonded together when heat is applied by a sealing machine. The edges of the wrapping paper (10 ') and the external wrapping paper (10) are joined. High heat is applied so that the remaining edges of the first heating bag (20) and the second heating bag (20 '), except for the edge used for the content inlet, can be bonded between the CPPs. Thus, a pocket-shaped non-flame heater having a content inlet is formed.

Moreover, since the surface on which the liquid bag (25) is bound to the wrapping paper (10, 10 ') is made of LLDPE, it is easy to adhere in the sealing process. As described above, the sealing machine is in a state in which the portion where the liquid bag (25) is connected to the cutting thread (50) is folded so that the portion is not joined to the wrapping paper (10, 10 '). Use to seal the edges. Therefore, the part to which the cutting thread (50) is not connected is not sealed and is not attached to the wrapping paper (10, 10 '), thus tearing the liquid bag (25).

The non-flame heater (100) is formed in a pocket shape, and the contents to be heated are in close contact with the non-flame heater (100) for better heat transfer. In the case of conventional products of other companies, there was a problem that the water vapor generated from the chemical reaction between the solid heating element and the liquid was directly attached to the food. In the present invention, the non-flame heating device (100) was made pocket-shaped. Since the contents can be heated indirectly, water vapor does not adhere to the contents. The wrapping paper of the non-flame heater (100) has moisture resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance.

FIG. 5 is a cutaway view in the direction DD ′ of FIG. 4b. Referring to FIG. 5, the non-flame heater (100) according to the present invention forms heating bags (21) on both sides of the heated contents, and heats the contents from both sides. Is to be further enhanced. When the non-flame heating tool (100) is positioned horizontally and then the contents are inserted and a cut line is drawn to heat the liquid, the liquid contained in the heating bag positioned in the upper direction is heated in the lower direction. There is a possibility of flowing into the bag. For example, with the first heating bag placed on the top and the second heating bag placed on the bottom and the non-flame heating tool placed horizontally, the contents are inserted into the pocket-shaped internal space to draw a cut line. And the liquid contained in the 1st heating bag may flow into the 2nd heating bag. In this case, the liquid quickly enters the second heating bag and reacts within a short time. On the other hand, there is a problem that the first heating bag cannot sufficiently generate heat due to the lack of liquid. In the present invention, in order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 5, the handle of the inner wrapping paper (10 ′) is connected to the line AA ′, and the role of the boundary plate (70). By doing so, it is possible to prevent the liquid in the upper heating bag from flowing into the lower bag due to boiling. Therefore, the phenomenon that water is insufficient in the first heating bag and the second heating bag is eliminated, and the contents can be heated evenly on both sides.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a cutting thread of the non-flame heater according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a view showing a portion where the cutting thread is tied to a water bag. A description will be given with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7 as follows. The cutting thread (50) has a predetermined thickness, and the head portion (51) is T-shaped. A constant pattern was defined at the tip (52) of the cutting thread (50) so as not to slip when the cutting thread (50) was taken by hand.

Two thin branches (53) were made symmetrical to the body part of the cutting thread (50) in the lower part separated from the T-shaped head part (51) by a certain distance. The branch (53) is extended obliquely in the direction of the head.

A round home (54) is formed at the edge of the liquid bag (25), and the cutting thread (50) enters the home (54) from the tip (52) of the cutting thread so that the liquid bag (25) To be tied to. Therefore, the tied thread (50) is prevented from coming out of the home (54) from either direction by the branch (53) portion and the T-shaped head portion (51).

When the cutting thread (50) is bonded to the liquid bag (25) using an adhesive, if the temperature is low, such as in winter, the bonded portion may become hard and force may be applied to pull the cutting thread and break it. There is. However, when the joining method according to the present invention is applied, there is no problem that the portion connected to the liquid bag (25) is cut.

Since the liquid bag (25) is easily broken by using the cutting thread (50), a portion of the cut is formed at a fixed length in the home portion, and the liquid is removed when the cutting thread (50) is pulled. The bag (25) was torn in the pulling direction.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an embodiment of using the non-flame heating tool according to the present invention in a container. The description will be made with reference to FIG. The non-flame heater (100) according to the present invention is provided with a packaging table (200) to wrap the non-flame heater (100) to increase the efficiency of heat and make the meal convenient. The packaging table (200) is a paper box of a size that can accommodate the non-flame heater (100). On one side, there is an entrance / exit hole (150) of a predetermined size so that the handle portion (30) of the non-flame heater (100) is exposed to the outside of the packaging table (200). In addition to the non-flame heating device (100), the packaging table (200) can be equipped with tools (spoons, chopsticks, forks, etc.) not shown in the drawing.

An embodiment in which the non-flame heater (100) according to the present invention is used by using the packaging table (200) will be described. A non-flame heating tool (100) into which the contents are inserted is incorporated in the packaging table. At this time, the handle part (30) extended through the entrance / exit hole (150) of the packaging table is cut along the cut line so that the cut thread (50) is exposed to the outside. After that, the liquid bag (25) connected to the cutting thread (50) is broken by pulling the cutting thread (50) to cause a chemical reaction between the liquid and the heating element, thereby generating heat, thereby non-flame heating. The contents inserted in the tool (100) are heated.

After pulling the cutting thread (50), the handle portion (30) is wound and put into the packaging table (200) so that the water vapor discharged through the handle portion (30) is supplied to the inside of the packaging table again. To do. After the lid of the packaging table (200) is closed and heated for about 20 minutes, the contents are taken out from the non-flame heating device (100), the wrapping paper of the contents is broken, and the contents are put into the packaging table (200) and eaten. To be able to

The user can use the present invention safely by preventing the water vapor generated from the non-flame heater (100) from coming out by using the packaging table (200). Furthermore, water vapor can be continuously stopped inside the packaging table (200), and the heating effect can be further enhanced.

According to the non-flame heater according to the present invention, the food and drink can be heated from both sides, and can be effectively used in a situation where a liquid bag is provided and water is insufficient without the need to add another water.
In addition, the liquid bag is strong against impact and is not easily damaged by external impact, and the water is easily discharged from the liquid bag so as to be easily broken in a certain direction.

It is possible to reduce the number of steps in the manufacturing process by using a material capable of heat fusion at the same time as the surface forming the liquid bag in contact with the inner wrapping paper and the outer wrapping paper.

By inserting the cutting thread into the hole where the liquid bag is defined, the cutting thread becomes difficult to cut, and the part where the liquid bag and cutting thread are connected is firmly connected, and the cutting thread is separated from the liquid bag. This prevents the thread from being separated from the liquid bag when the temperature is low as in winter.

The contents can be heated with the heating heating element horizontal, and the thickness of the contents can be kept uniform by gravity. Therefore, the contents can be heated evenly as a whole. Since the two bags of the heating element pocket are separated by a border plate that is the inner wrapping paper, the liquid in the heating bag located on the upper side is placed on the lower side when the heating element is placed horizontally. It is now possible to prevent entry into the heating bag located in the. The formation of the border plate can maintain heat generation continuously and uniformly, so that the heat generation efficiency is good and it is effective for heating grains such as rice.
