Abstract
【解決手段】浸炭焼入れまたは浸炭窒化焼入れされた金属表面に生成される粒界酸化層に対して、粒径が0.2mmをこえて1.0mm以下で、かつ被投射物と同等以上の硬度を有する投射材を、カバレージが100〜500%になるように投射速度が30〜100m/sまたは圧力が0.1〜0.5MPaで投射して、前記粒界酸化層を削食したのち、少なくとも5μm残す。

Claims (2)
- 浸炭焼入れまたは浸炭窒化焼入れされた金属表面に生成される粒界酸化層に対して、粒径が0.2mmをこえて1.0mm以下で、かつ被投射物と同等以上の硬度を有する投射材を、カバレージが100〜500%になるように投射速度が30〜100m/sまたは圧力が0.1〜0.5MPaで投射して、前記粒界酸化層を削食したのち、少なくとも5μm残すことを特徴とするショットピーニング処理方法。
- 請求項1記載のショットピーニング処理方法により残存する粒界酸化層の検出を半価幅で行うことを特徴とするショットピーニング処理の検出法。
