本発明を使用するときは、テ−ブル（６）にセットしたパラソル（８）の傘軸の下端部を縦筒（１）に挿入する。ついで、押しボルト（４）を中空部（３）にねじ込み縦筒（１）を傘軸に固定した後、４本の係留紐（５）を横方向の放射状にひろげて、それぞれ至近位置のテ−ブル脚（７）にたるみがないように結び付けると、パラソル（８）は、傘軸がテ−ブル（６）と縦筒（１）によって横方向への移動を防止されるから、風を受けても傾斜することはない。テ−ブル（６）を移動する場合は、パラソル（８）をセットした状態にて地面をスライドさせて行う。
