Description

The present invention relates to a glass run that is fitted to a door of a vehicle and guides a door glass that moves up and down.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a glass run 5 that guides the door glass 3 that moves up and down to the groove portion 4 is fitted to the door sash 2 of the door 1 of the vehicle. FIG. 8 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
The groove portion 4 of the glass run 5 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and two side wall portions forming the groove portion 4, that is, the vehicle outer side wall portion 6 and the vehicle inner side wall portion 7, and the vehicle outer side wall portion 6 and the vehicle inner side wall portion. 7 is formed by a connecting wall portion 8 linking to 7. An outer lip portion 9 extending toward the connecting wall portion 8 is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle outer side wall portion 6, that is, on the vehicle inner side of the vehicle outer side wall portion 6. Further, an inner lip portion 10 extending toward the connecting wall portion 8 is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7, that is, on the vehicle outer side of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7. The outer lip portion 9 and the inner lip portion 10 are provided so as to sandwich the door glass 3 and are in sliding contact with the surface of the door glass 3.

A sub lip portion 15 extending toward the connecting wall portion 8 is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7 from the base portion of the inner lip portion 10 to the connecting wall portion 8 side.
The sub lip portion 15 prevents the door glass 3 from fluttering by elastically contacting the inner lip portion 10 when the door glass 3 swings inward of the vehicle due to variations in the door glass 3 or the like. 1 is provided in a portion fitted along one vertical pillar 1a (for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent No. 3421551

However, in the glass run 5 according to the conventional example shown in FIG. 8, when the door glass 3 is inserted and the side wall portions 7 and 8 are curved, the sub lip portion 15 is in contact with the tip of the inner lip portion 10. When the door glass 3 is inserted, there is no gap between the tip of the sub lip portion 15 and the vehicle interior side wall portion 7 or even if there is a gap, the door glass 3 is set as shown in FIG. At the reference position, the sub lip portion 15 is substantially bottomed (contacted) with the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7.

In this case, the door glass 3 is less likely to swing toward the inside of the vehicle, which is advantageous for fluttering. However, when the door glass 3 swings toward the inside of the vehicle due to the built-in variation of the door glass 3, the variation is absorbed. Since there is no allowance, there is a problem that the sliding resistance becomes large.
Thus, if the sliding resistance becomes too large, the durability is poor and there is a hindrance for mounting in a vehicle.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a glass run that can suppress an increase in sliding resistance when a variation such as a built-in variation of a door glass occurs.

In order to achieve the above object, the glass run of the present invention has a groove portion (4) having a substantially U-shaped cross section that is fitted to the door (1) of the vehicle and guides the door glass (3) that moves up and down. On the inner wall of both side wall portions (6, 7) of the vehicle outer side wall portion (6) forming the groove portion (4), the vehicle inner side wall portion (7), and the connecting wall portion (8) connecting them, An outer lip portion (9) and an inner lip portion (10) extending toward the connecting wall portion (8) and slidingly contacting the door glass (3) are formed, and the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion (7) is formed with the inner lip portion. A glass run (50) in which a sub lip portion (20) extending toward the connecting wall portion (8) is formed on the connecting wall portion (8) side from the base portion of the lip portion (10),
When the door glass (3) swings to the vehicle inner side than the set reference position, and the inner lip portion (10) is bent to the vehicle inner side wall portion (7) side so as to elastically contact the sub lip portion (20). The sub lip portion (20) is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle interior side wall portion (7) so that the portion (10a) near the center of the inner lip portion (10) is in elastic contact with the sub lip portion (20). It is characterized by.

Further, the position of the base portion of the sub lip portion (20) is set to the base portion side of the inner lip portion (10) with respect to the vehicle inner side wall portion (7), thereby the inner lip portion (10). It is preferable that a portion near the center is in elastic contact with the sub lip portion (20).

Further, the inner lip portion (10) is elastically contacted with the sub lip portion (20), or the inner lip portion (10) side portion, or the inner lip portion (10) is elastically contacted with the sub lip portion (20). It is preferable to form the protrusions (30, 40) at the site on the part (20) side.

Symbols in parentheses indicate corresponding elements or corresponding matters described in the drawings and the best mode for carrying out the invention described later.

As described above, according to the glass run according to the present invention, when the door glass is swung to the vehicle inner side than the set reference position, and the inner lip portion is bent to the side of the vehicle inner side wall portion so as to be elastically contacted to the sub lip portion, Since the sub lip part is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall so that the part near the center of the lip part is in elastic contact with the sub lip part, it is shown in the conventional example between the sub lip part and the inner side wall part during the elastic contact. A larger gap can be secured.
Then, by deflecting the sub lip portion toward the vehicle interior side wall portion by the gap, the variation when the door glass is swung to the vehicle interior due to the built variation of the door glass or the like can be absorbed. Further, by setting the sub lip portion, it is possible to absorb the energy when the door glass shakes due to the vibration of the door or the like, and to suppress the fluttering of the door glass.
As a result, in the case of the conventional example, the sliding resistance of the inner lip portion is large when the door glass is swung to the inside of the vehicle due to the variation in the installation of the door glass. As a result, an increase in sliding resistance of the inner lip portion can be suppressed.

Further, according to the present invention, the portion near the center of the inner lip portion elastically contacts the sub lip portion only by setting the base lip portion of the sub lip portion to the base portion side of the inner lip portion with respect to the vehicle inner side wall portion. Since it can be made like this, it is structurally simple.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the protrusion is formed on the inner lip portion or the sub lip portion where the inner lip portion elastically contacts the sub lip portion, so that the door glass may swing abnormally greatly inside the vehicle. In this case, the tip of the inner lip portion where the center of the sub lip portion is in elastic contact with the sub lip portion is prevented from coming into contact with the vehicle inner side wall portion even though the tip of the sub lip portion is not in contact with the vehicle inner side wall portion. be able to.
Further, the position of the protruding portion also serves as a mark indicating the elastic contact position.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as a prior art example.
FIG. 1 is an enlarged sectional view showing a glass run according to an embodiment of the present invention, and corresponds to an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the door glass swings inward of the glass run shown in FIG.

A glass run 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention is fitted into a door sash 2 (or a door frame) of a door 1 of a vehicle, and a door glass 3 that moves up and down is formed into a groove portion 4 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The groove portion 4 is guided by two vehicle side wall portions 6 and a vehicle inner side wall portion 7 which are two side wall portions, and a connecting wall portion 8 connecting the vehicle outer side wall portion 6 and the vehicle inner side wall portion 7. An outer lip portion 9 extending toward the connecting wall portion 8 and slidably contacting the door glass 3 is formed on the vehicle inner side which is the inner wall of the vehicle outer side wall portion 6, and is similarly formed on the vehicle outer side which is the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7. An inner lip portion 10 that extends toward the connecting wall portion 8 and is in sliding contact with the door glass 3 is formed. The outer lip portion 9 and the inner lip portion 10 are provided so as to sandwich the door glass 3, and can be bent and deformed by providing a notch or the like at the set reference position of the door glass 3 as shown in FIG. 1. And slidably contact the surface of the door glass 3.
Further, a sub lip portion 20 extending toward the connecting wall portion 8 is formed on the inner wall of the vehicle inner side wall portion 7 on the connecting wall portion 8 side from the base portion of the inner lip portion 10.

The base portion of the sub lip portion 20 is closer to the base portion side of the inner lip portion 10 than the inner wall of the substantially central portion of the vehicle interior side wall portion 7, and more specifically, substantially the central portion of the vehicle interior side wall portion 7 and the inner lip portion. It is formed on the inner wall side which is a position closer to the inner lip portion 10 than the sub lip portion 15 shown in the conventional example at an intermediate position with the base portion of the lip portion 10.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the door glass 3 swings by a distance t from the set reference position (position shown in FIG. 1) to the vehicle interior side, and the inner lip portion 10 is on the vehicle interior side wall portion 7 side. When bent so as to be elastically contacted with the portion 20, a portion 10 a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 is made to elastically contact the sublip portion 20.
When the inner lip portion 10 is brought into elastic contact with the sub lip portion 20, a gap s is formed between the tip of the sub lip portion 20 and the vehicle interior side wall portion 7, as shown in FIG.

Thus, by ensuring the gap s and bending the sub lip portion 20 toward the vehicle inner side wall portion 7 by the gap s, the variation when the door glass 3 is swung to the vehicle inner side due to the built-in variation of the door glass 3 or the like. Can be absorbed, and by setting the sub lip portion 20, energy when the door glass 3 is shaken by vibration of the door 1 or the like can be absorbed, and fluttering of the door glass 3 can be suppressed.
Accordingly, in the case shown in the conventional example (FIG. 8), the sliding resistance of the inner lip portion 10 is large when the door glass 3 is swung to the inside of the vehicle due to variations in the installation of the door glass 3 or the like. However, according to the present embodiment shown in FIG. 2, an increase in the sliding resistance of the inner lip portion 10 can be suppressed.

In the present embodiment, the position of the sub lip portion 20 is set to be closer to the inner lip portion 10 than the sub lip portion 15 shown in the conventional example, and the door glass 3 is swung to the inner side of the set reference position. In this case, the portion 10a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 is in elastic contact with the sub lip portion 20. However, the sub lip portion 20 is provided at the same position as the sub lip portion 15 shown in the conventional example, and the sub lip portion 20 is provided. By making the length of the inner lip portion 15 shorter than the sub lip portion 15, the portion 10 a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 is in elastic contact with the sub lip portion 20 when the door glass 3 swings to the vehicle inner side than the set reference position. You can also

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a protrusion 30 that protrudes toward the sub lip 20 is formed at a portion on the inner lip 10 where the inner lip 10 elastically contacts the sub lip 20. A portion 10 a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 may be elastically contacted with the sub lip portion 20 via 30. As shown in FIG. 4, by providing the projection portion 30, the elastic contact position is not limited to the tip of the sub lip portion 20 as shown in FIG. Further, conversely, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a protrusion 40 that protrudes toward the inner lip portion 10 is formed at a portion on the sub lip portion 20 side where the inner lip portion 10 elastically contacts the sub lip portion 20. Then, the portion 10 a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 may be elastically contacted with the sub lip portion 20 via the protrusion 40. As shown in FIG. 6, by providing the protrusion 40 at a substantially central portion of the sub lip portion, the portion 10 a near the center of the inner lip portion 10 can be brought into elastic contact with the substantially central portion of the sub lip portion 20.

By forming the projections 30 and 40 in this way, when the door glass 3 is shaken abnormally greatly inside the vehicle, the tip of the sub lip portion 20 does not contact the vehicle interior side wall 7. In addition, it is possible to prevent the tip of the inner lip portion 10 that is elastically contacted with the sub lip portion 20 near the center from coming into contact with the vehicle interior side wall portion 7.
