Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a metal bed used for a denture, a denture using the same, and a method for rebasing a metal bed in a denture.
More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure in which a connecting means or a connecting portion with a resin floor is not provided on the back side of an artificial tooth.
Further, the present invention relates to a denture provided with a metal floor that enables easy rebasing for reusing an artificial tooth.
For example, when all teeth are lost, a complete denture composed of an artificial tooth and a denture base is used as the denture. The denture base that constitutes this complete denture consists of a resin floor made entirely of resin, and a part that touches the ceiling (palate) is formed of a metal floor, and the other parts are Some are made up of resin floors.
Dentures made entirely of a resin base have the advantage that they can be manufactured relatively easily, but because the parts that touch the palate have to have the required thickness, they feel uncomfortable when worn. There is a drawback that is likely to occur.
On the other hand, a denture having a metal floor is expensive because the manufacturing process is complicated, and has a disadvantage that the weight of the denture itself increases.
However, since the part in contact with the palate can be formed thinly, all have a better feeling than the resin floor, and the heat feeling is also excellent, so that the taste is not impaired, and further, it has the advantage that it does not affect the pronunciation function. .
In general, it is said that the one with a metal floor has more advantages and is superior to one that is entirely a resin bed.
Dentures that are all resin bases are usually manufactured through the following steps.
A wax denture with artificial teeth attached (the gingival part supporting the artificial teeth is made of wax) is placed in one container of a flask (a metal container for injecting liquid gypsum and resin). It is buried and fixed in gypsum that has not solidified.
One container of the flask is attached with the other corresponding container, and gypsum is poured into the flask.
After the gypsum has hardened, heat is applied to the flask with hot water, and the wax supporting the artificial teeth is poured out of the flask (lost wax method).
The resin is injected into the void in the flask formed by the wax.

The other container is attached to one container of the flask, gypsum is poured into the flask, and after setting, heat is applied with hot water and the wax is poured out.
The resin is injected into the void portion in the flask formed of wax, and the resin is allowed to enter the network of the joint portion to physically bond the
The dentures manufactured in this way stick to the loose part of the teeth and the mucous membrane of the palate so that they do not move or disengage via saliva.
However, since the condition in the oral cavity changes with age, the portion of the denture that comes into contact with the palate gradually becomes unsuitable, and becomes easier to come off.
Dentures that do not fit must be re-based (which refers to the process of matching the denture base to the new mucosa shape while leaving the artificial teeth intact) or have to be remade.
Dentures that have a denture base entirely made of resin are made of resin at the part that contacts the palate, and since the resins are chemically bonded to each other, by adding a new resin to the mucosa side of the dentures that do not fit, Rebasing is relatively easy.

(Work)
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the denture which prevented the coupling | bonding means or coupling | bond part with a resin bed from being provided in the back side of an artificial tooth can be manufactured. The denture is not provided with a metal floor coupling means or coupling portion on the back side of the artificial tooth, so nothing is left on the side of the resin bed even if it is removed. Therefore, the denture can be easily rebased. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a denture that can be easily rebased even though it has a metal floor.
The coupling means or the coupling portion is provided at the edge, and is configured to include a space portion that holds a part of the resin bed in the interior. By inserting the part, the metal floor and the resin floor can be joined together.
What is formed so that the space portion is provided between the upper edge portion and the lower edge portion is that the resin enters the space portion, so that the resin floor is sandwiched between the portions, so that the metal The floor does not come off in the vertical direction of the resin floor.
If the edge shape of the upper or lower edge constituting the holding means is formed so as to enter or exit inward or outward, or substantially inward or outward, the resin floor is recessed in the inwardly recessed part. It is provided so that it may enter into a slender part, and the part which bulges outward is provided so that it may enter into a resin floor. This prevents the metal floor from sliding off in the lateral direction because these portions of the resin floor themselves become resistive.
(A) According to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a denture in which the means for joining with the resin bed or the joint portion is not provided on the back side of the artificial tooth.
(B) The connecting means or the connecting portion is provided at the edge, and the space is formed by holding a part of the resin bed inside and holding the resin. By putting a part of the floor, the metal floor and the resin floor can be joined together.
(C) What is formed so that a space part is provided between an upper edge part and a lower edge part is in the state which pinched | interposed the resin floor in this part because resin enters in a space part. Therefore, the metal floor does not come off in the vertical direction of the resin floor.
(D) If the edge shape of the upper edge or lower edge constituting the holding means is formed so as to enter or exit inward or outward, or substantially inward or outward, a resin is not provided in the inwardly recessed part. The floor is provided so as to enter the recessed part, and the part bulging outward is provided so as to enter the resin floor. This prevents the metal floor from sliding off in the lateral direction because these portions of the resin floor themselves become resistive.

After the

The denture is only attached to the loose part of the tooth or the mucous membrane of the palate via saliva, so it is desirable that it is as light as possible to prevent it from falling off.
The denture G can be lighter than the conventional one because the
As described in the section of the prior art, the rebase of the denture G having the

A method for rebasing the metal floor in the denture G will be described with reference to FIGS. 14 and 15 described above.
First, the

The
After the
Resin is injected into the
Thus, according to the denture G, although it has a metal floor, it can be easily rebased. Therefore, the patient's worry that “the denture base is all superior in performance to that of the resin bed but cannot be used due to difficulty in rebasing” can be eliminated.
