Description

The present invention relates to a recycled rubber plate manufactured using old tires, and more particularly to a recycled rubber plate suitable for forming an anti-slip road surface on a pedestrian crossing or the like.

The number of automobiles in Japan continues to increase year by year, and along with this, the amount of automobile parts discarded continues to increase.
Among automotive parts, tires are particularly frequently replaced. However, if the tire is incinerated, it will contaminate the air, soil and water, and it will give off a bad odor, making it difficult to dispose of the tire, and therefore the cost for disposal is high.
For this reason, the problem that old tires are illegally dumped in Noyama has also arisen. An illegally dumped tire is a problem because it becomes a source of pests, and a serious problem such as a fire occurring due to an illegally dumped tire has actually occurred.
The applicant has filed a patent application relating to a slip prevention roadbed and a tire cutting device in order to solve the above-described problems related to the processing of old tires (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

The applicant has continued intensive research to solve the industrial waste problem related to old tires even after filing the above patent, and has invented the present invention.
An object of the present invention is to provide a recycled tire body made of old tires suitable for use on an anti-slip road surface or the like using old tires.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the recycled tire plate made of used tire according to the present invention forms a rubber cylindrical body by separating the side wall portions on both sides circumferentially, leaving the tread portion and the shoulder portion of the tire, A rubber plate is formed by cutting one portion of the rubber cylinder perpendicularly to the circumferential direction and spreading it into a flat plate shape, and a part of the wire embedded in the rubber plate is pushed from the carcass layer. It is characterized in that the wire is partially protruded from the carcass layer by being pressed so as to come out.
The recycled rubber plate can be used as an anti-slip surface by being embedded in an asphalt layer of a road with its carcass layer facing down.

The recycled tire plate made of an old tire according to the present invention forms a rubber cylinder by circumferentially separating the side wall portions on both sides, leaving the tread portion and the shoulder portion of the tire. By forming a rubber plate by cutting perpendicularly to the circumferential direction and spreading it into a flat plate shape, by pressing a part of the wire embedded in the rubber plate to extrude from the carcass layer, Since the wire partially protrudes from the carcass layer, if the carcass layer is placed below and embedded in the asphalt layer of the road, the wire pushed out from the carcass layer becomes a wedge and does not move back and forth and from side to side A stable anti-slip road surface can be formed.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a recycled rubber plate using an old tire according to the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.
