Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for punching a resin plate made of a resin such as polycarbonate resin or acrylic resin into a predetermined shape.

A liquid crystal television (liquid crystal TV) or the like is provided with a diffusion plate behind the screen in order to uniformly illuminate the entire screen with a backlight. As the diffusion plate, a resin plate in which fine beads (holes) are mixed in a transparent polycarbonate plate is often used.

Conventionally, a laser beam or a router has been used to cut such a resin plate into a predetermined shape. However, these cutting methods have a problem that the cutting speed is slow. In addition, cutting with a laser beam has a problem that the cut surface of the resin plate is altered by heat, and cutting with a router has a problem that the cut resin powder is scattered and the working environment is deteriorated.

Therefore, the inventor of the present application disclosed in Patent Document 1 an apparatus for punching a resin plate by disposing the cutting blades facing each other in accordance with the cutting shape of the resin plate, and pressing the resin plate from above and below in the molds arranged vertically. Proposed. According to this apparatus, the resin plate can be cut into a predetermined shape in a short time without causing problems such as alteration of the cut surface and scattering of the resin powder.

1)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-285099 ([0009] to [0012], FIG. 1)

The diffusion plate is formed by punching a resin plate into a predetermined shape. The punched shape includes a straight portion and a portion that is not (hereinafter, a non-linear state is referred to as a curved shape).
When using the apparatus of patent document 1, it is necessary to arrange | position a cutting blade according to a cutting shape. Since the production method differs between the straight blade and the curved blade, they are produced separately. Therefore, the cutting device uses a combination of a straight blade and a curved blade. At this time, in order to punch out the resin plate reliably and with high accuracy, it is important to ensure continuity at the connecting portion between the straight blade and the curved blade.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an apparatus that can sufficiently ensure the continuity of the connecting portion between the straight blade and the curved blade and can punch the resin plate with high accuracy.

A resin plate punching device according to the present invention, which is made to solve the above-described problems, is for punching the resin plate into a predetermined shape by pressing the blades provided on the upper and lower molds against the resin plate. Each of which has upper and lower molds.
a) a straight blade holder for fixing the straight blade;
b) A curved blade holder having a fitting portion for fixing the curved blade so that the curved blade and the linear blade are continuous, and fitting with a part of the linear blade holder;
It is characterized by providing.

In the resin plate punching device of the present invention, in order to ensure continuity at the connection point between the straight blade and the curved blade, the linear blade holder is fitted to the fitting portion of the curved blade holder so that the positions of both holders are relatively Place it accurately so that it does not slip.

As the fitting portion, for example, a curved blade holder provided with a recess into which the linear blade holder can be inserted can be used. Or a recessed part may be provided in a linear blade holder and a processus | protrusion may be provided in a curved blade holder.

The operation of this resin plate punching device is the same as that of the punching device described in Patent Document 1. The upper and lower molds are each provided with the linear blade holder and the curved blade holder as described above, and these upper and lower molds are arranged so that the blades (straight blade and curved blade) fixed to the holders face each other. By pressing these upper and lower blades up and down the resin plate with a predetermined force, the resin plate can be punched out.

A curved blade holder having two fitting portions arranged so that two straight blades are substantially orthogonal to each other can be used for the resin plate punching device. The resin plate punching device having such a curved blade holder can be used, for example, when the cutting shape is basically a rectangle and a curved portion is formed at the vertex of the rectangle.

Further, the resin plate punching apparatus can be a curved blade holder having two fitting portions arranged so that two straight blades extend in substantially the same direction with the curved blade interposed therebetween. At that time, the other straight blade may be arranged on the extension line of one straight blade, or the other straight blade may be arranged so as to deviate from the extension line of one straight blade. In the former case, it is possible to form a blade having a shape having a curved portion in a part of one straight line. In the latter case, for example, three straight blade holders and two curved blade holders are used, and the straight blades of the straight blade holders at both ends are arranged so as to be aligned on one straight line. It is possible to form a blade having a shape shifted from the portion. These configurations can be used, for example, when the cut shape is basically a rectangle, and a curved portion or a shifted portion is formed on a part of the side of the rectangle.

According to the resin plate punching apparatus according to the present invention, the straight blade and the curved blade are fixed to the straight blade holder and the curved blade holder, respectively, and the straight blade holder is fitted to the fitting portion of the curved blade holder, thereby The blade and the curved blade can be accurately arranged without causing a relative positional shift. As a result, the continuity of the connecting portion between the straight blade and the curved blade is sufficiently ensured, and the resin plate can be punched with high accuracy.

An embodiment of a resin plate punching apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
An upper view of FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an upper mold or a lower mold in the resin plate punching apparatus of this embodiment. The linear blade holder 12 (121 to 128) and the curved blade holder 13 (131 to 138) are provided on the base 11. The straight blade 14 is fixed to the straight blade holder 12, and the curved blade 15 is fixed to the curved blade holder 13. Both the straight blade holder 12 and the curved blade holder 13 are arranged so that the cutting edges of the straight blade 14 and the curved blade 15 face the opposite side of the base 11.

The lower diagram of FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of the curved blade holders 134 and 136 and the vicinity thereof in the upper diagram. The curved blade holders 131, 135, and 138 have the same structure as the curved blade holder 134, and the curved blade holders 132, 133, and 137 have the same structure as the curved blade holder 136.

The curved blade holder 134 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has mortises 16 on two adjacent surfaces among the four side surfaces. The straight blade holder 12 has a mortise 16 'corresponding to the shape of the mortise 16 at its tip. The mortise 16 and the mortise 16 'are provided at positions where the curved blade 15 and the straight blade 14 are connected to each other without any deviation. The curved blade holder 134 and the straight blade holders 133 and 134 are fitted by the mortise 16 and the mortise 16 '. Thus, the two straight blades 14 are arranged so as to be substantially orthogonal via the curved blade 15.

The curved blade holder 136 basically has the same structure as that of the curved blade holder 134. However, the curved blade holder 134 is provided with two mortises 16 on two opposite surfaces of the four side surfaces of the curved blade holder 134. And different. The two mortises 16 are provided at positions where the two straight blades 14 attached to them extend in substantially the same direction and are shifted to the left and right.

By fitting the linear blade holder and the curved blade holder with the mortise 16 and the tenon 16 'in this way, the relative positions of the straight blade and the curved blade can be accurately defined.

The cutting edges of the blades fixed to the linear blade holder 12 and the curved blade holder 13 form a substantially rectangular cutting shape as follows. The curved blade holders 131, 134, 135, and 138 are disposed at the vertices of a substantially rectangular shape. The curved blade holder 131, the straight blade holder 122, the curved blade holder 132, the straight blade holder 123, the curved blade holder 133, the straight blade holder 124, and the curved blade holder 134 are connected in this order on one side of the substantially rectangular shape. On one side facing the side, the curved blade holder 135, the straight blade holder 126, the curved blade holder 136, the linear blade holder 127, the curved blade holder 137, the straight blade holder 128, and the curved blade holder 138 are connected in this order. The straight blade holder 125 is connected between the curved blade holder 134 and the curved blade holder 135, and the straight blade holder 121 is connected between the curved blade holder 138 and the curved blade holder 131.
Thereby, the shape of the punching surface is substantially rectangular, but each vertex has a curve corresponding to the shape of the curved blade arranged there, and one side has a curved blade holder 132, a straight blade holder 123, a curved blade. The holder 133 has a notch made of a blade, and the side facing it has a similar notch.

The curved blade 15 may be a Thomson blade formed by bending a metal plate having a blade edge at one end and formed into a predetermined shape, or a sculpture blade formed by cutting out a metal body from a metal body. it can. In the case of using the engraving blade, the curved blade holder 13 and the curved blade (engraved blade) 15 can be formed as a single body by cutting out from one metal body.
In addition, it is desirable that the angle of the cutting edge of both the straight blade 14 and the curved blade 15 is 25 ° to 45 °. If this angle is smaller than 25 °, the cutting edge is liable to be damaged, and if it is larger than 45 °, it becomes difficult to obtain a smooth cut surface.

FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along a section XX ′ depicted in FIG. Each of the upper mold 21 and the lower mold 22 includes a straight blade 14 or a curved blade 15 as shown in FIG. 1, and has a blade fixed to a holder. The upper and lower blades are arranged to face each other. The alignment of the upper and lower blades can be performed using, for example, a combination of a known guide post and guide bush. The elastic material 23 higher than the height of the blade is provided on the inside and outside of the blade.

The operation of the resin plate punching apparatus of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The resin plate 31 is placed on the lower mold 22 so as to be supported by the elastic material 23 provided on the lower mold 22 (a). Next, the upper die 21 and the lower die 22 are moved up and down to apply force to the resin plate 31 (b). Due to this force, the elastic member 23 contracts, and the blades of the upper die 21 and the lower die 22 are driven into the resin plate 31. At this time, in order to prevent the blade from being damaged, the movement of the upper die 21 and the lower die 22 is stopped immediately before the upper and lower blades come into contact with each other. The positions of the upper mold 21 and the lower mold 22 when the movement is stopped can be determined in advance by performing a simple experiment. Next, when the above force is released, the elastic member 23 pushes out the resin plate 31, thereby separating the blade from the resin plate 31 (c). As a result, a resin plate punched into a predetermined shape is obtained.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the resin plate punching apparatus of the present invention. This resin plate punching device is provided with one curved blade holder 411 in place of the curved blade holders 132 and 133 and the linear blade holder 123 in the apparatus of FIG. 1, and similarly, the curved blade holders 136 and 137 and the linear blade holder. Instead of 127, one curved blade holder 412 is provided. The blades fixed to the curved blade holders 411 and 412 have the same shape as that obtained by connecting the blades fixed to the curved blade holders 132 and 133 and the linear blade holder 123. The curved blade holder 411 has two mortises 42 connecting the straight blade holders 122 and 124 (the same applies to the curved blade holder 412). This resin plate punching device can reduce the number of curved blade holders and linear blade holders as compared with the device of FIG. However, since the curved blades provided in the curved blade holders 411 and 412 are larger than the curved blades such as the curved blade holder 132, the configuration shown in FIG.
