Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a housing installation structure for installing a housing containing electrical components such as communication equipment on a floor surface.

General examples of this type of housing installation structure are shown in FIGS. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the housing 1 containing electric components and the like is installed on the floor surface, FIG. 8A is a perspective view of the single housing 1 seen from the same direction, and FIG. FIG. 8C is a perspective view showing the configuration of a concrete housing installation base 2 used for installing the housing 1 on the floor surface. FIG.

The housing 1 includes pedestals 3 and 3 serving as pedestals on both the left and right sides of the bottom surface, and bolt through holes 4 and 4 are formed in the lower surface of each pedestal 3. In addition, anchor bolts 5 and 5 are embedded in each housing installation base 2 with their tips protruding.

The casing 1 is placed on the casing installation bases 2 and 2 so that the bolt through holes 4 and 4 of each pedestal 3 coincide with the positions of the anchor bolts 5 and 5 when the casing 1 is installed. The nuts 6 and 6 are screwed together to be fixed integrally on the housing installation bases 2 and 2.

FIG. 9A is a side sectional view showing a state where the installation of the casing 1 is completed, and FIG. 9B is a front sectional view showing a state where the installation of the casing 1 is completed.

However, the conventional housing installation structure has the following problems.

That is, when the installation work is performed in a narrow space, the work efficiency is low because the work space cannot be taken.

In particular, when the housing 1 is installed with the wall behind, it is difficult to fasten the nut 6 to the anchor bolt 5 on the rear side, and the workability is very poor. In addition, when the pedestals 3 and 3 are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing 1, the tool 6 cannot be inserted from the left and right directions of the housing 1 and the nut 6 cannot be turned. The number of man-hours also increased, leading to an increase in construction costs.

As a technique for improving this kind of problem, a housing installation structure using a bolt and a fixing shaft in combination is proposed as Patent Document 1, for example.

In the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, L-shaped stays are fixed on the front and rear of the housing installation base, and the tongue on the front side of the bottom surface of the housing is fixed to the stays on the front side with bolts, while the rear To fix the stay on the side and the tongue on the rear side of the lower surface of the housing, a fixing shaft is inserted through a hole formed in the tongue on the near side, and the tip of the fixing shaft is connected to the rear stay and the lower surface of the housing. It is intended to pass through the tongue on the rear side and fix both.

If such a configuration is applied, it is possible to perform installation work only by operating from the front side of the chassis, but in order to fix the four corners of the chassis to the chassis installation foundation, Installation work is necessary because each of the mounting bases on the left and right sides requires two operations, such as fastening bolts and inserting a fixing shaft, and a total of four operations on both the left and right sides. There was another dissatisfaction with respect to the reduction of man-hours.

In addition, as another technique for reducing the number of man-hours for installation work, L-shaped stays are fixed to the front and rear ends of the lower frame member made of a metal frame, and the pedestal is placed on the stay located on the front side. The bent portion on the front side of the pedestal is fixed with bolts in the same manner as described above, while the stay located on the rear side and the bent portion on the rear side of the pedestal are fixed with a slit provided on the rear side of the pedestal and the stay. Patent Document 2 proposes a method using uneven fitting.

However, this requires an additional fixing means for installing the lower frame member on the floor surface, and it is highly likely that the number of man-hours will increase when the entire installation work is performed. In this case, the occurrence of the positional deviation is restricted only in one direction, and separately from this, another positioning means for regulating the positional deviation in the other direction is required, which is structurally complicated. There is a high possibility that
In order to solve this, in Patent Document 2, the lower pedestal member and the pedestal are fitted inside and outside to prevent displacement in the direction perpendicular to the restriction by the slit, but the lower pedestal member and the pedestal are fitted inside and outside. In addition, there is a problem that the positioning operation when placing the casing on the lower gantry member requires accuracy, and the operation process becomes complicated.

実開平3−1565号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-1565 特開2000−148288号公報JP 2000-148288 A

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to improve the disadvantages of the prior art, and to install the housing on the floor surface with a simpler operation, and in particular, the installation work from one direction is possible, It is another object of the present invention to provide a housing installation structure that can easily perform installation work near a wall.

In order to achieve the above object, the housing installation structure of the present invention is provided with a pair of tongue pieces that are parallel to each other in the front and rear positions on both the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing, and each pair of left and right is attached to each tongue piece. While forming a cut from the same left and right direction common to each,
On the left and right housing installation foundations fixed to the floor surface where the housing is installed,
A stay member that is pivotally supported by the housing installation base and capable of moving its tip along the cuts of the left and right tongue pieces;
A rod member that is attached to the distal end portion of the stay member so as to be movable in the axial direction, and is engaged with and disengaged from the incision of the left and right tongue pieces by swinging the stay member;
At the end of the rod member on the rear side, a retaining piece that comes into contact with the tongue piece located on the rear side from the outside is fixed,
A male screw part for screwing a nut that comes into contact with the tongue piece located on the near side from the outside is engraved at the end part on the near side of the rod member.

According to the above configuration, the housing is placed on the left and right housing installation bases fixed to the floor surface where the housing is to be installed, and is pivotally supported by the housing installation foundation so as to be swingable. The base for housing installation can be achieved by a simple operation such as swinging the stay member and engaging the rod member mounted on the tip of the stay member with the notch of the tongue piece arranged at the front and rear positions of the bottom surface of the housing. The housing can be fixed to the frame.
Further, the nut is secured to the nut and the rear end portion of the rod member by screwing and fastening the nut to the male screw portion engraved on the front end portion of the rod member. Are relatively close to each other, and these retaining pieces and nuts come into contact with the tongue pieces arranged at the front and rear positions of the bottom surface of the casing from the outside, and the rod members are arranged on the tongue pieces arranged at the front and rear positions of the bottom surface of the casing. Fixed.
As a result, the swinging of the stay member is suppressed, and the rod member is not detached from the tongue piece on the bottom surface of the housing. Therefore, the housing includes the tongue piece on the bottom surface of the housing, the rod member, the stay member, and the housing installation base. It will be firmly fixed to the floor surface via.
At this time, the operations required for installation of the housing are only the swinging operation of the left and right stay members and the fastening operation of the left and right nuts, and the fastening operation of the nut is performed on the front side of the housing. Since the housing can be installed on the floor surface with a simple operation, it can be installed from one direction. Even in a situation where it is extremely close to the case, the installation work of the housing can be easily performed.
In addition, since the housing can be placed on the housing installation base with the stay member and the rod member retracted, interference between the housing installation foundation and the bottom surface of the housing is avoided, and the housing is placed. Work can be performed smoothly.

Further, it is desirable that the tongue piece on the bottom surface of the housing is formed by a bent portion of a pedestal fixed to both the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing.

By forming the fixing tongue piece integrally with the pedestal which is the base of the housing, the number of parts can be reduced and the processing and assembling work at the time of manufacturing the housing can be simplified.

Moreover, it is desirable that the cuts of the tongue pieces common to the left and right sets are formed to face each other.

When such a configuration is applied, the stand-by position of the stay member before installing the casing is an area inside the left and right casing installation base, and the stay member does not protrude outside the installation area of the casing. In addition, it is possible to effectively use the floor area before installing the housing.
Further, since the stay member is swung from the inside to the outside and engaged with the notch of the tongue piece to fix the case, not only the rear side of the case but also the left and right sides of the case are blocked by the wall. Even under rare circumstances, the housing can be installed with the same simple operation as described above.

Further, a support member that is in contact with the inside of the tongue on the bottom surface of the housing is integrally formed at the front and rear ends of the stay member, and the rod member is mounted so as to be movable in the axial direction through the support member. It is desirable that

When such a configuration is applied, when a nut is screwed and fastened to a male screw portion engraved on the front end portion of the rod member, the nut and the rod member are fixed to the rear end portion. Since the tongue pieces on the bottom surface of the housing are fixed in a manner that the retaining pieces are relatively close to each other and are held between the retaining pieces and the nut and the support member described above, the rod member There is no detachment from the tongue on the bottom surface of the housing, and the housing can be very firmly fixed to the floor surface.

Alternatively, in order to achieve the same object as described above, a pair of tongue pieces are fixedly provided at each of the front and rear positions on the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing, and a screw fixing hole is provided in the tongue piece located on the front side. On the other hand, the tongue piece located on the rear side is formed with an engaging portion that fits with the positioning member on the housing installation base side,
In each of the left and right housing installation foundations fixed to the floor surface as the installation location of the housing,
The tongue piece for fixing the housing that fixes the tongue piece located on the front side and the engaging portion of the tongue piece located on the rear side are fitted into the concave and convex parts by fitting them into the upper and lower sides. It is also possible to apply a configuration provided with a positioning member that prevents movement in the left-right direction.

When such a configuration is applied, after mounting the chassis on the left and right chassis installation bases fixed on the floor surface where the chassis is to be installed, the positioning of the chassis installation foundation is first performed. Engage the engaging portion of the tongue piece located on the rear side of the bottom surface of the housing with the member, and screw the tongue piece located on the near side of the bottom surface of the housing to the tongue piece for fixing the housing of the housing foundation The case is fixed by fixing.
Since the concave-convex fitting between the positioning member of the housing installation foundation and the engaging portion on the rear side of the bottom surface of the housing is made in a form in which one of them is fitted inside, the positional deviation of the tongue piece in the vertical and horizontal directions, that is, The shake of the housing can be reliably prevented.
The only work required for installation of the housing is a screw fastening operation for each of the left and right screws, and the screw fastening operation can be performed from the front side of the housing. Since it can be installed on the floor, and can be installed from one direction in particular, it can be installed in a narrow space or near the wall, especially in situations where the back of the housing is extremely close to the wall. The body can be installed easily.

Further, it is desirable that the lower end portion of the casing fixing tongue piece is pivotably attached to the casing installation base.

Since the tongue for fixing the casing can be turned over and held at the standby position on the casing installation base, the concave / convex fitting between the positioning member of the casing installation base and the engaging portion on the rear side of the bottom of the casing When the case is moved minutely, interference between the case fixing tongue and the tongue located on the near side of the case bottom can be avoided.
For this reason, it is possible to smoothly perform the fitting operation between the positioning member of the housing installation foundation and the engagement portion on the rear side of the bottom surface of the housing, and the workability of installation of the housing is further improved.

The housing installation structure of the present invention can install the housing on the floor surface by a simple operation of operating two nuts or screws from the front side of the housing. In addition, since installation work from one direction is possible, installation work in narrow spaces or near walls, especially the back of the housing is very close to the wall, or both sides of the housing are sandwiched between the walls. Even in such a case, the installation work of the housing can be performed without hindrance.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

From a typical positional relationship, the cuts 13 and 14 of the left pedestal 10 and the cuts 13 and 14 of the right pedestal 10 are oriented to face each other.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2C, the housing installation bases 9 and 9 are fixed to the floor surface where the housing 8 is installed in accordance with the distance between the left and right pedestals 10 and 10 in the housing 8. Is done. Normally, the housing installation bases 9 and 9 are made of concrete, but other materials may be used.

Each case installation base 9 moves its tip along the notches 13 and 14 of the left and right tongue pieces 11 and 12 provided on the bottom surface of the case 8 placed on the case installation base 9. A stay member 16 that is pivotally supported via a hinge 15 so as to be able to be moved, and is mounted so as to be movable in the axial direction at the distal end portion of the stay member 16. A rod member 17 that engages and disengages with the notches 13 and 14 of the tongue pieces 11 and 12 is provided.
More specifically, the front and rear end portions of the stay member 16 are bent at a substantially right angle as shown in FIG. 2 (c), and this bent portion causes the inside of the tongue pieces 11 and 12 on the housing 8 side. A support member 21 that abuts is formed, and the rod member 17 is attached so as to be movable in the axial direction so as to penetrate the front and rear support members 21 and 21.

Further, a retaining member 18 that comes into contact with the tongue 12 located on the rear side on the bottom surface of the housing 8 from the outside is fixed to the rear end of the rod member 17, while the rod member 17 is in front of the rod member 17. A male screw portion 20 for screwing a nut 19 abutting from the outside to the tongue piece 11 located on the near side on the bottom surface of the housing 8 is formed at the end portion on the side.

Next, operations for installing the housing 8 on the floor will be described in order. First, it is confirmed that the stay member 16 is positioned in a standby position as shown in FIG. 2C, that is, in an area inside the left and right housing installation bases 9, 9, and so on. If not, the stay member 16 is swung and retracted to the standby position in FIG.

At this time, whether or not a gap is formed between the support member 21 on the rear side of the stay member 16 and the retaining piece 18 so that the tongue piece 12 located on the rear side of the bottom surface of the housing 8 can enter. Furthermore, it is confirmed whether or not a gap is formed between the support member 21 on the front side of the stay member 16 and the nut 19 so that the tongue piece 11 positioned on the front side of the bottom surface of the housing 8 can enter. If there is no sufficient gap, the axial position of the rod member 17 relative to the support member 21 and the screwed state of the nut 19 are adjusted to form a sufficient gap. However, it is not always necessary to screw the nut 19 into the rod member 17 at this stage. This point will be described later.

Then, the housing 8 is lifted up, and on the left and right housing installation bases 9 and 9 fixed on the floor where the housing 8 is installed, as shown in FIG. The housing 8 is placed. Since the housing 8 can be placed on the housing installation bases 9 and 9 with the stay member 16 and the rod member 17 retracted, the space between the housing installation bases 9 and 9 and the bottom surface of the housing 8 can be reduced. There are no obstructive projections, and the mounting operation of the housing 8 can be performed smoothly.

Next, the stay members 16 and 16 pivotally supported via the hinges 15 and 15 are swung outward from the standby positions as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the rod members 17, 17 attached to the distal end portions are cut into the tongue pieces 11, 12 arranged at the front and rear positions of the bottom surface of the housing 8. 13 and 14 are engaged.
In FIG. 3B, the swinging process of the stay members 16 and 16 from the standby position is indicated by a solid line, and the engaged state is indicated by a two-dot chain line.

Further, the nuts 19 and 19 screwed in advance to the male screw portions 20 and 20 engraved on the front end portions of the rod members 17 and 17 are further tightened, or at this stage 19 and 19 are screwed together again so that the nut 19 and the retaining piece 18 fixed to the rear end of the rod member 17 are relatively close to each other. The rod member 17 is fixed to the tongue pieces 11 and 12 so as to sandwich the tongue pieces 11 and 12 arranged at the front and rear positions of the bottom surface.
At this time, the tongue piece 11 on the near side is held between the support member 21 and the nut 19 on the near side of the stay member 16, and the tongue piece 12 on the rear side is prevented from coming off with the support member 21 on the rear side of the stay member 16. It will be held by the piece 18.

As a result, the swinging of the stay members 16 and 16 is reliably suppressed, and the rod members 17 and 17 are not detached from the tongue pieces 11 and 12 on the bottom surface of the casing 8. And the rod member 17 and the stay member 16 and the hinge 15 to be firmly fixed to the housing installation bases 9 and 9.
Further, since the tongue pieces 11 and 12 are supported from the inside by the support members 21 and 21 provided before and after the stay member 16, the tongue pieces 11 and 12 and other members are not prepared even if the nut 19 is strongly tightened. There is no worry of distorting.

As described above, the operations required to install the housing 8 are only the swing operation of the left and right stay members 16 and 16 and the fastening operation of the left and right nuts 19 and 19, respectively. Since the fastening operation of the nuts 19 and 19 can be performed from the front side of the housing 8, the housing 8 can be installed on the floor surface with a simple operation, and in particular, installation work from one direction (the nut 19, 19), the installation operation of the housing 8 can be easily performed even in a narrow space or near the wall, particularly in a situation where the back surface of the housing 8 is extremely close to the wall. it can.

In addition, since the stay members 16 and 16 are swung from the inside to the outside and engaged with the notches 13 and 14 of the tongue pieces 11 and 12, not only the back side of the housing 8 but also the housing 8 Even if the back side and the left and right sides of the frame are blocked by walls, the installation work of the housing 8 is easy.

In addition, the standby position of the stay members 16 and 16 before installing the housing 8 is an area inside the left and right housing installation bases 9 and 9, and the stay members 16 and 16 are eaten outside the installation area of the housing 8. Since it does not protrude, it is possible to effectively utilize the space around the casing installation bases 9 and 9 until the casing 8 is installed.

Moreover, since the tongues 11 and 12 required for installing the housing 8 are integrally formed by the bent portions of the pedestals 10 and 10 fixed to the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing 8, Reduction and simplification of processing and assembling operations during the manufacture of the housing 8 can be achieved.

Next, another embodiment in which the casing is installed on the floor surface using a casing fixing tongue piece and a positioning member provided on the casing installation base will be specifically described.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the housing installation structure 22 of the second embodiment in which a housing fixing tongue and a positioning member are provided on the housing installation base so that the housing is installed on the floor surface. (A) is the perspective view which looked at the housing | casing 23 in the embodiment from the front side, FIG.5 (b) is the perspective view which looked at the housing | casing 23 from the back side, FIG.5 (c) is a floor surface It is the perspective view shown about the structure of the housing | casing installation base 24 utilized in order to install the housing | casing 23 in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, pedestals 25 and 25 serving as pedestals are integrally fixed to both the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing 23, and before and after each pedestal 25, FIG. 5A and FIG. As shown in b), tongue pieces 26 and 27 formed by bending the end of the pedestal 25 at a substantially right angle are provided.

In each pedestal 25, the tongue piece 26 and the tongue piece 27 are in a parallel relationship with each other, and a tap hole 28 that is a screw fixing hole is cut through and engraved on the side of the tongue piece 26 located on the front side. The tongue piece 27 positioned on the rear side is formed with a rectangular hole 31 that functions as an engaging portion that engages with the positioning member 30 on the housing installation base 24 side.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5C, the housing installation foundations 24 and 24 are fixed to the floor surface where the housing 23 is installed in accordance with the interval between the left and right pedestals 25 and 25 in the housing 23. Has been. Normally, the housing installation foundations 24, 24 are made of concrete, but other materials may be used.

Each casing installation base 24 includes a casing fixing tongue 32 for fixing a front tongue 26 provided on the bottom surface of the casing 23 placed on the casing installation base 24, and a casing. The positioning member 30 is provided with a concave-convex fitting in the form of externally fitting a rectangular hole 31 as an engaging portion provided on the tongue piece 27 on the rear side of the bottom 23, and prevents the tongue piece 27 from moving in the vertical and horizontal directions. Is provided.
More specifically, the positioning member 30 is an L-shaped tongue piece whose front end portion is bent at a substantially right angle toward the front, and the base portion thereof is integrally embedded in the housing installation base 24. .
The lower end portion of the casing fixing tongue 32 is pivotally attached to the casing installation base 24 via a hinge 33. Further, the casing installation base 24 includes a casing fixing tongue 24. A storage portion 34 is formed which is a rectangular recess for storing the housing fixing tongue 32 when the 32 is turned to the front and brought into a standby state.
A screw through hole 36 for passing a screw 35 for fixing the tongue piece 26 is formed in a substantially central portion of the casing fixing tongue piece 32. In place of the screw-through hole 36, a U-shaped cut 36 extending from the upper end portion of the housing fixing tongue 32 to the center portion may be formed.

Next, operations for installing the housing 23 on the floor will be described in order. First, it is confirmed that the housing fixing tongue 32 is housed in the storage position as shown in FIG. 5C, that is, inside the storage portion 34. The body fixing tongue 32 is turned down and stored in the storage unit 34.

Then, the casing 23 is lifted up and placed on the left and right casing installation foundations 24 and 24 fixed to the floor surface where the casing 23 is installed. The concave and convex portions are fitted into the bent portions at the tips of the positioning members 30 and 30 so that the rectangular holes 31 and 31 as the engaging portions of the tongue pieces 27 and 27 located on the rear side of the bottom surface of the housing 23 are externally fitted. 27, 27 is prevented from moving in the vertical and horizontal directions.

At this time, the casing fixing tongue 32 falls to the front and is in a standby position. In particular, in this embodiment, the casing fixing tongue 32 is stored in the storage portion 34 and the casing installation base 24 is moved. Since the upper surface side is in a completely flat state, when the housing 23 is moved slightly for the concave and convex fitting between the positioning members 30, 30 and the rectangular hole 31 of the tongue piece 27 on the rear side of the housing bottom surface 23. In addition, interference between the housing fixing tongue 31 and the tongue 26 on the bottom surface of the housing 23 can be avoided and a smooth fitting operation can be performed.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the front-end | tip part of the positioning member 30 is bent toward this side, it is very easy operation of pushing the housing | casing 23 mounted on the housing | casing installation foundations 24 and 24 back. It is possible to realize the concave-convex fitting between the positioning member 30 and the rectangular hole 31 of the tongue piece 27 on the rear side of the housing bottom surface 23.
Alternatively, the same effect can be obtained by providing a protrusion on the back side of the tongue piece 27 and forming a hole or a recess into which the protrusion is fitted in the positioning member 30.

Next, the housing fixing tongues 32 and 32 pivotally supported via the hinges 33 and 33 are swung to cause a state as shown in FIG. , 32 are inserted into the screw through holes 36, 36 from the front side, and the tips of the screws 35, 35 are screwed into tap holes 28, 28 which are screw fixing holes in the tongue pieces 26, 26. The tongue pieces 26, 26 located on the front side of the bottom surface of the casing 23 are fixed to the casing fixing tongue pieces 32, 32.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 6A, the housing 23 is attached to the housing installation base 24 via the tongue piece 26 and the screw 35 and the housing fixing tongue piece 32 on the front side of the housing 23. In addition, the rear side of the casing 23 is fixed to the casing installation base 24 via the tongue piece 27 and the positioning member 30.

As described above, the work required for installing the housing 23 is only the fastening operation of the left and right screws 35, 35, and the fastening operation of the screws 35, 35 is performed on the front side of the housing 23. Therefore, the housing 23 can be installed on the floor surface with a simple operation, and in particular, installation work from one direction (fastening operation of the screws 35 and 35) is possible. The installation work of the housing 23 can be easily performed even in a situation where the wall and, further, the back surface of the housing 23 is extremely close to the wall. Even in a situation where the rear surface and the left and right sides of the housing 23 are blocked by walls, the installation work of the housing 23 is easy.

In addition, the tongue pieces 26 and 27 required for installing the housing 23 are integrally formed by the bent portions of the pedestals 25 and 25 fixed to the left and right sides of the bottom surface of the housing 23.
