Abstract

【課題】 キーをキーシリンダーに挿入したまま使用する自転車錠などの錠装置において、泥水や雨水がキーブレードに伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込み、泥の詰りや錆などが原因で起きる作動不良を防ぐこと。
【解決手段】 キーをキーシリンダーに挿入した際、キーブレードのキー挿入孔を塞ぐ位置に鍔状のキャップを定着した。

Description

本発明は、キーをキーシリンダーに挿し込んだ際、キーブレードのキー挿入孔を塞ぐ位置に鍔状のキャップを取り付け、泥水や雨水がキーブレードを伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込み、泥の詰りや錆などが原因で起きる作動不良を防ぐことを特長とした鍵に関する。
キーブレードが剥き出しの状態であり、特に防水に関する対策は施されていなかった。
 発明が解決しようとする課題
自転車錠などは、キーを挿し込んだ状態で屋外で使用するため、泥水や雨水がキーブレードを伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込んでしまい、泥の詰りや錆などが原因で開錠不能などの作動不良を引き起こした。
本発明は、キーをキーシリンダーに挿し込んだまま使用する自転車錠などの錠装置において、泥水や雨水がキーブレードを伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込み、泥の詰りや錆などが原因で起きる作動不良を防ぐ鍵の提供を目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
本発明の鍵は、キーをキーシリンダーに挿し込んだまま使用する自転車錠などの錠装置において、泥水や雨水がキーブレードを伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込み、泥の詰りや錆などが原因で起きる作動不良を防ぐため、キーをキーシリンダーに挿入した際、キーブレードのキー挿入孔を塞ぐ位置に鍔状のキャップを取り付けた。
発明の効果
キーブレードに取り付けた鍔状のキャップにより、キー挿入孔が塞がれるため、キーを挿入したまま使用する自転車錠などでも、泥水や雨水がキーブレードを伝ってキーシリンダーの内部に入り込まなくなり、泥の詰りや錆などが原因の作動不良を防ぐことができるようになった。

以下に、本発明の鍵について、図面を参考にしながら詳細に説明する。
図１は、キーブレード２に鍔状のキャップ３を定着した鍵を示す図であり、鍔状のキャップ３を定着する位置は、キー１をキーシリンダー５に挿入した際、キー挿入孔４を塞ぐ位置である。
図２は、キーブレード２に鍔状のキャップ３を定着した鍵をキーシリンダー５に挿入した状態を示す断面図である。キー１をキーシリンダー５に挿入した際、キーブレード２に定着された鍔状のキャップ３がキー挿入孔４を塞ぎ、泥水や雨水がキーブレード２を伝ってキーシリンダー５の内部に入り込まなくなる。
