Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable rainwear for a handicapped person ( especially, one-hand handicapped person or one-hand and one-leg handicapped person), an elderly person or an infant to enable putting on/taking off. <P>SOLUTION: The portable rainwear is such that the neck part of e.g. a raincoat, poncho is attached with a U- or C-shaped elastic molded element, or integratedly formed with the element, and hook-and-loop fasteners(R) are attached for joining the front part. A foldable container is equipped with a bag, a bad-threading hole and hook-and-loop fasteners for holding the container. The raincoat or the like is rolled and folded and contained in the bag. 脱ぐ時は、前合わせのボタン、マジックテープ等を外し、それから袖の腕、手を順に抜き、抜いた手でＵ字形又は、Ｃ字形の弾性成型物部分を持ち、首から外して雨具を脱ぐ事が出来る。脱いだ雨具は、ベルトに取り付けた折りたたみ容器にＵ字形又は、Ｃ字形の弾性成型物取り付け部分を芯にして丸める。その丸めた物を容器袋内に入れる。折りたたんだ容器が開放しない様に容器取り付けのマジックテープを接着し保持する。
使用する時は、折りたたんだ部分を開き袋内の雨具を取り出す。
丸めてある雨具を解して広げ、前記の要領にて着装する。
丸めてあるものを解す際は開いた容器の上で行う。特に使用後の濡れた物をこの方法で行う事で衣服の汚れを防止する事が出来る。
Ｕ字形又は、Ｃ字形弾性成型物を取り付ける事によりフードは風の影響を受け難いものである。[Action]

［実施例］
ビニール雨具（１）の首部（３）にＵ字形弾性成型物のプラスチック板（２−１）を開口部がビニール雨具（１）の前会わせ側と成る様にし、Ｕ字形プラスチック板（２−１）全体を接着剤付布（２−２）で被覆固定する。ビニール雨具（１）の前会わせ用として、着脱の容易なマジックテープ（５）を取り付ける。
折りたたみ容器（６）にビニール雨具（１）収納用の袋部（６−１）を設ける。ベルト（７）通し用開口部（８）を設ける。容器（６）を折りたたんだ状態で保持するマジックテープ（９）を取り付ける。
使用方法は、第４図の状態で携帯したビニール雨具（１）を第５図の様に折りたたみ容器（６）を開き、袋部（６−１）よりビニール雨具（１）を片手で取り出す。丸められて取り出されたビニール雨具（１）を開いた折りたたみ容器（６）上に押し付ける様にして回し解して広げる。
広げたビニール雨具（１）のＵ字形プラスチック板（２−１）取り付け部（２）を持ち、Ｕ字形プラスチック板取り付け部（２）を肩越しに首に掛けビニール雨具（１）を肩に羽織る。
羽織ったビニール雨具（１）の袖に自由な手及び腕を通す。不自由な手、腕はビニール雨具（１）内に保持する。通した自由な手で前合わせのマジックテープ（５）を下側より接着し身支度をする。首元のマジックテープ（５）はフード（４）を被った後に行う。
ビニール雨具（１）を脱ぐ時は、着用の時と逆の順番で行う。外したビニール雨具（１）は第５図の開いた折りたたみ容器（６）上に押し付ける様に回して、Ｕ字形プラスチック板（２−１）取り付け部（２）を芯にして丸めてたたむ、小さく成った物を折りたたみ容器（６）の袋部（６−１）に収納する。収納後は第４図としてベルト（７）に通し携帯する。
Ｕ字又は、Ｃ字形弾性成型物（２−１）の材質は、ゴム、プラスチック、ナイロン、ビニール、金属、ウレタン、木、紙、布等が適している。
Ｕ字又は、Ｃ字形弾性成型物（２−１）を雨具（１）取り付ける用材及び、取り付け方法としては接着、縫製、金具、ビニール、フイルム、布、ゴム、プラスチック等で直接又は、間接的に取り付ける。その他雨具（１）と同じ材質で一体成型する等がある。
折りたたみ容器（６）の携帯方法として、ベルト通し（８）に紐又は、バンドを通して肩から提げる。折りたたみ容器（６）に紐、バンド等を直接取り付け肩から提げる事も出来る。[Example]
