Abstract
【解決手段】a)カップ本体(22)の形状が略円錐台である内側のカップ(12)と、b)形状が略円錐台である外側のシェル(14)から成り、c)シェル(14)とカップ本体(22)の少なくとも一方に熱接着性プラスティックコーティング(42)が付設され、d)シェル(14)の上縁の近傍で、接触路に少なくとも沿って、コーティング(42)が延びるようにカップ(12)がシェル(14)内に着座する、ホットドリンク等用の断熱容器であって、シェル(14)をカップ本体(22)にプラスティックコーティング(42)で接着する接着点及び/又は接着部少なくとも一つが、前記接触路にのみ局部的に形成されて成る断熱容器。

Description
○ ポリエチレン等の熱接着性プラスティック材料で内側が選択的に被覆されたボール紙を円錐台形状のマンドレルに巻き、成形してシェル14を作製する。
○ 次いで、シェルをマンドレルから取り外し、対応する形状の受け器又は受け部材20の内部に着座させる(図4参照)。この受け部材20は、シェル壁16の外面に当接する円錐台状のスカート部21を備える(図5参照)。受け部材20はスカート部21の上端に、半径方向外側に延びる上部フランジ23を有する。
○ ポリエチレン等の熱接着性プラスティック材料で内側が選択的に被覆されたボール紙を、上部円筒部のある円錐台形状のマンドレルに巻き、成形してシェルを作製する。
○ 次いで、シェル14をマンドレルから取り外し、対応する形状受け部材20の内部に着座させる(図10参照)。
○ 環状の加熱素子をシェル14の内側に位置付け、ポリエチレンコーティングのストリップをその融点まで加熱する。
○ 次いで、前もって組み立てられたカップ12を吸引によりシェル14内に引き入れ、肩部32の環状の周囲をシェルに対して、溶融ストリップに着座させる(図11参照)。
○ 次いで、例えば三つの半径方向に延びるプランジャをプレス部材19として組み込んだ第1部材17としての環状リング(図12参照)を、カップ本体22内溶融ストリップの高さに位置付け、これ等プランジャを延ばして、外部の受け部材20、特に対応するカウンタプレス延長部25に対しシェルとカップ壁を一体に押圧し、両者を、例えば三つのスポット又は点溶接部53にて互いに接着する。
○ 次いで、リング17を取り外し、容器を受け部材20から排出する。

Claims (21)
- a)カップ本体(22)の形状が略円錐台である内側のカップ(12)と、
b)形状が略円錐台である外側のシェル(14)から成り、
c)上記シェル(14)と上記カップ本体(22)の少なくとも一方に熱接着性プラスティックコーティング(42)が付設され、
d)シェル(14)の上縁(9)の近傍で、カップ本体(22)の外面とシェル(14)の内面が接する接触路(3)に少なくとも沿って、コーティング(42)が延びるようにカップ(12)がシェル(14)内に着座する、ホットドリンク等用の断熱容器であって、
上記シェル(14)を上記カップ本体(22)に上記プラスティックコーティング(42)で接着する接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)少なくとも一つが、前記接触路(3)にのみ局部的に形成されて成ることを特徴とする断熱容器。 - 前記接触路(3)が環状路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱容器。
- 多数の接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)が接触路(3)に沿って形成され、該接触路の非接着部によりこれ等全てが互いに離れて成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の断熱容器。
- 接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)が、接触路(3)内で水平(6)及び/又は垂直(7)方向に並んで配置され、且つ互いに離れて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- 接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)が、接触路(3)の円周方向(8)に均一に分布するように配置されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- 接触路(3)がカップ本体(22)とシェル(14)を完全に一周するように配置されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- 前記接触路(3)が、カップ本体(22)の環状上部壁部(37)とシェル(14)の上部略円筒状部(5)の間に形成されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- 前記接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)が、上部肩部(32)が形成されているカップ本体(22)の前記環状上部壁部(37)の下縁部(41)に直近接して配置されて成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- カップ本体(22)及び/又はシェル(14)が、前記熱接着性プラスティックコーティング(42)の被覆されたボール紙から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載の断熱容器。
- ホットドリンク等用の断熱容器を製造する方法であって、
(a)略円錐台状のシェル(14)を形成する工程と、
(b)上記シェル(14)の内側及び/又は略円錐台状のカップ(12)の外側に付設された熱接着性プラスティックコーティング(42)をその融点まで加熱して溶融する工程と、
(c)上記カップ(12)を、カップ壁(13)の外側が接触路(3)に沿って溶融プラスティックに着座するまで、上記シェル(14)に挿入する工程と、
(d)シェル壁及とカップ壁(16、13)を、両者が上記接触路(3)内に位置する接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)少なくとも一つにおいて一体になるように加圧する工程とを含んで成る方法。 - シェル壁とカップ壁(16、13)を、上記シェルを上記カップに局部的に接着する複数の接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)が、前記接触路(3)に沿って、非接着部により互いに離れて形成されるように、一体化加圧して成る請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスティックコーティング(42)が環状ストリップであり、該ストリップ全体が加熱されるようにして成ることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記ストリップ(42)の部分が加熱され、該部分加熱部が前記接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)を形成、又は少なくともその一部を構成するようにして成ることを特徴とする請求項10〜12の何れか一つに記載の方法。
- 半径方向に移動自在な又は突出するプレス部材(19)少なくとも一つを備える環状又は第1の部材(17)をカップ本体(22)の内側に位置付け、上記プレス部材(19)が外部又は第2の部材(18)に逆らって圧力を作用し、これ等両部材により本体(22)とシェル(14)の両壁(13、16)が一体に加圧されるようにして成ることを特徴とする請求項10〜13の何れか一つに記載の方法。
- 外側のシェル(14)を内側のカップ(12)に接着してホットドリンク等用の断熱容器(10)を形成する装置(11)であって、
a)内側のカップ(12)内に配置される第1の部材(17)と、
b)上記第1の部材(17)と同心状に、且つ外部のシェル(14)の外側に配置される第2の部材(18)と、
c)半径方向に突出する又は移動自在なプレス部材(19)であって、対向するシェルとカップの両壁(16、13)を一体に加圧して、これ等両壁の周に沿って接着点(1)及び/又は接着部(2)を形成するためのプレス部材(19)少なくとも一つを備えて成る装置。 - 前記第1の部材(17)が環状リング又はディスクであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記半径方向に移動自在なプレス部材(19)が、前記第1及び/又は第2の部材(17,18)により移動自在に支持されたプランジャであることを特徴とする請求項15又は16に記載の装置。
- 前記半径方向に移動自在なプレス部材(19)多数が、前記第1又は第2の部材(17、18)の周に沿って均一に配置されて成ることを特徴とする請求項15〜17の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- シェル(14)を保持するために用いられるスカート部(28)と上部フランジ(23)が少なくとも備わる受け部材(20)を装置が更に含んで成ることを特徴とする請求項15〜18の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- 第2の部材(18)としてカウンタプレス延長部(25)が上部フランジ(23)から略垂直方向に延びるようにして成ることを特徴とする請求項15〜19の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- カウンタプレス延長部(25)の上端(27)が、カップ本体(22)の外向きカール(34)の着座部として用いられるようにして成ることを特徴とする請求項15〜20の何れか一つに記載の装置。
