Description

The present invention relates to the provision of an ultra-strong adhesive tape that is stably adhered to a fitting surface by providing an adsorption function.

Double-sided adhesive tape or the like is usually used when attaching various items to the object that cannot be attached with nails, screws, etc. These are fixed by an adhesive fixing means or fixed in an adsorbed state by a suction cup or the like.

In the case of sticking and fastening of an attachment article using such a double-sided adhesive tape, the attachment article is not fixedly attached to the surface to be attached, and is displaced on the attachment surface, or the attachment surface There are difficulties such as being peeled off. The sticking out or peeling off of the adhesive surface is more prominent as the load applied to the adhesive surface is larger corresponding to the weight of the attached article, etc., and more prominent with the passage of time after adhesion. There are difficulties.

In addition, when attaching various articles using a suction function such as a suction cup, the smoothness of the mounting surface that is the target of suction is particularly strictly required, and there are many restrictions on the objects to be attached to the articles. There is a difficulty of receiving. Furthermore, in attaching various articles by the suction function, inconveniences such as lack of airtightness on the suction surface are likely to occur due to deterioration with time of constituent materials in suction tools such as suction cups.

Accordingly, the adsorption function for adsorbing to the surface to be adhered is provided, and the adhesion function by the adhesive layer and the adsorption function by the hole simultaneously act on the attachment surface of the attachment, thereby ensuring the attachment It has the feature that it can be held in a fixed state.
Japanese Patent No. 3016730

As described above, according to the strong-viscosity structure described in Patent Document 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including the same, it is possible to obtain a very strong adhesive fixing force, and it is relatively easy to peel off, and a mark may remain after peeling. There are many advantages, such as no.

The present invention has been proposed for the purpose of further improving the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a highly viscous structure described in Patent Document 1. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a super strong pressure-sensitive adhesive tape capable of realizing an adhesive force superior to the strong-viscosity structure described in Patent Document 1.

The super strong adhesive tape of the present invention includes a plastic foam material in which a hole opened so as to face the adhesion target surface, and an adhesion target of the plastic foam material so as to form a recess at a position corresponding to the hole. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the surface, wherein the concave portion is deformed into a substantially flat shape as the plastic foam material is compressed and deformed, and has an adsorption function according to the elastic return of the plastic foam material. And

According to the super strong pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, the adhesion target can be more strongly adhered by the adhesion function of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the suction force of the suction-cup-shaped concave portion due to the suction function of the suction-layer-shaped concave portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

Moreover, the super strong adhesive tape of this invention WHEREIN: The said recessed part is a suction cup shape, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. Thereby, shear adhesive force can be improved compared with a mere adsorption | suction function by making a hole into a suction cup shape with an adhesive.

The super strong adhesive tape of the present invention is characterized in that the plastic foam material is formed on a sheet-like substrate. Moreover, the super strong adhesive tape of this invention WHEREIN: The said plastic foam material is formed so that the adhesion object surface may become an outer side on both surfaces of the said sheet-like base material, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. Thereby, it can adhere to both surfaces.

Furthermore, in the super strong pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, a release sheet that has been subjected to a release treatment in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided, and the release sheet is peeled from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer during use. As a result, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with time and entry of dust and the like, and it is possible to prevent a decrease in the adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

According to the super strong pressure-sensitive adhesive tape of the present invention, the adhesion target can be more strongly adhered by the adhesion force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the adhesion force of the recesses by the suction function of the suction layer-like recesses of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In addition, by making the holes sucker-like with an adhesive, it is possible to realize a significantly higher shear adhesive force than conventional ones.

[Embodiment 1]
Hereinafter, the super strong adhesive tape of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the basic structure of this adhesive tape is a sheet-like base material 1, a plastic foam material 2 having a hole 20 opened in a desired surface to be adhered and a space inside, and a plastic foam material 2. It is comprised by the adhesive layer 3 formed in the adhesion target surface, and the peeling sheet 4 which carried out the mold release process in contact with the adhesive layer.

The sheet-like substrate 1 is a sheet-like member having a strong-viscosity structure having a plastic foam material 2 and an adhesive layer 3. The sheet-like substrate 1 can be appropriately changed in material or the like according to the use of the adhesive tape, and can be a sheet using a polymer such as polyethylene terephthalate, for example. Furthermore, for example, by using a non-breathable material for the sheet-like base material 1, the airtightness of the concave portion 30 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 described below can be enhanced, and the adsorption function can be enhanced.

The plastic foam material 2 has a porous structure having pores 20 inside and on its surface, and is variously compressed and deformed by pressing against the adhesive tape. When the pressing is released, the plastic foam material 2 is elastically restored to the state before pressing. It is a material. For example, a polyurethane foam material, a polyethylene foam material, etc. are mentioned. In the case of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as in Embodiment 1, this plastic foam material is formed on the sheet-like substrate 1 and facilitates the use of the highly viscous structure of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the plastic foam material 2 has holes 20 opened at least on the adhesion target surface. The hole 20 is a hole 20 formed when the plastic foam material 2 is formed, and is formed not only on the surface to be adhered but also inside the plastic foam material 2.

The plastic foam material 2 may be any form of foam hole as long as it is deformed when pressed against the adhesive tape and returns elastically when the pressure is released. For example, an arbitrary foam material such as an open cell type plastic foam material, a closed cell type plastic foam material, and a mixed type plastic foam material of closed cells and open cells can be used.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is a layer made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is formed at least on the surface to be bonded of the plastic foam material 2. And this adhesive layer 3 has the recessed part 30 formed in the position corresponding to the hole 20 in the adhesion target surface of the plastic foam material 2.

In this recess 30, an adhesive enters the hole 20 of the plastic foam material 2 so as to fill most of the hole 20. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the depth is gradually increased toward the center of the recess 30 so that the vicinity of the center of the recess 30 enters the hole 20. The suction cup-shaped recess 30 is formed so as to have such a so-called suction cup shape by adjusting the amount of the adhesive and the thickness of the layer. The adhesion target can be adsorbed by the adsorption function of the recess 30. And by making the recessed part 30 into sucker shape, the airtightness of the recessed part 30 and the adhesion target object becomes high, and adsorption | suction power improves. Therefore, the function as a suction cup is improved, a high shear adhesive force is realized, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive object can be more strongly adhered.

In order to make this recessed part 30 into a sucker shape, it is preferable that the hole 20 of the plastic foam material 2 is formed by one bubble. Or even if it is in the state where two or more bubbles were formed in a row, for example, one or two bubbles 20 that are not so deep are preferable. In the case of a hole that is too deep, the depression at the approximate center of the recess 30 becomes deep when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 is formed, and the recess 30 becomes difficult to be substantially flat when the adhesive object is adhered, and the airtightness of the recess 30 is impaired.

Therefore, it is preferable to use one foam type, that is, a single-cell type foam material, or in the case of an open-cell type or mixed type foam material, the one in which the thickness of the plastic foam material 2 is reduced. For example, the thickness of the plastic foam material 2 is preferably 0.5 mm to 0.05 mm. By reducing the thickness of the plastic foam material 2, a single bubble can be increased, and even if the hole 20 is formed by connecting two or more bubbles, the depth is about one to two. It will not be. Therefore, it becomes easy to fill most of the holes 20 with the adhesive.

As the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3, typically, a solvent-type urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a solvent-type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, or an emulsion-type vinyl acetate-based pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 can be formed by applying a relatively strong pressure-sensitive adhesive to the sticking surface of the plastic foam material 2 by a roller coating method or the like.

Moreover, a stronger adsorbing function can be obtained by forming the recess 30 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 into a non-airtight structure. For this purpose, for example, a synthetic resin is thinly applied to the surface to be adhered of the plastic foam material 2 in accordance with the shape thereof so as not to inhibit the formation of the concave portion 30 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3, to the concave portion 30 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3. Can be prevented and the adsorption function is improved. Also, for example, the same effect can be obtained by applying a synthetic resin liquid to a surface other than the adhesive surface of the plastic foam material and using a surface other than the adhesive surface as a non-breathable resin coating surface.

The release sheet 4 is provided so as to contact the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 before the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape adheres to the pressure-sensitive adhesive object. At least the release sheet 4 is subjected to release treatment on the surface in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 and can be easily peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3.

In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape formed in this way, the pressure-sensitive adhesive function and the suction function of the recess 30 formed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 act on the pressure-sensitive adhesive object 5 at the same time, thereby securely bonding the pressure-sensitive adhesive objects to each other. can do. That is, in this adhesive tape, the adhesive target surface of the plastic foam material 2 and the opening peripheral edge of the recess 30 of the adhesive layer 3 are adhered to the adhesive target surface by the adhesive. Adhesion in an airtight state is possible with respect to the adsorption surface of the hole that provides the adsorption function.

In the adhesive tape comprised as mentioned above, the adhesion target object 5 can be firmly adhere | attached with the adhesion function and adsorption function of an adhesive tape like FIG.2 and FIG.3. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a state before the adhesive object 5 is adhered to the adhesive tape, and FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the adhesive object 5 is adhered to the adhesive tape by pressing the adhesive object 5 against the adhesive tape. is there.

As shown in FIG. 2, a sucker-like recess 30 is formed in the adhesive layer 3 of the adhesive tape. When the adhesive object 5 is adhered to the adhesive tape, the release sheet 4 is peeled, and the plastic foam material 2 is elastically compressed by pressing the adhesive object 5 against the exposed adhesive layer 3. At this time, the hole 20 of the plastic foam material 2 is deformed. Then, the suction cup-shaped recess 30 formed at the corresponding position of the hole 20 is pressed against the adhesion target object 5.

By pressing the concave portion 30 against the adhesion target object 5, the contact portion of the concave portion 30 with the adhesion target object 5 becomes substantially flat as shown in FIG. 3. Thereby, the recessed part 30 and the adhesion target object 5 closely_contact | adhere, the air in the recessed part 30 which existed before the adhesion target object 5 pressed down escapes outside, and becomes a negative pressure. That is, the concave portion 30 is attracted to the adhesion target object 5. Therefore, even if the pressing of the adhesive object 5 against the adhesive tape is released, the adhesive object 5 can be adsorbed by the adsorption function of the recess 30. Moreover, since it has the adhesion function of the adhesive layer 30, simultaneously, the adhesion target object 5 can be firmly adhered with an adhesive tape. Moreover, since the recessed part 30 is a suction cup shape, the shear adhesive force is strong.

In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape configured as described above, the adhesive object has a strong adhesion function due to the adsorption function of the hole accompanying the elastic return after compression and the adhesion function of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the surface having the hole. A stationary state can be created. And since the recessed part 30 is equipped with the function as a suction cup, a shearing adhesive force improves. On the other hand, since the recessed part 30 functions as a suction cup, it can be easily peeled off by peeling off the adhesive object from the adhesive tape.

[Embodiment 2]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape described in the first embodiment is not limited to a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. For example, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a plastic foam material on both surfaces of a sheet-like substrate so that the surface to be bonded is outside. It may be.

As shown in FIG. 4, this double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a plastic foam material 2, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3, and a release sheet 4 on both surfaces of a sheet-like substrate 1. The adhesive foam surface of the plastic foam material 2 is provided with holes 20. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 3 includes a sucker-like recess 30 at a position corresponding to the hole 20. In addition, each member of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape described in Embodiment 2 is assigned the same number, and description thereof is omitted.

By adopting a double-sided adhesive tape having a strong-viscosity structure on both sides, two adhesives are applied to the adhesive layer 30 of the adhesive tape as described above by pressing the two adhesive objects 5 against the adhesive tape from both sides of the adhesive tape. The object 5 is pressed. When the two adhesion objects 5 are pressed, the concave portion 30 becomes substantially flat with respect to the adhesion object 5, an adsorption function is generated, and the adhesive tape is firmly adhered by the adhesion function and the adsorption function. Moreover, since the recessed part 30 is a suction cup shape, a shearing adhesive force becomes high. It is also easy to peel off the adhesive object 5 from the double-sided adhesive tape.
