Description

The present invention relates to a seaweed stalk separation jig, and more particularly to a jig that can accurately separate leaves from stems regardless of the thickness of the stem.

When seaweed is cut from the seabed, it may be shipped to the market as it is, but in many cases, the seaweed is separated into stems and leaves, and the leaves are salted and shipped to the market.

Conventionally, when separating the seaweed stems and leaves, the seaweed was spread on a mortar board, etc., and the stems and leaves were manually separated using a knife or the like, but the work was complicated. It was.

Therefore, an automatic stalking device for wakame that holds the leaves and stems by respective rollers, and rotates the rollers to pull the stems from the leaves or peel the leaves from the stems (Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3). Wakame is transferred by a transfer roller, and the interval between the two cutting blades is adjusted according to the thickness of the stem, and the wakame automatic stem is separated from the stem by the two cutting blades. A dividing device (Patent Document 4) or an automatic stalking device (Patent Document 5) in which a stem is separated by rubbing between a stem and a leaf with a rubber cutting blade has been proposed.

実開平05−76296号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 05-76296 実開平04−120494号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 04-120494 実公昭62−28876号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-28876 実開昭63−9896号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-9896 実開昭59−26991号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No.59-26991

However, in the stalking apparatus described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, since the two pairs of rollers are moved relative to each other in the opposite direction or the stem is pulled out of the leaf by the roller, the stem and the leaf are separated. Sometimes left on the stem.

Further, in the stem dividing devices described in Patent Documents 4 and 5, it is complicated to adjust the interval between the cutting blade and the cutting blade according to the thickness of the stem, and the thickness of the stem gradually decreases from the root toward the tip. In some cases, the leaves may remain on the stem or part of the stem may remain on the leaves.

In view of such problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wakame stalk separation jig that can accurately separate leaves from stems regardless of the thickness of the stems.

Therefore, the seaweed stalking jig according to the present invention is a seaweed stalk separating jig used to separate the seaweed stalk and the leaves, opposed to each other, and the tip portion of the stem after separation of the leaves A slidable contact guide portion that can hold the side surface portion and come into contact with the side surface portion is formed, and a cutting blade that cuts between the seaweed stalk and the leaf is formed at one end edge in the vertical direction of the slidable contact guide portion. The first and second arm portions, the spring portions that urge the first and second arm portions in a direction in which the sliding contact guide portions are separated from each other, and the first and second arm portions. A positioning guide portion that guides the approach and separation of the sliding contact guide portion to oppose the cutting blades of the first and second arm portions, and the first and second arm portions include the spring portion. An urging force is applied in a direction against the urging force, and a wakame stalk is sandwiched between the sliding contact guide portions. By being cut out, the cutting blade can cut between the stem and the leaf while the interval between the cutting blades of the first and second arm portions changes according to the thickness of the stem. It is characterized by being.

One of the features of the present invention is that the first and second arm portions are urged against the urging force of the spring portion to sandwich a seaweed stalk between the slidable contact guide portions, and this stalk is connected to the slidable contact guide portion. With respect to the point which cut | disconnects between a stem and a leaf with a cutting blade, changing the space | interval of the cutting blade of a 1st, 2nd arm part according to the thickness of a stem by pulling out relatively with respect to is there.

As a result, even if the thickness of the seaweed stalk changes, the distance between the sliding contact guides changes accordingly, and the cutting edge is always positioned accurately between the stalk and the leaf. Leaves can be accurately separated.

In addition, the sliding contact guides are biased toward each other and slidably contact the side of the stem after leaf separation. Can be separated.

The first and second arm portions and the spring portion may be formed as separate members and may be linked to each other. However, in consideration of the manufacturing process, one spring band plate is folded into a U shape and It is preferable that the sliding contact guide portions be bent at both tip portions.

Further, the positioning guide portion is configured separately from the first and second arm portions, and is arranged in front of the sliding contact guide portion of the first and second arm portions, and the first and second arm portions are arranged. The positioning guide portion may be moved back and forth, or may be configured separately from the first and second arm portions and slidably inserted through insertion holes formed in the first and second arm portions. You may make it, and you may form integrally with the 1st or 2nd arm part.

That is, when the positioning guide portion is formed integrally with the first or second arm portion, the positioning guide portion is formed continuously at the tip of the sliding contact guide portion of the first or second arm portion, A positioning guide receiving portion that receives the positioning guide portion when the sliding contact guide portions of the first and second arm portions approach is formed continuously at the tip of the sliding contact guide portion of the second or first arm portion. It is good to do.

The sliding contact guide portion may have any shape as long as the sliding contact guide portion can be in sliding contact with the side surface portion of the stem after separating the leaves, but a stable sliding contact can be obtained with a wider contact area. Therefore, it is preferable that the sliding contact guide portion has a concave shape in which the side portion of the stem fits completely or partially.

The wakame stalk is pinched by the sliding contact guide part, but if it is separated from between the sliding contact guide parts for some reason, the stem and the leaf may not be separated. Therefore, it is preferable to further include a stem positioning portion that positions the stem between the sliding contact guide portions.

The seaweed stalking jig according to the present invention may be used as a manual tool (seaweed stalking tool), and is set in an automatic device (automatic stalking device) as a tool for separating between a stem and a leaf. It can also be used.

That is, the first and second arm portions are picked between at least the thumb and the index finger of one hand, whereby a stem separation tool for manually separating the seaweed stem from the leaf can be configured.

Further, a spring member that applies a biasing force to the first and second arm portions in a direction against the biasing force of the spring portion, and a pulling means that pulls out the wakame stalk sandwiched between the sliding contact guide portions are further provided. An automatic stalking device can also be configured. In this case, when the positioning guide portion is configured separately from the first or second arm portion and the first and second arm portions are moved forward and backward with respect to the positioning guide portion, separation of the seaweed stem and leaves is achieved. Work becomes even easier.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on specific examples shown in the drawings. 1 to 3 show a preferred embodiment of a seaweed stalking jig according to the present invention, which is an example of a handheld stalking tool. In the figure, the stalking tool 10 includes a first arm portion 11, a second arm portion 12, and a spring portion 13, and is manufactured using a single spring strip.

The first arm portion 11 is provided with a sliding contact guide portion 11A at the distal end portion, and the sliding contact guide portion 11A can be fitted to the side surface portion of the seaweed stalk 30 after the leaves 31 are separated and contact at least at two places. In addition, a small cutting edge 11B is formed at one end edge in the vertical direction at the center of the sliding guide portion 11A so as to cut between the seaweed stalk 30 and the leaf 31. Yes. Further, a positioning guide receiving portion 11C is continuously formed on the distal end side of the sliding contact guide portion 11A.

The second arm portion 12 is provided with a concave sliding contact guide portion 12A at the tip portion, and the sliding contact guide portion 12A fits with the side surface portion of the seaweed stalk 30 after the leaf 31 is separated and is at least 2 It is formed in a concave shape so that it can be touched at a location, and a small cutting edge 12B is formed at one end edge in the vertical direction at the center of the sliding contact guide portion 12A so as to cut between the wakame stalk 30 and the leaf 31. It has become. Further, a positioning guide portion 12C is continuously bent at the distal end side of the sliding contact guide portion 12A, and the positioning guide portion 12C is positioned when the first and second arm portions 11 and 12 are brought close to each other. The two cutting blades 11B and 12B are made to face each other in sliding contact with the receiving portion 11C.

Further, the spring portion 13 connects the rear end portions of the first and second arm portions 11 and 12, and the sliding contact guide portions 11A and 12A separate the first and second arm portions 11 and 12 from each other. It is designed to be energized in the direction to do.

When the wakame leaf 31 and the stem 30 are separated, as shown in FIG. 2, the first and second arm portions 11, 12 are directed with the cutting blades 11 </ b> B, 12 </ b> B of the stem sorting tool 10 of this example facing downward. Is gripped with the thumb and index finger of one hand, the root side of the seaweed stalk 30 is grasped with the other hand, and the seaweed is inserted between the first and second arm parts 11 and 12 from below, and the sliding guide part 11A When the stalk 30 is sandwiched between 12A and the stalking tool 10 is relatively slid along the stalk 30, the cutting blades 11B and 12B are accurately positioned between the stalk 30 and the leaves 31. The stem 30 can be separated from the leaf 31 by cutting between the two.

At that time, as shown in FIG. 3, the biasing force of the spring portion 13 and the force with which the operator picks the first and second arm portions 11 and 12 are balanced, and the seaweed stem 30 is a sliding contact guide portion. 11A and 12A are always sandwiched between the cutting blades 11B and 12A by appropriate force, so that the interval between the cutting blades 11B and 12B is appropriately changed according to the thickness of the stem 30. Can be quickly separated from the stem 30.

Moreover, since the sliding contact guide portions 11A and 12A are in sliding contact with the side surface portion of the stem 30 after separating the leaves 31, the cutting blades 11B and 12B do not bite into the stem 30 and the cutting blades 11B and 11B, The space between the stem 30 and the leaf 31 of the seaweed can be accurately cut by 12B.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment. In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 denote the same or corresponding parts. In this example, the rear end portion of the stem positioning portion 14 is attached to the spring portion 13, and this stem positioning portion 14 is manufactured using a metal strip, and the stem 30 is pushed toward the positioning guide receiving portion 12C to slide the guide. Positioning is performed between the portions 11A and 12A.

Further, a mounting piece 11D is formed on the positioning guide receiving portion 11C of the first arm portion 11, and this mounting piece 11D is slidably fitted to the positioning guide portion 12C of the second arm portion 12, and the first, first The sliding contact guide portions 11A and 12A of the two arm portions 11 and 12 are positioned relative to each other.

The method of using the stem sorter of this example is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the stem positioning unit 14 pushes the stem 30 toward the positioning guide unit 12C and positions it between the sliding contact guide units 11A and 12A. The description is omitted.

5 and 6 show a third embodiment. In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 4 denote the same or corresponding parts, and this is an example applied to a seaweed automatic stalking apparatus. When the stalking jig of this example is applied to an automatic stalking device, the pulling means 20 for grasping and pulling the seaweed stalk 30 and the urging force of the spring portion 13 against the first and second arm portions 11 and 12 are resisted. Thus, a spring member 21 for applying an urging force is provided. For example, by providing a stopper on the spring member 21, the urging force of the spring member 21 starts to act on the first and second arm portions 11 and 12 when the operation of the apparatus is started.

When the wakame leaf 31 and the stem 30 are separated, the cutting blades 11B and 12B are directed downward, and the wakame stem 30 is grasped as shown in FIGS. , 12 is inserted from below to cause the pulling means 20 to grip it. Next, the urging force of the spring member 21 is applied to the first and second arm portions 11 and 12, the seaweed stalk 30 is sandwiched between the sliding contact guide portions 11 </ b> A and 12 </ b> A, and the seam stalk 30 is pulled by the pulling means 20. When pulled upward, the cutting blades 11B and 12B are accurately positioned between the stalk 30 and the leaf 31 of the seaweed and cut between the two, so that the stalk 30 can be automatically separated from the leaf 31.

FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment, in which the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 denote the same or corresponding parts. In this example, two guide bars (positioning guide portion and stem positioning portion) 15 are inserted between the tip portions of the first and second arm portions 11 and 12, and the first and second arm portions 11 are provided. The sliding guide portions 11A and 12A are guided toward and away from each other, and are positioned with a seaweed stem between them and the positioning guide portion 12C.
