Description

The present invention relates to an outer wall construction structure in which a plurality of outer wall plates are constructed while being joined up and down and constructed to construct an outer wall.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper lower solid portion 91 provided on the upper side of the outer wall plate 90 is overlapped with the lower upper solid portion 92 provided on the lower side of the outer wall plate 90 so that the plurality of outer wall plates 90 are vertically moved. There is an outer wall construction structure 9 formed by joining and constructing.
In the outer wall construction structure 9, the lower end corner portion 921 at the lower end of the design surface 900 of the upper outer wall plate 90 and the joint joint portion 93 formed at the upper end of the design surface 900 of the lower outer wall plate 90 are front and rear. The upper lower solid portion 91 and the lower upper solid portion 92 are joined so as to coincide with each other in position.

However, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper outer wall plate 90 protrudes too much forward with respect to the lower outer wall plate 90 due to unevenness of the outer wall base surface, construction error, or dimensional error of the outer wall plate 90, and the like. The corner portion 921 may protrude forward from the joint portion 93. Accordingly, when a step S is generated between the lower end corner portion 921 and the joint joint portion 93, the shadow of the lower end corner portion 921 is reflected on the joint joint portion 93 due to sunlight L from obliquely above. And the shadow is continuously formed over the left-right direction of an outer wall surface, and the external appearance of the design surface 900 may be parted and the beauty | look may be impaired.

Further, as a means for preventing shadows from being formed at the joint portions of the upper and lower wall plates, a wall plate joint structure in which a chamfered portion is provided at the lower end portion of the surface has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
However, the wallboard construction structure of the above-mentioned patent document 1 is intended for an outer wall having a seamless large wall finish. For this reason, slight deviations are easily noticeable, and the inclination of the chamfered portion cannot be increased. Therefore, only a slight shift is assumed as the shift before and after the wallboard.
Accordingly, it is difficult to sufficiently cope with unevenness of the outer wall base surface, construction error, dimensional error of the outer wall plate, and the like when the outer wall is constructed.

This invention is made | formed in view of this conventional problem, and intends to provide the outer wall construction structure excellent in the external appearance design property.

The present invention is an outer wall construction structure in which an outer wall is constructed by joining an outer wall plate having an upper lower solid part provided on the upper side and a lower upper solid part provided on the lower side while joining together a plurality of sheets. There,
The outer wall plate has a horizontal joint part and a convex part formed between the horizontal joint part on the design surface,
The lower end portion of the design surface is provided with a lower end inclined portion inclined backward, and the upper end of the design surface is provided with a joint joint portion that is recessed from the convex portion,
In the two outer wall plates joined together in the vertical direction, the lower end inclined portion of the upper outer wall plate and the joint joint portion of the lower outer wall plate are arranged adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, and the joint joint The front end of the part is arranged to protrude forward from the lower end of the lower inclined part,
The joint joint portion includes a joint slope portion inclined backward as it goes downward from the front end portion, and a joint flat portion formed in a vertical direction from a lower end of the joint slope portion. It is in the construction structure (Claim 1).

Next, the effects of the present invention will be described.
In the outer wall construction structure, the lower end inclined portion inclined rearward is formed at the lower end portion of the design surface of the outer wall plate. Therefore, the shadow of the lower upper solid part of the upper outer wall plate can be prevented from being formed on the joint joint.
In addition, the front end portion of the joint joint portion in the lower outer wall plate projects forward from the lower end portion of the lower end inclined portion in the upper outer wall plate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shadow of the lower upper solid part of the upper outer wall plate from being formed in the joint part.

That is, the lower side of the upper outer wall plate may be shifted forward or the upper side of the lower outer wall plate may be shifted backward due to unevenness of the ground surface of the outer wall, construction error, or dimensional error of the outer wall plate. If the front end portion of the joint joint portion is located in front of the lower end portion of the lower end inclined portion, the shadow of the lower upper solid portion of the upper outer wall plate is not formed on the joint joint portion.
And a design surface can be continuously expressed in the whole outer wall, without dividing a design surface linearly in the said joint part. As a result, it is possible to obtain an outer wall construction structure excellent in appearance design.

Moreover, the said joint part has the joint inclination part inclined toward the back as it goes below from the said front-end part, and the joint flat part formed toward the perpendicular direction from the lower end of this joint inclination part.
Therefore, the shadow of the front end portion can be appropriately formed on the joint flat portion. Thereby, the shadow similar to the shadow of another horizontal joint part can be formed also in the said joint joint part.
Moreover, by forming the joint flat portion, it is possible to prevent the joint joint portion from being different in appearance from other horizontal joint portions having a flat portion.
Therefore, the joint joint portion and the horizontal joint portion can be fused in appearance. As a result, it is possible to ensure an excellent appearance design of the outer wall construction structure.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an outer wall construction structure excellent in appearance design.

In the present invention (Claim 1), as the outer wall plate, for example, one made of a ceramic material can be used. Moreover, it is preferable that the said outer wall board has a design surface in which designs, such as a tile tone, a woodgrain tone, and a brick tone, were given, for example.
Moreover, the said joint flat part can be made into the plane of 1-5 mm of vertical width, for example.
Moreover, the said design surface may have a lower end plane of about 0.5-1.5 mm of the up-down width substantially parallel to the back side surface of the said outer wall board under the said lower end inclination part.
In this specification, the design surface side in the said outer wall board is made into the front, and an outer wall base surface side is made into the back.

Moreover, it is preferable that the front end part of the joint joint part protrudes forward by a thickness of 5 to 25% of the depth of the horizontal joint part from the lower end part of the lower end inclined part. Item 2).
In this case, the joint joint and the other horizontal joint can be sufficiently fused in appearance, and the outer wall base surface described above is uneven, construction error, or dimensional error of the outer wall plate, etc. In this case, the effect of the outer wall construction structure can be sufficiently exhibited.

When the amount of protrusion of the front end portion of the joint portion is less than 5% of the depth of the horizontal joint portion, when the front and back of the outer wall plate is greatly displaced, There is a possibility that the shadow of the lower upper solid part of the upper outer wall plate may be formed, and it may be difficult to sufficiently achieve the effects of the present invention.
On the other hand, when the protrusion amount of the front end portion of the joint joint portion exceeds 25% of the depth of the horizontal joint portion, the joint joint portion is different in appearance from other lateral joint portions, There is a possibility that the joint joint portion is difficult to fuse with other horizontal joint portions in appearance.
Here, the depth of the horizontal joint portion refers to, for example, a front-rear distance from a portion of the outer wall plate that protrudes most forward to the bottom line of the horizontal joint portion.

Moreover, the protrusion amount a of the said joint end part with respect to the lower end part of the said lower end inclination part to the front of the said front end part, and the protrusion amount to the front of the said joint flat part of the said joint part with respect to the lower end part of the said lower end inclination part It is preferable that b has a relationship of 0.3a ≦ b ≦ 0.9a (Claim 3).
In this case, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion of the joint joint portion from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion on the joint joint portion. . Thereby, since it can fully prevent that the said joint joint part becomes a thing different in appearance from the said horizontal joint part, the effect of the outer wall construction structure mentioned above can fully be exhibited.

On the other hand, when b <0.3a, the front end portion of the joint portion may be easily noticeable.
Further, when b> 0.9a, it becomes difficult to form a shadow of the front end portion on the joint flat portion, and the joint flat portion is disposed too far forward, so that it merges with other horizontal joint portions in appearance. May be difficult.

Moreover, it is preferable that the said joint inclination part has an angle of 5-30 degrees with respect to a perpendicular direction (Claim 4).
In this case, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion of the joint joint portion from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion on the joint joint portion. . Therefore, the effect of the outer wall construction structure described above can be sufficiently exhibited.

On the other hand, when the angle of the joint inclined portion with respect to the vertical direction is less than 5 °, it may be difficult to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion on the joint joint portion.
Moreover, when the said angle exceeds 30 degrees, the said front-end part is conspicuous and there exists a possibility that it may become difficult to unite the said joint joint part with another horizontal joint part on an external appearance.

Moreover, it is preferable that the front-end part of the said joint part is comprised by the curved surface (Claim 5).
In this case, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion of the joint joint portion from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion on the joint joint portion. . Moreover, the occurrence of chipping at the front end portion during construction or the like can be prevented.
Moreover, the front end part of the said joint part can be made into the curved surface whose curvature radius is 0.5-1 mm, for example.

Is arranged. As shown in FIG. 2, the depth D of the horizontal joint portion 2 is from the most forwardly projecting portion of the convex portion 101 of the outer wall plate 10 disposed adjacent to the top and bottom to the bottom line A of the horizontal joint portion 2. The distance before and after.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the amount of forward projection a of the front end portion 130 of the joint joint 13 with respect to the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120, and the joint flatness of the joint joint 13 with respect to the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120. The amount of forward protrusion b of the portion 133 has a relationship of 0.3a ≦ b ≦ 0.9a.

Moreover, the joint inclination part 132 has an angle of 5-30 degrees with respect to the perpendicular direction.
Moreover, the joint flat part 133 can be made into a plane of 1-5 mm in the up-down width, for example.
Further, the front end portion 130 of the joint portion 13 is formed by a curved surface 131 as shown in FIG. In this example, the front end portion 130 is a curved surface 131 having a radius of curvature of 0.5 to 1 mm.

The width and depth of the horizontal joint portion 2 are the same as the width and depth of the joint joint portion 13.
Further, the design surface 100 is subjected to a brick-like design, for example, as shown in FIG.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the design surface 100 has a lower end flat surface 122 having a vertical width of 0.5 to 1 mm substantially parallel to the back side surface 14 of the outer wall plate 10 below the lower end inclined portion 120.

Next, the function and effect of this example will be described.
In the outer wall construction structure 1, a lower end inclined portion 120 inclined rearward is formed at the lower end portion of the design surface 100 of the outer wall plate 10. Therefore, the shadow of the lower upper solid portion 12 of the upper outer wall plate 10 can be prevented from being formed on the joint joint portion 13.
Further, the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 in the lower outer wall plate 10 projects forward from the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120 in the upper outer wall plate 10. Therefore, in the joint joint part 13, it can prevent that the shadow of the lower upper real part 12 of the upper outer wall board 10 is formed.

That is, the lower side of the upper outer wall plate 10 is slightly shifted forward or the upper side of the lower outer wall plate 10 is shifted rearward due to unevenness of the outer wall base 3, construction error, or dimensional error of the outer wall plate 10. Even if the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 is located in front of the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120, the shadow of the lower upper solid portion 12 of the upper outer wall plate 10 is joined to the joint joint portion 13. It is never formed.
And the design surface 100 can be continuously expressed by the whole outer wall, without dividing the design surface 100 in the joint joint part 13 linearly. As a result, the outer wall construction structure 1 excellent in appearance design can be obtained.

Further, the joint joint 13 includes a joint slope portion 132 that is inclined backward as it goes downward from the front end portion 130, and a joint flat portion 133 that is formed in a vertical direction from the lower end of the joint slope portion 132.
Therefore, the shadow of the front end portion 130 can be appropriately formed on the joint flat portion 133. Thereby, the shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint part 2 can be formed also in the joint joint part 13. FIG.
Moreover, by forming the joint flat portion 133, it is possible to prevent the joint joint portion 13 from being different in appearance from other horizontal joint portions 2 having a flat portion.
Therefore, the joint joint portion 13 and the other horizontal joint portion 2 can be fused in appearance. As a result, it is possible to ensure the excellent appearance design of the outer wall construction structure 1.

Further, the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 protrudes forward from the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120 by a thickness of 5 to 25% of the depth D of the horizontal joint portion 12.
For this reason, the joint joint portion 13 and the other horizontal joint portion 2 can be sufficiently fused in appearance, and there are unevenness of the outer wall base surface 3 described above, construction error, or dimensional error of the outer wall plate 10. However, the shadow of the lower upper solid part 12 of the upper outer wall plate 10 is not formed on the joint joint part 13.

The front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 has a protruding amount a of the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 with respect to the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120 and the joint joint portion 13 with respect to the lower end portion 121 of the lower end inclined portion 120. The forward projection amount b of the joint flat portion 133 has a relationship of 0.3a ≦ b ≦ 0.9a.
Accordingly, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion 2 on the joint joint portion 13. Thereby, it can fully prevent that the joint joint part 13 becomes a thing different from the horizontal joint part 2 in appearance.

Moreover, the joint inclination part 132 has an angle of 5-30 degrees with respect to the perpendicular direction.
Accordingly, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion 2 on the joint joint portion 13.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the front end portion 130 of the joint portion 13 is formed by a curved surface 131 having a radius of curvature of 0.5 to 1 mm.
Accordingly, it is possible to sufficiently avoid the front end portion 130 of the joint joint portion 13 from being noticeable, and it is possible to form a shadow similar to the shadow of the other horizontal joint portion 2 on the joint joint portion 13. Further, it is possible to prevent the front end portion 130 from being chipped during construction or the like.

As described above, according to this example, it is possible to provide an outer wall construction structure excellent in appearance design.
