Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electronic device using a battery as a driving source, and more particularly to an electronic device in which a battery is inserted into a battery housing portion of a casing and an entrance of the battery housing portion is covered with a battery lid so as to be opened and closed.
Portable audio equipment, such as portable disc players, cannot be driven using a commercial power supply, so a battery compartment is provided in a part of the cabinet, and a secondary battery is inserted into the battery compartment. The secondary battery is driven by the output of the secondary battery. When the secondary battery is discharged, it can be used again by charging, and can be used repeatedly.
In such a portable electronic device, the battery housing part is covered with a battery lid so that the inlet portion of the battery housing part can be freely opened and closed, and a terminal plate provided inside the battery lid is installed in the battery housing part. The output is taken out by contacting with the positive electrode.
On the other hand, if the secondary battery is unexpectedly discharged, this player will not operate. In preparation for such a case, for example, an auxiliary battery case storing AA batteries is prepared, and the auxiliary battery case is coupled to a position different from the battery storage portion and is driven by the dry batteries in the auxiliary battery case. Like to do. In this case, the negative jack that contacts the negative electrode of the AA dry battery is grounded to the conductive portions of the chassis and the casing. Therefore, when the battery cover of the battery storage section for storing the secondary battery is opened and the battery cover is rotated largely, the positive terminal plate provided on the inner side of the battery cover is the conductive part of the housing. The positive electrode of the dry battery in the auxiliary battery case, the positive jack connected to the auxiliary battery case, the positive terminal of the power circuit, the positive terminal plate of the battery storage part of the secondary battery, and the housing Current flows in the order of the conductive portion, the negative jack, and the negative electrode of the dry battery in the auxiliary battery case, thereby causing an accident in which the dry battery in the auxiliary battery case is short-circuited.
Thus, if the positive terminal plate inside the battery cover contacts the aluminum panel or decoration plate of the casing, the risk of short-circuiting the AA batteries in the auxiliary battery case when the battery cover of the secondary battery is opened or closed There is sex. Therefore, in particular, measures such as applying an insulating tape to the abutting portion of the positive terminal plate provided inside the battery cover to provide insulation are taken, but if the tape is peeled off, a short circuit accident occurs. Also, the insulating tape has a bad appearance. In addition, when the battery cover is slidably coupled to the positive terminal plate, the battery cover cannot be smoothly slid relative to the terminal plate. Furthermore, there is a possibility that the replacement of the secondary battery may be hindered by the insulating tape.
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-26158 discloses a battery pack including a terminal member that electrically connects a battery housed in a cylindrical case and an external device, and the terminal member is covered with a terminal member cover made of an insulating material. Thus, even when the battery pack is taken out from the transparent case, a highly reliable battery pack has been proposed that does not cause a short circuit due to contact between the terminal member and the surrounding metal.
An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device in which a short-circuit accident does not occur even when a positive terminal plate provided inside a battery lid that covers an inlet portion of a battery housing portion so as to be freely opened and closed contacts the housing. Is to provide.
Another problem of the present invention is that a prevention circuit for preventing a short circuit in the case where the battery cover is greatly opened and the terminal plate is brought into contact with the housing is unnecessary, and the life of the battery is extended and the cost is reduced. It is to provide an advantageous electronic device.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device in which measures for preventing a short circuit of an auxiliary battery are taken without increasing the number of parts.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device which is excellent in quality and has improved safety.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device in which an insulation sheet is not applied to a plus-side terminal plate provided on the inside of the battery cover of the battery housing portion and insulation measures are taken. .
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device in which a sliding operation of a battery lid is smoothly performed with respect to a positive terminal plate.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device in which the insertion and removal operations of the battery are prevented from being difficult by the positive terminal plate or the battery lid of the battery housing portion.
The above-described problems and other problems of the present invention will be clarified by the technical idea of the present invention and the embodiments thereof described below.
The main invention of the present application is an electronic device in which a battery is inserted into a battery housing portion of a housing, and an entrance of the battery housing portion is covered with a battery lid so as to be freely opened and closed.
A terminal plate that contacts one of the electrodes of the battery is attached to the inside of the battery lid, and an insulator is attached to a portion that contacts the housing at least when the terminal plate is opened. It relates to electronic equipment.
Here, the battery stored in the battery storage unit may be a secondary battery. The terminal plate may be a positive terminal plate that contacts the positive electrode of the battery. The terminal plate may be rotatably attached to the housing together with the insulator, and the battery lid may be slidably combined with the distal end side of the terminal plate. The insulator may be an insulating synthetic resin molded body, and may be combined with the terminal plate so that the base end portion of the terminal plate is received by the slit-like narrow portion at the tip. Further, at least a portion of the housing that contacts the terminal plate when the battery cover is opened may have conductivity. In addition, an auxiliary battery case containing a dry battery may be detachably attached to the outside of the casing, and the negative terminal of the auxiliary battery case may be in electrical contact with the conductive portion of the casing. Moreover, the part which the said terminal board contacts when the battery cover of the said housing is opened may be a decoration board of a metal panel. Moreover, the part which the said terminal board contacts when the battery cover of the said housing is opened may be a plated decorative board.
In a portable electronic device, for example, when an auxiliary battery case containing AA batteries is attached as a countermeasure against discharge of a built-in secondary battery, the outer casing is provided with an aluminum panel or a plated decorative band. Sometimes, when the battery cover of the battery storage part on the cabinet side for storing the primary battery is opened and closed, the positive terminal plate provided inside the battery cover comes into contact with the decorative band, thereby the auxiliary battery. There is a risk that the AA battery in the case is short-circuited by the positive terminal of the battery cover of the secondary battery and the decorative band. Therefore, in order to prevent this short circuit accident by an electrical measure, a short circuit prevention circuit must be provided, which increases the cost. Moreover, the battery life is almost halved.
In order to take measures according to the mechanical structure, it is necessary to attach a paste such as an insulating tape for preventing a short circuit to the terminal plate on the plus side inside the battery cover. However, there is a possibility that the insulating tape of the positive terminal board may be peeled off, and it is not safe as a countermeasure against a short circuit accident. In addition, the number of parts increases and the assembly cost increases. Therefore, in a preferred aspect of the present invention, a short terminal can be prevented without increasing the number of parts by adopting a structure in which a positive terminal plate inside the battery lid is inserted from both sides by an insulating insulator.
According to the above aspect, it is not necessary to provide a short-circuit prevention circuit, which makes it possible to reduce costs. In addition, shortening of the battery life caused by providing the short circuit prevention circuit can be prevented. Further, it is possible to prevent short circuit without increasing the number of parts. Further, according to such an aspect, the quality of the electronic device is improved, and an effect on safety is produced.
The main invention of the present application is an electronic device in which a battery is inserted into a battery housing portion of a casing and an entrance of the battery housing portion is covered with a battery lid so as to be freely opened and closed. A terminal plate that comes into contact with the electrode is attached, and an insulator is attached to a portion that comes into contact with the housing at least when the terminal plate is opened.
Therefore, according to such an electronic device, when the battery cover that covers the entrance of the battery housing portion is opened, the insulator provided in the portion that contacts the housing at least when the terminal plate is opened includes the terminal plate and the housing. This makes it possible to prevent electrical contact between the terminal board and the housing. Therefore, when the auxiliary battery case that houses the dry battery is attached to another part of the casing, the accident that the dry battery in the auxiliary battery case is short-circuited via the positive terminal plate and the casing is avoided. it can.
The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a portable type disc player according to the present embodiment, and this disc player includes a
A
In addition, an
Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the
A
An
Next, assembly of the
Thereafter, the
Next, the opening / closing operation | movement of the
Here, as the
Next, the battery replacement operation will be described with reference to FIG. In order to replace the battery, it is necessary to open the
Therefore, in this state, it is possible to charge the
Here, in particular, when the
As shown in FIG. 1, when an
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
When the stroke of the lock by the
