3.桁の上下端部を階段設置個所の階高寸法、水平寸法、昇りきり段数、蹴上げ寸法、踏面寸法等から割り出して斜めカットする。
4.カットした桁を階段設置個所に仮置きし、上下固定手段を取り付ける壁面及び床面に取付位置をマ−キングする。この時、木ネジの位置に壁面及び床面の構造躯体があることを確認しておく。
5.壁面と床面の所定位置に上下固定手段を木ネジを用いて固定する。
6.桁の上下端部を上下の固定手段の外側挟持部と内側挟持部の間に差し込み、桁固定穴に位置合わせしながら、桁に貫通孔を加工する。
7.前記貫通孔と桁固定穴を利用して取付ネジとナットで固定する。これで桁の取付固定は完了である。
8.最後に所定枚数の踏板を適当な固定方法を用いて、桁の所定位置に取り付け固定する。
以上の手順で本発明のオ−プン型階段の桁取付構造の施工が完了する。
