左右一対のフランジと該フランジの下端を連結するウェブよりなるチャンネル型材で構成され、長さ方向を機器本体の前後方向に整列させて前記ベース板に予め固着されており、機器底部の前後の支持脚の座盤部がスライド可能に載置されるガイドレールを前記ウェブ上面に設けてあり、前記左右のフランジ内面によって前記座盤部側面を案内する支持フレームと、
前記支持フレームの後端部を被覆するように前記ベース板または支持フレームに予め固着されており、上面板部の中央部に機器本体の前後方向に形成した割溝に後方の支持脚の軸部が係合し、該割溝の左右両側にある上面板部の残余部分が後方の支持脚の座盤部上面に対面する後端部ストッパーと、
