Description

As protein fiber treating agents, cationic surfactants such as mono- or dialkyl quaternary ammonium salts have been blended in order to provide flexibility, reduce friction, and impart luster and antistatic effects. However, in recent years, low irritation to the skin and eyes is also desired. Under these circumstances, JP-A-7-509443 discloses an application to a hair care preparation containing a highly safe ester quat. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-104936 discloses a transparent preparation for stabilizing water-insoluble ester quats.
Although the stabilization of the preparation and the antistatic effect and combability were improved, the feeling of use such as moist feeling and adsorption feeling was not fully satisfied.
