Conventionally, as a container used for collecting and transporting wastes, agricultural products, marine products, etc., flexible bags and rigid containers have been mainly used.
However, a flexible bag formed of a net cloth, a mesh sheet cloth, a sheet cloth, etc. does not stand by itself, and the shape of the opening is not maintained, so that it is difficult to accommodate the contents, and it is easy to collapse after the contents are accommodated. For this reason, there is a problem in that the handling is lacking, such as the need to close the opening so as not to spill the contents.
In addition, rigid containers such as plastic and metal baskets and containers are bulky, requiring a lot of labor and labor for storage and collection, and especially those made of metal lack safety and handling. There was a problem. Furthermore, foldable plastic containers used to improve the bulkiness of containers are not durable due to strength problems due to their structure, and have a problem of lack of long life and resource saving. It was.

JP 2002-255282 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-1987 Utility Model Registration No.2531230 JP-A-8-310527 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-349093

However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) In Patent Document 1, a plurality of elastic rods are vertically attached to the outer periphery of the bag wall body, and elastic hoops are respectively provided on the outer periphery of the bag wall body near the bottom surface and near the opening. Since they are self-supporting by being attached, they cannot be folded unless they are removed, and there is a problem that quick cleaning is difficult and workability is lacking. In addition, because the bag wall is made of a sheet, the air permeability is poor, the contents are not stored well, the inside is easy to smell, it is unsuitable for containers for garbage, agricultural products, and marine products. In addition, there was a problem of lack of workability for drying and unsanitary.
(2) In (Patent Document 2), since it is self-supporting by a rigid support member, it is necessary to remove the support member during transportation or when it is not used, and it is not easy to handle, and the support member is deformed or damaged due to the weight of the contents. It was easy to generate | occur | produce and had the subject of lacking in reliability. In addition, it is necessary to form a hollow portion for accommodating the support member by sewing the flexible sheet and the belt-like body, and there is a problem that the configuration is complicated and lacks in mass productivity. Furthermore, since the container is formed of a flexible sheet, it has problems in terms of storage and hygiene as in (Patent Document 1).
(3) In (Patent Document 3), since the core material is individually provided on each of the four upper edges of the main body, and the pillars are erected at the four corners of the main body, the structure is complicated, and the productivity and handling are complicated. It is easy to cause deformation and breakage of the core material and support column due to the weight of the contents, and it is difficult to increase the size and the contents are limited to lightweight ones. And the problem of lack of transportation efficiency. In addition, since the core material and the support column are individually provided, the core material and the support column can be folded. However, since the core material and the support column cannot be removed, there is a problem that it is difficult to wash and is unsanitary. It was.
(4) In (Patent Document 4), since a rod-like body having rigidity and elasticity is fixed to the ridge portion of the upper surface opening, the center position of the side surface of the heel, and the ridge portion of the bottom portion, the weight of the stored item and the stress at the time of lifting Concentration tends to cause deformation and breakage of the rod-shaped body and lacks reliability and durability, and the mesh body that wraps the rod-shaped body is easily broken, and it is difficult to replace the broken rod-shaped body, resulting in lack of resource saving. Was. Moreover, since it is a structure which cannot extract a rod-shaped body, it had the subject that round washing and collective washing were difficult and unsanitary like (patent document 3).
In (5) (Patent Document 5), in order to obtain the self-supporting and shape retaining action of the mesh cage, many cutout reinforcement bands and cutout edge reinforcement bands must be sewn. Since the band is formed by covering and sewing with a mesh sheet, there is a problem that the configuration is complicated and the productivity is lacking. In addition, since each reinforcing band is covered and sewn by the mesh sheet forming the bottom and side surfaces of the self-supporting net cage, if the mesh sheet is damaged, it is difficult to replace or repair the reinforcing band, which saves resources. It had the problem of lacking.

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and does not require support or reinforcement by a rigid body, is excellent in productivity and durability, and has flexibility, so that it can be easily folded when not in use, saving space, and handling. In order to solve the above conventional problems, the self-supporting flexible container of the present invention has the following configuration.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a self-supporting flexible container includes a container having an upper opening and having a flexible side and bottom, and a flexible container disposed above the side. An upper shape holding member provided, a lower shape holding member having flexibility and disposed below the side surface portion, and a rope body formed between the upper shape holding member and the lower shape holding member And a self-supporting holding member disposed in the height direction of the housing portion.
With this configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the accommodating part is provided with the upper opening, it is easy to throw in the accommodated article, and the accommodated article hardly overflows to the outside and is excellent in transportability.
(2) Since the side surface portion and the bottom portion of the storage portion are flexible, they can be easily carried and stored by being flattened or folded when not in use.
(3) Since the upper shape holding member disposed above the side surface portion has flexibility, the shape of the upper opening portion can be held at the time of use, and the charging and discharging of the contents are easy. It can be easily crushed or folded when not in use, and is excellent in portability.
(4) Since the lower shape holding member disposed below the side surface portion is flexible, the shape of the bottom portion can be held during use to assist the self-supporting of the housing portion, and easily when not in use. It can be crushed and folded, making it highly portable.
(5) Since the self-supporting holding member is disposed between the upper shape holding member and the lower shape holding member in the height direction of the housing portion, the side surface portion of the flexible housing portion is supported by the self-standing holding member. Can be made independent.
(6) Since the self-supporting holding member is disposed in the height direction of the housing portion, the self-supporting holding member can be carried and stored by being crushed so as to squeeze the housing portion without bending.
(7) Since the self-supporting holding member is formed of a rope body, the container can be rolled and transported and stored in addition to being flattened or folded, and is excellent in practicality.
(8) It can be carried by holding any part of the upper shape holding member, lower shape holding member, and self-standing holding member, etc., and the containing portion can be discharged by tilting or upside down the holding portion, which is excellent in handleability. .
(9) The shape of the housing portion can be held by the upper shape holding member and the lower shape holding member regardless of the material of the housing portion, the thickness of the cloth, etc., and the housing portion can be made self-supporting by the self-supporting holding member. Excellent.
(10) The self-supporting holding member formed of a rope body has high durability, excellent durability, easy attachment / detachment to / from the housing part, excellent productivity, and can be easily replaced even when breakage occurs. Can save resources.

Here, the material of the housing part, the upper shape holding member, and the lower shape holding member of the self-supporting flexible container only needs to be flexible. The side part and the bottom part of the accommodating part may be formed using the same material, or may be formed by combining different materials. When the side part and the bottom part are integrally formed, the production man-hour can be reduced and the mass productivity is excellent. In addition, since there is no joint between the side surface and the bottom, damage is unlikely to occur, and the durability is excellent. Further, the housing portion may be formed in a bag shape with a sheet-like material, or may be formed in a cage shape with a net or the like. When the storage portion is formed into a bag shape with a sheet-like fabric, the stored items are not caught inside the storage portion or overflowed to the outside, and the handleability is excellent. When the storage part is formed in a cage shape with a mesh or the like, the stored object can be easily confirmed, the stored object does not smell and has excellent air permeability, and the stored object is stored or when it is not used. It can be easily washed and dried, and is hygienic.

The self-supporting flexible container may be formed using an existing flat bag or the like formed in a substantially rectangular shape instead of manufacturing a dedicated container having a side surface and a bottom. In this case, the bottom portion can be formed so that a part of the lower side of the side surface portion of the bag is folded inward. By sewing the folded lower end portion and fixing the lower shape holding member to at least a part of the outer periphery, the shape of the bottom portion can be held and can be made independent.
The bottom portion can be formed into an arbitrary shape such as a polygonal shape such as a rectangular shape, a hexagonal shape, an octagonal shape, etc., in addition to a substantially circular shape or a substantially elliptical shape.
An opening / closing member may be disposed in the upper opening. As a result, it is possible to prevent the stored items from spilling during transportation, and the workability of collection and delivery is excellent. Opening and closing members include fasteners, mouth straps, and other annular members and hooks that are arranged opposite to each other, and a lid that is fixed at least partially to the upper opening or the like so that it can be fixed to each other. A shape or the like is preferably used.
It is preferable to provide a suspension part on the peripheral edge or the side part of the upper opening or the bottom. Thereby, it can be easily gripped by a hand or locked by a lifting mechanism such as a crane, and can be easily transported, discharged, etc., and has excellent workability. As a hanging part. A rope body, a belt-like woven / knitted fabric or the like is preferably used.

The self-supporting holding member may be arranged in parallel with the height direction of the housing portion, or may be arranged obliquely so that a plurality of self-supporting holding members intersect. In addition, the self-supporting holding member can be disposed at an arbitrary length at an arbitrary position in the height direction of the housing portion. This is because, in the initial state, it is not always necessary to make the entire side surface portion of the housing portion independent. If part of the side part in the height direction, such as the upper end side, the center part, or the lower end side, is self-supporting in the initial state, it is possible to easily throw in the contained item, and the contained item increases as the amount of the contained item increases. It can support itself and can stand up to any height.
In addition, since the portion that does not stand on its own can be easily compressed in the vertical direction and compactly contracted, it is excellent in storage performance when not in use, etc., and the workability of loading the storage in the initial state.
The upper shape holding member, lower shape holding member, and self-supporting holding member can be attached to the receiving part by sewing with a hand or a sewing machine, or by using a tailoring member such as tailoring thread, string, binding band, or a detachable fitting / detaching member. It can be carried out. Alternatively, the housing portion may be inserted or wound inside a hollow portion formed in a cylindrical shape, or a portion or the whole of the housing portion may be doubled and sandwiched inside the hollow portion.

As a material of the rope body yarn forming the self-supporting holding member, a single kind of polyamide, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyester, or a fiber or film in which these are mixed is used. The rope body can easily obtain various properties by a combination of the apparent Young's modulus, the single yarn fineness, how to beat, and the twisting degree of the raw yarn, and is excellent in mass productivity and versatility. As the single yarn fineness of the raw yarn increases, the rigidity and elasticity of the rope body tend to increase, but conversely the flexibility tends to be impaired, so depending on the apparent Young's modulus, the shape of the raw yarn, etc. It is necessary to select a suitable single yarn fineness.
When a three-ply rope is used as the rope body, it is excellent in rigidity and elasticity, and when a cross rope is used, the tailoring member can be tailored without being exposed to the outer periphery of the rope, and the productivity, durability, and aesthetics are excellent. Further, by coloring the base yarn of the rope body in black, green, blue or the like, deterioration due to ultraviolet rays can be reduced, and the durability is excellent. Further, when a material that is easily affected by ultraviolet rays, such as polypropylene, is used, weather resistance can be improved by using an ultraviolet degradation inhibitor, and in particular, durability in outdoor use can be improved.

The diameter of the rope body is preferably 6 mm to 30 mm. As the diameter of the rope body becomes thinner than 6 mm, the rigidity and elasticity are insufficient, and the shape retention and self-supporting properties are insufficient, and the strength tends to be insufficient and easily broken, and as it becomes thicker than 30 mm, As the weight increases, it becomes too hard and difficult to deform, and it is bulky and easy to handle, and it tends to be difficult to fold and open / close the upper end opening.
The cross-sectional shape of the raw yarn is not limited to a substantially circular shape, and can be selected from various shapes such as a substantially elliptical shape, a square shape, a film shape, and a hollow shape in addition to a shape such as a split yarn and a flat yarn. .

(3) When a container is formed by combining a mesh, mesh sheet, sheet, woven or knitted fabric, etc., even if it is a material that is insufficient in rigidity or elasticity alone, the shape retaining property as a container, Independence can be ensured, the range of selection of materials can be expanded, and durability can be improved.

Here, as the network, a knotless network, a knotted network, a Russell network, a Russell module network, or the like is used. As the mesh sheet material, one made of warp knitted fabric, one made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or the like is used. As the sheet material, synthetic resin or non-woven fabric is used, and as the woven or knitted fabric, synthetic fiber or natural fiber is used. Both are excellent and preferable in terms of shape retention.
When the bottom part of the storage part is formed in a polygonal shape or the like, the storage part may be formed by connecting a plurality of divided side parts and the bottom part. In this case, by arranging the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, and the self-supporting holding member on each of the divided side surfaces, the shape of the housing portion can be held and can be made to be surely independent. Note that when the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, and the self-supporting holding member are integrally formed, the shape holding property is excellent, and the assembling work between the side surface portions or the side surface portion and the bottom portion is easy and excellent in productivity.

Invention of Claim 3 is a self-supporting flexible container of Claim 1 or 2, Comprising: The said upper shape holding member and / or the said lower shape holding member are a net, a mesh sheet | seat, It has a configuration formed of one or more of a sheet fabric, a woven / knitted fabric, and a rope body.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of the first or second aspect, the following operation is provided.
(1) Since the upper shape holding member and / or the lower shape holding member is formed of one or more of a mesh fabric, a mesh sheet fabric, a sheet fabric, a woven / knitted fabric, and a rope body, It is easy to install and remove, has excellent productivity and maintainability, and is lightweight, safe and easy to handle.

Here, when the upper shape holding member and / or the lower shape holding member is formed of a net, a mesh sheet, a sheet, or a woven / knitted fabric, it is preferably formed in a band shape or a string shape. When it is formed in a strip shape, the net or cloth may be a single sheet or a double or quadruple layer. The net, mesh sheet, sheet, woven / knitted fabric, and rope body may be used alone or in combination of two or more. For example, when the outer periphery of the rope body is wrapped with a net, mesh sheet, sheet, or woven / knitted fabric, the shape retention is excellent and the durability can be improved.
As the rope body that forms the upper shape holding member and / or the lower shape holding member, the same rope body that forms the above-mentioned self-supporting holding member can be suitably used. In that case, the upper shape holding member and the self-supporting holding member or the lower shape holding member and the self-supporting holding member may be integrally formed. Moreover, you may provide a self-supporting holding member, an upper shape holding member, etc., and a suspension part integrally. When a part or the whole of the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, the self-supporting holding member, the suspension part, and the like is integrally formed, it can be easily attached to and detached from the housing part and is excellent in mass productivity and maintainability.
In addition, when forming a rope body in endless shape, such as cyclic | annular form, along the outer periphery of an accommodating part, it is preferable to carry out short splicing of terminals or to fix with connection members, such as a heat contraction tube.

Invention of Claim 4 is a self-supporting flexible container of any one of Claims 1 thru | or 3, Comprising: The said upper shape holding member, the said lower shape holding member, and the said self-supporting holding member At least any one of the above has a configuration formed of a rope body using a raw yarn having an apparent Young's modulus of 2 GPa to 100 GPa, preferably 3 GPa to 80 GPa.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 3, the following operation is provided.
(1) At least one of the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, and the self-standing holding member is formed of a rope body using an original yarn having an apparent Young's modulus of 2 GPa to 100 GPa, preferably 3 GPa to 80 GPa. Therefore, the shape of the required part of the side surface part can be held more reliably, and at least a part can be made independent.

Here, as the apparent Young's modulus of the raw yarn becomes smaller than 3 GPa, the rigidity tends to be insufficient, and the shape-retaining property and the self-supporting property tend to be lowered. It tends to be difficult to fold the storage part during use and to become bulky. In particular, when the apparent Young's modulus of the raw yarn is smaller than 2 GPa, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the housing portion and to be independent, and when it is larger than 100 GPa, it tends to be difficult to flatten or bend, both of which are preferable. Absent.

Invention of Claim 5 is a self-supporting flexible container of any one of Claims 1 thru | or 4, Comprising: The said upper shape holding member, the said lower shape holding member, and the said self-supporting holding member At least any one of the above has a configuration in which the core is formed of a rope body in which a core material is disposed at the center of the rope body and / or the center of the strand forming the rope body.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 4, the following operation is provided.
(1) At least one of the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, and the self-supporting holding member is provided with a core material at the center portion of the rope body and / or the center portion of the strand forming the rope body. Since it is formed of a rope body, it is possible to reinforce the shape retention and self-supporting properties of the housing portion, and it is possible to reliably make the housing portion such as a large size or a box shape stand alone.

Here, a wire made of metal or synthetic resin is preferably used as the core material. Rigidity and elasticity become larger than when the rope body is formed only from the raw yarn, and shape retention and self-supporting properties can be enhanced. In addition, depending on the shape, size, application, etc. of the housing portion, the properties of the raw yarn and the core material can be combined.
A core material can be arrange | positioned in the center part of the strand which forms the center part of a rope body, and / or a rope body. When the rope body is a cross rope, braid, etc., a method in which the core material is disposed at the center of the rope body is preferably used. When the rope body is a triple rope or cross rope, the core material is A method of disposing at the center of the strand is preferably used.
By arranging the core material at the center of the rope body and / or the center of the strand forming the rope body, the core material is not limited to the apparent Young's modulus, single yarn fineness, how to beat, twist degree, etc. A rope body having suitable properties as an upper shape holding member, a lower shape holding member and a self-standing holding member can be obtained, and is excellent in mass productivity and versatility.

The composite ratio of the core material in the rope body is 1% to 5% by volume in the case of metal wire, 3% to 10% in the case of aluminum wire, and 10% to 30% in the case of iron wire. In the case of a synthetic resin wire, the volume ratio and the weight ratio are preferably 2% to 20%. As each hybrid ratio becomes smaller than the lower limit value, the shape retaining property and the self-supporting property tend to be lowered, and as it becomes larger than the upper limit value, the flexibility tends to be lowered, and the weight is increased and the handling property is increased. There is a tendency to be lowered easily, and neither is preferable.

In addition, the rope body is formed of two types of raw yarns having different melting points, the melting point of the raw yarn that becomes the core material is made lower than the melting point of the other raw yarns, and the other raw yarns that are higher than the melting point of the raw yarn that becomes the core material You may heat-process at temperature lower than melting | fusing point. Thereby, only the core material can be melted and solidified to increase the rigidity and elasticity of the rope body, and the shape retaining property and self-supporting property of the housing portion can be enhanced. In addition, since the shape of the strand of the strand surrounding the outer peripheral portion (sheath material) of the strand exposed on the surface of the rope body and the core material is not changed, the productivity is improved without adversely affecting the tailoring and installation work. .
As a combination of a raw yarn having a low melting point and a high raw yarn, a combination of polyethylene and polypropylene, polypropylene and polyamide, polyester, or the like is preferably used. For example, in the case of a combination of polyethylene and polypropylene, only polyethylene can be melted by heat treatment with steam at 135 ° C. to 140 ° C.
The heat treatment is preferably performed in a state where the rope body is stretched or in a state where a tensile force is applied to the rope body when contracted by the heat treatment. Thereby, two types of raw yarns can be reliably integrated to form a highly rigid rope body.

The detachable self-supporting frame can be used as a plurality of accommodating portions, and can be efficiently attached and detached as necessary. Moreover, it can be made independent as an accommodating part only by forming only a self-supporting frame and attaching to an existing bag etc., and it is excellent in productivity.

Here, as the surface treatment agent used for the surface curing treatment, a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic resin, an ultraviolet curable resin, or the like is used. Specifically, a melamine resin, a polyurethane resin, an acrylic resin, or a radical polymerization resin such as urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, melamine acrylate, and acrylic resin acrylate is preferably used. The surface treatment agent is applied by immersing each member in the surface treatment agent, or brushing the surface treatment agent on each member or spraying the member with a spray or the like. When immersed in the surface treatment agent, the surface treatment agent can be adhered to all corners of the surface of each member in a short time, and the productivity and reliability are excellent.
After the surface treatment agent is applied, natural drying, forced drying with a heater or blower, or ultraviolet irradiation is performed. When a surface treatment agent that can be naturally dried with a water-soluble resin is used, the surface curing treatment is easy and the productivity is excellent.
When the upper shape holding member, the lower shape holding member, the self-supporting holding member, and the self-supporting frame body formed of a rope body are cured with a surface treatment agent, the rope body has a material with a small apparent Young's modulus. Can also be used, and the choice of materials can be expanded.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1A is an overall perspective view showing a use state of the self-supporting flexible container according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a self-supporting flexible cable according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. It is a bottom view of a sex container.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a self-supporting flexible container 1 according to Embodiment 1, and 2 is a self-supporting flexible container 1 formed of a flexible mesh sheet, sheet, woven or knitted fabric, or the like. An accommodating portion, 2a is an upper opening of the accommodating portion 2 for loading and unloading accommodated items, 2b is a side surface portion of the accommodating portion 2, and 2c is an approximately hexagonal shape or substantially elliptical shape of the accommodating portion 2 formed. The bottom portion, 2d is a side stitching portion that stitches both sides of the side surface portion 2b, 2e is the bottom stitching portion of the accommodating portion 2, and 2f is the lower end corner of the accommodating portion 2 that is folded back to the bottom portion 2c side and stitched by the bottom forming stitching portion 2g. 3 and 3 are upper portions of the self-supporting flexible container 1 formed in a belt-like shape with a flexible net, mesh sheet, sheet, woven and knitted fabric, etc., and disposed at the peripheral edge of the upper opening 2a. The shape holding member 4 includes a lower shape holding member 4a, a self-supporting holding member 4b, and a suspension part 4c having flexibility. Suspension and self-supporting shape holding portions formed integrally with the body, 5 and 5 ′ are tailoring members such as tailoring threads, strings and binding bands for attaching the hoisting and self-supporting shape holding portion 4 to the accommodating portion 2, 6 Is a connection member such as a heat-shrinkable tube that fixes the ends of the suspension / self-supporting shape holding portion 4, and 7 is an upper portion that is disposed on the inner side of the upper end of the housing portion 2 and is inserted through one opposing suspension portion 4 c. A suspension insertion portion 8 that closes the opening 2a is a display portion that displays the type of stored matter such as dust that is housed in a pocket formed on the side surface portion 2a of the housing portion 2 by being pasted, stitched, or formed in advance.

The container 2 of the self-supporting flexible container 1 uses an existing flat bag body that is formed in a substantially rectangular shape by stitching the side and bottom portions with side stitching portions 2d and bottom stitching portions 2e, respectively. Formed. First, the bottom 2c is formed by bending a part of the lower side of the bag body inward, the lower end corner 2f is folded and stitched at the bottom 2c and the bottom forming stitching portion 2g, thereby forming the shape of the bottom 2c. It was formed in a substantially hexagonal shape or a substantially elliptical shape. Since the side part 2b and the bottom part 2c are integrally formed, the number of production steps can be reduced. Moreover, since there is no joint between the side part 2b and the bottom part 2c, it is hard to produce a damage and is excellent in durability. At this time, when the boundary part of the side part 2b and the bottom part 2c is sewed and the outer periphery of the bottom part 2c is reinforced, the shape of the bottom part 2c can be stably held and the self-supporting property can be improved. In addition, you may form the bottom part 2c in the state which turned the planar bag body upside down. Returning to the table, when used as the accommodating portion 2, the lower end corner portion 2f and the bottom portion forming suture portion 2g are not exposed to the outside, and are excellent in durability and excellent in aesthetics.
Moreover, you may manufacture the accommodating part 2 by forming the side part 2b and the bottom part 2c separately, and sewing them. In that case, the side surface portion 2b and the bottom portion 2c may be formed using the same material, or may be formed by combining different materials.
As the mesh sheet, a material made of warp knitted fabric or a synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate was used. As the sheet material, those made of synthetic resin or nonwoven fabric were used, and as the woven mesh fabric, those made of synthetic fiber or natural fiber were used. All of them had moderate flexibility and rigidity and were excellent in shape retention.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the bottom 2c is formed in a substantially hexagonal shape or a substantially elliptical shape, but it can be formed in an arbitrary shape such as a polygonal shape such as a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially octagonal shape, or a substantially circular shape.

The upper shape holding member 3 is disposed on the peripheral edge of the upper opening 2a. Thereby, the shape of the upper opening 2a is maintained, and the loading and unloading operations are facilitated. The net or cloth forming the upper shape retaining member 3 may be only one sheet or may be double or quadruple. By overlapping two to four layers, the shape retention stability and durability are excellent. In addition, by overlapping a plurality of nets and fabrics that are insufficiently rigid with a single sheet, the necessary rigidity can be ensured, and the range of selection of materials can be expanded.
In addition, as the upper shape holding member 3, a net cloth, a mesh sheet cloth, a sheet cloth, a woven / knitted cloth, and a rope body may be used alone, or two or more kinds may be used in combination. For example, when the outer periphery of the rope body is wrapped with a net, mesh sheet, sheet, or woven / knitted fabric, the shape retention is excellent and the durability can be improved.

The lower shape holding member 4a, the self-supporting holding member 4b, and the hanging part 4c were integrally formed as a hanging and self-standing shape holding part 4 with a rope body. As a result, the attachment work by the tailoring members 5 and 5 ′ is facilitated, and the productivity is improved. In addition, you may form the lower shape holding member 4a, the self-supporting holding member 4b, and the suspension part 4c with an independent member, respectively. In that case, each member may be formed of the same material, or may be formed by combining different materials. Although the key points in the longitudinal direction of the self-supporting holding member 4b are fixed by the tailoring member 5 ′, the tailoring member 5 ′ may not be provided. The self-standing height of the side surface portion 2b can be adjusted by the number and interval of the tailoring members 5 ′. In particular, when the tailoring member 5 ′ is detachable, the self-standing height can be easily adjusted according to the amount of the contents in the accommodating portion 2, and the versatility is excellent.
In the present embodiment, the lower shape holding member 4a is disposed only on the two opposite sides of the bottom portion 2c. However, if the lower shape holding member 4a is disposed over the entire circumference along the other sides and the outer periphery of the bottom portion 2c, the shape retention and self-supporting are performed. Stability can be improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, four self-supporting holding members 4b are provided, but the number of self-supporting holding members 4b depends on the shape and size of the housing portion 2, the material of the side surface portion 2b forming the housing portion 2, and the like. Can be appropriately selected. For example, when the bottom portion 2c is formed in a polygonal shape, the shape retaining property of the side surface portion 2b is excellent by disposing the self-supporting holding member 4b at the boundary portion of each surface of the side surface portion 2b.
In addition, the self-supporting holding member 4b may be disposed obliquely so that the plurality of self-supporting holding members 4b intersect in addition to being disposed in parallel with the height direction of the housing portion 2.

Since it has the suspension part 4c, it can be easily carried by the hand-held flexible container 1 or can be discharged by holding it with a lifting mechanism such as a crane. Excellent workability. In addition, a handle insertion portion 7 is disposed inside the upper end of the housing portion 2 so as to face one of the handle portions 4c. Thereby, since the upper opening 2a can be closed only by inserting the handle part 4c facing the handle insertion part 7, it is possible to prevent the stored items from spilling during transportation, and the workability of collection and delivery is excellent. . The fixed interval at both ends of the handle insertion portion 7 was formed substantially equal to the fixed interval at both ends of the handle portion 4c. Thereby, while being able to insert the handle part 4c into the handle insertion part 7 reliably, the one handle part 4c and the other handle part 4c inserted into the handle insertion part 7 can be easily grasped. In addition, you may provide the handle insertion part 7 facing both the handle parts 4c. In this case, it is possible to pass through the opposite handle insertion portions 7 so as to intersect the handle portions 4c on both sides, and more reliably close the upper opening 2a.
In the present embodiment, the upper opening 2a is closed by the handle portion 4c and the handle insertion portion 7, but other opening / closing members may be provided. For example, in addition to fasteners, lanyards, and the like, an annular member and a hook that are arranged opposite to each other and fixed to each other, such as a lid that is at least partially fixed to the upper opening 2a so as to be rotatable. Etc. are preferably used.

As the material of the rope yarn that forms the suspension and self-supporting shape holding portion 4, single types such as polyamide, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyester, and fibers and films that are mixed with these are used. This is because the rope body can easily obtain various properties by combining the apparent Young's modulus of the raw yarn, the single yarn fineness, how to beat, the twisting degree, etc., and is excellent in mass productivity and versatility. In addition, as the single yarn fineness of the raw yarn increases, the rigidity and elasticity of the rope body tend to increase, but conversely the flexibility tends to be impaired, so the apparent Young's modulus, the shape of the raw yarn, etc. A suitable single yarn fineness was selected according to the above.
A rope body having a diameter of 6 mm to 30 mm was used. As the diameter of the rope body becomes thinner than 6 mm, the rigidity and elasticity are insufficient, and the shape retention and self-supporting properties are insufficient, and the strength tends to be insufficient and easily broken, and as it becomes thicker than 30 mm, This is because, as the weight increases, it becomes too hard to be deformed, and it is bulky and easy to handle, and it is found that the folding and opening / closing operations of the upper end opening tend to be difficult.

As the raw yarn forming the rope body, one having an apparent Young's modulus of 2 GPa to 100 GPa, preferably 3 GPa to 80 GPa was used. As the apparent Young's modulus of the raw yarn becomes smaller than 3 GPa, the rigidity tends to be insufficient, and the shape retention and self-supporting properties tend to decrease. There was a tendency that the part 2 became difficult to fold and became bulky. Further, it is found that when the apparent Young's modulus of the raw yarn is smaller than 2 GPa, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the housing portion 2 and to be independent, and when it is larger than 100 GPa, it tends to be difficult to flatten or bend. It was. When a three-ply rope or a cross rope is used as the rope body, it is excellent in rigidity and elasticity and is easy to adjust depending on the degree of twist.
The cross-sectional shape of the raw yarn is not limited to a substantially circular shape, and can be selected from various shapes such as a substantially elliptical shape, a square shape, a film shape, and a hollow shape in addition to a shape such as a split yarn and a flat yarn. .

The storage part 2 and the suspension / self-supporting shape holding part 4 were subjected to surface hardening treatment using urethane acrylate as a surface treatment agent. Thereby, while stabilizing the shape of the accommodating part 2 and improving self-supporting property, abrasion resistance and a weather resistance are improved. However, the flexibility that can be folded after the surface hardening treatment is secured.
The surface treatment agent was applied by immersing each member in the surface treatment agent. This is because the surface treating agent can be adhered to every corner of the surface of each member in a short time, and the productivity and reliability are excellent. After application of the surface treatment agent, it was cured by irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
When the upper shape holding member 3, the lower shape holding member 4a, the self-supporting holding member 4b, etc. are formed of a rope body and cured with a surface treatment agent, the rope body has a material with a small apparent Young's modulus. However, it can be used and the choice of materials can be expanded.

It is a fitting / removing member such as a detachable binding band for attaching 17a and the frame upper shape holding member 17c to the intermediate reinforcing portion 14a and the upper end reinforcing portion 14b of the accommodating portion 12.

The container 12 of the self-supporting flexible container 11 has a substantially cylindrical shape having an upper opening 12a and a lower opening 12a ′ obtained by sewing the end of a net formed in a substantially rectangular shape with a side stitching part 12d. Formed. As the network, a knotless network, a knotted network, a Russell network, a Russell module network, etc. were used. In addition, as a material of a mesh thread, a high density polyethylene etc. are used suitably. By forming the container 12 with a net, the contents can be easily confirmed, the inside of the container does not smell and has excellent air permeability, and can be easily washed while the contents are stored or when not in use. Can be dried, hygienic and excellent. In addition, you may form the accommodating part 12 with the mesh sheet | seat fabric similar to Embodiment 1, a sheet | seat fabric, a woven / knitted fabric, etc.
By pulling and fastening the lower mouth strap 12e, the lower opening 12a ′ can be closed as shown in FIG. 5 to form the bottom 12c, and the contents can be accommodated. Further, by releasing the fixing of the lower lanyard 12e, the contents can be discharged from the lower opening 12a ′. There is no need to incline or invert the self-supporting flexible container 11, and the workability is excellent.

Since the accommodating part 12 has the bottom shape holding member 13, in the use state shown in FIG. 4 and the accommodation state shown in FIG.
Moreover, since the intermediate reinforcement part 14a and the upper end reinforcement part 14b are arrange | positioned in the accommodating part 12, the frame lower part shape holding member 17a and the frame upper part shape holding member 17c of the self-supporting frame 17 using the fitting / removal member 18 are used. Can be fixed easily and reliably. In addition, when there is no intermediate reinforcement part 14a or upper end reinforcement part 14b, you may fix the fitting / removal member 18 using the mesh | network of the accommodating part 12. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4, the self-supporting flexible container 11 is self-supporting, as shown in FIG. 4, the side surface portion 12 b to which the self-supporting frame body 17 is mainly attached. Since the accommodating portion 12 is formed of a mesh, the portion of the side surface portion 12b ′ that does not stand on its own can be easily compressed in the vertical direction and can be compactly compacted. The installation height in the state can be set low, and the loading workability is excellent.

As the contents are accommodated, the self-supporting frame 17 can be lifted upward and gradually risen with the contents itself as a support, and finally the entire side surface portions 12b and 12b ′ are self-supported as shown in FIG. be able to. Since the accommodating part 12 can be expanded-contracted in the height direction according to the amount of accommodation, it is excellent in versatility and functionality.
Further, since the self-supporting frame body 17 is detachable with respect to the housing part 12, when the self-supporting flexible container body 11 containing the stored items is collected and transported, the self-supporting frame body 17 is placed as shown in FIG. Can be removed. Thereby, the upper opening part 12a can be reliably obstruct | occluded by the upper lip cord 16, and a stored item does not spill out at the time of collection | recovery and conveyance work, and it is excellent in practicality and reliability.
It should be noted that when the self-supporting flexible container 11 is collected, transported, and discharged, the handle 15 and the upper mouth strap 16 can be gripped or lifted by a crane or the like.

The self-supporting frame body 17 can be provided with shape retaining property and self-supporting property by being attached to an existing non-self-supporting sheet or net bag.
In the present embodiment, the self-supporting frame body 17 is detachably disposed with respect to the housing portion 12, but it can also be used by being firmly fixed by an attachment member such as a thread, string, or a binding band. Further, without using the fitting / removing member 18 or the attachment member, the peripheral edge of the upper opening 12a of the accommodating portion 12 is folded back from the inside of the self-supporting frame 17, and the frame lower shape holding member 17a, the frame upper shape holding member 17c, etc. It may be hooked on the outside with hooks or clips. Thereby, attachment / detachment work can be performed quickly and workability can be improved. In particular, it is suitable when removing the self-supporting frame 17 after accommodating the contents in the many accommodating parts 12 one after another, or when the accommodating part 12 is formed of a sheet-like cloth.
In addition, the rope body which forms the bottom part shape holding member 13 and the self-supporting frame body 17 can use the thing similar to the suspension and self-supporting shape holding part 4 in Embodiment 1 suitably. This is because it has high robustness and excellent durability, is easy to attach to and detach from the housing portion 12, is excellent in productivity, and can be easily replaced even when breakage occurs, and is excellent in resource saving.
In addition, the housing portion 12 and the self-supporting frame body 17 may be subjected to a surface hardening process as in the first embodiment.

In FIG. 6, 21 is a self-supporting flexible container in the third embodiment, 22 is a container of the self-supporting flexible container 21 formed of a flexible mesh, and 22 a is an input of the container. And the upper opening 22b of the receiving part 21 for discharging, the side part of the receiving part 2 divided by each side of the bottom part 22c formed in a rectangular shape and joined together by the tailoring member 5, 23 is flexible The upper shape holding member 24 of the self-supporting flexible container 21 that is formed of a rope body having an upper opening 22a, and 24 is a peripheral portion of the bottom portion 22c that is formed of a flexible rope body. The lower shape holding member 27 of the self-supporting flexible container 21 disposed on the lower part 27, the lower shape holding member 27a, the self-standing holding member 27b, and the upper shape holding member 27c are integrally formed of a flexible rope body. Side surface self-supporting disposed on the outer periphery of each side surface part 22b The lower holding part 28, the lower supporting part 28a, the self-supporting holding member 28b, and the upper supporting part 28c are integrally formed of a flexible rope body and are respectively formed in the center part in the width direction of the two side parts 22b facing each other. A suspension and self-supporting holding portion fixed at a key point by a tailoring member 5.

Since the side surface self-supporting shape holding portion 27 and the lower shape holding member 24 formed of rope bodies are arranged on the outer circumferences of the side surface portion 22b and the bottom portion 22c formed of flexible netting, handling is easy. The assembling workability of the accommodating portion 22 is excellent. Moreover, the shape retention property and self-supporting property of the accommodating part 22 after an assembly can be ensured. In particular, the bottom 22c is double reinforced by the lower shape holding member 24 and the lower shape holding member 27a of the side self-supporting shape holding portion 27, so that it is excellent in shape holding and self-standing stability.
By arranging the upper shape holding member 23 on the outer periphery of the upper end of the side surface portion 22b, each side surface portion 22b is securely fixed. In addition, since the upper opening 22a is double reinforced by the upper shape holding member 23 and the upper shape holding member 27c of the side surface self-supporting shape holding part 27, the shape of the upper opening 22a is excellent.
In the present embodiment, the side surface portion 22b and the bottom portion 22c are formed of the same mesh as in the second embodiment, but may be formed of the same mesh sheet fabric, sheet fabric, woven or knitted fabric as in the first embodiment. .

The lower suspension portion 28a, the self-supporting holding member 28b, and the upper suspension portion 28c are integrally formed as a suspension and self-supporting holding portion 28 with a rope body. Thereby, the attachment work by the tailoring member 5 is facilitated, and the productivity is improved. Further, by fixing the main portion of the self-supporting holding member 28b in the height direction and the root of the upper suspension part 28c with the tailoring member 5, the shape retaining property of the accommodating part 22 is excellent and the upper suspension part 28c is grasped. Thus, the self-supporting flexible container 21 can be lifted reliably. In addition, you may form the lower hanger part 28a, the self-supporting holding member 28b, and the upper hanger part 28c with an independent member, respectively. In that case, each member may be formed of the same material, or may be formed by combining different materials.
In addition, the rope body which forms the hanger / self-supporting holding part 28 can use the thing similar to the hanger / self-supporting shape holding part 4 in Embodiment 1 suitably.
In addition, a self-supporting holding member can be added as appropriate according to the shape and size of the accommodating portion 22, the material of the side surface portion 22 b forming the accommodating portion 22, and the like.

Since the lower suspension portion 28a is provided in addition to the upper suspension portion 28c, even when the accommodating portion 22 is large, the self-supporting flexible accommodating body 21 can be easily lifted or tilted to carry or discharge the contents. It can be performed and has excellent workability. The upper opening 22a may be provided with a detachable or openable lid. By closing the upper opening 22a with a lid, a plurality of self-supporting flexible containers 21 can be stacked and transported, and transport efficiency can be improved.

Next, a method for connecting the side surface portion 22b and the bottom portion 22c will be described.
In FIG. 7, 24a and 24b are cross rope strands forming the lower shape holding member 24, and 29a is alternately inserted between the strand 24a of the lower shape holding member 24 and the mesh of the bottom portion 22c, and the lower portion on the outer periphery of the bottom portion 22c. An insertion tailoring member for attaching the shape retaining member 24, 29b is a tailoring member for attaching the side surface self-supporting shape retaining portion 27 to the outer periphery of the side surface portion 22b, and 30 is alternately disposed between the strand 24b of the lower shape retaining member 24 and the mesh of the side surface portion 22b. It is an insertion connecting member that is inserted into the side part 22b and connects the side part 22b and the bottom part 22c.

By using a cross rope as the lower shape holding member 24, the insertion tailoring member 29a can be tailored without being exposed to the outer periphery of the rope, so that the insertion tailoring member 29a can be protected and has excellent durability, productivity and aesthetics. Excellent in properties. Further, the insertion connecting member 30 can be easily inserted between the strand 24a and the strand 24b and connected to the side surface portion 22b, and the assembly workability is excellent.
In addition, the strands of the strands 24a and 24b are colored in colors such as black, green, and blue, thereby reducing deterioration due to ultraviolet rays and improving durability. Further, when the strands 24a and 24b are of different colors, the insertion locations of the insertion tailoring member 29a and the insertion connecting member 30 are easily understood, the tailoring work can be facilitated, and productivity can be improved. In addition, when using the material which is easy to receive the influence of ultraviolet rays, such as a polypropylene, a weather resistance is improved by using an ultraviolet degradation inhibitor, and the durability in outdoor use is improved.

As the rope body forming the side self-supporting shape holding portion 27, a three-pipe rope having a core material disposed at the center portion of the strand 27d was used. As the core material, a wire material made of metal or synthetic resin is preferably used. Rigidity and elasticity are greater than when the rope body is formed only from the raw yarn, and shape retention and self-supporting properties can be reinforced, which is particularly suitable when forming the large accommodating portion 21.
The composite ratio of the core material in the rope body is 1% to 5% by volume in the case of metal wire, 3% to 10% in the case of aluminum wire, and 10% to 30% in the case of iron wire. In the case of a synthetic resin wire, the volume ratio and the weight ratio are both 2% to 20%. As each hybrid ratio becomes smaller than the lower limit value, the shape retaining property and the self-supporting property tend to be lowered, and as it becomes larger than the upper limit value, the flexibility tends to be lowered, and the weight is increased and the handling property is increased. This is because it has been found that there is a tendency to decrease.

Moreover, the rope body which forms the side surface self-supporting shape holding | maintenance part 27 may form the core material of the strand 27d, and the sheath material (outer peripheral part) of the strand 27d using two types of original yarn from which melting | fusing point differs. A sheath material is formed by using a yarn having a higher melting point than that of the core yarn, and is heat-treated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the core yarn and lower than the melting point of the sheath yarn. Formed. Rigidity and elasticity as a rope body could be improved by melting and solidifying only the core material.
As a combination of the raw yarn having a low melting point and the high raw yarn, a combination of polyethylene and polypropylene, polypropylene and polyamide, polyester, or the like was used. In the case of a combination of polyethylene and polypropylene, only polyethylene could be melted by heat treatment with steam at 135 ° C. to 140 ° C.
When a cross rope is used as the rope body, a core material is disposed at the center of the rope body and / or the center of the strand forming the rope body. When a braid is used, the core is disposed at the center of the rope body. It is preferable to arrange the material.
Further, each part of the self-supporting flexible container 21 may be subjected to a surface hardening process as in the first embodiment.

As described above, since the self-supporting flexible container according to the third embodiment is configured, the following actions are obtained in addition to the actions obtained in the first or second embodiment.
(1) A core material is disposed at the center of the strand 27d forming the rope body of the side self-supporting shape holding portion 27 in which the lower shape holding member 27a, the self-supporting holding member 27b, and the upper shape holding member 27c are integrally formed. Therefore, the shape retaining property and the self-supporting property of the housing part 21 can be enhanced, and the housing part 21 such as a large size or a box shape can be reliably made self-supporting.
(2) When the rope body of the side self-supporting shape holding part 27 is formed of two types of raw yarns having different melting points, only the core material is melted and solidified by using the raw yarn having a low melting point as the core material. Can be increased in rigidity and elasticity, and the shape retaining property and self-supporting property of the housing portion 21 can be enhanced, so that it can be suitably used for housing and transporting heavy objects.
(3) By heat-treating the rope body of the side surface self-supporting shape holding part 27 formed of two types of raw yarns having different melting points at a temperature higher than the melting point of the raw yarn that is the core material and lower than the melting point of the other raw yarns, Only the core material can be melted and solidified, and the shape of the raw yarn of the outer peripheral portion (sheath material) of the strand 27d exposed on the surface of the rope body is not changed. Excellent productivity.
(4) By using a cross rope as the lower shape holding member 24, it is excellent in workability of tailoring and assembly, and productivity, durability, and aesthetics can be improved.
(5) The bottom portion 22c is double-reinforced by the lower shape holding member 24 and the lower shape holding member 27a of the side surface self-supporting shape holding portion 27, and the upper opening 22a is formed between the upper shape holding member 23 and the side surface self-supporting shape holding portion 27. Since the upper shape holding member 27c is double reinforced, it is excellent in shape holding and self-supporting stability and durability of the accommodating portion 22, and can be suitably used for outdoor use.
(6) By using a three-strand rope in which a core material is disposed at the center of the strand 27d for the rope body forming the side surface self-supporting shape holding portion 27, the side surface portion 22b is held by the side surface self-supporting shape holding portion 27. Since the formability and the self-supporting property can be strengthened, the large-sized storage portion 21 can be formed to store and transport a large amount of storage items or heavy storage items, which is excellent in versatility and practicality.

The present invention does not require support or reinforcement by a rigid body, is excellent in productivity and durability, and has flexibility, so that it can be easily folded when not in use, and is excellent in space saving and handling properties.
