Description

The present invention relates to a drainage pipe cleaning nozzle that can proceed while rotating in a drainage pipe and wash the inside with jet water.

Conventionally, as a means for cleaning the interior of a household drainage pipe, a nozzle provided with eight injection ports is attached to the tip of the hose, and the inside of the drainage pipe is advanced by the propulsive force of high-pressure water injected from the injection port There is something that moves and cleans the inside.

In addition, the rotor that is rotatably fitted to the main shaft is provided with two jet outlets at symmetrical positions, and high-pressure water jetted from the jet outlet gives the rotor rotational force and propulsive force to move forward while rotating the rotor. Things are also known.

However, in the former prior art, there is a problem that although the portion that is hit by the injection pressure water supplied from the injection port can be washed, the other portions remain dirty.

Moreover, in the prior art, since many (eight) injection ports are provided in order to apply the injection water to many portions in the drain pipe, the pressure of the injection water supplied from each injection port is not always sufficient. Therefore, dirt may remain even in the portion where the spray water hits.

In the latter prior art, if the rotational speed of the rotor is excessively increased, it becomes difficult for water to flow from the main shaft to the rotor, which makes it impossible to wash, and it is inevitable that the driving force is lost.

The present invention has been devised in view of these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning nozzle that can reliably clean dirt inside a drain pipe.

This will be described with reference to FIGS. The invention according to claim 1 is a cleaning nozzle that advances while rotating in the drain pipe 1 and cleans the inside of the drain pipe 1 with high-pressure jet water. The main shaft 20 is connected to the hose 2 and has a hole 22 communicating with the water passage 21 in the peripheral wall of the front half. The main shaft 20 is rotatably fitted to the front half of the main shaft 20, and the center of the inner peripheral surface. A rotor 30 having a space recess 31 communicating with the water passage 21 through the hole 22 at a portion thereof, and a stopper 40 that is detachably assembled to the front half of the main shaft 20 and closes the water passage 21 of the main shaft 20; It consists of

The rotor 30 is provided with one or a plurality of main injection passages 32 which are perforated with an acute inclination angle α obliquely rearward from the space recess 31 and give the rotor 30 rotational force and propulsive force in one direction. At the same time, a sub-injection passage 33 that is formed from the space recess 31 at an inclination angle β larger than the acute inclination angle α and suppresses the rotational force in one direction of the rotor 30 is provided.

The invention according to claim 2 is a cleaning nozzle that advances while rotating in the drain pipe 1 and cleans the inside of the drain pipe 1 with high-pressure jet water.

At the same time, there is provided a sub-injection passage 33 that is drilled from the space recess 31 at an inclination angle β larger than the acute inclination angle α and suppresses the rotational force in one direction of the rotor 30. In addition, a spacer 50 is provided between the rotor 30 and the stopper 40, and a spherical guide portion 41 having a smaller diameter than the rotor 30 is provided at the tip of the stopper 40. The spacer 50 is preferably made of Teflon.

The invention according to claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a guide member 60 is attached to the guide portion 41 of the stopper 40 so as to facilitate passage through the bent drainage pipe 1. Is.

The invention according to claim 1 comprises the main shaft 20, the rotor 30, and the stopper 40, and the rotor 30 has a rotational force in one direction on the rotor 30 at an acute inclination angle α obliquely rearward from the space recess 31. In addition, one or a plurality of main injection passages 32 for providing a propulsive force are provided, and a sub injection passage 33 for suppressing the rotational force in one direction of the rotor 30 at an inclination angle β larger than the acute inclination angle α is provided. The dirt inside the drain pipe 1 can be reliably removed.

That is, the rotor 30 advances while rotating by the action of the high-pressure jet water jetted from the main jet passage 32, so that the high-pressure jet water jetted from both the main jet passage 32 and the sub-injection passage 33 is drained from the drain pipe. 1 Collides with the entire interior surface. Therefore, unlike the case of simply moving forward without rotating as in the prior art, all dirt can be reliably removed.

The rotor 30 rotates in one direction by the high-pressure jet water injected from the main injection passage 32. If this rotational force is not suppressed at all, the rotational speed becomes too high and the rotor 30 and the main shaft 20 and other metals are so-called. Biting occurs and smooth rotation does not continue, and as a result, the cleaning effect decreases. In the present invention, the rotational force of the rotor 30 is suppressed by the sub-injection passage 33, so that such a problem can be prevented and the dirt can be removed continuously for a long time.

In the second aspect of the invention, as in the first aspect of the invention, dirt inside the drain pipe 1 can be reliably removed, and a spacer 50 is provided between the rotor 30 and the stopper 40. Therefore, the rotation of the rotor 30 can be made smoother. Thereby, the dirt inside the drain pipe can be more effectively removed.

Further, since the guide portion 41 having a smaller diameter than the rotor 30 is provided at the distal end portion of the stopper 40, the rotor 30 can smoothly advance inside the drain pipe 1 by the operation of the guide portion 41. Therefore, the dirt inside the drain pipe 1 can be removed more satisfactorily.

In the third aspect of the present invention, the guide member 60 is attached to the guide portion 41 of the stopper 40 so as to facilitate passage through the bent drainage pipe 1. The dirt can be removed well.

1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a drain pipe cleaning nozzle 10 according to the present invention.
This is a sewage such as egg shells and oils and fats that move forward in the drain pipe 1 in a kitchen equipped with a home disposer (garbage grinder) and accumulate in the drain pipe 1 with high-pressure jet water. This is a cleaning nozzle that cleans the main shaft 20, the rotor 30, and the stopper 40.

The main shaft 20 has a cylindrical shape having a water passage 21 over the center in the longitudinal direction, and the latter half is connected to the flexible high-pressure hose 2. Further, two holes 22 communicating with the water passage 21 are formed in the front wall of the front half so as to face each other. A flange portion 23 is provided in the middle portion of the main shaft 20.

A rotor 30 made of stainless steel, brass or Teflon is rotatably fitted in the front half of the main shaft 20 and has a space recess 31 communicating with the water passage 21 through the hole 22 at the center of the inner peripheral surface. The stopper 40 is a solid shape that is detachably screwed to the front half of the main shaft 20 and closes the water passage 21 of the main shaft 20.

Then, the rotor 30 is given a rotational force in the counterclockwise direction and a forward propulsive force to the rotor 30 at an acute inclination angle α (here, 55 ° to 60 °) obliquely rearward from the space recess 31. Two main injection passages 32 are provided opposite to each other. Further, the sub-injection passage that applies a rotational force in the clockwise direction to the rotor 30 at a tilt angle β (90 °) larger than the acute tilt angle α from the space recess 31 and suppresses the counterclockwise rotational force. Two 33 are provided facing each other. A counterbore 34 is formed at the outlet of the sub-injection passage 33 in consideration of the injection direction of the high-pressure injection water so that the surface thereof is a perfect circle.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, in order to give the rotor 30 a rotational force in the counterclockwise direction, the main injection passage 32 is made from the left and right end portions of the space recess 31 to the center line L. It is formed in the vertical direction. Further, in order to apply a rotational force in the clockwise direction to the rotor 30 (in order to suppress a rotational force in the counterclockwise direction), the sub-injection passage 33 is also connected to the center line L from the left and right peripheral ends of the space recess 31. It is formed from the vertical direction.

Further, a Teflon spacer 50 is provided between the rotor 30 and the stopper 40. A spherical guide portion 41 having a smaller diameter than the rotor 30 is provided at the tip of the stopper 40.

Since the drain pipe cleaning nozzle 10 in the present embodiment is provided with the main injection passage 32 and the sub injection passage 33 in the rotor 30, dirt inside the drain pipe 1 can be reliably removed. Therefore, all dirt is reliably removed.

Further, the rotor 30 is rotated counterclockwise by the high-pressure jet water injected from the main injection passage 32, but this rotational force is suppressed by the sub-injection passage 33, so that the rotor 30 and the main shaft 20 are not caught. Thus, dirt can be removed continuously for a long time.

Further, since the Teflon spacer 50 is provided between the rotor 30 and the stopper 40, the rotation of the rotor 30 can be made smoother and dirt inside the drain pipe can be more effectively removed. It is possible. The rotor 30 and the spacer 50 can be easily removed from the main shaft 20 and replaced after the wear.

Since the stopper 40 has a spherical guide portion 41 having a diameter smaller than that of the rotor 30, the guide portion 41 can smoothly move the rotor 30 deep inside the drain pipe 1 bent at a right angle, for example. To guide. Therefore, the dirt inside the drain pipe 1 can be removed more satisfactorily.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of guide members 60 are attached in series to the guide portion 41 of the stopper 40 to facilitate passage through the drain pipe 1 bent in a zigzag manner. Yes. The plurality of guide members 60 are bent at 90 ° in a curved shape. As a result, the dirt can be satisfactorily removed from the corner of the drain pipe 1 beyond the 90-degree corner.

A second embodiment of the drain pipe cleaning nozzle 10 according to the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the cleaning nozzle 10, the main injection passage 32 is formed obliquely rearward with an acute inclination angle α (30 °), and the sub injection passage 33 is formed with a larger inclination angle β (45 °). Further, the diameter of the main injection passage 32 is set slightly larger than that of the sub injection passage 33. Thereby, like 1st embodiment, rotation of the rotor 30 is moderately suppressed, the biting with the said rotor 30 and the main axis | shaft 20 is prevented, and the stain | pollution | contamination inside the drainage pipe 1 can be removed effectively. it can.

In the two embodiments described above, two main injection passages 32 and two sub-injection passages 33 are provided, but this allows the high-pressure jet water from each passage to be strong, Dirt inside the drain pipe can be removed more effectively. Incidentally, when the number of passages is increased (for example, when eight passages are provided as in the prior art), the pressure of the water jetted from each passage is lowered, and the dirt cannot be reliably removed.

In the above embodiment, the diameter of the main injection passage 32 is set larger than the diameter of the sub-injection passage 33, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the former may be made smaller than the latter. It is also possible to set the same. Further, the inclination angles α and β of the main injection passage 32 and the sub injection passage 33 can be set as appropriate. These can be set as appropriate according to the desired rotation speed and forward speed of the rotor 30.

Table 1 is a comparison table between a comparative example in which no sub-injection port is provided and an example in which the sub-injection port is provided.
